Vinyl Scratch wakes up during a particularly engaging dream and is left hot and bothered in the process. She has to get rid of her 'itch' before she can go back to bed.

Vinyl Scratch is having a most wonderful dream, yet she wakes up right before she has a chance to reach the 'climax' of the dream. She is left hanging and can't get back to sleep until she can get rid of the bothersome itch, so she uses her hoof and magic to get herself off.
