The changeling pits. Darker than a pitch black cave was were Erin reside. In the deepest,blackest cavern. The place looked dead and it might as well been. Erin opened his eyes ,waking from his slumber. Another day of boredom and frustration would begin.Erin got up from his little bed composed of nothing but broken rocks and old cloth and walked to the shattered glass he called a mirror. For being half changeling he didn't look quite bad but maybe that's because he had tan skin.He always took after his mother who wasn't a changeling. He may have not had the ugly black skin or holes but he did have fangs like a changeling. Erin always hated his fangs and insect wings so he shortened his fangs to make them fit in his mouth and tore off his wings when he was younger.
After getting dressed and spiking up his white hair he went to the main chamber of the pits where he saw the mass bundle of brainwashed changelings. It was really a sad site to see really. Erin passed the mindless husks that Chrysilis called subjects,his hands deep in the pocket of his green hoodie and walked to the main dining hall where his older half sister Chrysilis was eating. Her fangs stabbed into the pice of rotten fruit like a hawks claw tearing at the entrails of a chicken of witch Erin turned his nose disgusted at the sight.
"Can you not eat like a pig?" Erin asked with a look of contempt on his face"And on another note you should share some of that food with the people that actually deserve it.There are changelings like you that are staving and you want to just keep the in the dark and starve?"
Chrysilis gave Erin a stern look but kept chewing away with the rotten pice of fruit,she could not care less about anyone but herself and the pets refered to as subjects.
"Your a disgrace" Erin barked, he spent so many times arguing with his older half sister that it became pointless he knew that Chrysilis was a monster. He got up from his seat and passed Chrysilis bumping into her shoulder making her rotten apple fall to the ground and with that he went back to his room.
Erin slumped on his bed Scowling at the floor. The thought of Chrysilis fueled him with rage.He could not take it anymore,he could not take anymore of the bullshit that Chrysilis has put him through. Fed up and wanting to leave he left the changeling pits while Chrysilis was to busy eating and being entertained by fights of the husks she called subjects. At the days end Chrysilis went to Erin's chamber to find him and slimed.
"So my tool has left my tool box eh? How exciting....now the fun begins.
