Upon an accident that leaves Twilight in the hospital, her friends rush to her aid. To their surprise, they meet Sunset Shimmer, who was just as surprised to see them there. Sunset came back quietly, but most of the gang have not been convinced that Sunset has been turned for good.

They gang up on her, not knowing the consequences.

Later then they found out why she was at the hospital.
