I Saw Her There
Previous ChapterOctober in Ponyville was much different than it was back in Manehattan. In Manehattan it was just another month with no big plans or events taking place. But here in Ponyville they had this tradition, um Nightmare Night I believe is what they called it. It's a huge festival where all the ponies dress up in costumes and give their candy to Nightmare Moon so she would eat the candy instead of them. (Now, since Princess Luna has changed her ways and has since been incredibly nice the festival doesn't really make sense anymore, but who am I to try and change tradition.) Anyways, ever since I arrived in Ponyville I haven't really spoken to anypony and I've kept to myself inside my house most days. The only reason why I get out of my house willingly around this time is because I love walking outdoors the cool weather. It gives me a chance to walk around and think.
On this particular day it started out as any other plain old day, but little did I know that my life was about to change forever. At around lunchtime I had a lot on my mind and was starting to become stir crazy, so I decided to leave and go walk around Ponyville park to think about some things. After I grabbed my scarf I headed out the door and made my way towards the park. The smell of Fall filled the air and slight breezes began to blow on the back of my neck. When I arrived at the park I was just about to start walking when all of a sudden, I stopped dead in my tracks. There before me flew the most beautiful Mare I had ever seen in all of Equestria. She had yellow fur, and a wonderful pink mane that seemed to go on forever. And her eyes, Oh Celestia how her beautiful blue eyes made even the most pristine diamond look dirty and old.
