Takes place 100 years before the events of The Phantom Menace

Master Yoda, fabled Jedi Master is in the middle of his meditation when he senses a new presence in the Force, prompting him to embark on a journey across the universe. He ends up on Equestria, where he meets young Force-sensitive Jinx, an earth pony and Humming Joy, a newly aquianted unicorn friend. Master Yoda tells Jinx of her ability and takes her on as his padawan, taking her with him to train her in the ways of the Jedi.
