In the middle of another adventure, LT, an ex-Canterlot guard, recounts the tale of how his wing got injured - it appears to have happened whilst guarding the opening night of an Opera based on the rise and fall of Nightmare Moon, which both Celestia and Luna have decided to attend.

Tensions are understandably high - how will the princesses react? Would this be tagged with 'mystery' if that were an option? How will events play out?

That last one, it turns out, is up to you - at the end of most sections, there will be choices - simply go to the numbered section of the choice you wish to make to continue the story.

(Note: I wrote this story about 2 years ago, so I think it would have been between seasons 2 and 3. Put off uploading it because I was waiting for some art I'd commissioned, but it doesn't seem like it's going to arrive, haha. It technically ties in to another story I've yet to write (or maybe it'll be a tactical RPG, if I ever get round to it), but that's only even partially relevant to the framing story, not the CYOA part.)
