The Doctor came up the stairs wondering what those strange muffle noises from the open floor might be.  The sight that met him made him stop and stare.  Zecora was standing there bound tightly from muzzle to waist with ropes of something pink and rubberish.  Her hooves were stuck by the same stuff to the floor, and her hands were glued on or inside her hip bags.  But the most disturbing thing was the fact that Pinkie was standing behind her, mauling a breast with one hand even as she reamed her with a horse-like dildo with the other.  Just behind them was Rainbow Dash, stuck to the floor by her wrists, ankles and neck.  Judging by the sloppiness of her pussy, she most likely was reamed by the same dildo that was working over Zecora now.

"Perish the thought," he replied.  He stepped back even as she advanced, leaving her foot perched on Dash's stomach.  But Dash flexed her torso and stomach, making Pinkie stagger forward towards him.  He almost immediately stepped into her, unloading his fist into her stomach even as he said, "Sorry about this.  I hope everypony will be cured by the time you wake up from this."  He caught her even as she slumped towards the floor.  Sweeping her into his arms, he carried her towards the stairs even as he said to the others, "I better secure this one before I try to free you.  Sorry about that."

Both Zecora and Dash mumbled some replies he couldn't understand.

"I wonder how Derpy's doing?" he asked before Twilight's upstairs bedroom came into view.  Then he noticed that she was sitting in the middle of the bed just staring at him even as he approached.

"Mmm... big," she growled as she looked at them, and he wasn't sure which of them she was addressing.

"I've brought you a friend to play with," said the Doctor as he laid her at the end of the bed, "Why don't we start with 'Strip Her Down' and then we'll play 'Let's Tie Her Up'."

She smiled and nodded, making her ginormous boobs 'nod' as well.  He laid Pinkie at the end of the bed and observed as the mailmare rather efficiently stripped her down and tied her up just like a package.  In fact, the Doctor began to wonder if Derpy had any... experience... with tying up ponies.

"Now I'd love nothing more than stay around for a few hours and mate with you both extensively," he said, "but I have a long list of duties to perform first.  Since you've been such a good mare while I was gone, I'll give you... a quickie before I go."
