Music is a foundation that can build nations, but it destroys people. For some it takes unique skill, some it takes luck, others faith. For one dragon, it will take his entire heart to find the courage within himself to share his talent with the rest of the world.

Kalin Rose, a dragon with the flawless talent for the violin, embarks for Canterlot on a scholarship to the Academy of Musical Arts. He is lost without his only friend Fluttershy to guide him. Thrust into the academy without any friends, any sense of courage, or even other dragons, he is alone. Finding friends won't be easy. When he let's his true colors shine, everypony will come to witness his music. Through the magic of his friends, and music, he learns one of the important facts of life: "Courage comes from within yourself".
