I flew out of the train me and my parents were riding, a light breeze hitting me. I smirked, looking at the sight before me. Two-Sisters Great Equestria... I thought. At the enterance, were my parents, telling me to catch up. Guess I was looking at that too much...
I rushed over to them, my little wings buzzing like a bee. I slowed down as I started getting closer and closer to them. Finally, I reached them and gave them a huge smile. "Oh my gosh! We're actually here!" I squealed.
"Calm down, Dashie." I hear my father say. "Save it for the rides." He chuckled.
But I don't wanna... I thought.
"Your father's right Rainbow." I heard my mom say. "But, when am I ever right, hun?" She leaned in closer to Dad, fluttering her eyes to look innocent.
"Aw, you know you're right most of the time too, sweetie." Dad said, turning to Mom.
"Aww, thanks, hun." My Mom said before kissing him on the lips.
"Ewwwww!" I squeaked, pretending to throw up.
I heard my parents chuckle, and we started heading into the amusement park.
As we entered, my eyes widened. "Wow..." I whispered. There were so many rides! This little filly needs to go on some. NOOOW.
"Dashie?" I heard Dad say.
"Yes?" I turned to him with a huge smile.
"What ride do you want to go on first?" Mom asked.
"THE SUPERMAN!" I shouted, my hooves going in an up and down motion. "I'll go like, 'Wee!' and Daddy will go like, 'AAHH! I SCREAM LIKE A MARE!' and then-"
"Wait, Dashie. What's so wrong with screaming like a mare?" Mom asked.
"Um... nothing?" I smiled innocently.
I heard Dad chuckle and Mom punched him play-fully on his cheek.
"So, you wanted to go on the SuperMan?" Mom winked.
"Duh!" I squealed, buzzing my wings in excitement.
"Alright, alright." Dad smiled.
"YEAH! LET'S GO!" I cheered.
"This is taking too looong!" I whined.
"Dash, we've been here for less than a minute and you're whining already?" Mom asked, raising an eyebrow.
"If the WonderBolts were here, they would operate things quicker!"
Mom facehooved, "Oh, Rainbow..."
I giggled and tried to come up with other ways to bother her.
"Uggghhh! This is taking tooo loong!" Daddy groaned, throwing himself onto the ground.
"Would you two stop whining?" Mom asked, sighing.
"But, we've been here for more than two hours!" Me and Dad whined.
"Well, if you two would just b-"
"Next!" Somepony shouted.
"YAY!" Me and Daddy squealed, flying off to our seats.
"Seriously, it's like I have two kids or something..." Mom mumbled as she got into her seat.
I looked around and put my handles in, then started getting nervous. What if I fall off...? I thought.
"D-Daddy?" I asked, turning to my left.
"Yeah, Dashie?" He responded.
"Wh-What if... um... uh... we fell?" I whimpered. Some ponies were walking around, checking if our handles were in right.
"Nothing is going to happen, Rain." I heard Mom say from behind me.
"Y-Yeah! Nothing is gonna happen..."
"Please stay out of the launch area!" I heard somepony say.
The pony raised a hoof and waved it around before saying "All clear." I knew what that meant. The ride was starting. I gulped and squirmed around in my seat, and I started panicking. How do I get off this thing...?! I thought.
Suddenly, the ride started going foward. I squirmed around in my seat and heard the sound... Click!
I made the handles get loose...
"No.." I whispered.
I looked in front of me and saw it was too late. I started crying a little, it was super scary! We started being tilted, and I gripped the handles. "Daddy!" I choked out. But, he didn't hear me.
I soon saw that we were at least one-hundred hooves up in the air. I gasped and squeezed my eyes shut, I haven't gone this high up!
"Nooooo!" I screamed as we went straight down.
I started crying and I felt myself almost fall off my seat. I gasped and my back hooves fell out. I screamed and cried louder, turning Dad. His eyes were huge but closed quickly, due to all the wind getting pushed into his eyes. "Just hang on!" he shouted at me, still closing his eyes.
I looked behind me, and saw Mom's eyes widened too. "Rainbow! Don't let go!" she shouted.
"MOOOOOMMMYYY! DADDDYYYYY!" I screamed, while the ride was going up, down, left, right, in twists and turns.
I kept screaming and crying all the way to the end of the ride. The thing that surprised me was that nopony noticed except Mom and Dad.
When it was over, I quickly jumped off, went to Mom and Dad, and hugged Mom's right hoof.
"Rainbow.." I heard Mom whisper.
"Mommy! Daddy! THAT WAS SCARY!" I whimpered.
Dad lowered himself so he was at my height, and nuzzled me. "Calm down, Dashie. It's over. The ride is over..."
"I don't wanna go on a ride like that ever again!"
"But, you'll never go flying high-up! You'll never be well, more... awesome?" Dad said.
I thought for a while and sighed. "Y-You know what? I'll go on more scary rides! But um.. can we go on slower, lower rides first? AND DON'T TELL FLUTTERSHY!"
"Ok, our little future WonderBolt, we won't tell her." Mom said.
"So, what ride now...?" Dad asked.
"FOOOOOOD!" Mom said.
"Ok!" Dad and I smiled, "RACE YOU!" We said, speeding off.
"Hey, no fair! You got a head-start!" Mom whined as she catched up with us.
THE END!
