I backed away as far as I can before backing into a wall covered with vines. I was terrified out of my mind! I held up the shield I just so conveniently had and braced for an impact. I felt nothing but I heard a soft voice that sounded unusually calming. I lowered the shield to see.. another flipping horse... this time I got a better look and saw it had wings. “Are you ok... I look down as I see it turning into... a paw... 'CRAP THE FLIPPING CRYSTAL IS REAL!!!' I think as I fall on my knees as the transformation from human link to wolf link took place. Fluttershy climbed up on her couch and quickly wrote a letter to twilight, since she couldn't go to her in pony and had to watch the wolf. “There... I hope whatever happened to that creature didn't hurt her...” she said as she finished writing and walked outside. Fluttershy saw a nearby mint green unicorn was walking past. “Uh... Lyra... if you can help me real quick... you don't have to if you don't want to...” fluttershy said, her tone growing quieter near the end. Somehow Lyra heard her and walked over. Fluttershy gave her the letter to deliver to twilight, since derpy would just get lost on the way. The butter yellow pegasus thanked Lyra and went back to the cottage. (Current time: 12:49 EqT. Fluttershy started to relax and soon a furious knocking came at her door. She walked over and opened the door. She was tackled by a orange blur and a familiar rainbow blur came after me. Following was a purple pegacorn and a white... unicorn... 'why am I not surprised...' I thought. Suddenly a pink pony came right through the door (and I mean literally though the door!) and shouted “SURPRISE!!” and tons of confetti and cake batter fell from the sky somehow. I wasn't even concerned with the blue pegasus hanging over me shouting in my face. I saw fluttershy was crying a bit as the orange horse helped her up. “Sorry sugarcube, we had to make sure a changeling wasn't attacking.”* I suddenly felt a wave of rage come up at the orange one. The next few bits are a blur but I can remember attacking the orange one before the purple one used some kind of tranquilizer on me. My vision was a blur so I couldn't exactly pinpoint it. “Fl-fluttershy... what in Zelda's name is g-going on...” I said. Fluttershy rushed over and said “Heather... it's going to be ok... Just relax... I send a letter over to twilight asking for help and she overreacted as usual with things unknown to Equestria. She might be able to help with whatever happened to you though...” suddenly there was flash of light and my whole body felt like pins and needles were inflicting it. I opened my eyes to see the horses were just staring... at... me... 'god this is creepy...' I thought to myself. I felt the sensation roll down my back. I looked down and saw that I was human again. “THANK GOD FOR THE MASTER SWORD!!!” I said, entirely relieved that I wasn't going to be wolf forever. I stood up and walked over to fluttershy. She was about as high as the wolf form so she was about waist high as a human. I bent down and said “Thank you fluttershy... remember I would do nothing to ever hurt you or any of your friends... well maybe not Rainbow over there.” I turned my attention to rainbow dash “After all she did NEARLY KILL ME!” she met me with a death stare. I just brushed it off. I saw the purple... Pegacorn, I'm just gonna call it a pegacorn, walk up to me but when I turned to her, she lit up her horn in defense. “Why do you all want to kill me!?” I yelled at the pegacorn. I heard hoof scrapes from behind me I took out my shield and held it up behind me as a orange horse came and tried to kick me. In all this, fluttershy was hiding behind a white unicorn. Four: Meeting changeling number 453- wait I have a nightmare? Aw man...I crept toward to the edge of the forest when the bug pony was walking. she seemed scared... almost as scared as me. I threw a rock in her path, just to see what her reaction. She squeaked and suddenly she was hanging from a branch. she looked around and slowly hovered down to the ground. "Hello? If theres anypony there... Please come out..." She reminded me vaguely of fluttershy. I wonder why? She seems safe enough... I could also really use something to help me around this land... Ok if it attacks then I can defend with my sword. I stand up slowly to look over the bush. The creature was still poking through bushes on the other side of the path. I stand up and start to walk closer. Suddenly there's huge snap and I see a dead tree branch falling at the creature. 'I need to do something!!' I think as I dash over. Without thinking, I grab the animal and dive out of the way. "You-you saved me!" It said, letting out a sigh. "yeah yeah, don't make me regret it..." I muttered under my breath. "What are you? I've never seen a Everfree monster as kind or as strange looking as you." She said, crawling out from under my arms. "My name is Heather and I'm not a monster. I'm from a race called Humans. You've probably never had heard of them... Nor has anything else in this world..." I say, mumbling the last part under my breath. "Yeah... I've never heard of them... but I know of somepony who does! Unfortunately... I got banished from my hive the moment I was brought there..." She explained. She sighed and dug her holey hoof in the dirt. I looked down at her and thought 'She's so small... she must be atleast 6 years old... but then again I have no idea how years work for ponies. Does she even have anyone to take care of her?' "Do... Do you have any parents? Siblings? Friends?" I asked her. she just sighed and said "Parents? No, Every changeling is taken away at birth to be raised on the guard at the queen's hive or be raised as a drone... I was unlucky and got kicked out before I could even be seen. Siblings? I've already answered that... and I've never had a friend in my life... Changelings are commonly disregarded as trash or seen as an enemy in certain places like Ponyville and Canterlot... and back at the hive, Friendship was considered evil after the Canterlot invasion." At this point, tears were running out of her little buggy eyes like waterfalls. I pulled her closer and said "You have a friend now...Believe it or not, your the second pony who hasn't attacked me yet." She looked up and sniffed. "Really? You've been attacked too? Ponies always misunderstand... The unicorns especially... then come the Earth ponies... they both think there so high and mighty, that they always are on top, while creatures like dragons and changelings are some kind of monster. I wish there was more ponies like you... I mean if you were a pony... or a changeling..." she said, yawning. I looked up at the clearing in the trees. The sun was starting to set. "Do you have a name?" I asked her before she fell asleep. "Back at the hive... they called me... 4..53...." she snored. I couldn't help but crack a smile at the sleeping changeling in front of me. she certainly was young, no adult pony would look this cute sleeping. Actually I can think of one. "Wait she was called a number? Hmmm... in that case I better give her a name..." I wondered aloud, yawning. I soon found myself snoring under a tree with 453 in my hat. Yes she's that small, she barely fits in my hat. Its incredibly adorable. (Time: 10:42, Equestrian Time. Place: Canterlot Castle, Princess Celestia's Bedroom. The white royal monarch of the sun started to pace, wondering when she would receive a letter from her student. "I hope you're alright twilight..." she muttered into the open night air. A faint wisp of smoke suddenly came zooming into her room. she quickly grabbed it with her magic and read it aloud, even though there was nopony else in the room. Dear Princess Celestia,Fluttershy found a strange creature in the middle of an alleyway fighting Rainbow dash. She said, in her letter, she took the creature to her home when she found out it could change into a black wolf! I came rushing over with Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie, and Rainbow when I read that. Right when we got in it automatically attacked us, starting with Applejack first. But the weird thing is, it looked like it was worried for Fluttershy. Fluttershy also called the creature Heather. It might be the name of the creature or the species. but anyways, I used a minor stun spell on it but it didn't last as long as I hoped it would have. It wasn't a changeling but it wasn't a natural wolf either. It could use magic because at that time it transformed to a bipedal furless monkey-like creature entirely clothed in green. It wasn't a unicorn either though... It wasn't like any magic I've seen before. Anyways, It seemed to have been in rage as well because it stormed out of fluttershy's cottage. Even Pinkie and her... unusual ways couldn't calm it down. Rainbow Dash followed it for a while but lost it in the Everfree forest. Should I pursue with the rest of the elements? I groggily got up and put on my favorite Tee shirt, A black shirt with a picture of a cat. I put on some denim blue jeans and went downstairs for breakfast. "Morning mom..." I said to my.. Wait MOM??? I snapped my head up from my cereal and stared at the business woman that was my mom. "Morning sweetie, did you have a good time at the convention yesterday? Melissa called me yesterday and said Gavin didn't come home. do you know what happened?" she asked, pouring herself a glass of OJ. I started to tear up and I ran straight at her, to only see... THE PURPLE PEGACORN!!! I stared at my hand, instead of a spoon there was the master sword. The pegacorn was on the ground, bruised and hurt, begging for mercy. I saw a dark figure holding the other the other ponies captive in a force field, including Fluttershy and 453. She was bruised and crying. 453 was hanging limply from the hold of the magic. "Please Gavin... What happened to the person Heather told me about!" she squeaked. I stood there, stunned. 'But... Gavin- and the sword- but how- WHEN DID I TELL FLUTTERSHY ABOUT GAVIN??' I thought. I automatically ran forward and leaped in the air. Suddenly the dark figure caught me in a dark blue aura. "Its OK Heather... It won't hurt you again..." I heard something say. from behind me I saw a blast of light come and hit the figure in the chest. it slowly began to melt and in it's place was a dark blue pegacorn. This one, I felt more trusting of for some reason. "Who are you..." I asked the pony, after being dropped to the ground. "My name is Princess Luna. I am deeply sorry about how Princess Twilight handled you. This nightmare was about another human was it not?" she asked. i nodded and said "But how do you know my name and about humans?" She chuckled and said "There is one pony in Ponyville who has Nightmares about humans all the time. Her name is Lyra Heartstings. I met her in pony at Nightmare Night. She's a nice mare." I stared at her, in confusion about what she was saying. "Listen to me, if you want to solve this problem you have to figure out what is wrong. Trust me... I hope to meet you in pony, or in person, soon." she said, flying away. "WAIT!! wait..." I said as I abruptly woke up to shaking. "Heather! Heather! Ponies are coming!" 453 yelled in my face. "Huh... I shouted, reminding myself if we met again to give her a name. she shot up and took off running, panicking as she did so. I resisted against the strong bat-pony for a good hour or so, he really wasn't that strong... unlike that rainbow pony... I HATE HER, *Ahem* sorry, anyways I eventually shoved him off of me when he got too tired. I reached for my sword that it knocked away and held it up, having no idea how to use it other than blocking. "UHH, can't we just talk?" I said to the pony before it lunged at me. I swiftly dodged and held up the sword and blocked as its rear legs came flying at me. There was a clang of hoof on metal as he knocked it away with a solid sweep of his legs. We both watched it go flying and crash into a rock. "Best two out of three?" I said, holding up my arms. The pony answered me with a growl. Soon another bat-pony came out with a squad of five bat-ponies. "I'm terribly sorry about Dusk Light here, He lost the ability to use his voice when he was a colt but he has extraordinary fighting skills. Ah, right my name. Golden Might at your service." he said, holding out his hoof. I reluctantly took it and helped myself up. "Seriously... why do all ponies have it out for me?!" I asked him. "Well, ponies around here don't take too kindly to strange creatures roaming town as they please, especially the Elements. Anyways, we've been called by Princess Luna to take you to Canterlot. She and Princess Celestia wish to talk with you and that changeling you were sleeping with...." He said, adding some curiosity to his tone at the end. I felt red growing across my face as I quickly explained "UHHH... Its not what you think! That changeling was an orphan and one who actually understood me!!!" Golden's Eyebrow grew in suspicion as he accepted my answer. He nodded to two of his troop and they flew off. "Where are they going!?" I demanded, worried for 453's sake. I stared at him but I soon was lead by the three remaining Bat-ponies to a carriage that was painted with deep blues, purples and a bit of black. They shoved me in and strapped themselves to the front. Wouldn't that be slave work for ponies to be pulling other ponies? The carriage jerked and soon I saw it was up in the air, flying toward a massive castle built into the side of a mountain. I sat back and worried about the poor changeling... Five: Meeting with the lunar princess...I yawned as I sat there, watching the trees and hills go by. "Are we there yet?!" I said in my most annoying voice ever for the hundredth time. The pony just looked back and sighed. The pony beside him looked at me irritated and screamed "WE'LL GET THERE WHEN WE GET THERE!!!" "What? You should know one thing about some humans: We get bored easily with nothing to do!" I yelled at him. He just glared at me and returned to talking with his buddy. "UUUUUUHHHHH..." I said aloud, but not loud enough for the pony to hear. 'What should I call that changeling... Well, she's small enough to fit in my hat... she has violet wings... Tatl! No wait... she's not as annoying as Tatl... Navi! She's not annoying but she cares like navi... I'll see what she thinks.' I thought as I felt the carriage go bump against a stone walkway. I was escorted up a marble staircase where i was lead to double doors. Inside was another double doors. "Well this is flawed de- HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY SWORD!?" I spoke up as i was wrestled to the ground. They stripped me of my weapons and my pouch so I was near defenseless. I had my fists but I'm not good at hand to hand combat. They pushed me through the doors and I was met by a dark blue pegacorn. she had her hoof on her face and was shaking her head. "We- I- told the guards to be kind and gentle but they keep forgeting diplomacy rules..." She said, apologizing. "Yeah... they need to learn to pack a few magazines in the carriage when carrying humans. I was bored to death in there!" I yelled at her, forgeting she was a monarch. "Please forgive their efforts. We have never had outsiders come here that were not a Pony, Minotaur or a griffon. Or a dragon for that matter." She said. Soon a pure white pegacorn walked in. she had a flowing rainbow mane and a sun on her butt. 'I'll call her Sunbutt... seems like other people would.' I thought as I hid a small smile. She sat down opposite side of her sister and stared at me. 'I don't think i like her...' I thought as I wished I had my shield. "Is this the creature Luna?" The pegacorn asked. "Wait, You're luna!? You came into my dream!" I said in surprise. "Wait, that was the bad dream you felt Luna?" Sunbutt said, looking half as surprised as i was. "Yes Celestia. It is my duty as princess of the night to watch over all creatures is it not? Including ones we do not know much about?" Luna said, Looking at the other pegacorn smugly. Celestia sighed and said "yes It is Luna, but you could have atleast told me!" "Uhh, Am I interupping something here?" I said as I watched with interest. Celestia looked at me, her eyes clearly showing a bit of maddness, and hissed at me "Listen... I've had enough for one day, Its nearly morning and I haven't raised the sun yet, I haven't had my coffee and breakfast, and I won't have some furless ape come in to my palace and show me up." I glared at her and started to break out in laughter. "You-you think that you raise the sun! That's the funniest thing I've heard yet!" I said as I laughed at the pony. "We're done here Luna! If someponies want to mock the Princess of the sun, then let them mock!" She cried as she ran out of the room Luna walked over and said "I'm deeply sorry for how my sister acted. she's normally not this cranky in the mornings. She usually goes and has a slice of banana cake and coffee before she raises the sun but because of recent events she hasn't had any today." I sighed and left the room. Instead of a blue changeling, standing there was a blue pony with with a light purple mane and green eyes. I just noticed that on her flank was a set of golden triangles. "Why do you have a triforce on your flank?!" I asked, rather surprised. "Huh? I dunno, Its my cutie mark and I don't control it." She said, shrugging. That looked very awkward considering that she was a pony. "Now what were we late for again" I asked as another train whistle blew behind us. "The train to appleloosa!!" She shouted, taking my hand in her hoof. She had quite a grip for something so small. It really wasn't a huge run to the train station, since I was pulled half that way. It also turns out that the train was going to be delayed because of buffalo... Really? I mean don't buffalo live in plains? There was no plains for miles! Well, also a restock was mainly the cause of the delay. "Well we got a bit of time so, hurry up into the coal cart." She said, leading me around the ticket booth and the security. She lead me to a small ladder on the side of a very colorful train cart... thing. I climbed up it as silently as I could. Thankfully there was still some room left from the coal restock. I jumped in, getting my clothes very sooty, as well as Navi. When she hit the coal, she transformed back into a changeling and buried herself in the coal, getting herself fully blackened. "What are you doing?" I asked her. "This is how I have to get to Appleloosa... The coal cart is the only place where we won't get caught, as long as they don't run out of coal." She answered, coughing, and avoiding my first questing entirely. I just flopped my hand in my face and sighed. "This is going to be a loooong trip..." I said as the train lurched. Thank god that the train didn't have a face... and could talk like a very creepy kids show I loved when I was 3 or so. I settled back and took out the black crystal. I spun it in my hands, hoping not to turn into a wolf. Luckly it didn't feel like playing today. I slid it back in and took out the bottle with the note. "OOH is that a message in a bottle?" The sooty changeling filly asked, as she shook of most of the coal dust back onto the coal. "I guess, Wait, I never did tell you how I got here, did I?" I said to her. It didn't hurt but it caught me off guard. I fell on the ground, laughing and coughing. I sat up and soon there was a knock at my door. He looked nearly like Ganondorf, but his facepaint was a bit messy and the hair dye was nearly washed out. He must have accidentally put it on last night or took a shower after he put it on. The voice I assumed was Din said. "I'm no hero... I'm just a cosplayer with a cosplay gone wrong..." I said, expecting lighting and thunder to erupt from the sky. "I've seen there is a numerous of stranded people like you, turned into creatures or beings of evil, good, or in between." Din said, as I grasped the present that they gave me. "So..." I said, flipping the gem around. "So, we'll be able to send that around those universes to anyone who finds them." Farore said. "But I thought that you only could create, not do this other crazy goddess slash god stuff!" I said. "You'll be surprised of how much free time we have after creating hyrule." Din said. "We go off to other universes and have fun with the other gods and goddesses that live there." Farore said, laughing. I saw Navi was starting to yawn. She got up and staggered over to me. "Who's the voices..." She said, yawning. "Uh, Navi, Meet Din, Farore and Nayru." They each greeted Navi and Navi greeted them back. "Anyways, Press the triforce on the side and record a message." Nayru instructed. I did as she said and watched at the gem glowed a soft red. I quickly though of what to record. I smiled smugly. "I AM THE MIGHTY WARRIOR, HEATHER!" I started. "No you're not." Navi said, trying to interupt my moment of glory. "Shut up Navi! Ignore her... I guess to call, Touch the triforce? I'm new to this and I don't know how I got this..." "You summoned it...." Said Navi, lying about me summoning it. "SHUT UP NAVI!!!" I yelled as she climbed on my shoulders laughing. I sighed and said quietly "Changelings... You can't live with them, without them annoying you..." I cleared my throat and said "Call if you need anything... I'm just a sword for hire so what can go wrong?" It stopped glowing red as it was picked up into the air. The three goddesses began chanting as it was surrounded by a blue crystal and shattered into many different pieces. They all entered different colored portals, suddenly the portals closed. "Its time to go now, Heather." Din said, as I started to feel sleepy again. "Ok, I guess... I staggered into the kitchen where I already saw three ponies sitting there, Twilight, Applejack and, surprisingly, Navi. She was looking pretty drained. "Oh hello, you're up!" Twilight said, greeting me with a smile. Applejack greeted me with a scowl and a sort of whinny-growl. "Well, Good morning to you..." I said to her. She met me again with a glare. She really hated me. What did I do?! I sat down next to Navi and soon I was served a very strange pancake. It had hay sticking out from the edges. "Ehh... I'm.... not hungry..." I said, pushing the place away. Navi did the same. Seems like changelings have a different diet. "Ah forgot that 5- Ah mean Navi- has a different diet than most ponies and changelings. Ah guess it's the same with you Hoomins..." He said, pulling out some kind of smoked fish from the drawer. He looked at it in disgust and put two slabs on a plate. He slid them across the table, forks and all, and it landed in front of me. "Y'know, Ah'll nev'r understand why ya'll can stand eating that..." Braeburn said, shaking his head. "Its because if a changeling can't have love or emotions we're naturally Omnivores, more toward the carnivore side though. You've seen our fangs!" Navi said, inbetween bites. I cut off a piece and tested it. It tasted like normal fish. After that I scarfed it down like Navi was doing. After having no food for around 3 days I was STARVING!! I looked up and saw Twilight was taking notes on a small pad of paper. She looked up, expectant for an explanation on my species. "Uh... Humans are naturally Omnivores too?" That's all I could say with out scaring the poor ponies. “Interesting…” She muttered, looking back at the pad of paper. “So, about where you live…” She said, levitating the pencil back on the table. “AAAND We’re done here!” I said, covering my ears with my hands. I REALLY don’t want to talk about earth and the wars, global warming, humans eating other animals… and other stuff. The ponies stopped what they were doing and stared at me. It was very awkward… I continued to shovel fish in my mouth silently. Applejack smirked… This strikes me as not like her. I really don’t know how I knew that… maybe it was when she was protective of her cousin… I dunno. I suddenly heard noises coming from down the stairs. I turned and saw Fluttershy, Rainbow, and Pinkie walking down the stairs (Hopping in pinkie’s case.) “Good morning poni- I mean Appleloosa!” Pinkie pie shouted as she joined us at the table. She wasn’t even using proper English, or horsish… WHATEVER THEY CALL IT HERE, OK!? “I hate morning people…” I muttered. “Why?” Asked twilight. She must have overheard me. “I’m not a morning person. I like to sleep in and stuff. Shouldn’t you know this?” I snapped at her, still a little groggy. She recoiled back with surprise and fear. “I’m sorry… I’m not myself in the mornings…” I said. “I forgive you. I’d better go wake rarity up. We have to leave on the early morning train to canterlot. I need to see the princesses.” She said, walking out of the room. I nodded and flopped back in my seat. I suddenly heard Rainbow snickering and I turned and glared at her. “I’m sorry but nice bedmane!” She said, inbetween burst of laughter. I grabbed a mirror and looked in it. Sure enough, my hair was a mess, like it always is in the mornings. One half was in crazy knots and the other was tangled but frizzy. But, that’s when the important thing hit me… My previously green eyes had turned into blueish colored eyes, That’s when it actually sunk in. I though it was just the sword and shield, but no, I was actually link. I wanted to scream so badly right now. You have no idea how weird, awkward, and scary this is for me. I excused myself and ran outside, with navi following. “What’s up, heather?” She asked, concerned. “I’m freaking out, ok!?” I said, trying to remain calm. "Why?" She asked, tilting her head. "You... remember how I got here... right?" I asked her. Nod. "Well... It turns out that the sword and shield are not the only things that became real..." She tilted her head at this. "The costume came real... There is no way to word that sentence to sound not creepy..." I said, muttering the last part to myself. She looked me over and said "I don't get it." I facepalmed and sighed. "That's because you met me as I am now..." I explained. She still just looks at me and says "I don't get it." Another facepalm to my face. "Never mind.... We need money... why don't we go get a job or somethin'." I said to Navi. "Ok!" She said. I poke my head in through the front door of Braeburn's house and said "Braeburn! "Yes indeed, Flim, But we need all the help we can to get rid of these ghastly parasites!" an identical one said, except he didn't have a mustache. Suddenly a pink little bug with blue eyes flew in front of the duo. They gasped in fear and ran away. "Seriously..." I deadpanned. Suddenly it spewed a green fuzzy ball of green fur with red eyes. it sprouted wings and flew off, devouring an apple whole. I looked at it in disgust. "Uhhhh..." I said, not knowing what to think. "Those are parasprites, heather." Navi said, batting the green one away. "Oh... we better do something then..." I said grabbing an apple. I set it in my shield and whistled. All the parasprites looked at me. they saw the apple and ran towards me. "NAVI!! When I say go, you send this apple flying as far as you can!" I yelled at her. She nodded and grabbed my shield. I grabbed some spare rope and quickly tied my shield to two branches. Just as they got close enough I yelled, but it couldn't be heard over the roar of a million tiny wings. Navi let the makeshift slingshot go and send the apple flying through the sky. It fell over the horizion, the tiny winged parasites following. "Oh you-" The mustached one began to say. I cut him off and said "You two better be careful. Who know's what would have happened if those things got into town." I glared at them. They looked down, sadly. Navi stared at me for a moment, probably wondering what I was babbling on about. "Hmmm.... ITS YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBO- THAT ONE'S TAKEN TOO!" I shouted in annoyance. I could hear that Navi had just fallen down and was cracking up with laughter. "Oh yuk it up!" I shouted at her. She continued to bawl with laughter. I just rolled my eyes and chuckled a bit with her. I sat down on a nearby bench and continued to think as she did that. "Ooh! SHAZAM! Wait.... where have I heard that before... That one might be taken...." I said, navi staggering with pain from laughing. "I got one! Lifes never dull with me around!" Navi said, cracking up from her own phrase. "Oh haha... Not funny." I said, rolling my eyes. Navi rolled back on the ground, weezing from laughter. When she hears something funny, she think's it's funny. She might also be slightly ADHD... I dunno though. I stepped through the door and into the office of a brown pony with a mustache and a ten gallon hat. He even had a vest, bandanna and a little silver star included. He seemed to have been doing paper when we walked in because he was shuffling some paper and stuffing it in a drawer. "Yes may ah help- You..." He said, turning around. "We'd like to claim our reward. We solved those... Flim flam brothers? Was that what they were called navi?" I said, looking at the brown pony and then to navi. She shrugged. "Oh, who's problem now?" He said. I held out the flyer and he read it through. "Those thieving varmits!" He said as he sprinted out the door. I saw he left a paper out. it said: Wanted. Sword for hire, protection etc. "Hm?" Navi said as she peeked over the table. I picked up the paper and held it down so Navs could see. "We should do this! We need bits after all." Navi said. "I also found this wierd thing outside at the orchard. Its still there though..." Navi continued, staring out the door. "We'll look at it later." I said, taking a quill and scribbling a note. I put the note on the desk and walked out the door with navi in tow. "So what did it look like Navs? I asked her. "Well, it was like this glowing... cube... thing... I don't know really. I thought it was a magic bomb so I left it alone." She said. "Uh. That does sound kind of dangerous, and since this world doesn't have batteries or lightbulbs I'd expect that to be radioactive or something." I said. She tilted her head at the mention of batteries and lightbulbs. "Never mind, earth thing." "Oh." Suddenly I got a really weird feeling, Like I was being watched by someone I knew. I shrugged it off and continued to walk. "So, What are we gonna do about it?" Navi said. "'Bout what?" I said. "Never mind..." She said, face... Hoofing? Weird... "So, why is there no o- pony around?" I asked her. "They're most likely afraid of you." She said. "Why not you. You're equally as scary as I am to the ponies." I said. "No offence" I added. "None taken. About the ponies being scared, That's because, Like Braeburn said, I've lived here ever since I was thrown out of the hive. I only need to transform when new ponies are around." She explained. "Hm. So, When we met, you said something about a queen? Mind elaborating?" I asked. "Oh you mean queen chrysalis... We, uh, kind of tried to take over the capital of equestria one time... That was before I hatched of course... I only know of this because... It's kind of how I got kicked out..." She said, a bit of pain rising in her voice. I pulled the changeling closer and gave her a light rub on the head. "Aw come on! That was in the past! No way anyone would hate you because of a thing your kind did in the past!" I said, laughing a bit. She pushed me away and said "You'd be surprised." "So, why'd your kind invade that place?" "The hive was starving. Our queen needed a source of love to feed them all so... out of starvation, she attacked canterlot..." She explained, sighing. "Come on, we better find Braeburn." I said. She nodded and followed. We walked through the door of Braeburn's house and found it surprisingly empty. "Where is he?" Navi said, wandering over to the kitchen. "I dunno." I said. My eyes wandered over to a note on the coffee table near the couch. I picked it up and read it aloud. Dear Navi and Human (Heather was it?) I've gone with my cousin Applejack to check out how Ol' Sweet apple acres is doing. Make sure nothing bad happens to Appleloosa for me. I'll likely be back in a few days or so. Thanks, Braeburn. "Aw man, We totally missed saying goodbye..." Navi sighed. "Well, he'll be back in a couple of days so it's not too bad." I said. I turned to the window and noticed the sun was going down alot earlier for some reason. "Why is the sun going down?" I asked Navi. "Celestia must want her sister to get some attention. I don't blame her. It is a little strange though...Maybe Discord is having a little bit of fun..." Navi thought aloud. "Uh Discord?" I asked Navi. "Somepony call?" A voice said out of nowhere. I swear my eyes grew to the size of dinnerplates when I heard that. "Oh... for the love of..." I muttered, pulling out my sword in self defense. "No need to get hostile! I've come just to say hi!" The voice said. Suddenly in a flash of light a very strange creature was standing before me. It was a weird hybrid of a donkey, dragon, lion, eagle, pony and many other animals. It looked more like chaos than an animal if you asked me. I also nearly fainted as he appeared. "Discord... Why are you here..." Navi deadpanned as Discord put on his best innocent face. "Why, If it isn't a changeling! I didn't know changelings knew about me! I guess this makes me famous now!" He said as a feather boa and glasses suddenly popped into existence. "Discord..." Navi said threateningly. "Oh come on! I didn't think changelings couldn't have a sense of humor!" He said. "Uh... Mind explaining what you are..." I said. I was still trying to wrap my head around this. "Right. As you know from Miss No Humor, I am Discord, Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, Yada yada yada." He explained. He snapped his claw and suddenly there was a teapot and a teacup suddenly floating within his grasp. He poured the teapot and nothing came out. He suddenly drank the cup (I'm serious! he DRANK the cup!) and snapped his claws again, making the teapot disappear. "So what are we standing around here for?!" He said, annoyed. "Uh, Discord... Mind explaining again why you're here... and not... wherever your supposed to be?" I asked. Right now, I'm legitimately terrified out of my mind. "Ah right... A down to the point mare... Or since you're not a pony what would that make you... Geez, Being a good guy really gets to your knowledge..." He muttered, barely allowing me to hear it. "Ok then... I detected a large amount of chaos magic a couple days ago and I thought I was just feeling things again, but suddenly, Fluttershy had a large black wolf in her house. It was strange but again I ignored it. Long story short, I kept feeling again and I decided to investigate and here we are now!" He explained. "Uh so, you know Fluttershy?" I said, recovering from his recent outbursts. "KNOW her?! I LIVE with her!" He cried out, summoning a picture with him and fluttershy. He snapped his paw and the picture disappeared. "Oh, Then bye! Fluttershy must be very worried so you mustn't concern yourself with us!" Navi cried out, pushing him out the door. "Fine. I get the message." He said as he disappeared in a flash of light. "Why did you push him out!?" I shouted at Navi. "Trust me. You didn't want him here any longer..." Navi said as she yawned. "Tired already? It's still about Noon." I teased her. "Shut up. It's past noon..." She said as she fell in heap. I started to feel drowsy as well. Soon the floor saying goodnight to my face. AUTHOR'S NOTE woot! I finally got done with this chapter! I've thought about it and due to this ending, I'm not going with what I planned for thanksgiving. I've got a plan and I want to stick with it. We were both cosplaying as Legend of Zelda characters, him as Ganon or Ganondorf in some games, and me as Link, even though I'm a girl. I was missing some parts of the costume but still it was a great costume. I only wish Gavin would have done Dark Link or even the dead hero of time from Twilight Princess, but still hero and villain is still pretty cool. “Hm? Gavin... Hey.. look it's that shard that that caused The hero of twilight to change from a wolf anytime the player wanted...” I pointed out. “That was awfully drawn out..” “Shut up...” We both walked over and I grabbed it. It was faintly pulsing with a familiar orange light. “Ah so you've noticed the crystal? It's yours for 150 dollars...” the merchant behind the stand said. “WHAT! Thats a rip-off for a plastic knockoff!” I saw Gavin was fiddling with a sword. I assumed that it was something from OoT. I never played OoT so I have nearly no knowledge of the game. “If you get this I'll give you a bonus... I'll throw in the sword your friend is looking at for 20 bucks, other than the usual 90. Deal?” He said. I stared at him to Gavin, who was holding up 50 dollars, and back to the merchant. I let out a sigh and slapped 120 dollars down on the table, added with the 50 dollars from Gavin. “Nice doing business with you... I hope you have a good time...Oh I, Improved the crystal a bit so you won't have to worry about the language barrier...” he said. I picked it up and held it up, proud that I managed to get it, not even caring about what he said. Suddenly I saw Gavin collapse on the ground. After that I felt dizzy and saw the floor getting closer. Then I just blacked out. So... that's where we are right now. I have nothing other to say than, I really have a bad feeling about this... (Current Time: Unknown. Place: Canterlot castle.) “Sister, A royal guard has found something near Twilight's home. Shall we inform Twilight?” A dark blue horned Pegasus, with a flowing starry mane and tail, said to a white horned pegasus, with a flowing rainbow mane and tail. The white one shook her head and said “No Luna, We should let Twilight figure out if this is a threat to Equestria or not. She hasn't been wrong before has she? But if it makes you feel better you can send some Night guards tonight to investigate, but do not hurt it.” Luna thanked her sister and walked out of the room. (Current time: Unknown. Place: Ponyville, Near Golden Oaks Library.) “Urhhh... Did anyone catch the 18- Wheeler that hit me...” I said after I got to my feet. My vision was blurry but I saw a small blue dot growing closer and closer. I shook my head and saw it was a cyan horse flying at breakneck speed. WAIT FLYING!?! CRAP! I quickly ducked and rolled out of the way of the crazed horse. I've taken many martial arts classes as well as watched a few evasion tutorials online so at least I couldn't get the stuffing beat out of me while I try to stay alive. I stood up and felt my head. I looked down and picked up the green hat then ran as fast as I could to stay alive from a speeding rainbow horse. I ducked down an alleyway as a rainbow blur sped past me. “Where did you go!?” I heard it yell as it landed and galloped down a different alley. I walked out and sighed. I sat down and took out the foam master sword. It felt heaver and it was more shinier. Weird... I held it in my hand and slashed as a vine that was growing off of a house. It was supposed to harmlessly have the vine flow over it but instead the vine split in half. I dropped the sword, with a crash, in surprise and stared at it. “How is that possible... it's supposed to be foam!!” I yelled at no one. I looked around, just remembering the blue/rainbow horse. I picked it up and saw a bag around my waist. “Huh? This is new...” I said as I peeked into it. Inside was that crystal and a bottle. Inside the bottle was a note, I uncorked the bottle and read the note. 'Just a freebie I threw in, I was feeling generous.' it read. it didn't have a signature so I couldn't help but wonder who wrote it. I tossed the note in the bag and tied it back up. “Uhg... my head still feels funny... How did I get here... Wait... GAVIN! Oh my god, I forgot completely about him!” I shouted as I looked quickly to see if he was anywhere near me. “Gavin! Please say something! If I don't hear from you I think I'm going to go crazy!!” I yelled, not even caring about the horse. It must have been far gone by now, or so I assumed.
Two: Why does this happen to me?! Two: Why does this happen to me?! “YAAAHH!!!” I heard as I felt a cargo truck slam in my back. I quickly grabbed whatever hit me and dragged it to the ground as I fell. “OUCH! Jeez, I know you're an everfree monster but you could make an effort not to fight back and let me win like your other friends do!” the horse said, picking itself up. It shook its coat and turned to face me. At this point I don't know what's real or not. “Wait.. WHAT ARE YOU!!!” I yelled at it. I backed away as far as I can before backing into a wall covered with vines. I was terrified out of my mind! I held up the shield I just so conveniently had and braced for an impact. I felt nothing but I heard a soft voice that sounded unusually calming. I lowered the shield to see.. another flipping horse... this time I got a better look and saw it had wings. “Are you ok... Did the mean Rainbow Dash scare you?” she asked, walking slowly closer. “Uhhh Yes! Wait... What kind of name is rainbow dash!” I yelled, as I peeked around the yellow pegasus. “Thats my name!” “Oh... sorry...” “Hm!..” She said as I saw a burst of rainbow dart across the sky. “I'm sorry about Rainbow Dash... She can be stubborn at times. My name is Fluttershy. Do you have a name?” She said, holding out her hoof. I grabbed it and saw it was covered in fur, unlike horses on earth “My name's... Heather. Listen, Fluttershy was it, I'm not from here and I'm scared as I can possibly get now. I just want to go home to my cat and family. I just want to find my friend and just get out of here... ok?” I blurted out to the small horse. She nodded and helped me up. I had no idea why I was trusting this creature, considering something like her beat the pudding out of me! I suddenly grabbed my arm as I felt a sharp pain go into it. I look down as I see it turning into... a paw... 'CRAP THE FLIPPING CRYSTAL IS REAL!!!' I think as I fall on my knees as the transformation from human link to wolf link took place. Then I'm unconscious again... Isn't my life Amazing? (Current time: 12:47, Equestrian time. Place: Fluttershy's cottage. Fluttershy's POV Third Person) Fluttershy placed down the wolf on a large pillow. She quickly examined it thoroughly and saw it was ok. Fluttershy climbed up on her couch and quickly wrote a letter to twilight, since she couldn't go to her in pony and had to watch the wolf. “There... I hope whatever happened to that creature didn't hurt her...” she said as she finished writing and walked outside. Fluttershy saw a nearby mint green unicorn was walking past. “Uh... Lyra... if you can help me real quick... you don't have to if you don't want to...” fluttershy said, her tone growing quieter near the end. Somehow Lyra heard her and walked over. Fluttershy gave her the letter to deliver to twilight, since derpy would just get lost on the way. The butter yellow pegasus thanked Lyra and went back to the cottage. (Current time: 12:49 EqT. Place: Some random cottage.) 'Why does my head and body hurt... Oh wait I remember.. the crystal... Can I change back with the master sword?' I thought to myself as I got to my paws. 'GREAT! Now i'm a wolf until who knows when and I hurt... well this isn't too bad I guess...' I thought as I stood up. “Oh wait! Mr wolf, you can't leave yet!” 'What.. the... heck... MR!?!' I spun around to see fluttershy was muzzle to... nose... with me. “FLUTTERSHY! BACK UP A BIT!” I said... somehow... without my jaws moving. “Oh I'm sorry Mr. Wolf... I just want to make sure your ok.” “I'll be ok when I get back to normal! You saw what happen right Fluttershy?” “Um, I'm sorry but I saw a creature named heather turn into a wolf and-” She stopped and I saw her eyes bug out to around 8 inches. “Are you heather!?” she asked. I nodded and sat down. She backed away a bit before I could explain what happened. “Wait how can you even understand me! I'm a wolf and wolves can't talk!” I said, taking a step torward the mare. God, I'm going insane... “Oh a-animals are my s-special talent.” Fluttershy said, a bit intimidated from what has been going on. I sighed and stared at her. “Listen... I won't hurt you nor kill you ok? I'm not like that. Where I'm from this normally never happens... except in a video game but those things are set in places that aren't real.” I said. Fluttershy started to relax and soon a furious knocking came at her door. She walked over and opened the door. She was tackled by a orange blur and a familiar rainbow blur came after me. Following was a purple pegacorn and a white... unicorn... 'why am I not surprised...' I thought. Suddenly a pink pony came right through the door (and I mean literally though the door!) and shouted “SURPRISE!!” and tons of confetti and cake batter fell from the sky somehow. I wasn't even concerned with the blue pegasus hanging over me shouting in my face. I saw fluttershy was crying a bit as the orange horse helped her up. “Sorry sugarcube, we had to make sure a changeling wasn't attacking.”* I suddenly felt a wave of rage come up at the orange one. The next few bits are a blur but I can remember attacking the orange one before the purple one used some kind of tranquilizer on me.
Three: EVERYPONY WANTS TO KILL ME!!!“I'm sorry fluttershy, It should be ok... I only used a weak stun spell so it should be alive... maybe...” I heard something say. My vision was a blur so I couldn't exactly pinpoint it. “Fl-fluttershy... what in Zelda's name is g-going on...” I said. Fluttershy rushed over and said “Heather... it's going to be ok... Just relax... I send a letter over to twilight asking for help and she overreacted as usual with things unknown to Equestria. She might be able to help with whatever happened to you though...” suddenly there was flash of light and my whole body felt like pins and needles were inflicting it. I opened my eyes to see the horses were just staring... at... me... 'god this is creepy...' I thought to myself. I felt the sensation roll down my back. I looked down and saw that I was human again. “THANK GOD FOR THE MASTER SWORD!!!” I said, entirely relieved that I wasn't going to be wolf forever. I stood up and walked over to fluttershy. She was about as high as the wolf form so she was about waist high as a human. I bent down and said “Thank you fluttershy... remember I would do nothing to ever hurt you or any of your friends... well maybe not Rainbow over there.” I turned my attention to rainbow dash “After all she did NEARLY KILL ME!” she met me with a death stare. I just brushed it off. I saw the purple... Pegacorn, I'm just gonna call it a pegacorn, walk up to me but when I turned to her, she lit up her horn in defense. “Why do you all want to kill me!?” I yelled at the pegacorn. I heard hoof scrapes from behind me I took out my shield and held it up behind me as a orange horse came and tried to kick me. In all this, fluttershy was hiding behind a white unicorn. She was as equally scared as I was. “EVERYPONY STOP!” the purple pegacorn said. “What did you say? Every... pony?” I said, tilting my head a bit. I couldn't help but crack a small smile at that. Now that's proof if I don't find something or someone that won't kill me I'm gonna go insane. “Whats so funny about that huh?!” Rainbow dash yelled in my face. 'God I just want to punch her...' “Why would you want to punch dashie, huh?” said the pink pony who just popped up in my face. “WHAT THE-!” I said, falling over. It laughed and bounced away. “I just wanna go home...” I whispered to myself. I didn't want these insane ponies, I didn't want to have a crystal that randomly changes me into a wolf, and most of all I don't want these Pegasi getting on my nerves! Not fluttershy, she's alright. I stood up and calmly walked out the door, ignoring all the things the horses were saying. When I got a good distant away from them I burst into a run, tears streaming from my eyes. “I JUST WANNA GO HOME! WHY CAN'T SOMEONE JUST LET ME DO THAT!” I yelled at a rock. “I'm going crazy... I need Gavin, he should have been sent here right?.. right?...” “Is anypony here? I heard s-someone crying...” a voice called. I looked around and saw a black bug pony looking around. “Don't worry I won't hurt you... Crystalis kicked me out, said I was a defect...” It said, it's violet wings buzzing every now and then.
Four: Meeting changeling number 453- wait I have a nightmare? Aw man...I crept toward to the edge of the forest when the bug pony was walking. she seemed scared... almost as scared as me. I threw a rock in her path, just to see what her reaction. She squeaked and suddenly she was hanging from a branch. she looked around and slowly hovered down to the ground. "Hello? If theres anypony there... Please come out..." She reminded me vaguely of fluttershy. I wonder why? She seems safe enough... I could also really use something to help me around this land... Ok if it attacks then I can defend with my sword. I stand up slowly to look over the bush. The creature was still poking through bushes on the other side of the path. I stand up and start to walk closer. Suddenly there's huge snap and I see a dead tree branch falling at the creature. 'I need to do something!!' I think as I dash over. Without thinking, I grab the animal and dive out of the way. "You-you saved me!" It said, letting out a sigh. "yeah yeah, don't make me regret it..." I muttered under my breath. "What are you? I've never seen a Everfree monster as kind or as strange looking as you." She said, crawling out from under my arms. "My name is Heather and I'm not a monster. I'm from a race called Humans. You've probably never had heard of them... Nor has anything else in this world..." I say, mumbling the last part under my breath. "Yeah... I've never heard of them... but I know of somepony who does! Unfortunately... I got banished from my hive the moment I was brought there..." She explained. She sighed and dug her holey hoof in the dirt. I looked down at her and thought 'She's so small... she must be atleast 6 years old... but then again I have no idea how years work for ponies. Does she even have anyone to take care of her?' "Do... Do you have any parents? Siblings? Friends?" I asked her. she just sighed and said "Parents? No, Every changeling is taken away at birth to be raised on the guard at the queen's hive or be raised as a drone... I was unlucky and got kicked out before I could even be seen. Siblings? I've already answered that... and I've never had a friend in my life... Changelings are commonly disregarded as trash or seen as an enemy in certain places like Ponyville and Canterlot... and back at the hive, Friendship was considered evil after the Canterlot invasion." At this point, tears were running out of her little buggy eyes like waterfalls. I pulled her closer and said "You have a friend now...Believe it or not, your the second pony who hasn't attacked me yet." She looked up and sniffed. "Really? You've been attacked too? Ponies always misunderstand... The unicorns especially... then come the Earth ponies... they both think there so high and mighty, that they always are on top, while creatures like dragons and changelings are some kind of monster. I wish there was more ponies like you... I mean if you were a pony... or a changeling..." she said, yawning. I looked up at the clearing in the trees. The sun was starting to set. "Do you have a name?" I asked her before she fell asleep. "Back at the hive... they called me... 4..53...." she snored. I couldn't help but crack a smile at the sleeping changeling in front of me. she certainly was young, no adult pony would look this cute sleeping. Actually I can think of one. "Wait she was called a number? Hmmm... in that case I better give her a name..." I wondered aloud, yawning. I soon found myself snoring under a tree with 453 in my hat. Yes she's that small, she barely fits in my hat. Its incredibly adorable. (Time: 10:42, Equestrian Time. Place: Canterlot Castle, Princess Celestia's Bedroom. The white royal monarch of the sun started to pace, wondering when she would receive a letter from her student. "I hope you're alright twilight..." she muttered into the open night air. A faint wisp of smoke suddenly came zooming into her room. she quickly grabbed it with her magic and read it aloud, even though there was nopony else in the room. Dear Princess Celestia,Fluttershy found a strange creature in the middle of an alleyway fighting Rainbow dash. She said, in her letter, she took the creature to her home when she found out it could change into a black wolf! I came rushing over with Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie, and Rainbow when I read that. Right when we got in it automatically attacked us, starting with Applejack first. But the weird thing is, it looked like it was worried for Fluttershy. Fluttershy also called the creature Heather. It might be the name of the creature or the species. but anyways, I used a minor stun spell on it but it didn't last as long as I hoped it would have. It wasn't a changeling but it wasn't a natural wolf either. It could use magic because at that time it transformed to a bipedal furless monkey-like creature entirely clothed in green. It wasn't a unicorn either though... It wasn't like any magic I've seen before. Anyways, It seemed to have been in rage as well because it stormed out of fluttershy's cottage. Even Pinkie and her... unusual ways couldn't calm it down. Rainbow Dash followed it for a while but lost it in the Everfree forest. Should I pursue with the rest of the elements? Melissa called me yesterday and said Gavin didn't come home. do you know what happened?" she asked, pouring herself a glass of OJ. I started to tear up and I ran straight at her, to only see... THE PURPLE PEGACORN!!! I stared at my hand, instead of a spoon there was the master sword. The pegacorn was on the ground, bruised and hurt, begging for mercy. I saw a dark figure holding the other the other ponies captive in a force field, including Fluttershy and 453. She was bruised and crying. 453 was hanging limply from the hold of the magic. "Please Gavin... What happened to the person Heather told me about!" she squeaked. I stood there, stunned. 'But... Gavin- and the sword- but how- WHEN DID I TELL FLUTTERSHY ABOUT GAVIN??' I thought. I automatically ran forward and leaped in the air. Suddenly the dark figure caught me in a dark blue aura. "Its OK Heather... It won't hurt you again..." I heard something say. from behind me I saw a blast of light come and hit the figure in the chest. it slowly began to melt and in it's place was a dark blue pegacorn. This one, I felt more trusting of for some reason. "Who are you..." I asked the pony, after being dropped to the ground. "My name is Princess Luna. I am deeply sorry about how Princess Twilight handled you. This nightmare was about another human was it not?" she asked. i nodded and said "But how do you know my name and about humans?" She chuckled and said "There is one pony in Ponyville who has Nightmares about humans all the time. Her name is Lyra Heartstings. I met her in pony at Nightmare Night. She's a nice mare." I stared at her, in confusion about what she was saying. "Listen to me, if you want to solve this problem you have to figure out what is wrong. Trust me... I hope to meet you in pony, or in person, soon." she said, flying away. "WAIT!! wait..." I said as I abruptly woke up to shaking. "Heather! Heather! Ponies are coming!" 453 yelled in my face. "Huh... Yeah sure, just wait a second..." I muttered as I nearly fell back to sleep. "But I saw them walking close to where we are now!!" She yelled. I sat up immediately and looked around. Sure enough there was a small rustle of leaves. I crawled over and poked the bush with my sword. Immediately a grey pony with bat wings jumped out and pinned me down. "453 RUN!!" I shouted, reminding myself if we met again to give her a name. she shot up and took off running, panicking as she did so. I resisted against the strong bat-pony for a good hour or so, he really wasn't that strong... unlike that rainbow pony... I HATE HER, *Ahem* sorry, anyways I eventually shoved him off of me when he got too tired. I reached for my sword that it knocked away and held it up, having no idea how to use it other than blocking. "UHH, can't we just talk?" I said to the pony before it lunged at me. I swiftly dodged and held up the sword and blocked as its rear legs came flying at me. There was a clang of hoof on metal as he knocked it away with a solid sweep of his legs. We both watched it go flying and crash into a rock. "Best two out of three?" I said, holding up my arms. The pony answered me with a growl. Soon another bat-pony came out with a squad of five bat-ponies. "I'm terribly sorry about Dusk Light here, He lost the ability to use his voice when he was a colt but he has extraordinary fighting skills. Ah, right my name. Golden Might at your service." he said, holding out his hoof. I reluctantly took it and helped myself up. "Seriously... why do all ponies have it out for me?!" I asked him. "Well, ponies around here don't take too kindly to strange creatures roaming town as they please, especially the Elements. Anyways, we've been called by Princess Luna to take you to Canterlot. She and Princess Celestia wish to talk with you and that changeling you were sleeping with...." He said, adding some curiosity to his tone at the end. I felt red growing across my face as I quickly explained "UHHH... Its not what you think! That changeling was an orphan and one who actually understood me!!!" Golden's Eyebrow grew in suspicion as he accepted my answer. He nodded to two of his troop and they flew off. "Where are they going!?" I demanded, worried for 453's sake. I really need to give her a name... "Going to find the changeling. Don't worry I can assure you that she will be safe" Golden said, Venom dripping from his tone. I stared at him but I soon was lead by the three remaining Bat-ponies to a carriage that was painted with deep blues, purples and a bit of black. They shoved me in and strapped themselves to the front. Wouldn't that be slave work for ponies to be pulling other ponies? The carriage jerked and soon I saw it was up in the air, flying toward a massive castle built into the side of a mountain. I sat back and worried about the poor changeling...
Five: Meeting with the lunar princess...I yawned as I sat there, watching the trees and hills go by. "Are we there yet?!" I said in my most annoying voice ever for the hundredth time. The pony just looked back and sighed. The pony beside him looked at me irritated and screamed "WE'LL GET THERE WHEN WE GET THERE!!!" "What? You should know one thing about some humans: We get bored easily with nothing to do!" I yelled at him. He just glared at me and returned to talking with his buddy. "UUUUUUHHHHH..." I said aloud, but not loud enough for the pony to hear. 'What should I call that changeling... Well, she's small enough to fit in my hat... she has violet wings... Tatl! No wait... she's not as annoying as Tatl... Navi! She's not annoying but she cares like navi... I'll see what she thinks.' I thought as I felt the carriage go bump against a stone walkway. "Are we there yet now!?" I whined, being more annoying than ever. The pony covered his ears and yelled "YES, YES WE ARE THERE!" I stuck out my tongue and got out of the carriage. I was escorted up a marble staircase where i was lead to double doors. Inside was another double doors. "Well this is flawed de- HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY SWORD!?" I spoke up as i was wrestled to the ground. They stripped me of my weapons and my pouch so I was near defenseless. I had my fists but I'm not good at hand to hand combat. They pushed me through the doors and I was met by a dark blue pegacorn. she had her hoof on her face and was shaking her head. "We- I- told the guards to be kind and gentle but they keep forgeting diplomacy rules..." She said, apologizing. "Yeah... they need to learn to pack a few magazines in the carriage when carrying humans. I was bored to death in there!" I yelled at her, forgeting she was a monarch. "Please forgive their efforts. We have never had outsiders come here that were not a Pony, Minotaur or a griffon. Or a dragon for that matter." She said. Soon a pure white pegacorn walked in. she had a flowing rainbow mane and a sun on her butt. 'I'll call her Sunbutt... seems like other people would.' I thought as I hid a small smile. She sat down opposite side of her sister and stared at me. 'I don't think i like her...' I thought as I wished I had my shield. "Is this the creature Luna?" The pegacorn asked. "Wait, You're luna!? You came into my dream!" I said in surprise. "Wait, that was the bad dream you felt Luna?" Sunbutt said, looking half as surprised as i was. "Yes Celestia. It is my duty as princess of the night to watch over all creatures is it not? Including ones we do not know much about?" Luna said, Looking at the other pegacorn smugly. Celestia sighed and said "yes It is Luna, but you could have atleast told me!" "Uhh, Am I interupping something here?" I said as I watched with interest. "No, I'm sorry but Luna is supposed to tell me what is happening in the dreams of ponykind." Sunbutt said. "So you're su-I mean Celestia and she's luna right?" I said, just to be clear. They both nodded and Luna said "You're a long way from home, aren't you. There has been legends dug up that most ponies, Besides the one I told you about in your dream, just shrug off as myths and fantasies." "So there's other humans right?" I asked, hopefully. Celestia shook her head. "Sadly you are the first. The legends are what had most likely slipped through the cracks of the dimensions." "So, there are other dimestions?" I asked, curious about that. "Well, acording to what we have left of the theory Starswirl made. We only have about a quarter and even today we have our best unicorn philosophers trying their hoof at solving the theory." Luna said. I sighed and said "So... I'm stuck here? In a land full of multicolored horses without my best friend. He should be here too..." Luna looked at Celestia, her eyes full of sorrow. soon there was a knock at the doors and in came a squad of bat-ponies holding Navi. "Let me go...!" She cried, obviously in pain. I rushed over and scooped her up in my hat, knocking the two holding her down. I held her tight and said "Why did they hurt her! You clearly have no respect for the helpless!" Celestia looked at me, her eyes clearly showing a bit of maddness, and hissed at me "Listen... I've had enough for one day, Its nearly morning and I haven't raised the sun yet, I haven't had my coffee and breakfast, and I won't have some furless ape come in to my palace and show me up." I glared at her and started to break out in laughter. "You-you think that you raise the sun! That's the funniest thing I've heard yet!" I said as I laughed at the pony. "We're done here Luna! If someponies want to mock the Princess of the sun, then let them mock!" She cried as she ran out of the room Luna walked over and said "I'm deeply sorry for how my sister acted. she's normally not this cranky in the mornings. She usually goes and has a slice of banana cake and coffee before she raises the sun but because of recent events she hasn't had any today." I sighed and left the room. I gathered my things and left the castle. "Wait... Now how am I supposed to get back!" I yelled, realizing that I messed up my one chance at transportation. "Well, we could always try the train. But I highly doubt that the ponies that run the train would let you on..." The changeling said. "Oh by the way, I was wondering, since you don't have a name, would Navi be good with you?" I asked her. She nodded and crawled back into my hat. I smiled as I put it back on, making sure she wouldn't fall out. She poked her head out and sat there. "So... Now what?"

"No- Well, yes a little, and her name is Princess Twilight... and the official term is Alicorn. My magic is transformation magic." She said. "Really? Can all changelings do that?" I said, not amused in the slightest. "Yes, but... eh... I can only do earth ponies... if I do Unicorns or Pegasi, my wings or horn won't appear. It will be the same as you see now... I'm good at other magic though too, like levitation and-and... Uhh..." She said, levitating a stick with her aqua aura and writing a list in the dirt. "Woah, Now that's a pretty cool trick... Can you levitate me?!" I said, excitedly. She just looked at me strangely and suddenly from far away a small whistle came up. "Wait what time is it!!" Navi shouted, looking through a nearby window at a clock. "What's up?" I asked, putting my hand on her... chitin? Now that we we're in better light than the forest, the castle or that alleyway I could see that her skin was a pale light blue and her wings were a lighter violet than I thought. That's probably what she said when she meant she had a defect. "OH NO! Hurry!" She said, cloaking herself with blue flames. Instead of a blue changeling, standing there was a blue pony with with a light purple mane and green eyes. I just noticed that on her flank was a set of golden triangles. "Why do you have a triforce on your flank?!" I asked, rather surprised. "Huh? I dunno, Its my cutie mark and I don't control it." She said, shrugging. That looked very awkward considering that she was a pony. "Now what were we late for again" I asked as another train whistle blew behind us. "The train to appleloosa!!" She shouted, taking my hand in her hoof. She had quite a grip for something so small. It really wasn't a huge run to the train station, since I was pulled half that way. It also turns out that the train was going to be delayed because of buffalo... Really? I mean don't buffalo live in plains? There was no plains for miles! Well, also a restock was mainly the cause of the delay. "Well we got a bit of time so, hurry up into the coal cart." She said, leading me around the ticket booth and the security. She lead me to a small ladder on the side of a very colorful train cart... thing. I climbed up it as silently as I could. Thankfully there was still some room left from the coal restock. I jumped in, getting my clothes very sooty, as well as Navi. When she hit the coal, she transformed back into a changeling and buried herself in the coal, getting herself fully blackened. "What are you doing?" I asked her. "This is how I have to get to Appleloosa... The coal cart is the only place where we won't get caught, as long as they don't run out of coal." She answered, coughing, and avoiding my first questing entirely. I just flopped my hand in my face and sighed. "This is going to be a loooong trip..." I said as the train lurched. Thank god that the train didn't have a face... and could talk like a very creepy kids show I loved when I was 3 or so. I settled back and took out the black crystal. I spun it in my hands, hoping not to turn into a wolf. Luckly it didn't feel like playing today. I slid it back in and took out the bottle with the note. "OOH is that a message in a bottle?" The sooty changeling filly asked, as she shook of most of the coal dust back onto the coal. "I guess, Wait, I never did tell you how I got here, did I?" I said to her. She shook her head, coal dust falling onto me this time. I sighed and adjusted my back against the wall. "Well, It a long story... Do you want to hear about that morning or just get to the point... after all we have a long ride ahead." I asked her. "Start from the beginning. It would be like the stories I would hear Princess Twilight read when I would live there..." She said, starting to get a little sad. I grabbed her and held her close. I put her on my shield and took a breath. "Ok, so It all started when I woke up..." FLASHBACK~!!! I yawned as I sat up on my bed, my Link costume hanging up on my doorframe. Today was the day of some kind of convention Gavin introduced me to. I got up and went out in the hall. As usual there was my breakfast and a note from my mom. I picked it up and read it aloud to no one in particular. Dear Heather, My little ray of sun Once again, your breakfast is on the counter and some orange juice is in the fridge. Today is going to be a bit different, sweetie. I volunteered to work late shift on my work scedule and I won't be back until later tonight. I looked at it for a minute then flipped past it, bored. I settled on a show on netflix and ate my breakfast in peace. Soon the phone ran. I put down my plate and grabbed the phone. It was Gavin. I answered it and said "WAZZZUPP!!!!" "Hello to you to Heather. You ready?" He said, sounding pumped up. "Wait, we're going this early? I thought we we're going at like 12 or so. Y'know, so we can have lunch on the way." "It's 12:14 right now... Did you sleeping again?" "OH! That explains why my pancakes were cold..." "Heh heh... Just get your costume on and I'll meet you at your house, 'Kay?" "'Kay, Bye." I said, hanging up. I ran up to my room, grabbing the money on the way up, and threw on my constume. I looked in the mirror and smiled. It wasn't exact, the Master Sword was made of foam and the shield was made up plastic, but it was still Impressive. I ran back downstairs and stacked up some pillows and attached a NerfTM Gun to the side of it. I swung my sword several times and surprisingly the gun fired a foam bullet at me, right in the chest. It didn't hurt but it caught me off guard. I fell on the ground, laughing and coughing. I sat up and soon there was a knock at my door. I quickly threw the pillows back and threw the gun behind the TV. I answered the door and outside was... TO BE CONTINUED!!!

I missed him by an inch but he still fell over, crying out "No, you've bested me again!!! Curse you!!" we both laughed as I helped him up. "You ready Gavindorf?" I said. "You've been waiting to use that one, haven't you?" He asked me, opening the car door. "Yup... pretty much since you told me about this convention." I said, getting in. He walked around and opened up the other door. While he was opening the door I took a better look at his costume. He looked nearly like Ganondorf, but his facepaint was a bit messy and the hair dye was nearly washed out. He must have accidentally put it on last night or took a shower after he put it on. It was relativity silent during the drive there but when we got there, we burst out of the car and straight in line. Sadly the line was already huge. "Good thing I got us those special tickets that let us go in right away." He said. "That was awfully drawn out..." "Shut your mouth... Link..." He argued back as we walked up to the entrance. I whispered to her as I got up. she shushed me and I gave her the evil eye. She waited until the train was fully out of the station before she lead me out from behind the building. "She has had bad history with ponies just popping out from nowhere.... Ahem... Inkiepay Iepay" She said, with a dull expression on her face. When did she learn Pig Latin? "Ahh, Well ah still welcome you to Appleloosa stranger! An' ah see that you gotten better wit' your pony Latin 453." The stallion said, helping me up. SERIOUSLY... PONY LATIN?? I guess since ponies are herbivores... "Thanks... What's your name again and how do you know Navi?" I said, a bit dizzy. "Braeburn is the name, And you're pretty lucky that you arrived today. Mah Cuz' Applejack an' her friends arrived for a visit on the same train y'all did. Oh, An' ah know this changelin' here because she arrived here all beat up an' hurt. Ah couldn't stand to let a young creature like this be stranded all alone-like." He said. "Um... Care to point out Applejack?" I said, cautiously. Braeburn pointed a hoof in the direction of a orange pony. She was followed by a pink bouncing pony, a yellow pony with a pink mane, a white unicorn with a purple mane, a purple.... Pegacorn... and a blue Pegasus... "CRAP!!! Navi... We might need to get moving!!" I said, not wanting to get into another fight. "Why y'all leavin' so soon? It's jus' mah cousin and her friends..." Braeburn said, stopping us. "Look, if you want to have a fight go down, then don't let us leave but-" I started. "Hey!! Y'all better stay away from mah cousin!" I heard the orange one shout. I looked over Braeburn's shoulder and saw 6 colorful ponies racing towards me. "BRAEBURN! HELP OR DO SOMETHING!" I yelled I ran behind a building, Pulling navi along. . I saw he looked at me, and stopped the stampede of ponies. there was a very awkward silence as I peeked out from behind the building. "Jus' what is the meanin' of this Braeburn!" Applejack, shouted. She hoofed at the ground as she said that. I could tell that they meant business. "Now Jus' wait a minute here Cus, Ah don' know what got ya all frusterated about this creature, She seems friendly enough to me." Braeburn said. I facepalmed as he finished that sentence. "Great now that makes me sound like I'm a liar..." I muttered under my breath. "This... thing... attacked poor Fluttershy!" Oh, god help me, when I get on better terms with you them I'm going give you the talking of a life time... "Accually... Um.. Applejack... I protected it..." I heard Fluttershy say. "Now, hush Flutters. You know that ain't true and you're jus' sticking up for that thing." Applejack said. "Actually... No, You're the one that's lying 'Jack!" I yelled at her. "Heather!" Fluttershy came rushing at me and knocked me over as she got me in a death lock of a hug. "I missed you" She said in between sobs. I looked up and saw many shocked pony faces, but the most shocked was Applejack's. She was literally standing stiff with a look of shock on her face. I could just imagine a bold white Deal with it come up and a pair of those black shades go on my face at this minute as I comforted Fluttershy. "It's ok... I'm here... I'm sorry I left... Tensions were high and I was most likely gonna get sent to pony jail." I whispered to her. "Well, are we done here?" I heard Navi say. Fluttershy climbed off of me and helped me up. 'Ok.. This is awkward....' I thought as I was met with five very shocked faces. "Deal with it." I said, always wanting to do that. The pink one was the first to react. "Now THAT was a plot twist! Wasn't it folks!?" She said, facing nothing. "Uhh.. Pinkie? What are you looking at?" The rainbow maned nuisance said. "Nothing~!" She said in a sing-song voice. "Right..." "APPLEJACK!" The white unicorn cried out, causing me to turn around. Behind me was the orange pony. She was holding a bucket upside down and prepared to slam it on my head. "You really keep a grudge don't you..." I said to her as she backed away. "There's really som'thin' not righ' 'bout you..." She said, retreating to flutter's side. I shrugged and picked up Navi, I could see the ponies were getting antsy with her around. I raised her up to my hat and she crawled back under it, poking her head out now and then. "Seriously... Why is a changeling here?" The rainbow mane deadpanned. "I met her in that creepy forest near Flutters house. She mentioned that ponies hated her but I didn't expect enough to hunt her down." I said. I looked at braeburn and he was just lost for words. "SOO... Introduction?" I said, clapping my hands together. "Er, Right... I'm Twilight sparkle, but you can call me Twilight." Peggy said. "Name's Rainbow Dash and I'm the best flier in all of equestria, So don't think you can just barge into ponyville without annoucement next time" The rainbow maned one said. That name is oddly fitting.... I wonder why? "I'm rarity, Resident fashion designer for ponyville." The white unicorn said, tossing her purple mane. "I'm Pinkie Pie and I would love to show you around and I can throw you a welcome back to ponyville slash Sorry we scared you off slash delayed welcome to equestria party!" The pink pony said in a single breath while bouncing around. "Ah' AppleJack..." The orange one said, sounding rather sour. Fluttershy just stayed quiet. I feel sorry for the poor mare... atleast she has friends who help her. Unlike someone I know who got sucked into a world of magical talking horses by a crystal. "Right, I'm heather and the changeling in my hat is Navi... Not much to say other than that... Yeah, Awkward..." I said, My distraction working. "Righ' Cousin 'Jack! Wah' did ya' come here in th' firs' place?" Braeburn said, stepping in. Thank Din for Braeburn... I couldn't stand there any longer. "Can't ah come to see mah cuz' once in a while?" Applejack said, all bitterness directed toward me gone in a flash. "Oh right, ah forgot all about yer's letter." Braeburn said, rubbing the back of his head. I walked over to Dash and said "Soo.... No hard feelings?" "I guess not..." "You gonna say I'm sorry for tackling me when I first arrived?" "Well, That's your problem not mine!" She said, crossing her hooves. "Oh come on Dash! Just say 'I'm sorry', give a hug and it's all good." "Grrr... I-I'm sorry..." she said, Blushing because of her lost ego. "Apology accepted. Now hug..." I said, opening my arms. The reason I did this was to embarrass her for what she did before. Plus I could tell she had a big ego. She fell silent as scooted forward and reluctantly hugged me. She immediately sped away and tried to recover what she lost in her ego. I laughed and walked away. I looked up as the sky started to fall dark. "It's already nightfall?!" Navi shouted. "Ah got a place y'all can sleep for the night. Including 'Jack and her friends." Braeburn said, urging us to follow. I looked up at navi and shrugged. The other ponies followed as we made our way through the dark.
Nine: Din, Farore and Nayru! Wait... WHAT?I woke up to a very weird start today... "Navi... Where are you!?" I shouted as I awoke in a pitch black room. "Right here..." She muttered sleepily. "Welcome... Hero of Twilight, Time and all inbetween." A heavenly voice said. "We've been waiting for you to arrive." A different voice said, sounding more serious than the last one. "You won't believe the trouble we went through!" A more perkier voice said. "Farore!" Two of the three voices shouted. "Wait... SLOW DOWN!!! You're the creators of the triforce, Hyrule, And all in between?!" I shouted in disbelief. "So, you can talk... Why haven't you said anything in the past?" The more serious sounding voice said. "Uhh, I ain't the person you're lookin' for..." I said, backing away. I looked to Navi for support, but she was being a lazy fatflank, snoozing away. "Why do you say that? You're garbed in green, and you have the master sword, not to mention a hylian shield." The voice I assumed was Din said. "I'm no hero... I'm just a cosplayer with a cosplay gone wrong..." I said, expecting lighting and thunder to erupt from the sky. "So... you're not the hero of legends? But, you're the only one we detected with that signature, besides the small... thing sleeping next to you." Farore said, all perkiness in her voice gone. "Look, I just... I just bought a crystal and I'm magically here, and able to turn into a wolf as I please... It's a little stressful, mind you, and a bit lonely..." I said, sighing. A heavy silent hung in the hair for about a minute before the voice I assume was Nayru said "We have consulted our ideas for a while, and since you're the only hope in this world, besides the other magical traces we picked up, We grant you this." A red gem shaped like a rupee descended from the heavens. It had a triforce carved into the side. "I've seen there is a numerous of stranded people like you, turned into creatures or beings of evil, good, or in between." Din said, as I grasped the present that they gave me. "So..." I said, flipping the gem around. "So, we'll be able to send that around those universes to anyone who finds them." Farore said. "But I thought that you only could create, not do this other crazy goddess slash god stuff!" I said. "You'll be surprised of how much free time we have after creating hyrule." Din said. "We go off to other universes and have fun with the other gods and goddesses that live there." Farore said, laughing. I saw Navi was starting to yawn. She got up and staggered over to me. "Who's the voices..." She said, yawning. "Uh, Navi, Meet Din, Farore and Nayru." They each greeted Navi and Navi greeted them back. "Anyways, Press the triforce on the side and record a message." Nayru instructed. I did as she said and watched at the gem glowed a soft red. I quickly though of what to record. I smiled smugly. "I AM THE MIGHTY WARRIOR, HEATHER!" I started. "No you're not." Navi said, trying to interupt my moment of glory. "Shut up Navi! Ignore her... I guess to call, Touch the triforce? I'm new to this and I don't know how I got this..." "You summoned it...." Said Navi, lying about me summoning it. "SHUT UP NAVI!!!" I yelled as she climbed on my shoulders laughing. I sighed and said quietly "Changelings... You can't live with them, without them annoying you..." I cleared my throat and said "Call if you need anything... I'm just a sword for hire so what can go wrong?" It stopped glowing red as it was picked up into the air. The three goddesses began chanting as it was surrounded by a blue crystal and shattered into many different pieces. They all entered different colored portals, suddenly the portals closed. "Its time to go now, Heather." Din said, as I started to feel sleepy again. "Ok, I guess... By-" I said as I fell to the ground.
Ten: Insert chapter name here.... Ten: Insert chapter name here.... I yawned as I sat up from my place on the couch. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. "GOOOD MORNIN' AAAAAAAPPLELOOSA!" A voice called from the kitchen. I looked around in surprise and saw Braeburn was shouting out his kitchen window. He obviously didn't take into account that someone here isn't a morning person. That's me by the way... "Mornin' Braeburn..." I mumbled, shaking sleep from my head. I staggered into the kitchen where I already saw three ponies sitting there, Twilight, Applejack and, surprisingly, Navi. She was looking pretty drained. "Oh hello, you're up!" Twilight said, greeting me with a smile. Applejack greeted me with a scowl and a sort of whinny-growl. "Well, Good morning to you..." I said to her. She met me again with a glare. She really hated me. What did I do?! I sat down next to Navi and soon I was served a very strange pancake. It had hay sticking out from the edges. "Ehh... I'm.... not hungry..." I said, pushing the place away. Navi did the same. Seems like changelings have a different diet. "Ah forgot that 5- Ah mean Navi- has a different diet than most ponies and changelings. Ah guess it's the same with you Hoomins..." He said, pulling out some kind of smoked fish from the drawer. He looked at it in disgust and put two slabs on a plate. He slid them across the table, forks and all, and it landed in front of me. "Y'know, Ah'll nev'r understand why ya'll can stand eating that..." Braeburn said, shaking his head. "Its because if a changeling can't have love or emotions we're naturally Omnivores, more toward the carnivore side though. You've seen our fangs!" Navi said, inbetween bites. I cut off a piece and tested it. It tasted like normal fish. After that I scarfed it down like Navi was doing. After having no food for around 3 days I was STARVING!! I looked up and saw Twilight was taking notes on a small pad of paper. She looked up, expectant for an explanation on my species. "Uh... Humans are naturally Omnivores too?" That's all I could say with out scaring the poor ponies. “Interesting…” She muttered, looking back at the pad of paper. “So, about where you live…” She said, levitating the pencil back on the table. “AAAND We’re done here!” I said, covering my ears with my hands. I REALLY don’t want to talk about earth and the wars, global warming, humans eating other animals… and other stuff. The ponies stopped what they were doing and stared at me. It was very awkward… I continued to shovel fish in my mouth silently. Applejack smirked… This strikes me as not like her. I really don’t know how I knew that… maybe it was when she was protective of her cousin… I dunno. I suddenly heard noises coming from down the stairs. I turned and saw Fluttershy, Rainbow, and Pinkie walking down the stairs (Hopping in pinkie’s case.) “Good morning poni- I mean Appleloosa!” Pinkie pie shouted as she joined us at the table. I hate morning people. How can they be that happy in the morning??? “Morning Pinkie.” Twilight said. “Goodly good morning to you too, Twilight!!” She said, giggling. I groaned and rolled my eyes. She wasn’t even using proper English, or horsish… WHATEVER THEY CALL IT HERE, OK!? “I hate morning people…” I muttered. “Why?” Asked twilight. She must have overheard me. “I’m not a morning person. I like to sleep in and stuff. Shouldn’t you know this?” I snapped at her, still a little groggy. She recoiled back with surprise and fear. “I’m sorry… I’m not myself in the mornings…” I said. “I forgive you. I’d better go wake rarity up. We have to leave on the early morning train to canterlot. I need to see the princesses.” She said, walking out of the room. I nodded and flopped back in my seat. I suddenly heard Rainbow snickering and I turned and glared at her. “I’m sorry but nice bedmane!” She said, inbetween burst of laughter. I grabbed a mirror and looked in it. Sure enough, my hair was a mess, like it always is in the mornings. One half was in crazy knots and the other was tangled but frizzy. But, that’s when the important thing hit me… My previously green eyes had turned into blueish colored eyes, That’s when it actually sunk in. I though it was just the sword and shield, but no, I was actually link. I wanted to scream so badly right now. You have no idea how weird, awkward, and scary this is for me. I excused myself and ran outside, with navi following. “What’s up, heather?” She asked, concerned. “I’m freaking out, ok!?” I said, trying to remain calm. "Why?" She asked, tilting her head. "You... remember how I got here... right?" I asked her. Nod. "Well... It turns out that the sword and shield are not the only things that became real..." She tilted her head at this. "The costume came real... There is no way to word that sentence to sound not creepy..." I said, muttering the last part to myself. She looked me over and said "I don't get it." I facepalmed and sighed. "That's because you met me as I am now..." I explained. She still just looks at me and says "I don't get it." Another facepalm to my face. "Never mind.... We need money... why don't we go get a job or somethin'." I said to Navi. "Ok!" She said. I poke my head in through the front door of Braeburn's house and said "Braeburn! Me and Navi are gonna see if anyon- I mean anypony needs help!" I notice at a local bulletin board it has several sword for hire things. On that token... thing... I said I was, Or rather I was planning too.... AUGH LIFE IS CONFUSING NOW!! Never mind... I'll just find who needs help. I pulled one off that says: HELP NEEDED HELP OH HELP! Parasprites have somehow found their way into our orchard! Requesters: Flim & Flam Reward: 1,000 Bits See sheriff silver star for reward. I'm gonna assume that bits are the currency here. I grab Navi and head toward a huge orchard of apples that was noticable from a mile away. "Oh, Well, You're a strange looking creature..." Said a cream yellow unicorn with a mustache. "Yes indeed, Flim, But we need all the help we can to get rid of these ghastly parasites!" an identical one said, except he didn't have a mustache. Suddenly a pink little bug with blue eyes flew in front of the duo. They gasped in fear and ran away. "Seriously..." I deadpanned. Suddenly it spewed a green fuzzy ball of green fur with red eyes. it sprouted wings and flew off, devouring an apple whole. I looked at it in disgust. "Uhhhh..." I said, not knowing what to think. "Those are parasprites, heather." Navi said, batting the green one away. "Oh... we better do something then..." I said grabbing an apple. I set it in my shield and whistled. All the parasprites looked at me. they saw the apple and ran towards me. "NAVI!! When I say go, you send this apple flying as far as you can!" I yelled at her. She nodded and grabbed my shield. I grabbed some spare rope and quickly tied my shield to two branches. Just as they got close enough I yelled, but it couldn't be heard over the roar of a million tiny wings. Navi let the makeshift slingshot go and send the apple flying through the sky. It fell over the horizion, the tiny winged parasites following. "Oh you-" The mustached one began to say. I cut him off and said "You two better be careful. Who know's what would have happened if those things got into town." I glared at them. They looked down, sadly. I nodded with self-satisfaction and left to get our reward. TO BE CONTINUED.
Eleven: CATCHPHRASES!!! (Short chapter on purpose... sorry)I started to walk up a long hill when an idea hit me. "Nav?" "Hm?" "I need a catchphrase." "What!?" "Yeah... something like TO THE BATMOBILE! Well, that obviously was Batman, but it was an example." I said while striking a pose. "Uh? Who's Batman?" "Never mind... He's a human superhero." "Oh..." I thought for a bit and gasped. "ITS MORPH- Oh wait... That's taken..." I said, sadly. Navi stared at me for a moment, probably wondering what I was babbling on about. "Hmmm.... ITS YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBO- THAT ONE'S TAKEN TOO!" I shouted in annoyance. I could hear that Navi had just fallen down and was cracking up with laughter. "Oh yuk it up!" I shouted at her. She continued to bawl with laughter. I just rolled my eyes and chuckled a bit with her. I sat down on a nearby bench and continued to think as she did that. "Ooh! SHAZAM! Wait.... where have I heard that before... That one might be taken...." I said, navi staggering with pain from laughing. "I got one! Lifes never dull with me around!" Navi said, cracking up from her own phrase. "Oh haha... Not funny." I said, rolling my eyes. Navi rolled back on the ground, weezing from laughter. When she hears something funny, she think's it's funny. She might also be slightly ADHD... I dunno though. "OOH how about... IT'S CLOBBER- Wait, the Thing says that..." I said, going again into thinking mode. "What about... When Ponies's are in trouble, I am not slow. It's h- Oh wait, That reject of krypto says that, only slightly different..." I said, wanting to make fun of that phrase for a loooong time. Navi wasn't really helping. She was laying on the ground, trying to get rid of her self-induced laughter pain. I got up and started walking, saying "I'm just gonna take your half of the reward then." "WAIT NOOOOOO!!!" She cried as she ran to catch up. I smiled and said "Oh I'm just messin' with ya. She stuck her tongue out and scrunched up her face. I just laughed. "Oh we're such good friends... aren't we?" I said, sarcastically. "Oh haha." "We're here by the way." I said, seeing a door that had a silver star on it. We pushed the door open and walked inside... TO BE CONTINUED!! (AGAIN!!!) AUTHOR'S NOTE Continuing what I was saying above... Life's never dull with me around!" "WAIT! NOOOOOOOOOO" "We're here ya' know?" "OOH Doughnuts!" Wait, that never happened... Lets get back to the action of... nothing... I'm terrible at narration... I stepped through the door and into the office of a brown pony with a mustache and a ten gallon hat. He even had a vest, bandanna and a little silver star included. He seemed to have been doing paper when we walked in because he was shuffling some paper and stuffing it in a drawer. "Yes may ah help- You..." He said, turning around. "We'd like to claim our reward. We solved those... Flim flam brothers? Was that what they were called navi?" I said, looking at the brown pony and then to navi. She shrugged. "Oh, who's problem now?" He said. I held out the flyer and he read it through. "Those thieving varmits!" He said as he sprinted out the door. I saw he left a paper out. it said: Wanted. Sword for hire, protection etc. "Hm?" Navi said as she peeked over the table. I picked up the paper and held it down so Navs could see. "We should do this! We need bits after all." Navi said. "I also found this wierd thing outside at the orchard. Its still there though..." Navi continued, staring out the door. "We'll look at it later." I said, taking a quill and scribbling a note. I put the note on the desk and walked out the door with navi in tow. "So what did it look like Navs? I asked her. "Well, it was like this glowing... cube... thing... I don't know really. I thought it was a magic bomb so I left it alone." She said. "Uh. That does sound kind of dangerous, and since this world doesn't have batteries or lightbulbs I'd expect that to be radioactive or something." I said. She tilted her head at the mention of batteries and lightbulbs. "Never mind, earth thing." "Oh." Suddenly I got a really weird feeling, Like I was being watched by someone I knew. I shrugged it off and continued to walk. "So, What are we gonna do about it?" Navi said. "'Bout what?" I said. "Never mind..." She said, face... Hoofing? Weird... "So, why is there no o- pony around?" I asked her. "They're most likely afraid of you." She said. "Why not you. You're equally as scary as I am to the ponies." I said. "No offence" I added. "None taken. About the ponies being scared, That's because, Like Braeburn said, I've lived here ever since I was thrown out of the hive. I only need to transform when new ponies are around." She explained. "Hm. So, When we met, you said something about a queen? Mind elaborating?" I asked. "Oh you mean queen chrysalis... We, uh, kind of tried to take over the capital of equestria one time... That was before I hatched of course... I only know of this because... It's kind of how I got kicked out..." She said, a bit of pain rising in her voice. I pulled the changeling closer and gave her a light rub on the head. "Aw come on! That was in the past! No way anyone would hate you because of a thing your kind did in the past!" I said, laughing a bit. She pushed me away and said "You'd be surprised." "So, why'd your kind invade that place?" "The hive was starving. Our queen needed a source of love to feed them all so... out of starvation, she attacked canterlot..." She explained, sighing. "Come on, we better find Braeburn." I said. She nodded and followed. We walked through the door of Braeburn's house and found it surprisingly empty. "Where is he?" Navi said, wandering over to the kitchen. "I dunno." I said. My eyes wandered over to a note on the coffee table near the couch. I picked it up and read it aloud. Dear Navi and Human (Heather was it?) I've gone with my cousin Applejack to check out how Ol' Sweet apple acres is doing. Make sure nothing bad happens to Appleloosa for me. I'll likely be back in a few days or so. Thanks, Braeburn. "Aw man, We totally missed saying goodbye..." Navi sighed. "Well, he'll be back in a couple of days so it's not too bad." I said. I turned to the window and noticed the sun was going down alot earlier for some reason. "Why is the sun going down?" I asked Navi. "Celestia must want her sister to get some attention. I don't blame her. It is a little strange though...Maybe Discord is having a little bit of fun..." Navi thought aloud. "Uh Discord?" I asked Navi. "Somepony call?" A voice said out of nowhere. I swear my eyes grew to the size of dinnerplates when I heard that. "Oh... for the love of..." I muttered, pulling out my sword in self defense. "No need to get hostile! I've come just to say hi!" The voice said. Suddenly in a flash of light a very strange creature was standing before me. It was a weird hybrid of a donkey, dragon, lion, eagle, pony and many other animals. It looked more like chaos than an animal if you asked me. I also nearly fainted as he appeared. "Discord... Why are you here..." Navi deadpanned as Discord put on his best innocent face. "Why, If it isn't a changeling! I didn't know changelings knew about me! I guess this makes me famous now!" He said as a feather boa and glasses suddenly popped into existence. "Discord..." Navi said threateningly. "Oh come on! I didn't think changelings couldn't have a sense of humor!" He said. "Uh... Mind explaining what you are..." I said. I was still trying to wrap my head around this. "Right. As you know from Miss No Humor, I am Discord, Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, Yada yada yada." He explained. He snapped his claw and suddenly there was a teapot and a teacup suddenly floating within his grasp. He poured the teapot and nothing came out. He suddenly drank the cup (I'm serious! he DRANK the cup!) and snapped his claws again, making the teapot disappear. "So what are we standing around here for?!" He said, annoyed. "Uh, Discord... Mind explaining again why you're here... and not... wherever your supposed to be?" I asked. Right now, I'm legitimately terrified out of my mind. "Ah right... A down to the point mare... Or since you're not a pony what would that make you... Geez, Being a good guy really gets to your knowledge..." He muttered, barely allowing me to hear it. "Ok then... I detected a large amount of chaos magic a couple days ago and I thought I was just feeling things again, but suddenly, Fluttershy had a large black wolf in her house. It was strange but again I ignored it. Long story short, I kept feeling again and I decided to investigate and here we are now!" He explained. "Uh so, you know Fluttershy?" I said, recovering from his recent outbursts. "KNOW her?! I LIVE with her!" He cried out, summoning a picture with him and fluttershy. He snapped his paw and the picture disappeared. "Oh, Then bye! Fluttershy must be very worried so you mustn't concern yourself with us!" Navi cried out, pushing him out the door. "Fine. I get the message." He said as he disappeared in a flash of light. "Why did you push him out!?" I shouted at Navi. "Trust me. You didn't want him here any longer..." Navi said as she yawned. "Tired already? It's still about Noon." I teased her. "Shut up. It's past noon..." She said as she fell in heap. I started to feel drowsy as well. Soon the floor saying goodnight to my face. AUTHOR'S NOTE woot! I finally got done with this chapter! I've thought about it and due to this ending, I'm not going with what I planned for thanksgiving. I've got a plan and I want to stick with it. For that and this bad cliff hanger, I'm gonna write D.A tomorrow! Yes also it is planned to do a crossover with Flutters is Shy's Displaced story: Applegate. I only did what I did in this chapter because I have no idea how this will play out. I am quite excited for it too.

One: Trapped in Equestria with a pegasus who hates me...Ok so, If your reading this then I'd better explain. Right now I'm unconscious near the edge of a huge tree in a mythical place where horses talk and fly and do magic. I'll explain what happened... (One day earlier...) (Current time: 11:49. Place: A con I cannot pronounce.) “No way... Ganon would beat link if Link didn't have the master sword!” Gavin debated as we walked into a random convention. “Pshhh, Thats the OoT Link, The Twilight Princess Link would beat Ganon with the first sword you get in the game!” I debated back. We were both cosplaying as Legend of Zelda characters, him as Ganon or Ganondorf in some games, and me as Link, even though I'm a girl. I was missing some parts of the costume but still it was a great costume. I only wish Gavin would have done Dark Link or even the dead hero of time from Twilight Princess, but still hero and villain is still pretty cool. “Hm? Gavin... Hey.. look it's that shard that that caused The hero of twilight to change from a wolf anytime the player wanted...” I pointed out. “That was awfully drawn out..” “Shut up...” We both walked over and I grabbed it. It was faintly pulsing with a familiar orange light. “Ah so you've noticed the crystal? It's yours for 150 dollars...” the merchant behind the stand said. “WHAT! Thats a rip-off for a plastic knockoff!” I saw Gavin was fiddling with a sword. I assumed that it was something from OoT. I never played OoT so I have nearly no knowledge of the game. “If you get this I'll give you a bonus... I'll throw in the sword your friend is looking at for 20 bucks, other than the usual 90. Deal?” He said. I stared at him to Gavin, who was holding up 50 dollars, and back to the merchant. I let out a sigh and slapped 120 dollars down on the table, added with the 50 dollars from Gavin. “Nice doing business with you... I hope you have a good time...Oh I, Improved the crystal a bit so you won't have to worry about the language barrier...” he said. I picked it up and held it up, proud that I managed to get it, not even caring about what he said. Suddenly I saw Gavin collapse on the ground. After that I felt dizzy and saw the floor getting closer. Then I just blacked out. So... that's where we are right now. I have nothing other to say than, I really have a bad feeling about this... (Current Time: Unknown. Place: Canterlot castle.) “Sister, A royal guard has found something near Twilight's home. Shall we inform Twilight?” A dark blue horned Pegasus, with a flowing starry mane and tail, said to a white horned pegasus, with a flowing rainbow mane and tail. The white one shook her head and said “No Luna, We should let Twilight figure out if this is a threat to Equestria or not. She hasn't been wrong before has she? But if it makes you feel better you can send some Night guards tonight to investigate, but do not hurt it.” Luna thanked her sister and walked out of the room. (Current time: Unknown. Place: Ponyville, Near Golden Oaks Library.) “Urhhh... Did anyone catch the 18- Wheeler that hit me...” I said after I got to my feet. My vision was blurry but I saw a small blue dot growing closer and closer. I shook my head and saw it was a cyan horse flying at breakneck speed. WAIT FLYING!?! CRAP! I quickly ducked and rolled out of the way of the crazed horse. I've taken many martial arts classes as well as watched a few evasion tutorials online so at least I couldn't get the stuffing beat out of me while I try to stay alive. I stood up and felt my head. I looked down and picked up the green hat then ran as fast as I could to stay alive from a speeding rainbow horse. I ducked down an alleyway as a rainbow blur sped past me. “Where did you go!?” I heard it yell as it landed and galloped down a different alley. I walked out and sighed. I sat down and took out the foam master sword. It felt heaver and it was more shinier. Weird... I held it in my hand and slashed as a vine that was growing off of a house. It was supposed to harmlessly have the vine flow over it but instead the vine split in half. I dropped the sword, with a crash, in surprise and stared at it. “How is that possible... it's supposed to be foam!!” I yelled at no one. I looked around, just remembering the blue/rainbow horse. I picked it up and saw a bag around my waist. “Huh? This is new...” I said as I peeked into it. Inside was that crystal and a bottle. Inside the bottle was a note, I uncorked the bottle and read the note. 'Just a freebie I threw in, I was feeling generous.' it read. it didn't have a signature so I couldn't help but wonder who wrote it. I tossed the note in the bag and tied it back up. “Uhg... my head still feels funny... How did I get here... Wait... GAVIN! Oh my god, I forgot completely about him!” I shouted as I looked quickly to see if he was anywhere near me. “Gavin! Please say something! If I don't hear from you I think I'm going to go crazy!!” I yelled, not even caring about the horse. It must have been far gone by now, or so I assumed.
