For the Writer's Training Ground over on DA they made a prompt to work with cliches, one of the cliches was Twilight's spell going wrong and causing bad things to happen. I decided to go with that.

This might not meld well with a lot of folks' mindset for Octavia and Lyra but I decided to give it a try, my first time writing them.

This was written back in August of last year, which surprises me it's been that long.
