Pinkie Pie frowned, listening to what her party guests had to say about her former friends, twitching every now and then, “If I were you, I wouldn't speak to them ever again.” Mr. Turnip said with finality.
Pinkies frown hardened, and she pointed a hoof at him, “You know what, you’re right! I’m not going to speak to them ever again! And I'm not going to invite them to another party as long as I live! They don't deserve invitations to my parties,” she twitched again, her eyes shrinking to pinpricks, before she relaxed again, “not after the way they've been acting.” she shook her head, to a round of agreements from the others, except for Rocky.
“I don't think that’s a big enough punishment.” He said, bouncing angrily.
Pinkie blinked, and the others went silent, “What do you mean? What else can I do that would make them unhappy they had stopped being my friends?”
“Hmmm... Do you still have that potion you use to make mini cupcakes out of the big ones?” Rocky asked.
Pinkie gasped, “How do you know about that Rocky? I never told anypony about how to make the mini cupcakes! You really are my best friend if you know my secrets.” she put a hoof to her chin, “What else do you know?”
Before Rocky could reply, a knock sounded on the wooden door leading to the balcony. Pinkie took her eyes away from her guests and sat up, “Who could that be?” She wondered, blinking.
Sir Lints Alot chuckled, “Perhaps one of your friends begging for forgiveness.” He suggested.
The balcony door opened before Pinkie could do anything as Rainbow Dash flew in, a small smile on her face as she landed a few feet from the table, “Hey Pinkie, sorry I was in such a rush earlier, had someplace to be and couldn't slow down to say hello, you know how that goes.”
Pinkie glowered at her, “I know how it goes alright...” she hissed through her teeth, getting out of her seat to the front of the table.
“Now’s your chance.” Rocky whispered to her as she got closer.
Rainbow stared at her for a minute, and looked at the table at the flour bag, rocks, lint, and turnip bucket sitting on seats at a decorated table with a three layer cake. She backed up slightly before she cleared her throat, “Uh...yeah. So...why don't you come with me over to Sweet Apple Acres?” she said, trying to keep herself from looking at the table and instead on Pinkie.
Pinkie trotted back to her seat, her head held high, “No thanks, I’m spending time with my real friends, isn't that right, Madam Le Flour?” She put an arm around the flour bag.
Her arm moves as she made the flour bag speak in an Italian accent, “Wi, that is correct Madam!”
“Uh...Pinkie...” Rainbow said, getting more and more worried as she watched her friend talk to herself in different voices, her wings opening on instinct, jumping back towards Pinkies bed when Gummy jumped in front of her on a pink balloon, distracting her long enough so she didn't see Pinkie get something. She collected herself and shook her head “Alrighty...What do ya say we get out of creepy town and head over to Applejacks-” she was cut off by Pinkie going under the table and pushing the turnip bucket in front of her.
“She isn't going anywhere.” Pinkie said in a deep voice, as she popped her head out from under the tablecloth, a round potion bottle with a purple substance sloshing inside of it.
Pinkie nodded in agreement with herself, “I certainly am not, I’m having a wonderful time right here.” she said, crawling out from under the table in front of Rainbow Dash, pulling the cork off the bottle with her teeth.
Rainbow stared at her, smiling nervously as she backed up slightly, slowly closing her wings, “You should really just come with me...”
Pinkie's eyes crossed and shrunk as she pushed the pile of rocks in front of her, “You heard the lady, she ain't goin nowhere chump!” she exclaimed, her voice scratchy and deep, “In fact, neither are you.”
Rainbow was about to respond before Pinkie turned the opening of the bottle at her and splashed her with the purple substance, getting her fur and feathers wet as it soaked her, “Hey! What was that for?!” she exclaimed, lifting one of her legs and smelling it, “Why would you splash me with...” she stopped as she noticed the room getting bigger. She tried to move but realized she was frozen in place as she shrunk to be about the same size as one of Pinkies ten inch miniature cupcakes.
When everything stopped getting bigger she looked around, “Pinkie! What the hay did you do to me?!” Rainbow yelled, her voice small and squeaky.
Pinkie bounced the pile of rocks up and down, “What'll ya do with her now?” she asked, in the same scratchy voice as before.
Pinkie tapped her chin and hummed, “Hmmm...I don't really know...”
Her voice changed back to the prim and proper Italian accent as she ran and grabbed the flour bag, “I believe I may have an idea...”
Rainbow opened her wings and flew up into the air, flying up until she was over the top of the table, “Pinkie...this isn't funny, change me back.” she said, flying over to where Pinkie was whispering to the bag of flour. Pinkie smiled as she let go of the flour, and grabbed Rainbow before she had time to move out of the way, “Pinkie, what are you...” she started, before Pinkie held the flour with her free leg.
“If Pinkie can't have you girls as friends, nopony can,” she said, letting go of the bag and taking out a small white string as she held Rainbow tightly in her hoof, before she forcible closed Rainbows wings and tied the string around her midsection, forcing her wings to stay against her sides as she dropped her on the table.
Rainbows heart raced as she stood up on the table, “Pinkie, why are you doing this? Change me back, we need to get to Sweet Apple Acres now.” she pleaded, the pain of the tight string hurting her wings, What happened to Pinkie? she wondered, trying to pull the string off, her heart pounding in her chest.
Pinkie glared at her, “I'm not leaving this party!” she picked up a turnip from the bucket and put it down on Rainbow, trapping her, “Mr. Turnip will watch you, don't you dare move.” she trotted out of the room.
Rainbows heart beat faster, struggling under the turnip, “Pinkie Pie! Stop messing around and fix this!” she yelled, the string chafing against the skin of her wings, burning as it seemed to get tighter around her, “This isn’t funny Pinkie...” she said.
“Pinkie is fixing this, she is fixing what terrible friends she had.” Pinkie Pie said in a different voice, moving the turnip off Rainbow as she came back, putting it back in the bucket as she put down a chocolate cupcake devoid of frosting. She kneeled down so she was looking Rainbow in the eye, her eyes were as small as any ponies possible could go.
Rainbow slowly stood up, breathing heavily as her heart sent adrenaline throughout her body, “W-what are you talking about?!” she managed to yell, backing up, “Why do you think we are terrible friends?”
Pinkies face darkened as she glared at her, “You lied to me,” her voice was sharp and cold, “Every single one of you lied to me, giving me excuses all day.” her sentence ended in a hissed whisper, as she slowly went down until her head and body couldn't be seen over the table.
Rainbow sighed, her heart calming down a little, “Y-yeah, we did do that, but...it was because we were doing something for you! It’s supposed to be a surprise.” she insisted, walking over to the edge of the table, and looking down. She jumped back as Pinkie jumped up from the floor, falling back on the tablecloth.
“Lies!” Pinkie yelled, “All lies and excuses.” She hissed, grabbing Rainbow before she could get up.
“No, I’m not lying this time Pinkie, I promise to you I’m not!” Rainbow yelled, struggling in her grasp.
Pinkie tightened her grip, stopping Rainbows struggling immediately as she listened to her yell, hearing her weak Pegasus bones breaking slightly, “No more lying or excuses from any of you.” she growled.
Rainbow groaned as Pinkies grip loosened, “Pinkie...”
“You had your chance.” Pinkie said, moving the flour bag.
Pinkie moved the rock pile up and down, “And ya ruined it!”
Pinkie nodded, her head tilted to the side, the whites of her eyes showing even more then her irises, “Madam Le Flour and Rocky are right, you all had a chance, and you all lied.” she said, untying the string from Rainbows body.
Rainbow sighed, opening a wing, feeling relief wash over her for a second, before all she felt around her was a fluffy chocolate brown mass. “The hay...” she wondered, looking around. She was stuck inside the cupcake Pinkie had put on the table before. She moved her left forehoof, and pain shot through her whole body, “Ow!” she yelled, looking up at the top of the cupcake where she had been pushed through, “Pinkie! You made your point, we shouldn't lie to you, now change me back!” she yelled.
Pinkie didn't answer her, instead having a conversation with herself in the voices she made up for the things at the table, before an icing bag came up over the top of the cupcake, held in a pink hoof, as the frosting slowly went over the top of the cupcake, concealing Rainbow in darkness, some of the frosting going in on itself with its own weight and falling on her head.
Rainbow shook it off, “Pinkie! Cut it out, this was a great joke, but you can stop it now!” she yelled, spitting some frosting out that had made its way into her mouth. She listened, waiting for Pinkie to laugh and get her out and fix everything. She felt the cupcake be lifted up off the table, and recoiled as the layer of cupcake and frosting her head was in, was cut by Pinkie’s shiny, white teeth.
Pinkie looked Rainbow in the eye as she chewed slowly, her small cold eyes in the field of white holding an intensity of hatred Rainbow had never seen in them before as she swallowed the bite of cupcake. Rainbows heart pounded in her chest, making her ears throb as she realized that Pinkie wasn’t joking, “P-Pinkie, you can't do this, I’m your friend! W-we have fun playing pranks on others, remember?” she asked.
Pinkie swallowed, and thought about what she said, before her voice changed again, and she looked at the rock pile, “Aw, don't listen to her, she's just lying to save her hide!” Pinkie turned back to Rainbow, and glared at her, opening her mouth as she brought the cupcake closer.
Rainbow moved back as Pinkie got closer, “Pinkie no, please,” She pleaded, “Don't do this...” Pinkie bit down on the cupcake, slicing into it until she got to Rainbow, and stopped. She felt a moment of relief, before Pinkie’s teeth slid down, her tongue getting the cupcake she had bitten away, and put her teeth on the middle of rainbows neck, “No...”
Pinkie swallowed the cupcake pieces she had taken off, before she tightened her grip on the middle of Rainbows neck, keeping her from trying to move away again, as she aligned her teeth with the middle of Rainbows neck.
Rainbows heart raced as she screamed, Pinkies teeth digging into her neck as she bit down hard. Her screams turned to a loud gurgling as her throat filled with her blood, choking her as the blood flowed out of her mouth. She listened as her own bones broke and shattered, adding to the pain as pieces of bone lodged in her throat. Her vision blurred as she struggled and choked, until her choking stopped altogether and her body went limp.
Pinkie pulled away from the cupcake, Rainbow’s head in her mouth, before she turned and spit it onto the floor, letting the blood pool around it. She looked back at Rainbows body, the blood already seeping into the cupcake, a part of her spinal cord dangling at the end of what used to be her neck as it bled out. Her friends were silent, observing as she let Rainbows blood drip down her muzzle.
Pinkie bit into the cupcake again, ripping into Rainbow’s back, severing it from the rest of her body. She listened as the bones and skin broke against her teeth as she chewed, feeling the feathers and muscles in her mouth break down, the bitter salty taste of the vitamin rich crimson blood mixing with the slimy pink entrails and heart of her nervous system.
She swallowed, gagging slightly from the taste as she looked at the cupcake. Half of it was left, and a quarter of it was the last of Rainbows body, a part of her small intestine dangling out of what was left of Rainbow’s body as blood continued to spill out. Tiny remains of Rainbow’s last meal could just barely be seen.
Pinkie shrugged, and bit down on the last of Rainbows body, cutting off her tail at the base as she left it in the cupcake, and chewed, hearing the same cracking and breaking of bones as she ate, the blood coating her lips and tongue in a shade of the deepest crimson. She swallowed, finishing off the last of Rainbow Dash as her remains slid down her throat, bones, feathers and all. She pulled Rainbow’s tail out of the cupcake, dropping it onto the floor as she popped the rest of the treat into her mouth, the blood that had seeped out of Rainbow into the cupcake making it taste even bitterer than it had before.
She smacked her lips, savoring the taste one last time before licking them clean. She looked down at the floor, where Rainbows head lay in a pool of its own blood, some skin ripped in places with hunks of bone sticking out of the neck. Her face was frozen in a look of sheer terror. Pinkie picked up Rainbow’s tail, held together by a small pink piece of leftover skin, and walked over to her head. She picked up her head, wiping the blood up with her tail, staining it a rose red as it soaked up the fluid, devoid of its normal rainbow color.
Pinkie Pie smiled, and walked over to Rocky with Rainbow’s head, throwing the tail away. She picked up his hat, "Thanks Rocky, have a present." she dropped Rainbows head into the hat and put it back down on the top of the rock, before she put her hooves on the rock in the middle.
"No problem Pinkie, you deserve friends who won't leave ya. We'll be here!"
"Indeed." Madam le flour agreed, “Now you just have to punish the rest of them.”
Pinkie smiled, and trotted to the kitchen to grab a few more potions.
