Chapters prologue:Welcome to the parallel universe
Four months have past since the Zelarfar war. After the events of the war, Dark Nyx started to live with Nyx, Twilight, Lunar, and Tex. However, as Dark Nyx thought that they can relax without worry, she was wrong. It wasn't until then, that an centaur by the name Tirek broke out of Tartarus and started taking everyponies magic. However, thanks to Nyx, Dark Nyx, and the mane 6, they defeated Tirek, sealing him back in Tartarus and peace was restored. But, Twilight, Lunar, Nyx or Dark Nyx didn't know, that their universe, and a parallel universe would need their help
Present
It was a Saturday and Twilight, Lunar, Tex, and what Twilight, the mane 6, and Lunar started to call Nyx and Dark Nyx, "The Nyx sisters", were hanging out at a field with their friends. As they were hanging out, Twilight and Lunar were talking to each other and trying to discuss about everything that they been through, from the Dark Shadow attack, to discovering Lunars hidden abilities, to learning Lunar having a demon sealed in him, to the Zelarfar war, and to the Tirek attack. "We've been through a lot. I mean, the Zelarfar thing was one insane thing, along with the Tirek mess." Twilight said.
"Yeah, but It's hard to believe that your library got destroyed."
At that point Twilight looked down. Since the library was blown up by Tireks magic, Twilight wasn't the same. It took Lunar a whole two weeks to make Twilight feel better. However, only two books survived the explosion, a book with Twilight's cutie mark on it, and a book all about Parallel universes. Dark Nyx took interest in the book about parallel universes because, it talks about how some parallel universe have the exact same ponies, with same personalities, but some times those universes have different ponies then the other universe. At this point, Lunar wrapped a hoof around Twilight and nuzzled her. "Don't feel bad. Besides, There is no danger currently." Lunar murmured.
"Well, what could go wrong. I mean, Nyx and Dark Nyx defeated Onaga and Zelarfar. Me and the girls defeated Tirek. Besides, it's not like there is danger coming and we have to go somewhere else to prevent it."
As it was on cue. They then heard Spike running towards Twilight with a letter from Celestia. Twilight then nodded and began to read the letter out loud.
Princess Twilight A serious matter came to our attention. This time, it's very serious. Do you remember when Nyx and Dark Nyx defeated Onaga? well... turns out something came up. One of Onagas formal troops coughed up something we were surprise to hear. Apparently, a being known as an Ipotane, a being with a body of a dragon, and a torso of a horse, was involved. Sadly, he didn't know what the Ipotanes plan is. All he did mention was a parallel universe Please, come to Canterlot. Bring Nyx, Dark Nyx, Lunar, and Tex with you. Your friends must stay behind. This means you must come ASAP.
Princess Celestia
At this point, Twilight, realizing they must hurry to Canterlot, quickly gathered Nyx and Dark Nyx, and began to head to Canterlot. She knew this was more serious then the time when Discord broke free from his stone imprisonment when he was formally evil.
Knowing about Zinrek
"Zinrek was a Astronomy teacher at my School. He was well known for going to other universes and our parallel universe and studying life there. He also crafted a universal traveling machine for us to travel to which came with several return pads. However, during a lesson, he went haywire and became obsess with combining universes into one. After Spell Nexus fired him, we never heard from him again."
When Celestia finished her story, Twilight was shocked and surprised that the Ipotane Celestia talked about had the ability to travel to different universes. It was like he was a pure genius. However, the part where he went haywire, reminded Twilight that Sunset Shimmer went rouge after not getting what she wanted. They then went on talking about the Ipotane, however Dark Nyx, felt weird when they mentioned the Ipotane. At that moment, they were led to a room with a mysterious machine in front of them. It had a big monitor and keyboard by it, and the frame looked like the mirror that goes to the other world, but with no mirror. "This is not like anything you seen. This is the universal machine. It allows us to travel to different universes." Luna said.
"But, how do we know what universe he went to?"
"Sadly it's hard. We are trying to figure it out."
At that moment, Dark Nyx began to here something in her head. It sounded like someone is talking to her via mind. As the talking continued, Dark Nyx then figured out what it was saying. It turned out that it was a memory fragment of a coordinates. She then ran to the keyboard and monitor and began typing. Twilight even noticed. "DARKNESS! Don't touch that!" Twilight corrected Dark Nyx by calling her by her nickname.
At that point, Celestia glanced at what Dark Nyx was typing on the screen. Their mouths dropped. What she was typing, were universal coordinates. "N...no way." Celestia exclaimed
As Dark Nyx finished up what she finished typing, she clicked the search key on the keyboard and it began to search for the universe coordinate. As a few minutes passed a result was found. On the screen it showed the name of the universe and said it was a parallel universe of their universe. Dark Nyx then hopped down and saw that Twilight had a look on her face. "Am I in trouble mom?" Dark Nyx asked.
"H...how...how did you...."
"I don't know, it seems a fragment of a memory is in my brain."
At that point Celestia put saddle bags on them and put a return pad in them. As they were given a wish of luck, they then entered through the open universe portal and gone through. At that moment, Celestia prayed that they can find Zinrek in there and stop him.
Parallel meeting
In a Parallel Equestria. A group of ponies were seen at Twilights palace. Even, a parallel Celestia and Luna were there. In the palace, they were talking. Next to Twilight, was a pony with a brown pony with a cutie mark looking like 3 triangles as a Cutie Mark. Through out the time they talked, they enjoyed each others company. At that moment, Nyx, who was looking out the window, saw something appear outside, to her, it resembled a vortex. "Um, Mommy, something just appeared outside, it looks like a vortex."parallel Nyx interrupted politely.
At this point parallel Twilight looked outside, and saw the vortex outside also. At that moment, Everypony ran outside, and went to where the vortex looking at it surprisingly. To parallel Twilight, vortex's are rare to see. At that point, they saw a Pony that looked like Twilight land on her stomach, then they saw two fillies come out, a stallion with a dark blue coat, and a Shield with two swords as a cutie mark, and a dragon come out of the vortex before it closed. At that moment, the alicorn got up and saw the pony in front of her, it was herself. Twilight gasped. "You look just like me!" They both exclaimed.
At that point Nyx then got up and looked at her mom. "Ugh... mom, are you having one of those...... WHAT THE HAY! You look like me!" Nyx squeaked
As the others got up, the parallel versions were shocked to see them. At that moment, Celestia thought it were changelings and was about the fire the disguise break spell. However, Nyx, who was thinking quick activated her Equestrian Emeralds and created a shield around them as the blast hit it. This surprised Celestia. "What the?" Celestia said surprisingly.
"You okay Mom?" Ben asked.
At this point Lunars mouth dropped. The stallion in front of him was the son of Celestia. It was like he was the parallel version of him, but his alternate. "Celestia is your mom?" Lunar asked shockly.
"Yes? Why?"
"Luna is my mom, in "our" universe."
Realizing they needed to learn more about these ponies, they headed inside with them. Twilight explained about herself and Nyx, which matched the other Twilight. However, few things were different that Ben found different. One of the differences he found was that Lunar is 1004 3/4 years old, whom was blessed by a cult leader, who turned good after breaking free from the blessing and having it removed, Nyx being a holder of the Equestrian Emeralds, a super weapon that decides its user, Dark Nyx, being Nyx's biological sister by blood, Spike having a cousin and a evil uncle, and the foes they faced.
Twilight and Lunar learned that Parallel Twilight and Ben Mare are childhood friends, which they were shock to here that a pony named Boris turned Ben into a demon pony, their universe having sacred elements, Spike having a brother, and a lot more. At that moment this lead to a question from Celestia, why were they here? "The reason we came to this universe is because a troop of Onaga, "our" Spikes evil uncle, had said that he heard something about a parallel universe, aka, this universe."
"Go on."
"Basically, it turned out that the being he was talking about was a Ipotane named Zinrek. He was a very smart astronomy teacher, and a genius. He went haywire after he became obsessed with combining universes into one. It turns out that Dark Nyx knew the coordinates here. So we came here to find out how we can stop it."
Celestia then understood what they met, Combining universes is very dangerous, turns out if this Ipotane combined universes, it would break the balance of space and time and cause havoc. At that point, Celestia knew she couldn't send the 5 back to their world or it could lead to serious consequences. Celestia then began to think, harder then ever. She knew that her formal student and her friends stopped numerous of threats, even Tirek. At that point she made her decision. "I'll let you 5 stay in this universe. However..." Celestia said as she turned to the other Twilight, Ben, the mane 6, Nyx, and Phobos. "I want you all to team with them to stop this threat. This means you will have to stay here in Ponyville till it's absolutely necessary to leave Ponyville. Twilight, Ben, make sure the parallel universe versions of yourselfs, even your alternate Ben, are welcome here."
"Yes Princess."
With that, Celestia and Luna left and headed back to canterlot. At that moment, Twilight had a question for her parallel self rose a hoof. "Um what about Nyx and Dark Nyx? Will they be in school?" Twilight asked.
"Ugh great."
At that point parallel Twilight smiled. "Don't worry, I will register them and label em as parallel universe students. Oh, and call me Twi. You know, so you feel comfortable by not making it look like you are talking in third person."
"Very well Twi. "
"Do you mind sharing stuff about yur universe?"
"Sure, I would love to."
an evil plan
In an hidden location in Equestria, a building rests within the location. Ponies were around doing patrol. In the inside, a Unicorn was in a room, drinking. Through out the time, he sat there, quiet. Not a peep to be heard. As he was being quiet, he had a lot on his mind. All of them were evil plans, which dealt with Twilight Sparkle, Ben Mare, and Nyx as the targets. Through his thoughts, he would feel anger filling in on the moments he remembered he was defeated, like the time in the other world. The silence was broke, when he heard the door open. He looked at who it was. "What is it, Boris?" The unicorn asked.
"We have somepony.... or in this case, some "being", that wants to talk to you."
At that point, the unicorn then looked at him with a serious glare. "Did I, or did I not, say don't let any intruders in!?"
"I'm sorry sir, but, he want's to speak with you, he-he-he says that he wants to side with us."
"Fine, let him in, but if this a joke, you know what happens. As a matter of fact, stay in here."
Boris nodded and let the being in. As the being walked in. The unicorn looked surprised. In front of him was a creature known as a Ipotane. It walked in and looked at the unicorn face to face. At that moment, The Iponate spoken. "I've been watching you. You have caught my interest."
"Have you been spying on me?"
"No no no. More like, observing you. As you can see. I hold the power to travel between universes."
At this point, the unicorns eyes widened. The Ipotane said he can travel between universes. This ultimately shocked him. From books he read, this was seemingly impossible to do. Through out the time, he questioned the Ipotane and got positive answers. To the unicorns surprise, the Ipotane caught his attention at what universe he comes from. Feeling like they were getting off topic. The Ipotane cleared it's throat. "Now, the reason why I came here, is that I have a plan. Answer, Combining universes. However, the ponies that are standing in my way are these ponies." The Ipotane said as he revealed photos of ponies on the table. However, Boris saw one that looked familiar.
"You're kidding me? Twilight Sparkle is are target."
"This is the Twilight that is from the universe I come from. My guess, she is here in this universe."
At this point, Boris looked shocked, and so did the unicorn. Two Twilight Sparkles in one universe? It was shocking. At that point, The Ipotane began to say the names of his targets. After hearing this, the unicorn looked at Boris. "Take Boxco and Dum Dum with you. Go to Ponyville and attack em." The Unicorn instructed.
"Yes sir."
Before Boris could leave, The Ipotane stopped him. "I bet you are trying to get Twilight for your own. Try the parallel Twilight. She doesn't know who you are."
Boris eyes then lit up. If the Twilight he knows doesn't fall for him, he would try the parallel Twilight. He then exited and went to get Boxco and Dum Dum. As they were alone, The Ipotane looked at the Unicorn. "What are you called?" He asked.
"Call me the Superior."
"Call me Zinrek.

SO, here is the first chapter, of the Nyxverse crossover.
Chapter 1:First day with an attack
On the evening of their arrival, Twilight, and Lunar were talking to Parallel Twilight, and Ben Mare. Knowing that both the Twilights had the same personality but different timeline of events. Lunar was talking to Ben Mare. Lunar told Ben that he is the Luna in "their" worlds son. He told him his story, that he had a lover he loved very much, and that on one day during an attack from Dark Shadow, he had to flee, while his formal marefriend sacrificed herself, which lead to him being blessed. He explained that he froze himself in time, and reawakened 1004 years later.
After Lunar finished his story, Ben shared his story. He began the story where he was a young colt, which was when Parallel Twilight was a filly. He shared that he was made fun of because of his name making it sound like he is a mare, which turned out it was short for Maregilligan. He shared that he was often bullied by a colt name Boris, who thinks that all earth ponies are nothing. As his story went on, Lunar felt bad for him when he mentioned that he was tricked into going into Spell Nexus Manor, and became a demon pony. As he continued, Lunar could tell he was afraid to show himself. As he concluded the story where he was restored during a event, Lunar felt glad that Ben reunited with his mom.
Nyx and Dark Nyx had to share Parallel Nyx's bedroom and had to sleep in sleeping bags. during that time, Nyx shared her adventures with her parallel self, the parallel Spike, and Phobos, and told them that the Rainbow Dash in her home universe is her godmother. She talked about how she found the Equestrian Emeralds and what they are. and a lot of other things, from helping Scoots and Sweetie belle get their cutie marks, and tons more. She even told Parallel Spike that the Spike in her universe had a protective cousin, and a traitor uncle. Upon hearing about what the other Spikes cousin had in his will, and he giving half the mountain of gems to Rarity, he felt happy for his alter ego.
Parallel Nyx told Nyx all about her adventures. How she saved Bens life, how she met Phobos, the whole Lorcan mess, and a lot of other adventures. Nyx noticed that on herself she had a book called "Past Sins" which, she then mentioned the Book in her world was sent to her days after the showdown with Dark Shadow, while Parallel Nyx received it on the day of her birthday.
Tex told Phobos all about her, she explain that she is a space dragon, a dragon that travels through space to different planets, making peace with the life on the planets. She mentioned that she became Nyx's friend after saving her from a fight. Through out the time, the group shared their stories and their adventures. Even Nyx and Dark Nyx shared that "their" Equestria were now dubbing them with various of titles, such as "National heroes", "The Nyxians", and so on. But, realizing they have class tomorrow, they all had to go to bed.
Fun at School
"Class please take your seats because we have two new students for a while." Cheerliee said happily.
At that point the Class then took their seats and listen to Cheerliee take attendance. One by one the students all said here when their name was called. As Cheerliee then concluded the attendance, she then called in the two new students to come in the room. As they walked in, the whole classroom gasped, however Miss Cheerliiee was aware of this thanks to Twilight. The fillies and colts were questioning this as they saw what was in front of them, "two Nyx's". One looked like Nyx, and the other looked like another version of Nyx. "Wh-what the? TWO NIGHTMARE MOONS!" Diamond Tiara exclaimed.
"Diamond Tiara, don't talk like that to new students. Anyway class, meet Nyx, and her sister, Dark Nyx. They are from a Parallel universe that is connected to ours."
At this point, the whole class broke the silence. They were shock, A Nyx, and her "sister" from another universe? It was like crazy, crazier then the whole Tirek mess, and the Lorcan mess. As they were trying to figure out what was going on, excluding the parallel Nyx, Nyx and Dark Nyx, Cheerilee tried to silent them, However, thanks to Dark Nyx's voice, she silent the class. As the class was silent, Cheerliee had two students move, so that Nyx and Dark Nyx can sit with the Parallel Nyx. "Now, since this is a first time this happened, I'm gonna ask Nyx, or what Twilight asked me to call her, "Nyx Sparkle", to tell us about her and Dark Nyx universe. Care to share Nyx Sparkle?" Cheerliee asked.
"Okay. Basically, we come from a parallel universe similar to this universe. However, there is a couple of things different to this universe then to ours. That is the Timeline of events, the ponies, and such. For example, a difference is that in mine and my sis's universe, is that Ben Mare doesn't exist in our world, instead, Lunar Eclipse, mine and my sis's mom's colt friend, is Lunas son, who disappeared for 1004 years after a blessing incident."
"HA, like I will believe that." Diamond remarked.
"Oh yeah? Then how would you feel if I should you these?"
At that point, Nyx closed her eyes, and a glow happened and 7 emeralds came to view. The class gasped. "These, are what is called in my universe, The Equestrian Emeralds. Lunar had these before me and they ditched him after the blessing. When I came in contact with them, not only they grant me their power, and chose me to use them, they gave me back my magic."
"Go on, tell us more." Scootaloo said.
Nyx then focused and the emeralds disappeared and went back in her body till summoned again. "So, a couple differences in my universe is that, Rainbow Dash is my godmother, Ponyville forgave me for "that" after songs I sung, Dark Nyx is my biological sister, via a DNA sample, and me and Dark Nyx are National Heros in my universe."
At that point, Silver Spoon tilted her head. "National heroes?"
"Reason is that Me, Sis, Mom, Dad, my aunts and godmother, Tex, the royal guard, and my friend Glowing Aurora gone to war with a Spikes uncle, Onaga, a once hero dragon who helped Equestria, which he turned rouge, over a vault. Basically, the vault contained a being called Zelarfar. Me and sis defeated it, and Onaga, and pronounced "heroes of Equestria."
"Awesome." Scootaloo exclaimed."
"There is more difference also. For example, the aftermath of the Tirek attack. During the aftermath, when mom got her castle, I was originally going to have my palace given to her, but I decided that since someone deserved it. I gave my palace to Discord so that he can live in Ponyville so he can be with my aunts, Godmother, and mom."
At that point, Cheerliee knew that parallel universes share a trait of having the same timelines, but with different timeline of events. She knew that this was a great thing to learn. As Nyx finished, The class went on as normal.
Recess
It was now recess and Everypony left the building to go the playground. As Nyx and Dark Nyx went outside, the cmc and Parallel Nyx told them they can hang out with them. Nyx knew that the cmc here share the same personality with the cmc in their universe, however, Scootaloo does not that have underdeveloped wings like the Scootaloo in their universe.
At that point the cmc, Parallel Nyx, and Nyx and Dark Nyx decided to talk with one another. "What's Diamond Tiara like in your universe?" Applebloom asked Nyx.
"She is the same as the Diamond Tiara here. However, when I was with Rainbow Dash for 3-4 months while mom was in Canterlot, she beat me up and gave me a black eye and black and blue marks. Luckly Rainbow Dash showed some hospitality to me when that happened."
That' s so sweet of her! I remember she cheered me up after those nightmares when we went camping." Scootaloo replied.
"Well she did save me from an attack, when a DNA sample of me was taken."
"Wait, what?" Sweetie Belle said confusedly.
"She told Cheerilee that a group of ponies were attacking me and hurt me. Luckily I was okay."
At that moment, Scootaloo then had a feeling something was watching her. As she turned around, she saw what looked like a dragon watching em from the bushes. It freaked her out. Nyx then noticed who it was. "Oh, don't worry, that's just Tex, she watches over me from a safe distance to make sure nothing happens." Nyx informed Scootaloo.
"Tex?"
"She is a space dragon. She has the ability to use what is called "the force"."
At that point, The CMC, and Parallel Nyx started giggling. Tex just reminded them about a movie franchise they saw one time where Ponies that are Jedis and Sith fight in a war in a galaxy far far away. Even Nyx and Dark Nyx were laughing because they never even heard of the movie, but could tell it that it is a good movie. As they began to talk, the CMC decided to make Nyx and Dark Nyx members of the cmc in their world, whenever they come to their world again. At that point, Sweetie Belle, noticed Dark Nyx's Cutie Mark, it showed a light blue sword. "What does your Cutie Mark mean Dark Nyx?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"I bet it means she likes to fight blank flanks." Diamond said as she walked up.
"No it doesn't."
"prove it."
"Well, I earned it in the Zelarfar war.Basically, I'm know for strategics on attacking enemies. Basically, during the outpost invasions, which was when we were looking for info of Zelarfar, me and sis attacked first, which we attacked the patrol ponies first. I earned the cutie mark, after Zelarfar and Onaga were defeated. My cutie mark means that I am taking my hoofs up and fighting for what’s right for not only to fight for those who I love, but to fight for Equestria in what ever strategic way I can. Besides, if sis uses the Equestrian Emeralds I become way powerful and too strong for enemies."
At this point, Diamond shook her head, and left. As the cmc were alone, some of the other members, like Dinky, and Twist showed up. They wanted to learn more about Dark Nyx. Knowing they heard it, Nyx and Dark Nyx began to tell how the events went off.
Lunar vs Boris
In the streets of Ponyville, Twilight, Lunar, Parallel Twilight, and Ben Mare were seen walking through town. During the day, Lunar asked Rarity to make Twilight a vest so it will be easier to identify which Twilight is which. Rarity understood what he meant, since he and his Twilight are from a parallel universe, it would be wise for Lunars Twilight to wear a vest, so they know who is who.
As they were walking through town, they saw a lot of ponies looking at them. They were actually looking at the Twilights. As they were walking, Twilight and Parallel Twilight were talking to one another. As they reached the schoolhouse, they saw Applejack, Rarity, Scootaloos mom, and Filthy Rich there. Just then, fillies and colts came out of the School building one by one. Last were the CMC, Parallel Nyx, and the Nyx sisters with grins on their faces. Nyx and Dark Nyx walked up to Twilight and Lunar. How was your day you two?" Twilight asked.
"It was great." They both replied.
After they heard this they began to head back. Lunar decided to look at the town, while the others were going to Parallel Twilights palace. As they were walking, Nyx and Dark Nyx shared what happened at school. To Twilight and Parallel Twilight, they were smiling at what happened at their School. Even when they mention that they are the first Parallel universe ponies to be in a parallel version of the CMC. As they were walking, Dark Nyx's ear twitched, as if she was sensing something. At that moment, she heard a magic charge shot coming towards them, and immediately used her magic to push everypony out of the way. Twilight looked at Dark Nyx. "Darkness! What was that for?" Twilight said sternly.
Just then, they all heard a laugh, a laugh that sounded like it comes from a bad pony. Ben Mare, however recognized the laugh. It belong to the pony that bullied him, and teamed with Lorcan. In a matter of seconds, three ponies, appeared in front of them. They were all stallions. One was a red unicorn stallion in a red vest, with a scar on his face and a weapon for a cutie mark, the next one was a purple unicorn stallion with a number for a cutie mark, and the last one was a white pegasus stallion. Parallel Twilight recognized them. "YOU!" parallel Twilight yelled.
"How nice of you to remember us. It's been a long time."
Twilight then looked at her parallel stuff. "Who is this? And why are you afraid of him."
Ben then looked at Twilight. "That's Boris. We can say that we have a little "history" with him, really bad history. He's basically insane. He used an forbidden spell known as Talent Swap on my Twilight and her friends, he teamed with Lorcan, and so on."
"How nice of you to tell her that. Even though, we are not here for your Twilight. We are here for "that" Twilight. As you can see, we have big plans for this parallel Twilight, and her gang."
At this point, parallel Twilight grew furious and tried to attack Boris with magic, but failed as he launched her back. Nyx and Dark Nyx were to scared to face a enemy who is out of their mind. At that moment, Boris grabbed Twilight from the ground with his magic, and ordered Dum-Dum and Bocxo to handle the others. Dum-Dum laugh. "You think you will win this time Ben? No way, her story is going to end not with a scream, but with a whimper."
"It's "Not with a bang, but a whimper" you idiot."
At that point, Twilight was screaming, she was afraid, really afraid. No matter how hard she tried to break lose, she couldn't. She began to shed tears like the end of the line was near. However, at that point, she sensed some extremely strong magic, magic that no pony can have. As it was getting stronger, Twilight remembered this scent of magic. During the pre Zelarfar war, Lunar entered a form that he never knew he had, and found out he was a seal for it. At that moment, Twilight heard a loud booming voice. "RELEASE HER, NOW!!" The voiced boomed.
At that point, Twilight saw a figure in front of her, a figure glowing orange, with red eyes. Twilight knew who it was, it was Lunar. At that point, Twilight began to squirm "Ugh, Lunar, help me!"
It didn't take long for Boris to notice the figure in front of him. He was completely clueless. Thinking this "thing" was going to be a distraction to the plan, he ordered Dum-Dum and Boxco to attack it. As they began their attack, Lunar then decided to attack Dum-Dum first. As Dum-Dum was getting ready to fire magic, Lunar came charging fast and began to beat Dum-Dum with his allusion tails, Dum-Dum tried to fight back, no matter how hard he tried, Lunar, was to quick, and punched him sending him flying, lying on the ground, like a Equestrian fighter who got knocked to the ground in a ring.
Boxco then charged at Lunar from the air, however, due to Lunars strength, he was knocked out of the air, and got an uppercut and landed on the ground, luckily he got up. "Toasty!" Parallel Nyx commented.
As Lunar finished fighting Boxco, he was lying on the ground. "He's to strong." Boxco cried.
At that point, Boris had enough. He dropped Twilight, and decided to fight Lunar. As he came charging at Lunar with his hoof in the air, Lunar got into the back kick position, and back kicked Boris sending him flying landing in a Cabbage cart. Luckly the owner got away from the cart before it got destroyed. Boris got up and started running towards Lunar. "My Cabbages!" The owner exclaimed.
As Boris returned to his fight, he then dodged everyone of Lunars attacks. At that point, Lunar realized he was out matched. Feeling like he was winning, Boris was laughing at Lunar. "You can't beat me, you are nothing, and you will......Eh?" Boris said as he felt the ground shake.
As the ground continued to shake, Boris could feel something underneath him, something was rising from underneath him. Right before he tried get out of the way, he couldn't a huge hand with claws rose up from the ground launched Boris in the air, and slammed him down to the ground. As the hand with claws disappeared and Lunar calmed down, he saw Boris getting up in front of him along with Boxco, and Dum-Dum. "It ain't over. We will be back." Boris growled as he, Boxco, and Dum-Dum disappeared.
As they disappeared, Lunar, along with Parallel Twilight, Ben, Parallel Nyx, Nyx, and Dark, ran over to Twilight making sure she was okay. Turns out she was fine. Just a little shaken from what happened. Knowing that they needed an explanation, Parallel Twilight decided to take em to the Palace, as Ben went to gather the others. Since they were new to their universe, Twilight had to figure out what is going on, and what just happened. Little did they know, was that they had a feeling, that something was definitely up.

At the hidden location, Boris was talking to the Superior and Zinrek telling them what happened. As he was told em, The Superior couldn't believe what happened. A simple unicorn couldn't have that type of power in any way. It was highly impossible. Zinrek was clueless also, he didn't know what Lunar had within him.
Later Boris then called an urgent meeting with the other ponies. To Boris, it was completely insane. A pony couldn't have that much power in them, nor can a unicorn. Luckly Boris, Dum-Dum and Boxco were uninjured during the fight. They were lucky they survived. Through the meeting, Boris told them all about the parallel Twilight, the Parallel Nyx and her sister, and Lunar. When he mentioned the fight, the others were shocked to hear about this sort of power. "That's is impossible, no pony can have that much power within them." Flim said.
"I know that Flim. But this is purely insane. Ben has a hidden power in him, and this "Lunar' pony has something powerful within him."
At this point, everypony began to wonder what it could, be. They knew that only Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Twilight hold strong magic. As they tried to figure it out, somepony broke the silent. "It could be possible that he was part of sealing ritual." Trix said.
At this point, everypony looked dumbstruck. "The....sealing ritual?" Boris asked curiously.
"It's a ritual where a group of ponies have one pony be what they call "the seal". Basically, this ritual deals with sealing a dangerous being, like a powerful demon, into ones body. What they do is capture the demon, and the ponies who are preforming the ritual use their magic to seal it into the other pony so that pony can use it's "powers" for good use."
"Are these types of rituals dangerous?"
"Yes."
Knowing that this is serious, the apocalypse ponies began to wonder, how did Lunar manage to be the seal. Through out the time, they were trying to figure out what to do. As they began to talk, Zinrek, along with the superior walked in and glared at them. When the apocalypse ponies saw the being near the Superior.. "Who are you?" Trix asked.
"This is Zinrek, he is a Ipotane that can travel between universes." The superior said.
Zinrek then began to tell them about why he came to the universe, and what caused him to be part of the Apocalypse Ponies. He then began to tell them his plan. A plan that he made before he came here. It was to combiine this universe, and the other universe into one whole universe. As he concluded his plan, Flim began to laugh. "Combining universes? Ha, that's theoretically impossible. Two universes can't be Ugh....." Flim said right before somehow he was grabbed by some kind of magic.
"I find your lack of intelligence wasteful."
"Zinrek release him."
Zinrek then listen to the superior and let go of Flim. Without further ado, they decided to talk more about a plan they have.
At the palace
At Parallel Twilight's palace, everypony, even the mane 6, and the parallels were shock to here what Lunar told them. Lunar told them that when he was a foal, Luna and Celestia were dealing with a demon trying to break free from it's imprisonment. Knowing they needed to do something, Celestia and Luna had Lunar be the seal to keep the creature out of equestria
When Lunnar finished his story that he heard from his mom, the others knew that the demon had to be sealed in him not only to keep Equestria safe from harm, but for Lunar to use it's power and abilities for good.
Next, parallel Twilight explained a lot about Boris. How she knew him, and about the deeds he committed, even the part about breaking into Nexus house. As Parallel Twilight continued her story, leading up to a lot of encounters with him, even during the Lorcan stuff, Twilight and Lunar were shocked to hear about this.
Later on, Rainbow then bought up a question to Twilight. "What were those things that "your" Nyx had?" Rainbow asked nicely.
"Those are called the Equestrian Emeralds."
"Equestrian Emeralds? Nyx should give em to be so I can make dresses with them." Rarity said.
"Rarity, they are not for fashion, they are a powerful weapon."
Twilight then explained the history about the Emeralds. She explained that the Emeralds were made when the vault of Zelarfar was made, and the first holder of them died due to the magic being to intense. She then told them that Lunar was next, and that when he was blessed and went haywire, the Emeralds betrayed him, and went to a secure location. Through her explination, she said that Nyx is the next holder of them, and that she was given back her magic that was taken from Luna, and she was given a lot of abilities, such as Rage, Strength, and a Super form.
As time went on they talked more. Nyx, Parallel Nyx, and Dark Nyx, along with Tex and Phobos came down stairs of the palace and went into the room where they all were. Since they were talking Nyx began to worry about the part with the two universes combining into one giant universe. Twilight knew that they can't risk this happening. When it came to a late hour, they are decided to hit the hay and sleep.
Dark Moon
The next day, Nyx, Dark Nyx, and Parallel Nyx were at school. During that time, Nyx and Dark Nyx were shocked to learn that the class saw the fight between Lunar, and Boris and his two "friends". Through out the school day, Nyx and Dark Nyx were learning the same stuff they learned in their world. As time went on, Dark Nyx began to sense something, something was coming from outside. Cheerliee noticed. "Dark Nyx, are you okay?" Cheerliee asked in concerned.
"I'm sensing something, something is approaching."
At that point, as it was on cue, Tex opened the doors and looked at Cheerliee. "Mrs. Cheerliee, keep the student's inside. six ponies are approaching outside. They look dangerous. you three come with me. You need to fight."
The three then nodded and went outside to see that there are ponies outside. They then ordered one to apprehend them, and Nyx, and Dark Nyx began to fight, while Parallel Nyx hid. Tex however forgotten that parallel Nyx has the limit of magic a filly has.
Through out the fight, Nyx and Dark Nyx used their battle strategies against the ponies, however they kept coming back up and fighting. As the fight continued Nyx and Dark Nyx were fighting with all their might. But, as it was all sudden, one of them leaped on Nyx and grabbed her. This caused Dark Nyx to jump and tried to attack, but was blasted back. The pony laughed at Dark Nyx and another apprehended Parallel Nyx.
Just at that moment, Dark Nyx felt something burning in her. As it was going stronger she looked at the 6 ponies who were laughing, and just at that moment, they stopped laughing as they saw Dark Nyx changing form. As she was changing form, the students in the building gasp at what they saw. Dark Nyx was turning into Nightmare Moon, but one thing was different. One her mane was darker, and the other was the moon on her. Just then, they saw her save Nyx and parallel Nyx. Through the time, Dark Nyx was fighting against the 6 ponies which one of them turned out to be Boris. As the fight was almost done, Parallel Twilight, Ben, Twilight and Lunar approached and, on cue, the 6 ponies fled. Dark Nyx laughed "That's right, run. never mess with Dark Moon." Dark Nyx taunted, as she went to Nyx and parallel Nyx. "Sis, are you okay?"
"Yes. Thank you."
"You okay sis's look alike?"
"Never better."
At this point, Twilight was dumbstruck, part of Nightmare Moon, but a different version lives in Nyx. "H-how is she..."
"It could be that when she was made, the DNA and Nightmare Moon Dna were altered."
Twilight looked a her parallel self "Huh?"
"Basically it means that before she was created, her creatored altered the DNA so that they won't look the same, but have the same personality but with a different look."
At that moment, Twilight walked up to Dark Nyx and looked at her and saw the differences, even the chest plate was a Dark Moon. Twilight began to worry if Dark Nyx was going to be trapped in that form. However, her thought was proven wrong when she turned back into her filly form. When she got up, she felt Nyx hug her. "You saved me. Thank you sis." Nyx gleed.
"Your welcome sis, how about we get back to class."
At this point, both Nyx and parallel Nyx nodded and headed back to class. As they headed in, Twilight, Parallel Twilight, Ben, and Lunar were surprised to see that this happened. But, knowing that Nyx, Dark Nyx, and parallel Nyx will be in school still, they decided to go back to the palace. Twilight had to ask Celestia all about this. Because she needed to know, how does Dark Nyx have that ability.

Chapter 3
Through out the day, Parallel Twilight was looking through each book of the library wing of her castle. What she was looking for was how Dark Nyx has a Nightmare Moon form. Each book she found had no information about this. However, she did find the book. In the book she found, it stated that when a "copy" of one pony is created through ritual, it gains all of that ponies abilities.
As parallel Twilight began to read more, she came to understand that Dark Nyx has the exact same abilities as Nyx. After reading, she began to talk to Twilight all about Dark Nyx's origin and how she became to be. Twilight answered to best knowledge and then said "I don't know" when she was given a hard question about her. afterwards, Parallel Twilight looked at Twilight with a curious look. "So, Dark Nyx is created from Nyx's blood?" Twi asked
"Yes."
"Well, I think I can say that when Dark Nyx was created, Nyx's abilities went into her, and they are evenly matched."
As they talked more, Nyx, Parallel Nyx, Dark Nyx and Tex came back. When they entered the room, Twilight and parallel Twilight noticed the look on Dark Nyx, she was confused on what just happened. When the three joined the group, Twilight explained to Dark Nyx about her strange power. Dark Nyx took it in as it was a gift, but came from Nyx. At that moment, they heard a burp, and Spike came running in with a letter. It was from Celestia. Parallel Twilight began to read
Dear Princess Twilight We invite you,, Ben, your friends, daughter, and your parallel self, your parallel selfs daughter, Lunar, and Dark Nyx to Canterlot for a event that is going on, known as the festival of time. We would love to see you again. Also, don't worry about what happened "that one time" Boris and his "friends" are still banned from canterlot. I have rooms set up for you at the palace.
Celestia
As Parallel finished reading the letter, Twilight knew about this carnival. It's a festival that happens every 100 years to celebrate a day about the gods of equeestria. During the event, people buy masks from mask salesponies. She also knew that couples who are lucky ones get a rare mask. At that point, Nyx looked at Twilight. "Mom, what is the festival of time?" Nyx asked bringing Twilight back to reality.
"Oh, basically it's a festival that a celebration of the gods of Equestria. At the carnival, you able to buy masks from salesponies and such. But, one thing Twi, what did Celestia mean by Boris and his friends being banned from Canterlot?"
Parallel Twilight looked at Twilight. "Let's say that 1 year back, he actually did some bad things, like using the forbbiden spell "Talent Swap" and such. So, he isn't allowed back at canterlot. Anyway, we should probably get going."
Friendly talk with Celestia
An hour past and everypony was in Canterlot. The cmc were bought along, even Scootaloo, which Scootaloos mother gave Rainbow permission to bring her. When they got there, they saw a lot of things. They were quite amaze how much work was being put in to this event. Even Twilight knew that in her world, the event was happening, but had to miss out due to their assignment to prevent a universe collision.
Now, Twilight, Lunar, Nyx, Dark Nyx and Tex were talking to the parallel versions of Celestia and Luna. They were talking about their lifes and such in their world. Even Luna felt bad for Lunar for what happened to him, even seeing his formal marefriend die infront of him. "So, you are saying that you froze yourself in time after this "Dark Shadow" pony was sealed in the shadows, came back 1004 years later, manage to break free of the blessing, and such?" Luna asked.
"Yes, basically I only had a certain amount of time before the blessing took control. But, me and Twilight are here in this Equestria to prevent a universe collision."
Luna then nodded. "I know that if both your universe, and our universe are combined into a giant universe, it will break the order of balance and cause a apocalypse to happen."
Celestia then looked at Twilight. "So, who is the being behind this plan?"
"According to the Celestia in our universe, she said a Ipotane named Zinrek is behind it. Basically he is a formal astronomy teacher at the school in our universe. He was known for traveling from universe to universe and studying the timeline of events in them. However, a student became concerned after Zinrek became obsessed with the theory of combining universes. When he was ratted out, he was fired by Spell Nexus and he never was seen again.'"
After explaining, Celestia then guessed that Zinrek went rouge and hostile after that. Twilight then explained Dark Nyx's origin and Celestia was surprised that Dark Nyx choose to be by Nyx's side and protect Equestria. Through the time, they talked more about timeline of events. To Twilight and Lunars surprised, the timeline of events in the parallel Equestria had more events, then theirs, even different ponies and such. At that moment, like it was on cue, a guard ran in an looked at princess Celestia. "Your highness, a pony has gone hostile, it's striking down Twilight and Ben." The guard exclaimed.
Feeling like something was, up, Celestia, Luna, Twilight, Lunar, Nyx, Dark Nyx, and Tex rushed out of the castle and headed outside. When they headed outside they saw a pony using magic against Parallel Twilight and Ben. This caused Twilight to shoot at the pony. Just then Pinkie looked terrified. "Oh no, it's chancellor coles theme." Pinkie said breaking the forth wall.
In a split second, the pony revealed that he was not indeed a pony. He was actually an Ipotane. "ARRGH, you foolish ponies are getting in MY WAY!" It shouted.
At this moment, Twilight eyes widen at who this "Ipotane" was. It was Zinrek. The very Zinrek that resided in her Equestria before he disappeared. By the look of him, he kinda resembled Tirek. However, he wasn't exactly like Tirek. Just seeing him make Nyx and Dark Nyx hid behind Celestia and Luna. They battled a rouge dragon, a ancient being, and Tirek. But this was nothing like no other. Lunar looked at him. "You must be Zinrek." Lunar said.
Zinrek then looked at who was talking to them and evilly smiled. "You must be the "foolish" ones that defeated my friend." Zinrek began to laugh. "Well guess what!? You, your parallels, and that pathetic little creation of mine won't stop me."
Celestia then glared. "You won't get away with this!"
"Oh come now, with "him" by my side, my plan won't fail."
Feeling like they need to do something, Nyx and Dark Nyx revealed themselves, and Zinrek began to evilly laughed, and glared at Dark Nyx. At this point, something landed in front of them. From the glimpse of it, it didn't look like a normal earth pony, unicorn, pegasus, or alicorn at all. It looked like a machine. at that moment. It open it's eyes. "Target located." it said.
"What on earth?" Celestia exclaimed.
"Meet Nyx bot. My new creation, unlike you Dark Nyx, you were supposed to take orders from ME! Guess what, it's time. Nyx Bot, destroy these mortals."
"Understood. Exterminate mode activated."
Feeling they were in danger, Nyx and Dark Nyx began to stand ground. Knowing Dark Nyx, she is able to detect weak points on enemies. Just when she was about to, Nyx bot began firing at the Nyx sisters, but luckily they dodged. When they got up, they looked at each other, "Wh-what is this?" Nyx asked nervously.
"It's a robot. Apparently I thought they never existed, but this, it seemed like they do exist."
"Well don't stand there sis, help me fight this thing."
"Sis, we can't attack near it, it can harm us if it activates its self destruct."
Feeling they need a strategy, they began to look at the robot for any thing that can hurt it.. Nyx remembered when she battled the Children of the shadow, and the newer children of the shaddow, she came with a tatic called "Pony blaster".. Nyx and Dark Nyx decided to give it a shot, however, no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't defeat it. Twilight facehoofed. "Think you two, it's a robot, what is a robots main weakness?" Twilight asked.
"uhhhhhh...."
Twilight facehoofed again. "Water. Robots weakness is water.
At this point, Nyx and Dark Nyx then work together to defeat Nyx bot. First the created a water cloud, with Rainbow Dash's help, and put it over Nyx bot. With that, they began to fight the robot. As they fought, Nyx and Dark Nyx work together. As the battle went on, Nyx and Dark Nyx were beating the robot. As their fight reached it's end, the Robot blew up and was destroyed. As Nyx and Dark Nyx began to celebrate, Spell Nexus came by and requested the group to come to Spell Nexus manor. In that moment, they realized they need some explaining to do for Nexus.
Later
At Spell Nexus manor, Twilight was telling him why they were here in this universe, and filling in what he wanted to know. As they talked Spell Nexus listen closely to every word that has been said. He was shocked that they are from a parallel universe. However, he was shocked that a Ipotane was threatening to combine both universes.
Twilight then finished talking, and Spell Nexus took a drink and looked at Twilight. "I do know that this universe combination threat is serious. There are two theories that I know about this." Nexus said
"What are they?" Lunar asked.
"One is a universe disturbance, where two of the same galaxies, and planets are in the same universe, which can disturb the space time continuum. The second, is the end of both universes."
At this point, everypony began to feel scared. These two theories were serious. Serious then a pony believing the ponies from ancient times believing the end of the world theory. Nexus then mentioned that the only way to stop it, is to prevent Zinrek from combining the universes. "So, how do we stop him?" Nyx asked nicely
"The only way is to open a gateway to white space, a place where Time and space don't exist."
From what Spell Nexus told them, they do need to seal Zinrek in white space. Better more, they needed a plan. From what they know, is that Zinrek is teaming with some pony, or "something", and Twilight knew that when Boris attacked her, it seemed like they were working with Zinrek also. "Well, I do have a feeling that this "Boris" pony is working with Zinrek." Twilight inquired
"Boris? Hmm, I still remember that pony, he did bad deeds, even to poor Ben there. But why does he have to deal with Zinrek?"
Lunar then looked at Nexus. "He, and his two friends came to ponyville and attacked my Twilight. It seemed like he knew about are arrival. Luckily thanks to the demon sealed within me, I saved Twilight. I just don't get why Boris knows about us."
At this point, Nexus then looked a Lunar with a strange look. It startled Dark Nyx. "Did you just say... you have a demon sealed in you?" Nexus asked.
"Yes, why?"
Nexus then began to explain more about the reason why universes shouldn't be combined. However more detail was added. Such as ancient beings being sealed in other beings in one universe can result in a great catastrophe and can cause a seal from that specific universe the seal was made in, to break if the universe are combined. As Nexus finished his explanation, Lunar began to worry.
As it reached evening hours, the group then decided to head back. As they headed back, Nexus looked out the window with concern. "Good luck all of you
Meanwhile
At the Apocalypse Pony hq, all the members were shocked to hear what happened. It was like Nyx and Dark Nyx were something more. What they were surprised about were two things. One was that Nyx and Dark Nyx's power comes from the Equestrian Emeralds, and the other is that they are undefeated.
As for Zinrek, he was growing furious with what happened. Nyx bot was destroyed.As he grew calmer, he talked with the superior and the others about a plan. He was trying to find a great plan to make the universes into one. The others were trying to think of good ones, but none of them sounded great. However, his anger grew when the suggestions were not great ones. "COME ON! WHAT POSSIBLE WAY IS THERE TO DEFEAT THESE MORTALS AND MAKE THE UNIVERSES INTO ONE!?" Zinrek shouted. "COME ON! Boris, you did something on the event when that Ben pony you told me came back to canterlot. What could be a good plan? I mean, there has to be an event that could be the perfect time for me to combine the universes."
Just then, Boris hit an Idea. "Well, there is one event that happens every 100 years, and it happens to be the 100th year. By that, I mean the festival of time."
As he heard this, Zinrek looked at Boris. "Go on."
"Well, I know the event is a celebration of the gods. But, sadly, I, nor Boxco and Dum Dum can enter Canterlot to help you with this, Zinrek. Me, Boxco, and Dum Dum are banned from Canterlot and are not allowed to enter."
Zinrek then sighed. He knew that he won't be able to bring the three with them for his plan, nor the Superior. Zinrek knew that he can't risk the Apocalypse Ponies chances, and getting em arrested. He knew that it would be bad. Feeling he has an idea, He looked at the group of ponies, and diamond dogs and began to talk about his idea.
Meeting Lorcan
The night came, and eeverypony in canterlot were closing up shops. during the time, Nyx bought some masks from shops to keep as a souvenir of the dimension.. Celestia and Luna became concerned about Zinrek ruining the festival, so they had to keep an eye out for anything suspicious.
Now, Twilight, Lunar, Nyx, Dark Nyx, and Tex were seen walking in the now quiet streets of Canterlot.. As they were walking, Twilight had her wing around Lunar and began to calm him after learning that the demon can break free if a universe disturbance occurs. As they were walking, they saw a shadow figure dart through a dark ally. Thinking something is suspicious, they began to follow. As they followed, they saw the figure move more and began to follow it. As it reached a corner, along with the group, it removed its hood and showed his face. "You must be the parallels that came to this world?" It said.
"How did you...who are you?" Twilight asked.
"I am Lorcan, The brother of Spike. I was formally evil, but, I changed. However, you must not tell the others about me. Truth is, they think I'm dead."
Tex then pulled out her weapon that every space dragon has for defense purposes and turned it on, and pointed it at Lorcan. "How do we know that you aren't lying? Give me a reason that I shouldn't attack you!"
"Because I know who your enemy has teamed up with."
"You better not be lying!"
At that point, Nyx then used the stare on Tex. "Tex, lower your weapon. He's telling the truth. Lower it now."
When seeing Nyx, Tex noted that Nyx is serious. Knowing that she didn't want to break her friendship with her, she turned off her weapon and put it back on her belt. And glared at him with her dragon eyes. "You better not be lying. Continue." Tex said.
"Well, you see when I was "evil", Boris, Boxco, and Dum Dum teamed with me, after the events of "that one time", A "Unicorn" took my formal team. I know that your enemy is working with that unicorn."
Lunar then looked at him with curiosity. "Does he have a name."
"Sadly, it's anonymous. However, he goes by the name The Superior."
Dark Nyx then looked at them. "Well, why dont we take them both down?"
"Sis, we can't that will destroy Jussonics series, and could end this timeline and get MaskedPony in trouble."
Twilight then facehoofed. She knew that Nyx hanging with Pinkie was a bad idea. Through out the time, the group then began to talk to Lorcan about this "Superior" pony, and learned about him. As time went on they began to tell him why they came to the universe. As they explained, Lorcan knew that this was bad. After explaining, he began to look at them and start thinking. "Well, I can help. However, I will help as long as you don't tell Twilight Sparkle, Ben, Nyx, Phobos, their friends, or anypony, or even my brother that I am alive. I just don't want them knowing. Deal?" Lorcan said.
"Deal." They all said.
"Very well. I will help you when the festival of time happens at midnight. It seems that that's when the Universe thing is going to happen. Now, go. And remember, Do NOT, tell anypony that we met."
With that, Lorcan vanished and the group then decided to head back to the palace. As they headed back they were praying that the universe collision doesn't happen. All they know, is that they must eliminate Zinrek and stop him once and for all.
Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter. Chapter 5:The fate of the universes
The next day was going well for Twilight, Lunar, Nyx, Dark Nyx, Tex and the parallels. During the day, they were making their plan. A plan to stop Zinrek. Today is the day of the possible Universe collision. Parallel Nyx was starting to become nervous since this was serious, how ever Dark Nyx gave her advice by saying "Heros never surrender, they stand up and protect others. Never give up, not till the bitter end". Parallel Nyx then decided to always remember what Dark Nyx said and follow it.
When meeting Celestia, Celestia had to put Canterlot in lockdown once midnight comes. She didn't want to risk ponies getting hurt while they try to stop Zinrek. However, during a night stroll last night, Lunar bumped into Lorcan who informed him that Zinrek is planing the collision at the cliff of Canterlot. Lorcan explained that he will help if they are in danger. However, the second part was dealing with dragging Zinrek into white space, via a chariot with a harness to pull Zinrek.
Now, the her group were heading to the edge of Canterlot. While they were heading there, Nyx and Dark Nyx were wearing their capes that has their emblem, Dark Nyx's Sword cutie mark behind Nyx's shield cutie mark, on it. Twilight knew that when Nyx and Dark Nyx wear their capes, it meant they are about to what they are destined to do. Luna finished raising the moon, and the royal guards just finished putting Canterlot in lockdown, and stayed behind just in case.
At that point, they reached their destination. As they approched, they saw Zinrek in front of them, looking down to the ground below the cliff. Silence filled and no one spoke. At that exact moment, Zinrek killed the silence. "It seems that you ponies are hard to defeat. No wonder why both universes are the same but with different events." Zinrek spoke in a calm tone as he turned around facing them.
"It's over Zinrek."
"Hmmm really now? I think not. I think, it's just the beginning, a beginning of a new era. The universe collision portal is preparing. What a pity you can't stop me."
Dark Nyx then looked at him. "Then, I will fight you." Dark Nyx said as she hit him with a spell.
"Wanna fight eh? Then so beat it. It be great to pass time."
At that point, Dark Nyx was getting ready to battle. As Nyx approached, Dark Nyx put her hoof up blocking her. "No, this is my fight. I'm settling this."
Nyx nodded and backed up. She, along with the others began to watch the fight between Dark Nyx and Zinrek. It was like a battle between creation and creator. To Dark Nyx, she wanted to settle this once and for all, not to protect her sister, and her family, but to save both universes and stop her creator once and for all. Nyx knew she didn't want to activate the Equestrian Emeralds since it's "Dark Nyx's fight".
As the battle continued, Zinrek was overpowering Dark Nyx. He was sending her spells back at her. As she casted the launch spell, it was sent back to her and she was launched backwards. "SIS!" Nyx screamed. As she ran to her sisters side,, luckily she wasn't hurt, however something was off.
Just, the, Zinrek then pulled out his sword, and as he was about to finish the battle, a figure appeared infront of him blocking his attack. "Wh-what in the?" Zinrek exclaimed.
"Don't. Even. Think about it."
"Wh-who are you?"
"It doesn't matter who I am. It matters you will be stopped."
As the confrontation between the figure and Zinrek continued. Nyx saw Dark Nyx starting to transform. However, it wasn't a transformation into Dark Moon. She started to go all shadowy. Black stuff even started to form around her. It wasn't till Lunar deducted it was the Master Shadow, and it was in Dark Nyx.
Zinrek then noticed as the figure disappeared. As he saw the figure, he then deducted that Onaga must of tampered with Dark Nyx and put something in her, even though he specifically said if he died, Dark Nyx will be with him. The battle then began again and Dark Nyx was fighting Zinrek with all of her might. Through out the fight, Twilight, parallel Twilight Lunar, and Nyx helped out by shooting spells at Zinrek. They remembered they had to stop him. two minutes later, Dark Nyx looked at her family. "Take care of him, I'll take care of the collision portal." Dark Nyx instructed, as she got nods from them.
As they fought, Zinrek was being out numbered. He was losing. At that moment, Tex then thrown rocks at him. "Come at me." She shouted.
At that point, Dark Nyx came back, and landed by Nyx. She saw something near the cliff edge, but saw Tex walking up to Zinrek. It looked like Tex was going to sacrifice herself, but saw a long herness near her. At that point, Tex was grabbed. "Ugh, Nyx, I forgot my sword and shield, what would I do with out them?" Tex said as she was trying to hint at something.
"Sword and Sheild?" Dark Nyx said as she looked at the charriot, and looked at the long harness. She hit an idea. "Parallel Nyx. Want to help?"
Parallel Nyx then nodded and walked up to them, as they walked to the big charriot, Tex looked at Zinrek with a grin. "Hey Zinrek, pop quiz, what is the place called where Time and Space doesn't exist?" Tex asked.
"Well, it's called the White Space D...." At that point, he heard a click. He looked down. "What the?"
At that point, Nyx, Parallel Nyx, and Dark Nyx were pushing the charriot, and suddenly it leaned off the cliff and fell. Next thing that happened, Zinrek then was being dragged, as he was being dragged, he grabbed hold of Ben Mares back hoof and began to drag him. "If I am going down, I'm taking one of you with me." He said as he was being dragged, but got struck by a spell, and it was from parallel Nyx.
"Leave my daddy alone."
In a safe area, a startled Boris began to panic. He then vanished and decided to head back to the Superior to report about the failure.
Knowing that they wanted to celebrate their victory, they decided not to since it's too late and could get in trouble. With that, they headed back to Canterlot palace.
Promise to we meet again
"So, you are leaving?"
It was the next day and Twilight, Lunar, Nyx, Dark Nyx, and Tex were heading home. Apparently, during the time, Tex admitted she hates goodbyes. However, Nyx, and Dark Nyx were hugging parallel Nyx in sadness that they wont be able to hang out anymore. Lunar was glad they stopped a terrible fate. As they were saying goodbyes, Dark Nyx used her magic and, at that moment, came a medallion, and a cape. "We want you to have these. This is ours, we have spares at home, but, you earned it." Dark Nyx said.
At that moment, Nyx began to tear up and hug them back. "Goodbye."
"Hey, remember my advice. Heros never surrender, they stand up and protect others. Never give up, not till the bitter end."
At that, point, Twilight, Lunar, Nyx, Dark Nyx, and Tex stepped on their return pads, and returned home.
As they returned back, they were in front of the Universal Travel Gate. As they looked, they saw their friends were in front of them, and Celestia, and Luna as well. They then told them about their victory and they all hugged them, however, one thing slipped out of Dark Nyx's Saddle Bag. Rainbow Dash picked it up and saw what surprised her. She showed the others and they were utterly shocked. At that moment, Twilight, and Lunar had alot of explaining to do

The last Chapter is the the epilouge
The Next day, Nyx and Dark Nyx returned to school with a huge story. As they told it, the students were shocked to here about a parallel Equestria. They even mentioned that Nyx's parallel father is named Ben Mare, a stallion who disappeared after a horrible prank, but returned years later, a dragon named Phobos, and tons more. Through out the story, they learned more about the parallel Equestria, even Dark Nyx's two secret abilities.
"HA, you think we will believe that?"
"We have proof."
At that point, Nyx, and Dark Nyx put up the image and the class gasped. They were telling the truth. As they finished their story, Cheerliee was more surprised at how much they learned about life in other worlds.
At Twilight's palace, Twilight, and Lunar were sharing their story to their friends. As they told them, they told them about the ponies there, and Boris. Through out the story, They gasped at their parallel selves. However, they were speechless that the parallel universe itself has differences.
The mane 5 then asked questions about the universe, which Twilight and Lunar answered honestly. However, Twilight and Lunar then told them that Dark Nyx has two forms, one is her Dark Nightmare Moon form, which they named Dark Moon, and a form that Dark Shadow and his cult worshipped, which they then told them that Dark Nyx promised to use it's power for good.
As they concluded, they then decided to hangout. But, outside the castle, stood a cloaked figure. It looked like a pony, however, her mane clearly indicated she was Lighting Dust . Just then, she used her Communicator. It then turned on. "This is Agent Lighting, do you copy sir?" lighting asked.
"What is it Lighting?"
"It seems like our pray is like you said. It seems they are untouchable."
"Okay. Come back to base. We need to make a plan."
"Okay, see you at base, plaided,"

Back at the Apocalypse Ponies HQ, the Superior was furious that Zinrek lost, and he learned that to never trust him, if he returns. Through out the time, Boris was being bothered by what he saw that was fighting Zinrek after that Dark Nyx filly was defeated the first part of the fight. However, when he went outside, he saw something on the ground, a strange device. By the strange device, it had a note saying "Give to your leader if you want to be part of the insanity". Boris gave it to him, and at that point, The Superior looked at him. "You kidding, for one, we don't no who gave this to us, but we do not want to be part of this insanity. We are part of plenty of insanity....what the?"
At that point, the artifact began to turn on, as it activated a laugh was heard and all the members of the Apocalypse ponies were shocked at what they saw in front of them, in front of them, was a holographic projection of a Pony, whom was wearing a mask over his face. "Ha ha ha ha ha, Hey listen, just trust Handsome Plaided, you want "Every part" of this insanity." The holograpic projection of Handsome Plaided said as he laughed hysterically and as things started to show in the hologram which caused the Apocalypse Ponies and the Superior to nod and accepted Handsome Plaided as a member of the Apocalyse. At that moment, a portal opened and Handsome Plaided came walking in laughing. "Oh man, so many ponies are going to die. Now, let's get down to business. I got a plan that I will share with you, and we can put it into motion when that day comes."
