A Humans in Equestria Story
One day, and for reasons currently unknown to you, you end up in Equestria. For a while, you don't really see any downsides to this situation. That is until you realise you're not the only one who made the journey.
You are a pretty normal human male. You live a normal life, in a normal house with a normal family surrounded by your normal friends. Perhaps the most unusual thing about your life is being a fan of the show 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic', but compared to some of the fans of this show you're pretty normal in that regard too.
And this normality is only made clearer when you arrive in Equestria along with some of the most undesirable fans in the world. It couldn't be completely terrible, could it?
A second person story (where 'you' are the protagonist) written in a style where the narrator tells 'you' what is going on and what 'you'

The story takes place in what I like to call a 'real' Equestria. If that makes sense. By this, I mean it doesn't tip-toe around things that happen in the real world. Like; have you ever considered that right as you're reading this, millions of people are having sex? There is never a point when people aren't having sex. So, things along the lines of 'sex' are made reference to but the act of actual 'sex' never happens in the story and never goes into detail.
So there, that's your 'sex' tag on a teen rated story. Happy now?
