Prologue
I have been trapped in darkness for about nine months now, if my math is right. I don't remember anything about the darkness. It is very tight where ever I am, I can hardly move. There is a small slit of light, it is very bright, and I am forcefully pushed to it. I can't stop myself , the light is becoming blinding. I close my eyes to see if it would help , it dose, but barley. I feel free and start to move my arms and legs. I hear beeping, crying, and a door opening and closing.
"It's a boy!" a male voice says. I try to open my eyes to see were I am and why I don't feel anything holding me. I see a white certain, a small tray with medical supplies, a white pony very close to me, I suppose this is the doctor, and a bed with a dark blue mare lying on it.
"Bring him to me." the mare says.
"Yes, of course, princess Luna." The doctor says walking over to the mare.
Princess? She's a princess, and supposedly my mother. Am I a prince? What about my old life, my family and friends? Did I get reborn, if so why? I don't even remember dying. I thought.
"What are you going to call him princess?" The doctor asked.
Call me Raven Bloodwing, Call me Raven Bloodwing. I think over and over.
"I'll call him Shadow Holder." princess Luna says.
What no, I don't want two names. I want to be called Raven Bloodwing! I thought.
"I hope he will live up to that name princess." The doctor says.
"Me to." princess Luna says.
The darkness returned, but doesn't last long. I wake up in the middle of the of the street with my bike next to me and a big group of people around my, some cops examining me and, two medics running up to me, I sit up gasping fore air.
"What the hell happened to me, how long have I been out?!" I yell to the cop I was looking at.
"Son, you weren't out, you died for nine minutes." He said. I look at him confused.
"Pft, nine minutes, it felt like nine months," I say getting up. "Can someone give me a ride home I want to lay down. Oh, and you will need to take my bike to."
"You need to go to the hospital." One of the cops said.
"No, I need to go home, I'll be fine," I say. "I just had one of my moments."
"Ok, I'll take you home," One of the cops said that was behind me. "Where do you live?"
"I'm not fond to say, but right in the heart on the bad side of town." I say.
As we pull up to the apartment complex I live in three gang members stand up and start asking each other what they did. The cop gets out, goes to the back passenger side and opens the door. I put my hand on the door and get out of the car.
"oh, shit, Raven got arrested." Said the three gang members that are standing.
"Just put my bike any where. I'm going inside." I say to the cop. As I walk past the gang members they give me some crap that I went bad, but what they don't know is that I'm the head of a clan that is much bigger than there puny gang. I walk into the building the front desk is empty, the broom closet is open, the bathroom is out of order, there is a strong stench of urine in the air, and a stair case to the right. I start to toward the stair case.
"Back so soon Raven, did you have one of your visions?" A voice said that made me jump. I look to see one of the janitors.
"Well, ya, I did, but this one felt real," I say a little out of it. " I need to go meditate."
"Ok, be safe." the janitor said
"I will." I say taking the first step to my ten story journey.
step after step, floor after floor, I finally make it to my floor in about half an hour. I take a left and go all the way down to the end of the hall. I take a right and go down to the third set of rooms and open the one on the right. Half of the rooms on this floor get flooded every day. My room is the best looking one on the floor. My room is one bed, one bath and has a big hole connecting my room with the Nabors room. The entrance way is part kitchen part living room, I go to the bedroom. the only thing is here is a mattress on the floor. I sit down on the so called bed and start to meditate.
It's been five years since my foal napping. I can only speak telepathically for now, and only my few allies know. I hear the dungeon door open and close, after a few seconds a female changeling steps in front of my cell.
"Raven, we don't have much time, we need to get you out of here." she whispers pulling out the keys to my cell form her saddlebag.
"No, you go Rose, if I'm really how you say I am, then they will come for me." I say in pain.
"I'm not going with out you." she says sounding worried
"I'll only slow you down. now go while you still have a chance!" I yell at her.
"No." she said putting the keys into the key hole. right after she unlocked the cage door, the door to the dungeon opened.
"Get the trader!" A male voice said.
"Run, get out of here, go now, I'll hold them off!" I yell at her turning to fight the guards. I was able to defeat five of the guards but they just kept coming one after the other. I turned to see if Rose got out safely, but she was helping fight them off.
One thousand years have past when i was able to escape the changeling hive. on my way out of the hive I was able to grab a map of a place called Equestria. I am heading to a town call Ponyville lets jet i am able to keep a head of Queen Chrysalis and stop her plan.
