Chapters My name is Dream Writer, I used to be a pretty normal kid with a pretty normal family, but then it all went down hill. How exactly? You sure you wanna know? The story of my new life as the new kid at my new school is not a happy tale. If someone told you that I was a Gary Stu with no personality at all, somebody lied. You can ask my new friends and old friends that and they would reply by saying, "He's no Gary Stu, he's a hero." How did I become a hero exactly? That all ties into the not so happy tale I told you about. If you're still here, then let me say that I'll tell you my story then, all I have to say is that you better be prepared because the truth can hurt, and I meant HURT.
Now to start off our story I have to explain what happened on my first day at my new school, and it all began at 5:30 in the morning...
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEE-
I shut off my alarm clock's alarm just as I awoke and then I rubbed my eyes and yawned some.
"That's it." I groaned, "I'm changing the time I get up to from 5:30 am to 6 am."
I then got out of bed and headed for my closet where I changed out of my pajamas to my usual cloths which was a pair of black Converse sneakers, white socks, blue jeans, a white t-shirt that had a pencil on the led part spewing out magic effects, and finally a Tommy Hilfiger leather jacket to top it all off, oh, and the top of my shirt had two cuts on it. Why is because I had an accident with the scissors ten weeks ago. I then went over to my mirror and looked at myself, my sky blue skin, royal blue eyes, and black hair glistening in the sunlight. I then picked up my comb and combed it to where it looked flat but had some spikes in the front of it.
I looked at myself one more time and went to the bathroom where I brushed my teeth, took a shower, and used some mouth wash to give my mouth it's classic minty breath. I then went downstairs and fixed me some cereal. I ate up and packed up my red Yamaha electric guitar as well as my backpack and looked at the clock, it was 6:30 which meant that the bus would be coming soon. Now before I continue I should let you know that my parents were aware that I do this, I've been doing it since my Freshman year at Manehatten High. Ya if you're wondering I am a transfer student, I just moved in three days ago actually and my parents just recently signed me up at my new school.
Anyway, I put on my backpack, picked up my guitar case which held my mentioned electric guitar and went out onto the sidewalk and waited. After about a minute or so the bus appeared and I got on and took a seat next to a kid, who I should mention, later I became good friends with. However I shouldn't leave out any detail, because as I got on the noise on the bus then turned into silence and I heard a lot of whispers like, "Hey who's that?", or "I don't recognize him is he new?", or "He doesn't look like someone from around here.", and finally, "He's probably like Sunset Shimmer." as I was walking down to the kid I sat beside as mentioned a few glares got my attention and some of them looked like they weren't too happy to see me.
That's when I sat down next to the kid in the back, he had blue hair with lighter sky blue highlights going through it, a red t shirt with a white tie for some odd reason, bluejeans, some sneakers which I didn't recognize, a grey jacket with no hood and a little golden lightning bolt perched on the left collar.
"Uh, hi?" I said to him, "Um I'm new, I just transferred from Manehatten High and I was wondering what your name was."
I think my mentioning of me being a transfer student from Manehatten High caused even more whispers because now I heard stuff like, "He's from Manehatten High?!", and "Didn't that place burn down four weeks ago?", and finally, "I bet HE'S the one who caused it!". I was then starting to get a little worried as I looked down the isle to find a few students looking down toward me with some glares of anger and suspicion. All of a sudden we reached me new school and I was surprised to find out that everyone was letting me off first, I then went over to the horse statue that was in front of the school and looked at it a little.
"Neat-o!" I said
I then went inside and was greeted by, even more glares, great. I then went over to the right hall looked over my left shoulder to see the people who were with me on the bus talking to the people out in the entrance of the school. However not looking where I was going I ended up hitting someone and ended up tumbling to the floor with the person I hit fall on top of me.
"Ow!" I yelped in pain, "Will the person onto of me GET THE FUCK OFF!"
I felt him/her get off of me and I got up to meet another boy, he was a unique character since on his shirt was that of a two toned blue shield with a lighting bolt going through it.
"Hey sorry for yelling at you I REALLY should've payed attention." I said
"Hey it's my fault I wasn't looking where I was going." he replied, "Hey are you new here? I've never seen you around before."
"Yes I am." I reply, "My name is Dream Writer, I just recently moved in and I'm also a transfer student from Manehatten High."
"I'm Flash Sentry." He says, "And you're from Manehatten High?"
"I am." I say
"Sweet man." Flash states, "Hey you look like a rocker from the attire and guitar case."
"I actually am, I was the best known electric guitar player over at Manehatten High." I say
"Cool!" Flash says
"By the way you wouldn't happen to know where I could find the Principal's office would you?" I ask, "I got a call yesterday saying that my schedule would be prepared by today and that I should meet Principal Celestia in her office."
"Sure I know where that is I can take you there if you want." Flash offered
"Thank you so much." I say
"While we're going there I might as well give you a little tour." Flash said as we walked
"Thanks." I said
The tour was very simple, he basically pointed out the main room and stuff like that and soon we found ourselfs at the principal's office.
"Flash you don't mind waiting for me out here to help me some more with my schedule do you?" I asked him
"Nah I ain't got anything to do until 1st period anyways." Flash replied
"Thanks." I said
I then entered and found the principal looking through some kind of folder and it was labeled Sunset's Permanent Record, I knocked on her desk and that got her attention as she looked up to me.
"Um hi." I said, "I'm Dream Writer and I was told to come here for my schedule."
"Sorry Mr.Writer but it seems we've run into some complications with your schedule." the principal replied
"Complications?" I asked
"It seems that the classes we put you in don't want you." she said
"That's weird." I said
"My thoughts exactly, this hasn't even happened except for ten years ago." she added, "We just don't know what to do now."
"How about I go with Flash to his classes?" I proposed
"Say wha?" she said
"He showed me how to get here, even gave me a little tour, I hope you don't mind." I said
"I don't suppose it could hurt, very well, until we get your schedule fixed you'll go to Flash's classes until further notice." she said
"Thank you principal...um sorry to ask but I didn't quiet catch your name." I said
"My name's Principal Celestia." she said
"Thank you once again Principal Celestia." I said as I headed out
"I'll let his teachers know of you so you don't have to go explaining to everyone who you are, and if you need anything my door is always open." she says
"Okay." I said as I left
"So where's your schedule?" Flash asked
"They're not done with it." I explained, "Though Principal Celestia did say I could go to your classes until my schedule was prepared. You don't mind do you?"
"Nah of coarse not." Flash said, "Come on first period's about to start."
"What's your first class?" I asked as we walked
"English, and my teacher by the way is Ms.Harshwhinny." Flash replied
"D-did you just say Harshwhinny?" I asked
And that was how I met my first friend onto meet an old friend of mine. ....... I didn't know it at the time though, but Flash Sentry would soon become part of the group of my new friends that would save my life before I saved them and everyone else.
The bell rung and me and Flash found ourselfs at first period. We took our seats and in front of me was the guy that I met on the bus. I tapped his left should and he turned and saw me.
"Hi." I said to him
"Oh it's Manehatten boy!" he said mockingly and loud enough to where everyone would hear
Everyone then laughed except for Flash.
"Hey lay off him Thunderbird!" Flash shouted
"You stay out of this Flash!" Thunderbird shouted
"Leave him alone then! He's new here and we don't need him viewing this school as a bad choice." Flash stated, "Pluse he's a rocker and you wouldn't insult a fellow rocker would you?"
Thunderbird then looked at me again.
"Is this true?" he asked
"Ya it is." I said as I pulled out my guitar case and pulled out my Electric guitar, "Need more proof? Anybody got an amp?"
Luckily someone did and I hooked up, pulled out my orange guitar pick, abut before I could even begin I was pushed by Thunderbird onto the floor.
"OW!" I shouted
Flash then got out of his seat and helped me up.
"What the heck dude!?" Flash shouted
"Some rocker!" Thunderbird shouted, "He can't even stand on two feet!"
All of a sudden I felt myself fill up with something I hadn't felt in a LONG time, hate. I then began to play and all of a sudden light emitted from my body and I felt myself "free play" until a familiar tune hit.
"YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!" I shoujted as I continued to play
"What the?!" Thunderbird shouted
I didn't notice it, but the strap around my guitar had changed from being just plain black to brown and instead of thread it was leather. At the back part where it connected to the bottom of the guitar was now oval holes with a smaller strap going through it. But that wasn't the only thing that changed, my guitar had changed too. The red now looked a little more wooden, the white piece looked like it had some kind of crystal pattern going through it, the white at the end of my whamy bar disappeared all together, and there was now three knobs instead of two.
But to me the biggest change of all was that of the neck and head. The neck had now a darker wooden section at the top while it looked lighter at the bottom, and finally the head piece looked like something off of a "First Act" or "Acoustic" guitar, instead of the tuners going in a straight line it had three on each side, but what really caught my eye was two things, one being the top of the head had some kind of V shape at the top, but the right side as a little taller, and secondly instead of it saying "Yamaha" on it it now said "Dean".
Never the less the only thing that didn't change though was the fact that the cord still stayed where it was and that was and the bottom/side of the guitar and the slider to change the play styal was the same. As I was playing though I didn't notice at first, but I grew wings and now my human ears were replaced with pony ears. Everyone stood in awe at the sight before them, what happened next surprised even me.
When the song stopped and I used my pick to hit all the strings at once a blue light emitted from me and blew towards Thunderbird sending him flying a little. When he got up though my light died and I was looking at my new stuff.
"Whoa." Flash and Thunderbird said
"Take that." I said as i got done looking at my new stuff
"You ARE a rocker." Thunderbird said as he got up, "Hey, um, I'm sorry for the way I treated you."
"Hey no one was hurt right?" I said, "I forgive you."
"In that case wanna be friends?" I asked
"Sure." I said
"Wanna be my friend as well?" Flash asked
"Sure." I said
"I'm surprised you're accepting our offers so quickly." Thunderbird said
"Well what am I suppost to do since all my old friends are back in Manehatten High." I said
"Oh." Thunderbird said, "Sorry I asked."
"Hey it's okay." Dream Writer said, "You didn't know."
All of a sudden I heard a pencil drop and I just remembered that I completely forgot about the teacher, I looked to see...
"Harshwhinny?!" I shouted
"Dream Writer?!" she also shouted
"I remember you from 8th grade!" we both shouted
She then went over to me and now some of the students were looking at us with shocked expressions.
"You two know each other?!" Thunderbird asked
"Know each other?!" I shouted, "She was my 8th grade English teacher for Pete's sake!"
"And I remember you as my star student." Harshwhinny added
"Guys you need to know this; just because we know each other doesn't mean she'll go easy on me." I said
"Yes indeed." Harshwhinny replied, "Even before you became my star student you were a little ruff around the edges."
"Lets hope I haven't gotten rusty then." I said as I sat back down
"Same here." she said as she turned back to her desk, "And since when did you have wings and ears?"
"Your guess is just about as good as mine." I said
"Now class it is time to continue our lesson from yesterday."
The class was pretty much your ordinary everyday class, teacher asks a question, random student answers, the answer was either right or wrong, etc. just when the class ended however I noticed something.
"My guitar case!" I shouted
It was a complete mess with ink and marker all over it and even some paint was on it. Believe it or not we STILL haven't found out who did it.
"It's ruined!" I shouted
"How the heck did anybody do that without anybody else noticing?" Flash asked examining it
"Who ever it was was crafty I'll say that." I said
All of a sudden the bell rung and I found myself having to put my guitar on my back with the help of my guitar strap, I decided to pick up my ruined case and take it with me anyways to my next class with Flash which happened to be P.E. I then changed out of my cloths and changed into a sleeveless shirt which was kinda hard to put on because of the wings and it made me cut some holes it it so they could go through them, sport shorts, which I hated, and some sport shoes. I then went out into the gym and lined up with the rest of the students, a whistle then blew signifying the coach was here.
"All right listen up! Today we're going to do some soccer! Soccer is a great way to give your leg muscles the strength it needs!"
"Indeed mam!" I shouted in an army like way getting coach's attention
I then heard her go for me and then when we saw each other our jaws dropped.
"Spitfire?!" I shouted
"Dream Writer?!" she shouted
"I haven't seen you since elementary!" we both shouted
"You know her too?" Flash asked
"Ya she used to be my elementary school's coach." I explained
"But I decided to move on, who knew I'd see you again after so many years." she said, "By the way, you wouldn't mind going up against Rainbow Dash would you? She's me NEW star student, might down grade her if you beat her."
"Oh tell her I am SO game!" I said
"Alright you still have that spunk I remember!" Spitfire said, "NOW SHOW HER WHAT YOU'VE GOT!
"YES MAM!" I shouted
She then pointed me over to Rainbow Dash which I ran over to her and we stood facing each other.
"You think you can take away my title as her star student, I don't think so!" Rainbow Dash yelled, "Even with those wings you'll lose!"
"Why's that?" I asked
All of a sudden as Rainbow Dash did some tricks with the soccer ball a light emitted. I shielded my eyes for a second and when I removed them Rainbow had wings and ears like me.
"This should even things up." she as she passed the ball back to Spitfire, "Think you can handle the fastest thing alive?"
"I think I can slow ass snail!" I yelled
I then heard a collective gasp around me, I looked to see everyone, including Spitfire, move away from us.
"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" Rainbow shouted, "I'LL MAKE YOU EAT THOSE WORDS!"
The whistle from coach Spitfire blew and she threw the ball in between us and in a second I kicked the ball out from Rainbow's feet and into the net.
"You were saying?" I teased
Rainbows as well as everyone's jaw dropped after seeing that, she shook it off and got back her determined look.
"What's the limit?" I asked Spitfire
"First to five goals wins."
"One, zip!" I said
The game then later got interesting as we were constantly even, up until we had 4-4. I was chasing Dash down towards her goal and my heart stopped as she kicked it, however lady luck must've been on my side as the ball ended up hitting the side of the goal and flying past her.
"WHAT?!" Rainbow shouted, "HOW DID I MISS?!"
All of a sudden the ball went to my feet and I went back towards my goal.
"NOOOO!" Rainbow shouted as she tried to run towards me
However I was already at my goal and just as she reached me I kicked the ball in. I heard the whistle blow and we looked at Spitfire.
"Game! Dream Writer wins!" Spitfire stated
I then heard a couple of cheers as I saw Rainbow's face, she had a look of disappointment on her.
"Hey it was just a friendly game." I said, "No need to get upset about it."
Gym class then continued as normal with the exception of Spitfire stating that in four weeks a soccer tournament was coming up at Canterlot High where anybody could enter and show off their skills. I was excited for this since i hadn't been on any tournament since my Manehatten years in a Battle of the Bands with my band comping in third place. Just then the bell rang, we then changed out of our current cloths back to what we were wearing before. As we left Flash then went up to me.
"Dude that was awesome!" he said, "I can't believe you beat Rainbow Dash at her own game, the only one who EVER could was Applejack, but she was her friend!"
"Well over at Manehatten Elementary we were trained to deal with this, how else do you think we beat the Ponyville Crusaders in the finals?" I said
"Oh ya I remember that!" Flash said
"Anyway, where are we going now?" I asked
"Homeroom." Flash replied
"Well at least we'll get some peace and quiet right?" I asked him
"Ya, Mr Time Turner is a pretty nice teacher, especially since I have him for 3rd period history." Flash said
"OH FOR THE LOVE OF!" I shouted
And that was how I met two of my old teachers, who knew that? And also how I made two new ones. But what i didn't know was that I just sealed my fate with a life changing trip to the hospital.
The Princess/The Incident
We then made it to homeroom and saw Thunderbird on the computer.
"Hey Thunderbird!" Flash said
Thunderbird then turned to reveal that he was playing Minecraft, no offense to Minecraft players, but I SERIOUSLY grew tired of that when 1.3 came out.
"Hey guys!" Thunderbird said
As we went in I heard more whispers like "It's him!", and "Didn't you hear, he beat Rainbow Dash at soccer!", and "So? Applejack can.", and "Just who is he?", and "Since when did he grow wings and pony ears?", and "I think it's pretty cool!",, and "Maybe he's like Twilight!", and finally "Yea but I still don't trust him!" then I got a few angry glares which made me try to cover my face up. I then ran over to the closet where I closed it on myself. I heard some knocking and then Flash's voice appeared.
"Dream Writer? Are you okay dude?" he asked
"Why won't people just leave me alone?!" I shouted, "Just because I'm from Manehatten and have these wings and ears for some reason doesn't mean people get to pick on me like I'm an old bully from their past!"
"Look I know this seems bad Dream Writer, but trust me and Flash when I say everything is going to be okay if you stick with us." Thunderbird stated
I then opened the door and poked my head through.
"R-really?" I asked
"Ya, you're our buddy and we won't let ANYONE talk crap about you." Flash said
I then came out and nodded.
"Thanks guys, I really needed that." I said
All of a sudden the room door opened to reveal someone I thought I'd never see.
"Time Turner?!" I shouted
"Dream Writer?!" he asked
"I haven't seen you since 7th grade!" we both shouted
"Jeez how many teachers at the school do you know?" Flash asked
"Don't really know." I said
"Well I'll be, Dream Writer it's good to see you again!" he said
"Same to you." I said
"Hows my star history student been?" he asked
"Great actually." I said
"That's what I like to hear, so have me for homeroom do ya?" he asked
"Actually my schedule is still being prepared, apparently the classes they put me in wouldn't take me." I explained, "So I'm going with flash to his classes because he practically showed me all there is to this place."
"Well until then I'm happy to have you." he said
Just then the door opened to reveal a new face I hadn't EVER seen before.
"Um who's that?" I asked
"Ah I forgot, you just transferred here." Flash said, "I'd like to introduce you to my girlfriend AND princess of the last Fall Formal, Twilight Sparkle."
"Twilight Sparkle." I said, "Well that's a peculiar name."
Come to think of it, I remember someone in a newspaper with the same name. I thought, Are they the same?
I then saw Twilight go over to Flash and the two kissed.
"Twilight I still wonder why you didn't just go home to your real friends." Flash said
"My Equestria friends might be the true pair, but I just can't help but feel like as if I'm meant to do more hear." Twilight explained
All of a sudden a dog appeared from her backpack.
"Good thing we kept your crown then huh." he said
"Did that dog just talk?!" I shouted
"Ya, but everyone's cool with it." Flash said
"Name's Spike by the way." he said
"Name's Dream Writer." I said, "I'm a transfer student from Manehatten."
All of a sudden their eyes went wide. Not again! I thought. I saw their mouths move however as they whispered and it went like this; "Didn't we have a vision about this?" Twilight asked Spike
"Ya, but he was fighting, you know who!" Spike said
"He AND his band!" Twilight added
"But don't you notice!" Spike said, "He has wings AND ears!"
"Just like what happened to me and the others at the Fall Formal!" Twilight said realizing I had wings and ears
"How did he even get them?" Spike asked
"I don't know but it's weird, he shouldn't be able to do that!" Twilight said
Totally agree Twilight. I thought
"Um hello?" I asked them
It seemed to catch their attention as they looked at me again.
"Oh! Sorry we were having a, um, friendly conversation." she lied
My ass! I thought, Better just role with it though.
"Well, um, can I ask to be friends with you?" I asked, "My old friends don't go here so I'm trying to make new ones."
"Sure!" she said, "Friendship is magic after all."
Waiter can I get some ketchup to go with that side of cheesy line? I thought
I spent the rest of homeroom catching up with Time Turner and discussing my Freshmen and Sophomore that I had in Manehatten High, but later went over to Twilight and Flash and told them about the experiences that I told Time Turner, but all of a sudden the bell rung.
"Time for lunch." Flash said as he held Twilight's hand and left
I then followed everyone out and followed behind Flash, while we were walking though I pulled out my phone and played my favorite music track from the Spongebob Squearpants Movie; Ocean Man by Ween. When I got to the lunch room I saw that people were looking at me funny.
Damn wings and ears! I shouted in my head
All of a sudden a soccer ball hit me in the face knocking my headphones out.
"AuuAAGGH!" I shouted in pain as I fell onto my side and clenched my face
I then took my hand off to find blood on it, I then felt my nose and felt blood dripping down from it. I then saw some come from mouth and I felt my teeth to find them bleeding. I then saw some shadows of probably the students circle around me, at the same time I saw my shadow and noticed that the wings were gone and the pony ears went back to my human ears, but I also heard some laughter.
"Nice going Dash!" Thunderbird shouted
"Ya you think this is funny?!" said Flash, "You just broke his nose and his teeth are bleeding!"
The laughter then stopped.
"Wha?! B-but I didn't mean too!" Dash said
"Save it for the principal Dash!" said Thunderbird
I then saw a hand by Flash offering to help me up, I grabbed it and stood up with ease. Thunderbird also got my headphones and placed them around my neck.
"You alright?" Flash asked
"Ya." I said as I took my hand off my face again to reveal it
A collective gasp then emerged.
"He's got a black eye!" a girly voice shouted
"That's it Dash!" Flash shouted, "You've gone WAY too far this time!"
"Ya! Picking on a new kid is a WAY new low for you!" Thunderbird added
"But he cheated!" Rainbow shouted, "You can't use wings in soccer!"
"Look who's talking!" Flash shouted
"Oh." Rainbow said
"Just what's your problem!" Thunderbird shouted
"And you can forget about coming to my band's rehearsal now because you're no longer invited!" Flash shouted
I then saw Rainbow's face though my undamaged left eye, her face had turned into a saddened one. I actually felt kinda bad for her, it wasn't necessarily her fault after all.
"Come on lets get you to the nurse." Thunderbird said
"Someone be my right eye." I said to the two
"I've got you covered." Flash said
Just as I turned my head I saw now looks of sympathy sent straight to me. I didn't deserve it, but it helped to calm down the rage in me a little.
"You know Sunset wasn't even this bad!" a kid from Gym shouted, "All she did was just simply break our friendships apart, but this! This is BEYOND her!"
Just as me, Flash, and Thunderbird left the lunch room we heard shouts of agreement at his statement.
And that was how I meet old friend number three, made a new one, and made who would soon become an enemy to me. All I wanted to know was why. Why does the universe hate me?
Sunset/First Battle/The Dream Part 1
It only took us about a minute for me to go to the nurse and come back, when we got back to the lunchroom we saw Rainbow Dash sitting by herself with a glum look on her face, but when she saw me she quickly shot daggers at me. I didn't blame her.
"You sure you'll be able to eat?" Flash asked me
"Ya." I replied as I got my tray, "I might look like I came out of a BAD concert and everyone tried to kill me, but I can still move my mouth."
"Hear ya on the bad concert part." Thunderbird said
We got our lunches and sat at a table that from the looks of things had A TON of Rockers at it.
"Whoa." I said, "This is a lot of rockers."
"Maybe if we point out who's who you'll be able to talk to them." Thunderbird said
"See the guy in the red Mohawk?" Flash whispered, "His name's Death Metal."
No offense to Flash but I could tell that was his name by the skull on his green shirt.
"Trust me when I say Death Metal can REALLY play the keytar." Flash finished
"See the guy in the orange hair with the peace sign on his jacket?" Thunderbird whispered, "His name's Valhalen. When it comes to drums at this school, Valhalen is number 2 on everyone's list for a drummer in their band."
"Who's number 1?" I asked in a whisper
"Drum Roll, he plays the drums in Flash's band." Thunderbird said
"Oh." I said
"Speaking of which, next to Death Metal is Bass Keys." Flash pointed out
"You mean the one in the red shirt, blue tie, and sunglasses?" I asked
"Ya, he plays the Bass and sometimes the keyboard in my band." Flash stated
"What about you two?" I asked them, what do you play?"
"I play the Bass." Thunderbird said
"And I play the guitar." Flash said
"Nice I play the guitar too, but you already know that." I said
"Hey." I heard Death Metal say, "Aren't you that new kid that got hit by the soccer ball?"
"Why yes I am, just why did she even do that in the first place?" I asked
"Nobody but us Rockers, Athletes, and Techies have been able to notice it, but Rainbow Dash has been acting weird lately." Valhalen added
"It's like she's going through what Sunset Shimmer did when she was ruling this school." Bass Keys stated
"Speaking of her, who is she?" I asked
"Sunset Shimmer was the biggest bully who EVER entered Canterlot High." Thunderbird said
"She tore friendships apart and made us go into six branches because of that." Bass Keys stated
"I used to date her as well, up until weeks ago when I broke up with her because she was using me." Flash stated
"Then the Fall Formal came around and that's when Twilight showed up." Valhalen added
"She gave her a what for and downed her to a nice person." Death Metal stated
"However Rainbow Dash seems to be catching what Sunset had, right?" I asked
"Exactly!" the five said
"Well when did this start?" I asked
"One week after the Fall Formal." Flash replied
"What's been happening since then?" I asked Thunderbird
"Well the week after she started acting weird me, Death Metal, Field Goal, Featherweight, Carrot Top, and Tornado Typhoon found out that she was the one who posted the nude photos of Rarity and Normal Norman having sex." Thunderbird stated
"Just how did she do that?!" I asked
"Believe it or not we still can't find that out." Death Metal said
"Well what about the next week?" I asked
"Some how she rigged our instruments so the strings would break." Bass Keys said, "And they were new strings too!"
"What about last week?" I asked
"Apparently she was responsible for the break up between Bulk Biceps and Fluttershy." Thunderbird explained, "What I want to know is why she's doing this."
"Ya." Flash agreed, "She was NEVER like this up until four weeks ago!"
"Well I think that she's probably going through a phase." I said, "I did almost the exact same thing as her when I found out I was good at electric guitar, it passed out within 6 weeks though."
"This doesn't look like a phase." Death Metal said
"Well I'm still sticking by my opinion." I said, "By the way why are almost all the rockers together in one table? I thought the whole group thing was over with from what I heard."
"Yeah well some of us just couldn't let our old ways go." Valhalen explained
"That probably explains why there are a lot Eco Kids at one table and a lot of Athletes at another." I said
"Yup." Flash said, "Sometimes some things are just hard to let go of."
"Dream Writer behind you!" Death Metal shouted quickly
Before I could look I felt like I was being grabbed by my guitar as I was picked up and pushed over to a table of Athletes. I bumped into two of them but they were able to catch me before I fell. One that caught me had a football on a black shirt and the other had a tornado on a white shirt, I knew these guys because their names were called out during 2nd period.
"You alright?" Tornado Typhoon asked
"Ya, thanks Tornado Typhoon and Field Goal." I said to them
"Don't mention it." Field Goal said
I then looked to see my attacker and it was Rainbow Dash.
"Rainbow Dash what the hell!" I shouted
Wait. Did I just shout that? I have not, and I mean NOT shouted that in years. I suddenly felt my hatred grow again.
"Shut your mouth dead meat!" Rainbow shouted
"You can't tell me to shut up!" I shouted
What I didn't notice was that everyone had stopped talking to listen in on us.
"Yes I can! I rule this school not you!" Rainbow shouted
"The only thing you rule is the slow and stick at soccer club!" I shouted
Why was I shouting these things? I don't mean these at all!
"THAT'S IT!" Rainbow shouted as she charged at me with a lunch tray
"OH SHIT!" I shouted in fear as I headed for a table that had six girls at it
Okay that time I actually meant it I said it. The girls then made a barricade to protect me as they tried to reason with her.
"Rainbow Dash that is enough!" Twilight shouted at her, "What's gotten into you?!"
"Ya! I never even did THIS!" a girl in a leather jacket said, most likely Sunset Shimmer
All of a sudden the tray was swung across their heads. I tried to run away from it only for it to hit me in the back of the head.
"AAaauGHaaau!" I shouted in pain as I fell to the floor
My vision was going all red and black as it switched between as I clenched my head. I could even hear the sound of Two Worlds playing as I tried to scoot away from the rainbow, now red and black, girl approaching me with an angry look in her eyes.
"Please." I cried with tears, "Just leave me alone."
"Aw, what's the matter? Baby wanna cry?" Rainbow laughed
All of a sudden she was silenced by two metal drum sticks hitting her in the back of the head. The attacker was soon discovered to be Valhalen as he put them back in his inside coat pocket.
"Don't worry she'll be fine." Valhalen said, "You alright"
I was going to answer, but my head felt light and the last sight I saw before I blacked out was that of Flash, the other Rockers, Athletes, and Techies heading toward me and the last sound I heard before I blacked out was that of my name.
And that was how my first school day went. Kinda shocking isn't it? I tried to warn you that it wouldn't be a happy tale. Now to explain what happened next, it's kinda short so I should be able to fit it all in here. Now this is different from what you know, this is of my vision. The vision of the future...
During my black out I was having a dream, and it was the usual, me getting chased by a V-Rex, me getting killed by said V-Rex because I had no weapons, and finally Two worlds playing in my head. What's my fascination with that song you ask? It's because the way it sounds, it REALLY sounds like a soundtrack that would alert you to take cover if you were injured, like as if the next hit you take COULD be the one that kills you. Sure Call of Duty started that, kinda, but in my opinion Peter Jackson's King Kong the Official Game of the Movie perfected it. Oh where was I!
Anyway, what happened next really struck me as odd, instead of the dream restarting I saw, myself, but not just myself, Thunderbird, Valhalen, Death Metal, and there were two others I didn't quiet recognize, one was a Fashonista, and one was a Techie. What was odd was that we all had on ether pony ears with a pony tail of sorts, or both ears and wings with a pony tail. I then heard talking and when it comes to dialogue in my dreams I remember it all the time and this dream was no acception. Well, at least back then I thought it was a dream...
"Valhalen I need more beat!" I said as I played my electric guitar
"Me and Thunderbird are doing all we can!" Valhalen said as he played the drums
"I just hope this crazy idea works." Thunderbird said as he played the Bass
"Normal Norman give us your all!" Death Metal said to the Fashonista
"My tambourine and I are ALWAYS giving our all!" he said as he played his tambourine
"Come on Featherweight give me your best!" I said to the Techie
"Roger roger!" Featherweight said
All of a sudden a shadowy black smoke appeared around us.
"You think your music can stop me?! I don't think so! " said a demonic voice
It ended as quickly as it came, what the hell was that thing?! And why the hell were we against it!? I wanted my questions answered, but suddenly started to see light.
Now you know of my vision, now let us continue to when I woke up from my dream.
I awoke to a blinding light, I turned my head and saw that I was hooked up to some kind of machine you'd see in hospit...als. I'm in the hospital am I? I then looked forward to see Flash Sentry, Bass Keys, someone who I presumed was Drum Roll, Death Metal, Thunderbird, Valhalen, and the two from my vision, Normal Norman and Featherweight.
"Guys?" I said
"Hey he's awake!" Flash said
"What happened?" I asked
"Don't you remember?" Valhalen asked
"No." I said
"Rainbow threw her lunch tray at you and it hit you in the back of the head knocking you out." Bass Keys said
"What happened to her?" I asked
"She got after school detention for two weeks because of what she did." Drum Roll said
"But how long am I going to be in here?" I asked
"Doctor said about a week." Featherweight said
I should probably mention that'll explain what the two newcomers look like starting with what Featherweight looked like; he had on a white long sleeved shirt that looked like it came up to his belly, He also had on a red bow tie at the top and on the left of his shirt was a button that show cased a square root symbol with a heart next to the check like mark, he also had on blue jeans that was held up with a black belt, but I couldn't see the shoes, also his skin was a little pale, his hair was brown and his eyes were too.
"Bummer right?" I said
They all nodded in agreement.
"So what now?" I asked
"We'll have to keep our eyes on her." Flash said, "By the way,were you having a nightmare or something? You keep saying names."
"I had a vision." I said
"A what?" the group asked me
"A vision, now don't call me crazy since this HAS happened before in the past." I said, "In it me, Valhalen, Thunderbird, Death Metal, Normal Norman, and Featherweight were battling some kind of dark shadow demon, I could tell it was one by it's voice. I just wish I knew what it meant."
"Don't worry buddy, we'll help you solve this riddle." Normal Norman said
Now for Normal Norman; he had on a orange coat, light green pants which was held up by a brown belt with a golden belt buckle on it that had a cloud imprinted in it, a shirt that had multiple white and green stripes going up and down on it as well as a few golden buttons to keep it in place, brown hair, light brown eyes, pale cream skin, but his shoes I couldn't see because of my position.
"You consider me your friend?" I asked him which he nodded in reply
"Me too." Bass Keys said
"As do I." Drum Roll added
"I as well." Death Metal said
"Count on me to help you friend." Valhalen stated
"And me." Featherweight finished
"Wow. I never made this many friends over at Manehatten High." I said
"Maybe it's because you didn't understand friendship like us over at Canterlot High do." Flash said
"T-thank you, thank you all for your support." I said with a little tear
"Hey." Flash said wiping my tears, "Twilight always told me this, 'No crying until the end.' so don't cry just yet, the worst has yet to come."
"Right." I agreed, "Now obviously Rainbow Dash is going to be A LOT more active than ever now that she has detention, but I've got a plan."
"And what's that?" Featherweight asked
"Firat off, Rainbow will obviously try to steal my school record to find a weak spot in me, we need to find some way to protect it." I said, "And I know just how."
"Can you just get on with it?" Death Metal asked a little impatient
"Fine." I said groaning, "My plan is that we watch the school at night."
"We can't do that." Flash said, "Our bodies wouldn't be able to handle it."
"Which is why we'll take shifts." I said, "Now due to the fact that I don't if EVER sleep I'll keep watch of the cameras while you eight take turns switching out on different nights and patrolling the school from the inside."
"It's not a bad idea." Valhalen said
"I second that." Normal Norman said
"But how are you going to watch the cameras while you're here?" Featherweight asked
"That's the thing." I said, " I won't be INSIDE watching the cameras. I'll be watching them in my Mustang. Featherweight, do you think you and the rest of the Techies could work on a computer that would allow me to see the cameras in the school?"
"We'll try." Featherweight said
"So we know the plan?" I asked
Everyone nodded.
"Alright lets put it into action." I said
"Before we go, just how do you know that Rainbow will come to the school at night?" Valhalen asked
"That's what I did during my phase if I wanted to find a high schooler's weak spot." I said
The group then left leaving me alone to myself, or so I thought. I heard some knocking coming from the door.
"Come in." I said
The door then opened to reveal an orange girl with a leather jacket on.
"Who are you?" I asked
"My name's Sunset Shimmer." she replied
"What are you doing here?" I asked again
"My friend Rainbow Dash, she's not been herself recently and I'm sorry for what she did to you." Sunset stated
"Well Flash already told me what's going on and I can forgive her, it's probably just a phase she's going through." I said, "Though I can't help but feel like there is something more to it."
"Neither can I." Sunset added, "I just wish I knew what happened."
"Nothing THIS bad has happened to me since the Manehatten High fire." I said
"You were in it?!" she asked
"Ya." I replied, "I know the survivors have said their sides of the story, but I haven't."
"Why?" she asked
"Because it hurts me." I said with tears forming in my eyes
And that is how I met Sunset. One thing I have to say though, is even after all these years, I still can't mention the fire without crying.
"How does this story go?" I asked
"Well." Darkness said as the room became darker and he went over to the window, "The tale goes like this..."
"Once upon a time. In the land of Equestria. There were two regal sisters who ruled the land. The eldest used her powers to raise the sun and gave her subjects the sun shine they needed to raise the land. The youngest used her powers to raise the moon and make way for the night so the kingdom could sleep and relax. Together the two lived in peace and joyful harmony. But, with peace comes secret threats. These threats were Discord, King Sombra, The Sirens, and even the oldest sister's younger sister at one point. but they weren't created normally, they were given life by the hatred and evil in the world. An outside force, known as Darkness. With each defeat of each villain he created I grew stronger as my powers rose. My only weakness was not the elements of harmony themselves, but the kindness that was in everyone's heart. And when one of my old villains was reformed, I grow weaker."
Is that why he sounds so weak? I thought
"Later in my lifespan I discovered upon a recently born child by the name of Sunset Shimmer. I discovered the power she held, and on her sixth birthday, I attacked her in her dreams and made her cruel. What I didn't know was that she was under the teaching of the aforementioned older sister and to make sure she didn't suspect anything I sent her to the new world. She was powerful up until the events of the Fall Formal. My powers were weak at that moment in time due to Nightmare's transformation back to the younger sister, and Discord's reformation to good. I used my magic when she placed the element of harmony onto her head and turned her into a raging she demon."
"So you're the one responsible for Sunset turning!" I shouted
"Indeed." he said gleefully, "It was my most amazing masterpiece."
"Masterpiece?" I asked confused
"Think of it like this." he said as he turned to me, "Think of your transformation when you showed off your rocker skills to Thunderbird for the first time. Were you not amazed by it?"
"Of coarse." I said, "Anyone probably would."
"That's how I look at my transformations that I give to anyone." he said as he turned back to the window, "I find them amazing thus I call them masterpieces."
What ever Freddy Fazbear. I thought
"Anyway." he continued
"I had the whole school in her grasp, but then Twilight Sparkle ruined everything. She was able to use the elements of harmony without the others. She freed Sunset of my grasp and for a while I thought it was over, up until a week later."
"But what does this have to do with me?" I asked, "What role do I play in this?"
He then turned to me.
"During my time in Equestria two days before I took over Rainbow Dash I discovered an ancient catacomb in the castle of the two sister's that lead to a secret room and what I discovered shocked me. Hieroglyphs were of me and you that spoke of a prophecy that 'In another world, one half human, half pony and his band of half humans, half ponies, would rise up against the dark version of the leader who played a Dean guitar and the devil version of Rainbow Dash.'"
"Is that it?" I asked
"Indeed." he said
"Did it say who my band mates were?" I asked
"No." he said, "It did not."
"And even if you did know you wouldn't tell me." i said
"Wrong." he said
"Okay now I'm confused." I said, "If all that you're saying is true, then shouldn't you be against me?"
"It should be that way, but it won't matter." he said, "By the time I leave I'll be back inside Rainbow Dash and time will go back to normal instead of stopped."
"You can stop time?" I asked nervously
"No." he said, "Only when the time is right."
"A.k.a when your going to give me wise sage advice like stuff." I deadpanned
"Well, I, guess you could put it that way." he said
"And why are you even letting me go?" I asked, "You know I can tell the others and the police about this right?"
All of a sudden a black portal appeared in front of the door.
"Because no one will believe you." he said, "Saying something like that in public will make people think you're crazy, and put you in a mental hospital. Did you think of that?"
"Um, uh, well uh, no." I sadly said
"So it won't matter." He said as he went to the portal and stopped as he turned to look at me, "You don't even know what it's like to be a hero anyways! I bet you don't even know what you're doing!"
And just like that he vanished and everything turned back to normal. I looked at the window and went over to it, as I looked out I saw Flash and the others leaving as, for some strange reason, a tear fell from my left eye as they left.
"He's right." I said to myself as I looked down at my shoes, "I don't know how to be a hero because I'm not a hero."
I then turned my back to the window and let my body slide down as I landed on my but and moved my legs upward and closer to my face. I then felt tears go down my cheeks as I placed my right hand over the right side of my face minus my mouth.
"I'm just a nobody." I said, "Nobody will remember me for anything when I'm dead. All I'll be remembered for is one of the few survivors of the worst school disaster in Manehatten history. I'm nothing more that just a Gary Stu who's just pointless filter in the world."
I then placed my hands over my face and cried. It was the first time I cried over being called useless. He didn't say it physically, but I know he said it in his head. And for the next two hours straight I cried and kept calling myself Mary Sue or Gary Stu, because that's all I am and ever will be. Just pointless filter in the world.
And that was the end of the first part of this story. And this is where my fist inner conflict happened during my time at Canterlot High, and you'll be surprised at how I resolved it.
It had been at least a day since my encounter with Darkness. Since then I've been crying myself to sleep realizing that I'm just a Gary Stu wannabe nobody. Who would even want to hang out with me after this was over? Tomorrow I was suppost to be going back home and later the next day to school. I actually didn't want to go back. I was afraid that people would hate me again. Would they hate me more now? I hoped not. But secretly something in the back of my head told me I deserved it. It couldn't be any worser than my job at Freddy Fazbear's could it?
One Year Ago...
"JESUS FUCKING CHRIST ON A POGO-STICK TRAMPOLINE BIKE!" I shouted in fear as I continuously slammed the door buttons and light buttons while checking cameras on a tablet, "THIS IS THE LAST TIME SOMEONE TALKS ME INTO WORKING AT FREDDY FAZBEAR'S PIZZA!"
I checked Pirate cove and saw Foxy was gone.
"HOLY FUCK!" I shouted as I pressed the right door button just as Foxy's left arm appeared on the doorway
The door then slammed causing Foxy's arm to rip off sending sparks everywhere. i then held my arm out at the closed door and turned my hand backwards as I gave Foxy the bird.
"You mad bro?" I said with a sly grin
I then saw the clock hit 6 and ran out of there as I could.
"Never, again." I managed to say through my heavy breaths

Scratch that! I thought in fear, Everyone hating me is just a slap on the wrist compared to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and the crew!
Just then the door to my room opened to reveal Doctor Stable with a smile on his face as he came in and stopped right in front of my bed.
"I've got good news Mr.Dream Writer." he said, "Your body's fully healed and we've found no other symptoms in your body so your free to go. Also your *cough*parents*cough* came in and signed the papers for your release and are waiting right now in the waiting room on the first floor."
"What's the bad news?" I asked, "And why did you do a fake cough at the mentioning of the word parents?"
"Is it really that noticeable?" he asked
"Eeyup." I said
"Anyway you'll just have to come down the elevator to the first floor to see exactly what I mean." he said as a nurse came up to my bed with a wheelchair
I then got out of bed and sat in it I thought to myself, "At least I don't have to walk, that's practically the only advantage here." I then closed my eyes and pretended to take a nap. However I did and had the strangest dream yet. In it Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna were in the hospital waiting room saying they were my new parents. I then woke up to find myself still in the wheelchair and in the waiting room.
"Huh? Where is everybody?" I said to no one in particular, but the receptionist heard me
"Your in the waiting room, your parents are getting some final things done." she said
"Makes sense." I said to myself, "They ALWAYS take their time when it comes to the hospital, you think they'd be having sex in a bloody closet somewhere."
I really need to lay off of Zero Punctuation for a while. I then heard the receptionist say that my parents were going to see me and thought, "About damn time, those morons take as much time as it does for me to masturbate while getting raped up the ass by a power drill." Yeah I DEFIANTLY need to lay off Zero Punctuation for a while. The door that was next to the reception desk opened up to reveal none other than...Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna? Okay now what's going on?
"Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna?!" I shouted getting out of the wheelchair, "Well I can honestly say I didn't expect to see you two here."
I was quiet surprised when I saw they had faces of shock.
"Was it something I said?" I said
"No one has told you?" Principal Celestia said with a worried face
"Told me what?" I asked
They both then looked at each other with saddened faces and sighed as they turned back to me. Okay seriously what the fuck is going on! Am I missing something?
"We don't know how to tell you this but....Dream Writer, your parents are dead." Principal Celestia said
The room then fell silent and all of a sudden I was on the floor laughing.
"Oh-ho-ho man!" I said through my giggle fit, "That's a good one guys!"
"This isn't a joke."Vice Principal Luna said, "They really are dead."
I then stopped my laughing and got a look of worry. In my head The Doctor's theme from Doctor Who series 1 was playing as I got up and looked at them.
"How did they die?" I asked
"They were murdered last night." Principal Celestia answered, "One bullet from a revolver straight through their foreheads to their brains. An instant death."
"The students heard about what happened and they wanted to throw you a cheer up party to help cheer you up. Pinkie Pie's idea." Vice Principal Luna added, "Each of them also gives their condolences to you. I'm sorry for your loss."
I then moved my head to look down. It was like all the life and joy inside of me just suddenly died and a shadow covered my face. I felt a single tear go down my left cheek as Promise Reprise from Silent Hill 2 played in my head. I thensaw Principal Celestia come up to me and place a hand on my right shoulder.
"I know this might seem hard to take in, but me and my sister can help you through this." she said, "We're your new family now after all."
"How?" I asked almost like a whisper
"This morning we went over to the mayor's office and filled out some papers to have you adopted as our son. Everything went smoothly and now your our son." Vice Principal Luna explained
I said nothing as now I felt tears go down both my cheeks. Before I continue I must explain that the reason why I hear certain music in my head is due to listening to so much they got so stuck in my head that in the right moment the right song would play in my head to match the situation. Right now Room of Angel from Silent Hill 4: the Room, my favorite Silent Hill, was playing and I dropped onto my knees as I continued to look down. I then let lose all my tears as I felt myself fall forward and Principal Celestia catching me while rubbing my back and head.
"It's okay, just let it all out." she said
And that was one of the worst moments in my life.
It took a while, but I finally gained the courage to stand up. I felt like shit. But why wouldn't I? My parents are dead, I'm suppost to kill a shadow by being a hero when I'm not, why did I get chosen for all this crap?! Why me? Why out of all the people on this planet did it have to be me to get all this?! Do I look like Batman or Superman to you?! I don't think so! And i'm not even a Spider-man! I can't save the world! Even if I do form a band like in the prophecy how will I know who's in it?! It doesn't even say what the band name's suppost to be! Why do I get all this bullshit?!?!

Why me?
When I gained back the courage to stand up me and my "parents" went to the car which happened to be a 2002 Ford Mustang. Who knew a principal could afford that? It was white in the front and cut off to dark blue in the rear with a picture of the moon in the back and a picture of the sun in the front. Obvious decals is obvious. Though it DOES remind me of the designs I made for my multiple Ford Mustangs from the 1960's to now models in Forza Motorsport 4 and 5.

It reminds me of the times I used to play it with my dad. His name was Fast Strike. If a baseball was thrown at him he could do at least 100 perfect home runs without breaking a sweat. I even remember what he looked like. He had black skin, pink hair similar to Thunderbird's, and red eyes. In terms of clothing he always wore the same thing which consisted of an open green hooded jacket, a white t-shirt which had a baseball bat hitting a baseball, blue jeans, and green converse sneakers. His job was as Manehatten High's coach, and despite the fact that I had him for 4th period he treated me like he did everyone else which I liked.
On occasions after we got home form school he'd play Forza 4 or 5 with we by either us against each other in a race, or working on a project I was doing, which mostly consisted of muscle cars, or just hang out by the mall or Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Amazing that they're still going even after the bite of 87 and the five missing kids right? Not really.

i'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I couldn't save you or mom. We got inside the car with Vice Principal Luna driving and Principal Celestia sitting in the back just in case I got car sick. I was told we'd be heading towards the school for the cheer up party, so I looked out the window with my sad eyes looking at the sky. What kind of hero was I if i couldn't save my family? Am I really a Gary Stu? No! Positive thinking. But how can I stay positive with what just happened? I closed my eyes and put my hands over my eyes as I silently sobbed. I was told we'd be there in an hour so I uncovered my face and looked at the road. Indeed we were nearing the school, but I knew this time it would be under worser circumstances.
When we got there Vice Principal Luna parked right beside the horse statue and got out. In my head Theme of Love from Mother 3 was playing as the two principals got out and I looked at the school building. I got out and felt the two place a hand on my shoulders. I looked at each of them and nodded. We then walked into the building and I noticed the school looked almost completely empty. I thought everyone must've been in class until Principal Celestia caught me looking around.
"Wondering where everyone is?" she asked
I simply nodded.
"Everyone is waiting the the gym son." Vice Principal Luna explained
"Why?" I asked
"For your cheer up party silly!"
I then ran straight for an open locker like a blur with an added in high pitched scream as i closed it and saw a pink girl where I originally was.
"Pinkie Pie!" the two principals shouted in disapprovingly
"Oops! My baad!" Pinkie Pie said in her happy go lucky voice
I then got out with a sigh of relief and looked at Pinkie with the most pissed off face I could do.
"WHAT THE HELL!" I shouted at her, "What was that for?! Are you TRYING to give me a heart attack!"
"Nope!" she said, "Thought I'd follow you up until this point to tell you that I'm giving you an early cheer up present."
"Jesus I thought you were Chica for a minute, but what is it?" I asked getting calm again
She then handed me a wrapped up box that looked big enough to hold a Freddy Fazbear head in and took it. I then unwrapped it to find an empty Yellow Freddy Fazbear head in it. Memories both good and bad came rushing back to me as I took it out and examined it.
"Where did you find this?" I asked
"Some ex-security guard of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza by the name of Jeremy Fitzgerald sold it to me for five bucks." Pinkie explained, " I also found an empty Freddy Fazbear costume along with empty head and costume versions Chica, Bonnie, and Foxy the Pirate Fox."
"Which versions?" I asked
"Grand re-re-opening in late 1987 to 1993 versions." Pinkie said
I then dropped the head realizing Pinkie just made a big mistake.
"Where are they?" I asked in fear
"In the gym, and are you okay you look pale?" Pinkie asked
"This is the only Freddy head you have right?" I asked again
"Nope." Pinkie said, "Another is with the empty Freddy costume."
My worst fear then came to reality as I felt panic grow inside, can they even move without their animatronics?! I'm not taking that chance!
"EVERYONE TO THE GYM!" I shouted in panic
And that's how my first major battle against Darkness came to a beginning.

I don't know how long I was running, but I didn't care. Those people in the gym were in danger and I had to help them. When I reached the backstage area I opened the door quickly not caring if anyone heard.
"Why are we going backstage? The gym's the other door silly!" Pinkie Pie said as she bounced right beside me
Oh yeah I forgot the others were following me.
"Principal Celestia, Vice Principal Luna, Pinkie Pie, try and evacuate the students!" I ordered, "They are in serious danger right now! Hurry we don't have much time, darkness could get to those suits any second now!"
"Who?" the three asked
"JUST GO!" I shouted
The three then went for the stage as I tried to find where the suits were, I knew he'd try to take over those suits to get my attention, there is NO WAY this is a coincidence! Was i foolish for splitting up with those three? Maybe. Maybe. But my old friends could tell you that my decisions never went wrong. Well maybe on occasions if I didn't play my cards right, but most of the time they went according to plan, in some way shape or form. As I was looking for the suits I heard everyone starting to panic a little, some laughing. If only they knew of the danger. I then found at least four boxes big enough to hold the Freddy Fazbear costume inside, but when I got to them, I saw they were already opened.
"Fuck." I squeaked in fear as I think I felt my pupils retaliated dots, "They're out."
All of a sudden the lights went out spooking everybody out. I then heard Freddy Fazbear's laugh as his jingle played, I heard it coming from the direction Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna as well as Pinkie Pie were. I ran over to it as fast as I could before Freddy's song ended and saw the big guy and his friends right behind the crowd as I passed through the curtains, but more specifically right behind Flash Sentry.
"FLASH LOOKOUT BEHIND YOU!" I shouted with all my breath
Flash then looked behind him and screamed as he jumped back in horror.The animatronics then let out the worst scream I ever heard as everyone covered their eardrums minus me as I looked at them disappear with a stern glare.
"So it has come to pass then." I said keeping the glare, "The first major battle of many in this book of good vs evil."
"Someone's catching up fast."
I then turned around to see Darkness take on the form of me, but with some minor differences such as the eyes being red and red and white stripes going across the sleeves and back of the jacket. Everyone else noticed this too and gasped.
"So you finally decided to take on a form rather than hide under a cloak eh Darkness?" I said with sarcasm
"Eh, I kinda like it." he said, "What do you think?"
"Piss off!" I said flipping him the bird then dropping it "Why are you here."
"To kill you of coarse." he said
"But you said you wouldn't because I didn't even know what the hell I was even doing." I said sternly
"Turns out I was wrong." he said, "By killing your parents I accidentally set forward the prophecy. Now to prove the prophecy wrong by killing you with something not set in it."
He then snapped his fingers and turned on the lights revealing Freddy Fazbear and his friends around me in a circle which, I didn't even think would happen, made me terrified as well as everyone else.
"I used my magic to bring them to life, now they work for me." He said as a portal opened up behind him, "Kill him." Was all that he said before going through the portal and disappearing.
I was surrounded, no exits, no cracks, nothing. A familiar tune was playing in my head as I saw them get closer to me. I thought about putting on the Freddy mask, but I realized I dropped it back in the hallways. The only thing I could do was scream as they tried to grab me.
"HELP MEEEEEEEEEE!"
I then saw Foxy fall down to the ground with a ax impaled into his back, looking up saw Flash and he grabbed me out of there quickly. We ran to the edge of the stage to see everyone in a panic. Then...
*THUMP, THUMP*
"The door's locked!" Thunderbird shouted
Foxy then jumped at me and we tumbled into the crowd. Foxy was trying to bite me, but I was able to fend him ff pretty good. Then I heard metal being banged on as Freddy and his other friends came off the stage and ran towards me.
"No!" I yelled in fear and closed my eyes expecting death
But it never came. I looked to see Flash, Thunderbird, Valhalen, and the others from the hospital holding them back, but I was surprised when I saw...
"Rainbow Dash?!" I shouted
She then looked at me.
"I'll explain later, just hold Foxy back!" she shouted
All of a sudden I saw a red Fender electric guitar on stage. I knew it wasn't mine, but I had to use something as a weapon. With all my might I pushed Foxy back and he landed on the ax impaling it even more into his back. I ran past the people who were screaming and panicking and jumped with all my might onto the stage as I grabbed the guitar that came with a black strap and black 2.0mm pick and put it around me as Foxy charged. I waited for just the right moment to attack. Then when Foxy jumped I strummed sll the guitar strings at once sending Foxy flying into a wall and hitting the final nail on the coffin as the ax went completely through him, killing him.
Everyone then looked at what I did and most were shocked, but what shocked us more was what looked like the ghost of a little girl coming out of Foxy.
"Thaaaannnnk Yoooouuu. " she said before disappearing
I nodded, but noticed Freddy and his crew were gone. I saw them exiting through a vent but Freddy turned around before he entered and said, "You'll pay for this." and left. Everything then went quiet. All eyes were on me now. Boy did I have A LOT of explaining to do.
And that was how the first major battle went down.

"And that's basically what's going on."
I then let out a big huff as I fell onto the floor taking smaller breaths as a laid there.
"How did you do it Blackquill?" I said thinking back to the days my girlfriend did it so easily
"So let me get this straight." Flash said as he sat at the edge of the stage, "That guy that you were talking to, was responsible for all the stuff he mentioned?"
I nodded.
"And you had a vision of you, me, Featherweight, Valhalen, Thunderbird, and Death Metal battling him?" Normal Norman added who was right behind Flash
"Eeyup." I said
"And together we're the only ones that can save this world AND kill him so that peace can finally be brought back to this world?" Valhalen stated as he stood near the punch bowl
"Ding, ding, ding, ding. I know this might sound crazy and you might not believe me." I said as i got up, "But-"
"Why wouldn't we believe you?" Thunderbird asked as get got next to Normal Norman
"Now I say wha." I said a little confused
"Dude if you had been here at this school in your early junior year you would've seen some crazy stuff." Featherweight said as he got up on stage along with Death Metal
"I've heard." I said as I got up, "So does this mean you'll help me?"
"Of coarse, were not gonna let some force of darkness take over this world if we have anything to say about it." Thunderbird said
"Hey has anyone seen Twilight?"
I then looked behind me to see Spike, but no Twilight.
"Has anybody seen twilight? I can't find her anywhere." Spike said
"Where was she last time?" I asked
"Girl washrooms in this very room." Spike explained
My blood then ran cold with fear.
"When did she go missing?" I asked
"Right as the panic ended." Spike said
"Um did anyone see which vent Freddy and his friends went into?" I asked
Some then pointed to a vent that went into the girls bathroom. Me and a few others then screamed in panic.
"Looking for someone?"
Those of us that were on the stage turned around to see the remaining Freddy Fazbear crew and a naked tied up and gagged Twilight Sparkle below them.
"TWILIGHT!" me, Flash, and Spike shouted
"Let her go!" I shouted in anger at Freddy
"You'll have to kill us first, you failed during your five nights and you'll fail now." he said with a now demonic voice
"Five nights?" Flash said, "You mean you spent five nights at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza?!"
"No offence, BUT ARE YOU INSANE!?" Thunderbird shouted
"I heard rumors about the five missing kids and thought they were possessing the animatronics so I went there to see if I could free them, but I ended up failing." I said, "I was also dared to by one of my friends from me pre-Manehatten High fire days. I pussied out on the last day and ran out like a coward as soon as the clock rang 12. I've never sat foot in there ever again."
"Indeed." Freddy said before laughing

During the instrumental Spike managed to get Twilight away from them and saw Thunderbird with a bass, Death Metal with a keytar, Valhalen with a drum set, Normal Norman with a tambourine, and Featherweight holding a microphone. Flash then joined in by my side as he too got a microphone with a holder with his guitar hanging from it's strap as the band got in formation, Thunderbird got beside Valhalen in the middle, Flash got beside Normal Norman who was on the left, I positioned myself right beside Death metal who was on the right, and Featherweight got in front of us ready to lead on our singing.

At that moment we countered with our own song. Valhalen played the beat, while Thunderbird kept the rythem, Flash and me made the noise, Death metal made the organ like noise, Normal Norman made the noise a cymbal couldn't, and Featherweight got the lyrics. Then just like that the three animatronics stopped.

Then with that we turned into the half pony creatures that I did once, Flash had wings like me, Normal Norman did, Feather weight did, but everyone else playing didn't. With our song coming to a close we all played every part of our instrument as hard as we could sending a wave blue energy towards the three blasting up a little and shattering their heads. When the dust cleared the three old animatronics were shattered and torn apart, but soon three ghost kids came out of them being of two boys and two girls.
"Thank you sir. We're free. " they said
I gave them a smile and salute and they did so back before they disappeared.
And that was how I won my first major battle and Battle of the Bands at Canterlot High.
"YAHOO! WE DID IT!" I shouted
"Check out our new looks!" Normal Norman said observing his new parts
"I have wings like Twilight?!" Flash said, "Oh hell yeah!"
"Me too!" Featherweight added
"Aw no fair!" Valhalen said
"My ear ring moved from lower to up?" Death Metal said then smiled, "I could get used to this. But why do I feel a bit smart all of a sudden."
"I feel as strong as Applejack." Thunderbird said
"I'm feeling a bit too hyper right now." Valhalen said, "And why do I feel like breaking the fourth wall?"
"I feel like designing cloths all of a sudden." Normal Norman said, "And this ain't normal."
*Ba dum tss*
"Weird." Featherweight said, "I'm feeling a bit shy right now."
"And why do I feel a bit clumsy with a side of leader?" I said
"Is this suppost to happen when you get transformed?" Flash now asked the now untied, ungagged, and dressed Twilight
"I don't think so." Twilight said, "Do you feel any different Flash?"
"No." Flash said, "I still feel like my bad boy, clumsy, socially awkward, sometimes cold, sometimes spiteful, and determined rocker self."
"Where'd you get that at?" I asked him
"My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Wiki on Flash sentry, DUH." Valhalen said
We then looked at him with our best, "What the hell?!" faces.
"What in the name of fuck are you talking about?" Thunderbird asked
"NOTHING!" Valhalen said quickly trying to act like he was hiding something
God damn it Valhalen.
"Well other than that, why does it even happen?" I asked, "I understand Twilight and her friends, but why us?"
"I can honestly say, I don't know." Twilight said, "Oh! I just remembered something."
"What is it?" Flash said
Twilight then pulled out a tape recorder from her backpack and handed it to me.
"Your father gave it to me before he died and asked me to give it to you." Twilight said, "He told me he felt like he and his wife's life was coming to an end, so ya know."
I took it and saw it had a note on the front which I proceeded to read out loud.
"Play me and you will know the truth about yourself, your protector Fast Strike." I said, "Protector? Doesn't he mean dad?"
"Play it and maybe it will shed some light." Valhalen said
"I've got a bad feeling about this, but oh well." I said as I hit play
"Is this on? Good. Dream Writer. It's me. "
Hearing dad's voice again gave me a sense of happiness, it was like he was still here with me even though this was a prerecorded message.
"If you're hearing this then it means me and your other protector is dead. That's right I said protector. I'm not joking when I say this Dream Writer, but we're not your real parents. "
Wait what? I could even tell everyone else was just as confused as me. What in the name of fuck is he talking about?!
"I'm going to be straight forward with you Dream Writer, you're not from this world. You were sent here by Princess Celestia, your real mother. "
What?!
"Princess Celestia was aware of a certain prophecy that involved you killing a creature known as Darkness. But not alone. In the time period you were born in the ponies had yet to exist, so she made me and your mother your, and I quote,'Parents' until the day you were ready to take on Darkness. It seems though that the prophecy is starting though and that means me and your mother figure will be dead soon. This may come as a shocker, but it's true. "
This HAS to be a sick joke!
"You're a pony, not a human. Your an alicorn to be more specific. Prince Dream Writer. Now THAT'S a fitting title for you. He he. Look at me joking about your rank. *huff* To tell you the truth Dream Writer even though we weren't your real parents, we sure as hell felt like it. You were the best thing that ever came to our lives and we're pleased to call you our son and we're pleased that Princess Celestia gave birth to such a magnificent child. "
I then felt a tear escape my eye.
"From the moment you first called me dada, to the moment you won the elementary school soccer by taking a risky shot, to the moment you took down three middle school bullies with diplomacy, and to the moment you and I survived the Manehatten High fire me and your mother was routing for you all the way, and we like to say that we're proud of you. You've grown into a magnificent man son, and we don't ever want you to change. You're no longer the Gary Stu you thought you were, you've gained character to yourself. You've got emotions like everyone else, you're clumsy, but at the same time a leader at heart and that's what it takes to be a prince of Equestria. "
I then sniffed both sadly and happily.
"I know you'll make it big once you've finished off Darkness Dream Writer, and all I have to say now, is good luck. To end off this recording I'm gonna let your mother play your favorite song or you that she used to sing to you when you were little. "
I then heard a piano and realized what was playing. It was My Heart Will Go On from the movie Titanic. My mom used to always sing it to me before I went to bed in hopes of getting good dreams. I dropped the recorder with it still playing as I looked at my hands.
"I-I-I-I-I."
I was at a loss for words. I then looked back up to see looks of shock. Most had their mouths open and their pupils dot sized. Twilight just had her look that she had, from what I had heard, she had when Pinkie Pie explained exactly who she and Spike was an what their intentions were. Same went for Spike. I then turned around only to find a shock faced Darkness still taking on the slightly modified version of me.
I didn't know what to do. All I could do was fall onto the floor and cry as the Playstation 1 title Persona 2 Innocent Sin's track Knights of the Holy Lance played in my head.
And that was how I discovered my true origins.
Darkness vs Dream: Round 2: Rainbow Dash
"Well. I can honestly say I didn't see this coming." I heard Darkness say
"But, how come Princess Celestia never mentioned you or your protectors to me?" I heard Twilight say
"And how come we never saw any baby pictures of you around her room or signs of your protectors?" Spike added
I got up with a sniffle.
"Maybe she did it to protect me more." I said trying to hold back my tears, "She figured if she erased me and my protectors from Equestria's history Darkness wouldn't be able to find me."
"But boy did that backfire." Darkness added with a victory laugh, "And I'm not going to let you ruin my fun."
I then turned to him with a look of both anger and sad.
"You killed the ones who I called family!" I said through clenched teeth, "You're the reason all of this has been happening to me, you're the one who's been the cause of everything bad since the very beginning aren't you!"
"I also killed your girlfriend." he said with a smirk on his face, "What was her name? Oh yeah! DEADquill DEATHhead!"
That was the last straw. I clenched my fist and ran at him.
"YOU'RE DEAD!" I shouted as I ran, "NO ONE MAKES FUN OF BLACKQUILL! I'LL KILL YOU!!!"
Just as I was about to punch him he teleported out of the way which made me trip and fall. I rolled for a little while, but came to a stop to see Darkness above me holding something behind his back.
"Adios." he said slamming a sledgehammer down onto my stomach
I screamed in agonizing pain as he held it there with me paralized beyond words.
"See you in Tartarus." he said holding a knife in one hand
Just before he could strike I saw Thunderbird's bass swing into Darkness knocking him to the other side of the room. I then looked to see the others that ponied up with me as well as Spike, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash who stopped right behind me. Darkness got up and saw the whole group, but he then laughed.
"Be warned Dream Writer, you may have won the first two rounds, but you won't be so lucky next time. OR WILL YOU!" he shouted, "RAINBOW DASH KILL HIM!"
All of a sudden a lance as big as Rainbow's body appeared in her right hand and she clenched it with both and purple smoke came out of her eyes which were now green and red. A familiar tune playing in my head as I looked at her and a thought came to my head.
"Since when did this turn into Persona 2: Innocent Sin's Hitler battle?!" I said as I tried to get up
"Chao!" Darkness said before he disappeared
With the help of Thunderbird everyone else moved to my position as they looked at Rainbow Dash in disbelief.
"Rainbow Dash?! Why!?" Twilight said sadly
All of a sudden Sunset, Pinkie Pie, and three others came up to her.
"This can't be happening." said the yellow skinned one as she cried
"Don't worry Fluttershy we'll save 'er!" said the orange skinned one
"Can we even save her?!" Fluttershy asked, "What do we do Rarity?!"
"Don't look at me!" Rarity said, "Applejack brought it up!"
"We can save her." I said, "If we work together we can save her!"
"Right!" the group said
"Save me?" Rainbow said with a bit of a echo in her voice, "Ha! I'd like to see you try!"
"We'll see about that!" Flash said
"PERSONA!" me, Flash, Valhalen, and Pinkie shouted
"What are you four doing?!" Sunset and Twilight asked
"I have no idea!" the four of us shouted together laughing a little
Everyone but us four face palmed.
"I believe it goes like this." Rainbow said, "DARKNESS!"
All of a sudden Rainbow was encased in black light and when it died down she was wearing armor made from black crystals.
"Oh great." I said, "Wait a minute. HARMONY!"
All of a sudden I was encased in light and when it died I was in blue and purple armor.
"You think some pitiful armor can help you?" Rainbow said, "Ha! I'd like to see you try and dent me!"
I then grabbed my guitar and ran straight for the drum set behind Rainbow Dash. Rainbow tried to block me using her lance, but I proved to be too fast for her as I made it without a scratch.
"Everyone over here!" I shouted
"Oh no you don't!" Rainbow shouted as she pointed her spear into the air, "LIGHTNING!"
"Objection!" I shouted, "LOVE!"
All of a sudden when I strummed all my guitar strings a heart came out and headed straight for Rainbow Dash who's armor was destroyed. But her lightning spell had already been used and instead of hitting the others it hit me destroying my armor as well. Unknown to Rainbow the others took this opportunity to run back to the drum set going back to their original positions, all but me, Twilight, Spike, and their friends.
"Be careful!" twilight said, "Rainbow's still in there somewhere!"
"I'll try but no promises." I said
Rainbow Dash then looked at us.
"I'LL HAVE YOUR HEADS!" she shouted
"Yawn." I taunted, "Be prepared Rainbow Dash."
"For what!?"
"This! NOW!"

And just like that our counter spell to bring Rainbow Dash to normal began.

"Keep it up guys it's working!" Twilight said, "Rainbow's losing control of her dark powers!"
The crowd then noticed this and started cheering for us.
"Strikers! Strikers! Strikers! Strikers!"
That's us? Wow nice name. I then chose to take over for Featherweight's singing and continued the song.

What happened next surprised each of us, a beam of each color of a rainbow came out and formed into one which hit Rainbow Dash. She screamed a bit in pain, but a dark cloud came out from the top of the tornado and turned into nothing as the tornado died down to reveal Rainbow Dash without the lance and a bit bruised up and on the floor on her stomach. She then looked up with...tears?
"Rainbow Dash?" Twilight asked her friend, "Are you okay?"
"I-I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." Rainbow said between sniffs, "I never meant to do any of those things I did, I wasn't strong enough to fight him back."
"Nobody can not go without giving into temptations Rainbow Dash. It's part of what makes us human." Flash said
"I just wish I could do something to tell all of you that I'm sorry for what I did." Rainbow said as tears flowed down her cheeks
"Rainbow Dash are you crying?" Rarity said
"No. it's just my alergie-ie-ies." Rainbow said letting go her tears into the floor
I walked over to her as my pony parts disappeared and knelled down giving her a hand.
"Need a hand friend?" I asked
"You-*sniff*-you consider me a friend even after all the things I did?" Rainbow said
"Rainbow my mother protector once told me something once when I was a kid and it helped me make it this far into life and make all the friends I made back at Manehatten High, and it went like this , 'For the sake of the fallen, we carry on. For the sake of those who can no longer bear the weight of the truth, who can no longer support the burden of upholding justice...we do. It's about the ties that bind us, willingly, to others on our long journey through life. It's about friends, it's about togetherness. It's about unity, even through impossible circumstances and times. It's about a bond that lasts beyond the veil of death and into the unknown, providing strength for the one who needs it. It's about forgiveness." I said, "In other words we forgive and help those who have lost their way through life, we forgive them for all the things they've done and help them try and forget them with a new start. And I forgive you Rainbow Dash."
I then smiled.
"So what do you say?" I asked, "Wanna be friends and start over?"
Rainbow sniffed, but with a happy smile on her face she took my hand and I helped her get up. When she got up she hugged me and I hugged her back.
"Thank you." Rainbow said with a bit of sadness
"Well ah'll be." I heard Applejack say
I also heard crying coming from Pinkie Pie as well as a few "Daaaws" coming from the crowd. We ended the hug and went over to the others.
"Now we can start this party." I said loud enough for everyone to hear
And that was how I reformed Rainbow Dash, and made a new friend. I guess what Twilight said was true, Friendship IS Magic.
Forming the Band Part 2 (short)
The party that Pinkie Pie had in mind to cheer me up, had defiantly had a bad start to it, but after words everything went back to normal. I caught up with my old teachers from first period to third even meet Flash's fourth period teacher who happened to be my old and favorite babysitter Discord. Rainbow Dash had been spending the whole day apologizing to everyone who forgave her easily. Flash and his band Flash Drive had been preforming the music like he did at the Fall Formal. Later though I was told I'd be put in Flash's classes permanently which made me and my old teacher friends happy. I then met up with the others who had ponied up with me, they were over by the punch bowl discussing things.
"Hey guys." I said
"Hey Dream Writer." they said
"We were awesome up there." I said
"We probably couldn't have done it without you." Thunderbird said
"Where did those instruments come from anyways?" I said
"Don't call us crazy, but they teleported in out of nowhere." Valhalen said
"Teleported in or not those instruments saved our buts." Death Metal said
"Though I wish we kept our pony parts, I really started thinking of ways to design mine." Normal Norman said
"I'll tell you this much though, I DID NOT see it coming that you too were from Twilight's world as well." Featherweight said
"Me neither Featherweight." I said, "To think I'm just here to put an end to a being of Darkness right?"
"Mmmhmmm." they said
"But no matter what happens we've got your back." Thunderbird said
"Yeah!" the others said
"In that case why don't we form our own band?" I asked
"Form a band?" Thunderbird asked
"Think about it, we wouldn't have won if it hadn't been for our music skills." I stated, "And it can work out perfectly: I can be the lead Guitarist, Thunderbird can be the Bassist, Valhalen can be the drummer, Death Metal could be the Keytarist, Normal Norman can be the Tambourine, and Featherweight can be the lead singer, but on lead singer we can verify per song if that's okay with Featherweight."
"I don't mind." Featherweight said
"All in favor of making the band, say I." I said
"I." they said
"Now what shall our name be?" Thunderbird asked
I then thought back to the battle with Rainbow Dash, how everyone was shouting Strikers, then it hit me.
"The Strikers!" I said
"The Strikers?" they asked
"Think about it." I said, "Not only was everyone yelling that, but during the fight with Freddy Fazbear and his crew, when they struck we struck back, and when Darkness stuck me down you struck back, and when Rainbow Dash was about to attack I struck back, no matter what we always strike back like a lightning storm."
"That should be our band emblem!" Normal Norman said, "A grey cloud shooting out two lightning bolts that cross!"
"It's perfect!" I said, "A lighting storm always strikes when you least expect it like us!"
"It's official then, The Strikers are a go!" Thunderbird said
I then placed my hand out forward and the others placed theirs on top of one another and we looked at each other once more before looking down.
"The Strikers strike back for Canterlot High!" we shouted as threw our hands into the air
And that's how the band started. Funny. Whenever I look back to when the band formed I think back to dad some as to when I used to play electric guitar with him and he played the bass in my old band back at my Manehatten High years. Yeah, I still call him dad as well, because he felt like the dad I never had, and i loved him for that. But I know for a fact that they're in a better place now.
It had been a few days since the party, but in those few days everything went back to normal. The band became known around Canterlot High, Flash drive actually wanted to have a battle with us and they kicked our asses, but we knew that we were just beginning on making our band, some more than others, but Flash and his band actually decided to help us. With their guidance we were becoming pros to the point where they challenged us again and we won. They even told us that if a Battle of the Bands were to ever happen at Canterlot High we would win for sure.
What also happened was that Twilight actually came to me yesterday and told me once she was through here she'd take me back with her to Equestria to see my real mom. I was actually conflicted when I heard that, I wanted to see my real mom yes, but I didn't want to lose the life I had here already as well. I told her I'd think about it and left it at that. That was the past few days though, this is today. What happened today is one I will never forget. It was the day I found my girlfriend. How that went down, well, I remember ALL the details. This first part is how I fell in love with her.
It started out like any other normal day, I got up, did my usual morning stuff, rode with my moms to school, bla, bla, bla, but right around lunch is when it started. Today was Teriaky Chicken day an boy did I rush out of homeroom when the bell rang for lunch. In case you don't know, teriaky chicken is my favorite food. Anyway, I got my food and sat with the rest of my friends when I had noticed something.
"Ah damn it I forgot my milk." I said, "I'll be right back."
I got up and made my way over to the milk stand and got my usual, chocolate milk, but when I turned around I accidentally slammed into someone causing me to drop my milk. I did manage to catch the person like if we were doing the tango, and saw a person that made my cheeks blush.
"Sunset?!" I said
"Dream?!" Sunset said
I helped her back into a straight position and she picked up my milk.
"Uh, you, dropped this." she said handing it to me
I got it and saw her cheeks blush as mine did.
"Well, uh, I better be going." I said backing up only to bump into the milk holder
Sheepishly smiling I moved away towards my table and sat down with a sheepish grin on my face.
"Oooohh someone's got a crush!" I heard Thunderbird say
"What?! Um, uh, no I don't!" I said
"Do too, the signs are all over your face dude!" he said
"Alright I do." I admitted
"Alright! Who's the lucky girl?" Flash asked
"It's-"
"Oh, oh, oh, let me guess!" Valhalen said, "Is it Sweet Leaf? Because you two are perfect for each other!"
"Wrong." I said
"Cherry Crush?"
"Nope." I said doing an impression of the Engineer from Team Fortress 2
"Mystery Mint?"
"Heck no." I said keeping the voice
"Cloud Kicker?"
"No way." I said changing to the Scout
"Fluttershy?"
"Amp Atom's got dibs on her, also negatory." I said changing to Soldier
"Rarity?"
"Bass Keys has her, and no!" I said changing to Heavy
"Rainbow Dash?"
"Drum Roll has dibs on her, so no!" I said in Demoman
"Twilight Sparkle?"
"She's already mine dummy!" Flash said
"Pinkie Pie?"
"Nien!" I said in Medic
"Applejack?"
"Nah." I said like Sniper
"Blueberry Cake?"
"I'm afraid not." I said like Spy
"Vinal Scratch?"
"She BARELY talks." I said
"Octavia Melody?"
"Nah too classy."
"Maud Pie?"
"Too depressed."
"Applebloom?"
"Applejack would kill me!"
"Sweetie Belle?"
"Too cute, she'll give me diabetus."
"Scootaloo?"
"Too fast."
"Trixie Lulamoon?"
"The Great and Powerful Trixie!" we heard her shout
"No one gives a shit!" I shouted, "Also too boastful."
"Hey!" I heard her say
"Diamond Tiara?"
"Too bitchy."
"Silver Spoon?"
"Too cold."
*Ba dum, tiss*
"Sunset Shimmer?"
"Um, uh, no!" I squeaked
"Oh it totally IS Sunset Shimmer!" Valhalen said
"No it isn't!" I lied
"You're in love with my ex-girlfriend?" Flash asked with a laugh
I nodded.
"Wow, I want to know how."Death Metal said
"When I was getting my milk I accidentally slammed into her when I was returning and she was about to fall, so I caught her like as if we were doing the tango and I think I fell in love with her." I explained
"Why does that sound familiar?" Flash said pondering
"I know it's embarrassing, but I just can't help but feel like as if I'm in love with her." I said as I looked at Sunset who was with her friends
The rest of lunch went normally after that, but when the bell rung I got the strangest idea to follow Sunset Shimmer to her locker.
And that was how i fell in love with Sunset Shimmer. Next is how I asked her out.

It had been only two minutes since lunch ended and I had been following Sunset, I had followed her to her homeroom, where I took my chance and went up to her.
"Uh Sunset?" I said getting her attention, "Um, uh, I was wondering, if later after school you'd want to hang out with me? Me and the band ain't got anything planned for today and Flash and his band is booked until next week and I was wondering if I could possibly spend the rest of the day with you."
"Are you asking me to a date?" she asked
"What?! Um, uh, n-no of coarse not, I-I just wanted to spend some time with you since, um we don't really know each other all that well." I said trying to cover up the fact I WAS asking her out
"Well we only knew each other for a little while back in the hospital, so sure why not." she said
YES! I thought happily
"Well wait outside the school, we can walk to where I have in mind." I said
"Okay see you later then." she said
"Keep on rocking it!" I said backing up into a wall
I rubbed the back of my head and blushed with a sheepish smile as I pointed to Sunset with both my fingers and thumbs in the air and left. I ran a little down the hall and when I made sure no one was around i let go of my sheepish look and smiled.
"YES!" I shouted happily fist pumping in the air
The rest of the day went on as normal, but I got most of my work finished early because I was too eager to take Sunset where I was thinking of going.
"And that class is how (9x4)3 can equal 27x12." Discord said before the bell rang, "Remember class that when it comes to those types of problems it's no big deal and dividing in exponents is easy!"
We all poured out of the classroom and then once we all made it to the front doors out we went. Some students were leaving via parent picking them up, using their parents car, or a car of their own, while most either walked or rode the bus, I saw moms car and went up to them saying that I was gonna spend the rest of the day with Sunset, I even told them I asked her out on a date and she said yes. L mom joked about how I was growing up on her and me and C mom face palmed. C mom and L mom are the terms I use to call Luna and Celestia since both of them are my moms. C mom told me to be careful and rode off towards home.
I had been waiting for Sunset and when I saw her come out I went over to her.
"Sorry I'm late Flash wanted to talk to me." Sunset said
"About what?" I asked
"Nothing important." Sunset said,"So where did you have in mind for us to go?"
"I thought about going to Sugar Cube Corner since most of the students tend to go there for a nice hang out, I know where it is since L mom drove by it when I was coming back from the hospital." I said
"L mom?" Sunset asked
"It's what I use to call Luna my mom, same goes for Celestia when I call her C mom." I explained
"Oh." Sunset said
"We can begin talking once we get there best to make sure we don't wanna go in as soon as we got there." I said
Sunset just giggled as we walked down the sidewalk. The rest of the walk wasn't far and soon we found ourselves at the corner and found ourselves a set inside where I bought ourselves some chocolate milkshakes. Put one in front of Sunset and one in front of me I decided to start explaining a bit about myself.
"So I guess I should start." I said, "Well I know for a fact that I was born in Equestria, but I was mainly raised in Manehatten."
"I hear that's a pretty good place to be." Sunset said as she took a sip
"Yeah, it can be if you like to hear news of murder every 24/7." I said, "Murder is a pretty common crime where I'm from."
"We rarely get crime here, practically the only thing we got close to crime was me turning into a raging she demon." Sunset said as I took a sip
"I head about that." I said, "What exactly happened?"
"Well back then just like you I too was born in Equestria, but spent most of my life there. I used to by Princess Celestia's own personal protege too, but I let power get to my head and it made me go down a path that turned me cruel and dishonest." Sunset said
"Thanks to Darkness." I added
"She tried to help me, but unfortunately there was nothing she could do, I left here and became the ruler of Canterlot High for most of my life there, but the SHE showed up." Sunset said taking another sip
"Twilight Sparkle?" I asked
"Bingo." she said, "And her little dragon friend turned dog too."
"Why did Twilight come here anyways?" I asked
"I stole her crown which was the element of magic, an element in the elements of harmony." she explained, "I switched it with one that was quiet similar to the one used in the last Fall Formal."
"To me if anyone says that there was no way the two being identical is a coincidence I call bullshit on." I say, "This world is like a human version of Equestria, from what i know, so SOME things had to stay similar, so it is in my opinion pure coincidence."
"Exactly." Sunset said taking another sip while I did, "I didn't know it was Twilight then, but when I saw that she had signed up to be Fall Formal princess I knew it HAD to be her."
"Trying to protect your pride?" I asked
"I won EVERY one from my Freshman year to Sophomore year." she said, "Even the Spring Fling, which you DON'T want to know about."
"Something tells me if you told me you'd have to kill me right?" I asked
"Eeyup." she said as I took a nervous sip, "I would've won this year as well if only it hadn't been for Flash proving Twilight innocent."
"How?" I asked
"I told my lackeys Snips and Snails made fake photos of Twilight trashing the school gym, and it would've worked too if only Flash hadn't found those cut outs in the library trash can." Sunset said, "I got kicked out of the Fall Formal because of it."
"No offense, but serves you right for doing that, back then at Manehatten High if you did that they would suspend you for 3 weeks." I said
"Glad I didn't go there." Sunset said, "Anyway, when the night came around I had to use threats to get the crown back, only for it to not work and we ended up having a game of keep away for it."
"Someone probably had a barrel of laughs at that." I said taking another sip
"Well when I finally got it back I placed it on my head, only for Darkness to corrupt my head." Sunset said
"Hope I don't have to go through that." I said
"That's when I turned into a raging she demon." Sunset said, "I used my newly acquired powers to turn the students into my own little teenage army."
"Did you at least tell them to pick up some kind of weapon?" I asked
"Well, no." she confessed
"Worst. Plan. Ever." I said
"I know." Sunset groaned, "But if it hadn't been for the fact that Twilight had reunited Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash back together after I tore them apart I wouldn't be like this."
"What happened?" I asked as Sunset took a sip
"The magic inside the crown had both dark AND light magic inside it, and somehow it protected Twilight and her human friends from a fireball I threw at them." Sunset said as I took a big sip, "Magic came from the crown and turned them into half pony half human things and then all of a sudden a rainbow shot out from them turning me to normal and curing the students."
"Well that was nice of her." I said
"She and her friends as well as Flash forgave me, but everyone else not so much." Sunset said
"I don't blame them." I said, "No offense."
"None taken." Sunset said, "But enough about me, what about you?"
"Me?" I asked, "Well during my elementary years I didn't have many friends, I was kind of the loner."
I took a sip of my shake and continued.
"It wasn't until my 6th grade year that some people actually gained the courage to talk to me."
"Didn't anyone want to talk to you?" Sunset asked
"Unless you count the teachers no." I said, "My 6th grade year was also the same one that I joined up for soccer."
"I heard." Sunset said taking a sip
"When the tournament came around that's when I discovered my ability as a leader." I stated, "It was near the end of the game and the Ponyville Crusaders had us pinned 6 to 6, a tie game, but then one of the Crusaders broke the leg of one of our teammates causing a time out."
"How?" Sunset asked
"Well apparently one of them must've thought we were playing football for some fucking reason and tackled our kicker before the match could begin and just as he kicked and was tackled he landed on his leg, but then the tacklers spiky cleats went through the guys leg cutting through his bone."
"Oh Jesus!" Sunset said
"After that I was called in to replace him an while the others were stratigizing I looked at the other team. An idea then came to my head and I went in telling them to give the ball to me and I'd do the rest of the work." I continued, "They didn't like it at first, but when the time out ended and the ball was given to me I went by all of the team. All of a sudden two of my teammates came up to my sides and to my left I shouted, 'Bright Glow get ahead of me!' and to my right I shouted, 'Clash Bomber head for the right part of the goal!' then I turned my head back to the others that were following me and shouted, 'Half of you hold them back, half of you distract the goalie!' and when saw some of them get ahead of me my morale soared."
Sunset giggled at that, must've been the word morale.
"But then I started to fumble with the ball, I knew it would happen, Heck i even shouted, 'Crud I knew this would happen!' and then I kicked it over to Clash Bomber who kicked it in before the goalie could notice and won us the game." I said, "After that people actually started coming to me for soccer advice, but I mostly just told them to follow what your instincts told you to do and after that can't tell you how many people started winning at soccer games at Manehatten Elementary."
"I hear you're quiet clumsy as well." Sunset said
"Yeah I discovered that during summer break when dad needed the blow torch to stop a leak in the basement and my not looking I accidentally aimed it at his ass and he was all over the place trying to put it out." I said
Sunset just laughed getting a bit of a blush.
"I guess I should go onto my middle school years then." I said, "Well almost everybody that was in my 6th grade year went to Manehatten Middle where things got A LOT tougher from there on out."
"They say middle school is the worst years of your life." Sunset said
"And it's true." I said, "Five minutes to get to each class, eight school periods, stricter teachers, it's just one slip up there and it's game over for you."
"Glad I never got to experience that." Sunset said taking a lick at the whip cream
"But you should've been there when the school got taken over by terrorist." I said, "It was one of the best moments of my life."
And that's how I got to know Sunset Shimmer, now onto part 3 where I told Sunset one of the better moments in my life.

A New Friend/The Dream Part Final/The Darkness
"Oh! I'm sorry I didn't mean-"
"It's okay Sunset." I said, "You didn't know."
"Are you going to be alright?" Sunset asked
"Don't know." I replied, "We'll just have to wait and see."
"Well besides me coming to say Rainbow was sorry, I was wanting to know if you wanted to be friends." Sunset asked
"Uh, why? We barley even know each other." I pointed out
"I'm just trying to make friends so people don't look at me bad." Sunset said
"I heard a lot about your old self." I added
"The old me really was just awful wasn't she?" Sunset asked
I replied with a "Mhm."
"A demon. I turned into a raging she demon." Sunset said
"Well, that's nothing compared to my dreams where I had to fight demons with just my fists and the dreams where I was getting chased by a V-rex with NO help what so ever." I added
"Wow." Sunset said a little surprised
"Well, thanks for being my friend." I said, "But before you go, I have to tell you that combined with those guys, plus Twilight, plus you, I have more friends than I ever have."
"The magic of friendship doesn't just exist at Canterlot High, it's everywhere." Sunset added
"Thanks." I said
As soon as i said that Sunset left, as soon as she did though a doctor and a nurse with a clipboard came in. They told me that something was found in my brainwaves and they wanted to check it out with my permission. Me being curious as to what the hell was going on as well with my brain I granted them permission to look. The doctor told the nurse to look after me and in a few minutes, give or take five to ten, he came back with others and a machine which I guessed was for my brain waves, he then told me that i'd be put to sleep and that they were going to test my dream brainwaves.
I also noticed that Flash and the others were there and gave them a little smile. I told the doctors to proceed and soon as the needle and liquid was injected, I found myself in front of a shadowy pony figure that almost looked like.....um? what was his name in Sonic 06? Mephilies? Mephillies? I don't know somewhere in there, but he sure reminded me of him.
What is that? I thought, Who in the hell is that?
I forgot to mention, you really know your horror games if you get that reference I made.
"Who are you?" I asked
"My name is of no importance ."
I then jumped back a little. it was the same voice I heard in the dream where me and the others were battling a shadow. Could they be the same?
"What do you want?" I asked again
All of a sudden he dissolved and made a pathway right in front of me. I stepped on it and lights turned on to reveal paintings, but it was odd. They were paintings of ponies it had names under it such as Nightmare Moon, Discord, Queen Chrysalis, King Sombra, Trixie Lulamoon/The Great and Powerful Trixie, Sunset Shimmer, and Rarity, but the weird part was is that each looked like they were evil looking. Seeing that the path stopped I looked up to see a portrait of Rainbow Dash, but with pitch black eyes and white dot pupils.
I was shocked by this beyond words. I then heard a sound behind me and saw the pony form before reaper again.
"What the hell-what the hell are you?!" I shouted
"The end ." it said
"The end?!" I asked "The end for what?! And just why is Rainbow Dash like that?!"
All of a sudden he turned into a pure black shadow and circled around me. I didn't understand at first, but then I got a massive headache and clenched my head.
"The end of everything, my son ."
The headache then killing me I found myself on the floor and started feeling dizzy. All of a sudden a blast of purple energy zoomed into the spinning shadow and soon he disappeared. I looked to see who my savior was and saw Twilight heading toward me with the sound of 8:46 to 9:35 from the Home Alone 3 Suite playing in my head. But to my surprise the others were coming towards me as well.
However I then saw saw a pool of blood underneath me and thought that whatever that shadow pony did must've caused more harm to me than I thought. All of a sudden 9:36 to 10:23 form the Home Alone 3 Suite started playing as they got closer to me. I then started to feel light headed, but then I saw a blinding light. I then found myself in the hospital room, I then looked through my semi open eyes to see that everyone was leaving with tears in their eyes.
Did they think I was dead? I then opened my eyes fully and shouted as they left, "GUYS! I AIN'T DEAD YET!" That seemed to get their attention as I heard some running and saw Sunset look through the door and gasp.
"Guys he's still alive!" Sunset shouted down the hall
I then heard more running and saw the others come and gasp. Sunset then ran towards me as she threw her arms up to hug me, which she did and I hugged her back. I then saw the others run in and join in, but it ended.
"Dream Writer you're alive!" Flash shouted happily
"We thought you were dead." Norman said wiping a tear from his eye
"What happened?" I asked
"Your brainwaves were off the chart and then we got a flat line after a while." Sunset stated
"We couldn't get a pulse or anything, we thought you were gone." Valhalen added
"But I'm still alive and that's all that matters right?" I asked
I then noticed I was still hooked up to the brain wave machine.
"Uh doc why am I still hooked up?" I asked
"To see if your brain waves are normal and from the looks of things they are." Doctor Stable said
"What about the other stuff?" I asked
"It seems your 'death' has fixed them up." Nurse Redheart said
"So am I free to go?" I asked
"Not quiet yet, tomorrow we'll have your parents fill out some forums for us." Stable answered, "But overall, yes."
"We'll be waiting for you buddy." Flash said, "Alright guys lets go."
"Wait, do you still need that computer?" Featherweight asked
"Ya." I answered
"As soon as we get back I'll let the other techies know of this." Featherweight said
Then like that they I was alone -wait. After my "Death" my wounds suddenly healed themselves? That's impossible.
"Nothings impossible while I'm around. "
OH GOD IT'S HIM!
I then saw a shadow person phase through the door and it made me scared.
"IT'S YOU!" I shouted, "JUST WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!"
"I go by many names: Nightmare, Mist, Fog, Samael, Pyramid Head, Slender Man, Masky, Pinkamena Diana Pie, Minkie Pie, Ben Drowned, The Dark Side, Sunset Satan, but I prefer to go by my true name: Darkness of All Things Evil. ' it said, "Or Darkness for short. "
"What are you?" I asked
"My name gives that way. " Darkness said, "I am the source of all things evil and dark in the world. "
"What do you want with me?" I asked
"To explain that, I must tell you a story. " Darkness said
"A story?" I asked, "What kind of story?"
"A story of a dark force, and the prophecy. "
