The Doctor does Ponyville

by neorenamon

Rarity went in search of the others.  She was in such a hurry that she hadn't even bothered to dress herself first.  It wasn't hard to follow the growing sounds of panting and moaning to her storage room.  When she opened the door, she was surprised by what she found.   On one of her old spare beds she was sure was in storage, she saw Romana, Pinkie and Dash together naked themselves.  Well, Pinkie was wearing the Doctor's hat, his scarf, and a strap-on she could have sworn she had never seen before.

Pinkie was gripping Romana's thighs as she boned her with the strap-on energetically from the end of the bed.  She was moaning something that didn't make any sense to her, saying, "Oh yeah!!  I got yer Rod of Rassilon right here!!"  Her voice seemed to be deeper as if she were trying to impersonate the Doctor's voice... poorly.

Romana was towards the end of the bed with her legs folded at the knees and spread wide enough to give Pinkie as much access to her marepussy as she wanted.  Judging by the way both her pussy and Pinkie's were so wet, it must have been a double-header that worked its magic on both mares at once.  She was moaning, "Oh, harder, faster Doctor!!"  Her head was rolled to the side so that the one behind her could have the best access to her throat.

Then Dash was behind Romana using her own breasts and stomach as something Romana could lean back against.  She seemed to be quite involved with fondling both of the Time Mare's breasts even as she nibbled at the side of her neck.  Her fingers deftly played with her nipples, making them both hard as they just stood out from her boobs.

"What are they doing?" asked the Doctor from behind, "Is Pinkie pretending to be me?"

"I believe they call it... role playing," mused the tailor unicorn, "I think somepony has some secret fantasies about you."

"She never expressed an interest in mating before."

"Perhaps it's the Poison Joke," she mused, "After all, you claim you aren't normally this randy either."

"Should we check her then?"

"Oh, let them finish with their... amusements... first," she replied as she looked over her shoulder with a smirk, "After all, Poison Joke can't be transmitted by contact from victim to victim."

He nodded.

"Oh Romana," moaned Pinkie, "I'll make you the Queen of Time before we're done!!"

"I don't want to be Queen of Time if it means having to leave your side, my dear!!" moaned Romana back.

"There's no..." he began.

"Don't spoil the fantasy," giggled Rarity, "They're enjoying themselves."

"Role playing?"

"No one said it had to be realistic," she replied softly.  Then she turned and told him, "We might as well get cleaned up and dressed while we wait.  Then we can check Romana for Poison Joke.  After that, we can take you both to see Twilight Sparkle."

"She can cure us?" he asked.

"Well, I'm sure she took notes the first time we were affected, and Zecora helped cure us with her medicinal bath."

He nodded as the two of them left.

"Oh Doctor.  Take me and make me yours," moaned Romana as they walked away.

"Yeah," he replied to Rarity, "She's never talked to me like that before."

"Perhaps as Time Lords," she said, "it would be unbecoming if she just expressed her true desires about you."

"Maybe so."

...

Now that they were all cleaned up and dressed once more, they headed towards Twilight's Library.

"So Doctor," asked Romana with a crimson glow in her cheeks, "Just how much of our... uh... role playing... did you overhear?"

"Not much," he smirked, "Oh Queen of Time."

"That... was just... we were..." she spluttered incoherently.

Pinkie placed her arm about her shoulders as she said, "Oh, he's just teasing you."

"I have to admit that I've never realized you had anything more than a working relationship with me in mind."

She wrapped her arms about Pinkie's waist as she stammered, "Well... it's not becoming... A Time Mare shouldn't... it just wasn't the right time..."

"I can't say I've ever seen you so flustered in my life," he replied as he looked at her, and she looked away, "Do I really have that much influence with your romantic interests?"

She nodded into Pinkie's hair.

"Well," he said, "I promise I'll be more... considerate of your feelings."

"Howdy y'all," said Applejack.

They looked ahead to see that she was almost to Twilight's Library ahead of them.  The Doctor smiled and waved even as he looked around for Big Macintosh.

"Don't worry about him," she replied, "He, Granny and Apple Bloom have all come down with the Poison Joke they found in our apple orchards.  I couldn't stop them from trying to pull them thar magical weeds, so they sent me to see Twilight about a cure.  Why are ya here?"

"It seems that both the Doctor and Romana have been affected by the Poison Joke as well," answered Rarity, "and we decided to come here since it's a shorter trip than going to see Zecora."

The orange mare simply nodded.  "I reckon if Twilight can help one of us, she can help all of us," she said as she stepped up to the door and knocked.

"Spike!!" called a mare from inside, "Answer the door, would you?!"

"Okay," called another voice from within.

After a moment, the door opened to reveal a short purple wingless dragon with green spines.  He was only wearing a pair of shorts with a hole in the back for his tail.  He looked around and said, "Hey, how's it going?  What's up?  Who's your new friends?"

"You shouldn't ask so many questions at once," scolded Rarity, "but things are awkward, we're having problem with Poison Joke, and this is the Doctor and Romana."  She indicated the two of them as she finished.

"Wow, they have horns as big as Princess Luna," he said in awe as he looked at their horns, "and isn't it a bit warm for such a long multi-colored scarf?"

"It's more functional than that," he replied, "Is this Twilight Sparkle busy?"

"Actually," answered the dragon, "She's already spent hours and hours trying to figure out why Poison Joke is spreading beyond the Everfree Forest so quickly.  It spread leagues beyond where it's supposed to be, and more and more ponies are getting affected by contact with the stuff."

"Yeah," replied Applejack, "I noticed that Big Mac, Apple Bloom and Granny have all been affected by it."

"It's hard to cure too," he said, "It's not like we can take every affected pony to the spa for a long medicated bath ya know even if we somehow hard enough herbs and medicine to make that many hot baths."  Looking about, he added, "Why don't you come in and wait for Twilight to see you?  I'm sure I can make you see tea and biscuits while you wait for her."  He led them to the main floor of the Library and showed them the various seats as he scampered off to make tea.

He looked about at the huge collection of books around him as he said, "I take it that this Twilight is a scholar?"

"Among other things," replied Rarity.

"Oh?"

"She also the most magical unicorn outside of Canterlot," she added.

"Oh, she studies all kind of book-wormy stuff," muttered Dash.

"It sounds like with a little prompting, she may well turn out to be a good scientist."

"Whatevs."

The Doctor took a book down and began to read it.  "Magical curses and diseases," he mused, "How interesting."

"You know magic is just technology that hasn't been explained yet," replied Romana.

"At least they're trying to understand it," said the Doctor.

Spike returned with a tray he set down, and then began passing out tea and biscuits to all as they waited.

"Cutie Pox?" he asked, "That sounds a lot like Hyper-talent Accumulation Syndrome."

Spike blinked as he asked, "You know about that?  What causes it?  What's the cure for it?"

"We found it was the result of a combination of factors, including a rare form of bread mold, a virus carried by sunflowers, and a hormonal biological imbalance caused by being too intense most of the time."

"None of that makes any sense to me."

"The cure requires purging the victim's system, including their blood and digestive tract, of all contaminants as well getting them to just plain calm down by meditation."

"That doesn't sound very quick either."

"It's better than having one's body fail be overtaxing it, and then forcing an unneeded regeneration upon them."

"Rewhateration?"

"Oh, when a Time Lord gets too old, sick or dies for some reason, we completely rebuild our bodies to a healthy and generally younger state through a process called regeneration.  Normally, a Time Lord is born with about twelve regenerations."

"That sounds so interesting," said a mare's voice as she walked in.  They turned to see a violet unicorn mare standing about as tall as Pinkie, Dash and Applejack (What's up with that?) with darker violet mane and tail, but she had a bright red streak in both her mane and tail as well.  Her eyes shone with a bright purple color.  She wore a white labcoat with a purple patch on the bottom sides that showed a red six-pointed star surrounded by five small white stars.  In her hand, she held a brown wooden clipboard with a stack of papers under the clip.

"Hello there!" said the Doctor as he turned to face her, "I'm the Doctor."

"Good," she replied, "We could use a Doctor.  But... Doctor who?"

"Oh, I'm just called the Doctor," he answered, "It's both a name and a title."

"Fascinating," she said, "but before I can tell if the normally Poison Joke cure will work on you and your friend, I think we're going to have to take some readings and measurements.  So as soon as your done with tea, I should take you both down to the lab.  It's under the Library... for safety reasons."

He nodded.

"Hey Twilight," interrupted Applejack, "If'n I could bother ya..."

"Mow many?" she asked.

"Three countin Big Macintosh, Granny an Apple Bloom."

"Okay," she said as she turned to Spike, "Go see if we have enough medicinal bath for them."

"On it," replied Spike as he ran off.

"Thanks," said Applejack as she tipped her hat.

"I'd give it to you right now," replied Twilight, "but I don't know how much of that I'm going to use working on a cure that works faster and is easier to administer to the possible hundreds of ponies that are going to be affected by the Poison Joke.  I'm still not even sure why it's spreading from the Everfree Forest so quickly."

"You might as well examine me first," offered the Doctor.

She nodded.
