Suicide noteView OnlineDerpy's final messageSuicide noteWell that was certainly strange thought the doctor. Miss Hooves was here a few moments ago to drop off letter. Something wasn't right. She had seemed....Well....Never mind. Probably didn't matter anyways. He glanced over quickly at the neatly sealed envelope sitting on the console. In careful hoof-writing, the front read to whom it might concern DO NOT OPEN UNTIL NOON. Why he had to wait, he did not know. He hated not knowing. Trotting around the TARDIS console, he noticed that the sun was beginning to rise (the door was partly opened). Even though it was only three A.M., the brown earth pony could no longer stand it. He tore open the envelope and began to read eagerly. Dear Doctor, I know how hard it must've been for you, moving from...um....wherever..you came from.....You probably noticed, but most ponies whispered about you behind your back because you were so random and strange-almost like a frownie version of Pinkie Pie. I'm gonna make this quick, cuz I had somewhere to be. I have had feelings for you since day one. I was afraid to tell you because I didn't want you to think I was retarded and clumsy like everypony else. You were always there for me and the rest of equestria when we needed it most. Please don't go looking for me. By now, I will be dead. You probably don't understand why i would commit suicide. Everypony hates me. I'm Clumsy. Retarded. The doctor recoiled slightly Ugly. No matter what I do, no pony wants to accept me. And what's the point of living if no pony is going to miss you or if all you are gonna have in life in pain? My father left me as a foal because of my eye and no pony would give my mother a job because she had "derped" wings- one wing was way too small. she ended up starving to death and I ended up an orphan. Just spare me a thought once in a while, ok? -Derpy Ears laying flat and hoof over mouth, The Doctor was trying so hard not to cry. He hadn't cried since rose left.......Then it hit him: he had to find her! Dashing out of the TARDIS doors as fast as he could, the Doctor ran through town looking up as the sky, knowing she would try to fall to her death. Finally, he resorted to searching the edges of town. Soon after, he spotted her. She was laying on the ground in a pool of blood. Her face covered in bruises and many of her feathers had fallen out. It looked as though her back left leg was dislocated and she was breathing, but only a very little bit- her chest rose and fell very slightly but quickly. Then came the coughing. She couldn't seem to stop. Derpy spat up blood- and one or two teeth. But it sounded more like sobbing after a moment or two. "no....no no no no..." "DERPY!" Author's Note omg da feels.... my gosh... i know it's bad, but seriously. i gotta admit, that last paragraph is like, the worst thing i have written in my life. just everything is wrong with it.

My whole life just.....flashed before my eyes.As i fell, my immediate thoughts were how many ponies i would be hurting- but then i remembered there was no pony to care.Maybe the Doctor.... but he was probably too busy saving the universe to care. I closed my eyes and thought of how many times i was picked on. "What's up, derpy?" " what's wrong? Left your sunglasses at home?" " where are your glasses, four eyes?" And suddenly, I was on the ground. My every breath was filled with pain and my back left hoof went numb. I became vaguely aware of some pony's hoof beats drawing nearer and nearer. Suddenly I began to sob and yell out at the same time.I was hurting inside and out, and all I wanted to do was die. The result was awful. Because I was winded from the fall, I started to cough instead.I spat out blood and a couple teeth. Suddenly, everything was just....black. It felt like eternity. I was aware that somebody was screaming my name from a million miles away. I sat up quickly- too quickly. I nearly blacked out again. There were panicked voiced surrounding me. One of them sounded vaguely familiar. I couldn't tell what they were saying until I heard my name "...Uh...Derpy......No I didn't really see much. When I found her she was on the ground in a large pool of blood. She started coughing up blood. and she seemed to be having trouble breathing. Ah! Derpy, you're awake!" The voice belonged to the doctor. He glanced quickly at the nurses "Er...could we have five minutes please?" he asked nervously. Nurse Red Heart looked kindly at me and nodded " Only five. we need to get more fluids into her" She walked out of the room with the other doctors. I glared at the doctor. How could he?! He knew how much pain I was in! why couldn't he just let me die? " Why did you save me?" I asked angrily, crossing my Hooves. He lifted a hoof gently to my face. He had tears in his eye. "Because you mean the world to me." He said shakily. " I DON'T CARE ANYMORE!" I screamed. "WHAT'S THE POINT OF LIVING IF ALL YOU'RE GONNA FEEL IS PAIN AND SORROW?" I started sobbing. Why can't he just accept the fact that this was MY decision? It was MY life I was trying to take after all. I lowered my voice to barely a whisper. " I wasn't gonna kill myself because my eye or because every pony hates me. It's because I hate myself. " All I ever wanted was to have some pony hold me" I said even lower. "You know....maybe if you had told me how you felt, you would have known that there was some pony who loves you." He said softly. I looked at him with tired eyes " I'm sorry" I whispered. Then, I kissed him for what felt like eternity. Pulling away, I yanked the cords and wires out of my body causing a whole bunch of alarms to go off. "WHAT DO YOU THNK YOU'RE DOING?!" the Doctor yelled "This is my choice" and taking one let glimpse of his beautiful face, I went into a coughing fit and blacked out once more. She ripped the wires and cords out of her body "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" the doctor yelled. "I'm sorry Doctor, but this is my choice" She whispered. Then she suddenly went into a coughing fit "NURSE!" thee doctor screamed. This couldn't be happening! By the time Nurse Red-Heart came in, it was too late. There was no heart beat showing on the monitor. Author's Note well, i know this was terrible and if it wasn't two in the morning, I would probably be crying my eyes out right now. omg da feels i know the insults are not very good, but i'm tired and i couldn't think of a damn thing.
prologueView OnlineDerpy's final messageprologueI checked the clock; Two A.M. Sighing, I sealed the envelope that would be the final message I would deliver. I opened the front door and set out into the night, my sealed letter in my saddle bag along with a couple of muffins; the TARDIS was all the way across town. I would need a snack along the way. Trotting along the dirt paths, I began to notice that it was an unusually clear night; it was early spring. The weather pegasi usually had it raining constantly. Nearing the edge of town, I took a muffin out of my saddle bag and began to munch on it happily. It was chocolate-chip blueberry - my favorite! When I finally reached the TARDIS, I softly knocked on the door. The doctor almost never slept. With a low creak, the door opened and The Doctor peeked out. "Hello, Derpy!" he whispered cheerfully "Haven't seen you in a while! I was starting to think you may have left town!" I smiled sadly. "Nope! just been really busy. Here you go!" I said giving him the letter "Um..... please don't open that until noon, ok? Please?" He stared at me, puzzled for a moment. Then, breaking into his weird smile, the kind only he can give, he said " Okey- dokey! See you later!" "Bye, Doctor...." I said, trying to sound cheerful. Standing on a cloud can completely change your prospective on everything. I haven't been up this high since I was a filly and I didn't appreciate how beautiful the sunrise could be. Since your up higher on a cloud, the sun seems to rise a few minutes before than when you're on the ground. Ponies will be waking in a few minutes. Good thing I chose one where I will not be seen - two miles outside of Ponyville. Glancing at the sun for the last time, I jumped.
