OH HI!
I'm Pinkie Pie! I want to tell you something! I promise it's not boring! But you gotta keep it a secret, I don't want everypony knowing about it!
Well it all happened back in 1845... JUST KIDDING!
For reals lets get on with it.

It started two weeks ago, at Sugarcube Corner, where me and the rest of the Mane 6 were hanging out.
"Wow Pinkie, that's a lot of cupcakes! Are you really going to eat all of them?"
Rainbow Dash said while flying around me. She doesn't really sit down at all. Mainly cause she has wings.
"Yup!" I ate all of the cupcakes at once.
"How are you so skinny darling, with all of those sweets? If it were me, it would have gone straight to my flanks!" Rarity exclaimed while looking at my belly,
They haven't ever really done this before. I mean, MENTIONED it before. Like they OBVIOUSLY think of how much I eat in public. I can see it in their eyes!

"I AM an earth pony! Also I am super-duper crazy active with all my parties and hauling around my party cannon!"
I look around at their silly faces looking at my plate. They are so silly!
"We ar just worried 'bout you, Pinkie, Ah mean that you eat a lot in front of us, but it's not heathy." AppleJack said. Fluttershy and Rainbow nodded. Poor AppleJack, I really wish I could tell her, but I can't, she'll FREAK OUT!

"Don't worry! I am as healthy as a... as a..... I DONT KNOW but still, I am REALLY healthy!" I lied. I really hate lying to them but I still can't tell any of them. :(
"Pinkie, if you really are okay, we should leave you alone. Anyways, I have to go, I have so much studying to do!" Twilight said as she was leaving Sugarcube Corner. Yes! They bought it!

As the other ponies left I went up to my room on the second floor of the shop. It wasn't my shift so I had so much time to myself.
As I walked in, I felt sick. "Good job Pinkie, almost exposing the secret." I say to myself in the mirror. "Who do you think you are, fatty, a supermodel? I don't think so."
I walk over to my little bathroom. It was covered in streamers and the tiles were really bright colours. I walk over to my pink toilet, with its fluffy pink toilet lid cover.

"I gotta do it, if I don't want to be a big fatty!" I say as I grab my toothbrush (Pink, of course!) and start to throw up.
I always feel a TEENY-tiny bit sad and in well after puking but I know it keeps my flank lean and my stomach flat!
I look up at my vanity mirror, that had a moustache drawn on it. It lined up perfectly when I stood up on my back legs.
My face was all puffy and red, but I wasn't at all satisfied.
I grabbed my toothbrush again and started throwing up again. I did it another two times when I finally look up again and see that my eyes and cheeks are red.
Oh well!

After a WHOLE night of looking through magazines that I took from Twilight's library, I was really tired. I had bags under my eyes and a slightly darker coat.

I don't think anypony noticed, because I put a lot of my new makeup on that Rarity gave me last week. It was the perfect shade, I wonder how she does it!

Well, anyways, I went down to AppleJack's farm, where she was bucking trees to get the apples down. She had a lot of apples in baskets. A lot more baskets than one pony and one carriage should carry.

"AppleJack!" I yell out to her, "Do you need any help? I can help!"
"Hang on a sec! I just gotta get this last tree done!" AppleJack called back, tiredly. It looked like she had been there all day, but it was only lunchtime.

I saw her slump down against the tree. I gallop down the hill to her to see her almost pass out. I fish out my new water bottle from my saddlebag, and give it to her. She had all of it.
Well, looks like I have to do another trip back home.

"Do you want me to help you carry the apples back to the farm!
No answer.
I tried shaking her, but she won't wake up.
I decided to lift her up and put her in one of the carriages, that was under a tree. I went off to find someone to help me and AppleJack.

As I was looking I started to feel sick.
Oh no, I thought, I can't do it here!
I kept running, as this could possibly be more important than me.
"Thank goodness!" I breathe as I found Big Macintosh."Come with me, Applejack needs our help!"
He said nothing as he ran to the orchid. Applejack was near the front so she was easily spotted.
She was starting to wake up! Yippee!

Big Mac and I pulled the carriage she was in. As both of us being Earth ponies, we were back at AJ's house in no time!
Granny Smith came up to us and said,
"Thanks Pinkie, ah'll just take 'er in with Big Mac an' you can go back home. You look kinda pale dearie! Ah think she'll be ok for tonight"
I nodded and ran off.
I felt even more sick so I went quickly!

I arrived at Sugar Cube corner and went upstairs.
"What's up with Pinkie?" I heard Mrs Cake say as I was going past them.
"I don't know, but it's probably just something with her pinkie sense!" I heard Mr Cake say as I was entering my room.

I ran to the ensuite and did my ritual and came out light headed.
I should lay down for a little bit, he he.

I sat down onto my pink bed.
Is there anything I was meant to do today?
I thought to myself for a little bit before it hit me,
"I WAS MENT TO BE AT TWILIGHTS HOUSE TO PREPARE FOR SPIKES BIRTHDAY!!!!"

I jumped out of bed, no longer dizzy, and ran back downstairs again. Mr and Mrs Cake were in the kitchen so they didn't see me, but I still ran.
I grabbed my party cannon from nowhere and ran to the library.
"IM COMING TWILIGHT!" I say a meter from the door.
I burst in, and see Spike sitting on a tower of books with Twilight sitting, reading next to him.
"Oh hi Pinkie! You are right on time! Perfect! Spike check that off the list!" Twilight exclaimed.
"I've got my party cannon and it's time to PARTY!" I say.
"The party is going to be right here-"
BANG!
My party cannon goes off!

"I really need to fix this thing!" I say loudly.
Twilight was covered in streamers, cake batter and had a party hat on her muzzle.
Spike had already escaped upstairs.
"Oops!?" I say.

. . .

"-And I said, Oatmeal are you CRAZY!" I tell my famously crazy joke to all the ponies before Rainbow Dash arrives.
"Awww! Did I miss your joke?" Dash asks.
"Sorry-mmmummmphh-" I say with exactly 3 cupcakes, 5 lollies and a spoonful of icing on my mouth.
I should REALLY hide my binging...

"Wow Pinkie, you should really slow down, you don't want to burn out before the party ends!" Twilight advises me as the rest of the Mane 6 come over.
"I do this ALL of the time, don't worry about me! The REAL question is, Do you like the party?!" I say to cover up.
"It's ahmasing, sugar cube! You went all out, for our little Spike her'!" Applejack says as she turns to show Spike on her back.

"We just were wondering, why do you eat all of that sugar in one day!?" Rarity says to me with a concerned tone.
The music stops. It looks like it's time for the cake!
Hallelujah!

"Cake, yay!" Fluttershy says in her soft voice.
Mr Cake comes out holding a large two tier cake with green and purple icing on it.
"I-is that mine?" Spike says in disbelief.
"Of course, Spike, it's YOUR birthday!" I say.
Cravings-can't contain-must eat-now.
I had a look of uncomfortableness on my face as the other ponies were going over to the cake.
Must-resist-can't-spoil-Spikes-birthday.
I stuff a cupcake in my mouth and swallow it quickly.
Whew, no one saw!

I gallop over to sing happy birthday. I am the loudest of course!
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SPIKE,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!"
"Hip, hip-" I cheer.
"HORRAY!" Says everypony.
"Hip, hip-"
"HORRAY!"
"Hip, hip-"
"HORRAAYYY!"

As Spike blew out the candles, I ate another 3 cupcakes, with no one noticing.
I asked for an extra large piece and started telling jokes and doing silly things for the ponies.

After cleaning up one of your biggest party, you would expect me to go straight to bed. But silly, IM PINKIE PIE! Soooo, I never sleep, EXPECIALLY after eating SO MANY LOLLIES!!!
I ask if I can hang out with the girls and they said YESS!!!
We decided to have a sleep over at my place because Spike wanted to go to sleep. He IS a baby dragon after all!

So they all went home and got everything ready to come over.

Eeeeeee!!!!! I'm so happy!!!
This is my FIRST sleep over at my house. It's funny that IM the party pony but I have never EVER had a sleepover at my house
Anyways, after eating all of that cake, I do my special ritual before the girls come, to hide it.

I go downstairs to the bakery to see Fluttershy, Rarity and Twilight there, waiting.
"HI GUYS!" I exclaim with happiness.
"Hi Pinkie, Applejack and Rainbow Dash will be here soon." Twilight says.

"It was really nice of you to invite us over." Fluttershy says softly. "I don't think we have ever had a sleepover at your house Pinkie."
"I KNOW can't you believe it!" I say as Rainbow Dash and Applejack burst in through the door.
"Hi Pinks! Sorry we're late! But let's forget about that, It's time for your first sleepover at your house!" Rainbow announced.
By then, we were at the top of the stairs and were about to go in my room.
I go in first.

I redecorated my room so we could fit the sleeping bags.
I've moved my bed and cabinet and put my stereo on top of my bedside table.
"Wow Pinkie, you did well!" Dashie says as she flies around my room.
"Well let's set up then!" Twilight says.

. . .

"Ok guys, I gotta tell you something." Rainbow Dash announces. "You have to pinkie promise you won't tell anypony.
Because this is BIG"

We all agreed to not tell anypony and we awaited the secret.
"Ok.... I-I am asexual..." Dash looks around at us, waiting for our responses.
Well I didn't expect that!
"Well ah am proud of you but wha the hell is tha?" Applejack says.
"Asexual-A person who doesn't feel sexual attraction and doesn't want "it"" Twilight says.
Wow, how does she know this stuff?

"Wow, I didn't think there was such a thing. Are you sure?" Rarity asks.
"RARITY!" The rest of us say.
"You learn something new everyday!" I say. "I didn't even know what pansexual meant until I was one!"
Everypony looks at me.
"WHATT, I was just saying." I say.

. . .

I start to feel terrible again, I feel like binging.
Freaking fatty, I wonder how they even tolerate you, you are so annoying!
"Hey girls, let's go eat!" Is announce to the group.
We all haven't eaten since the party so we were all hungry. We went to the kitchen. (not the bakery one)

I brought out the leftover cake and food from the party.
I start to eat, fast. The girls look at me.
"PINKIE how much can you EAT!?" Rarity says. "It's not good for you!"
All stares, waiting for my response.

"Ummm, I, am REALLY hungry and it's SO yummy!" I say fast.
They don't like me, why did they even come over?
They were convinced so they went back to eating.

"Hey do you girls want to watch a movie?" Fluttershy asks.
Yesss!
If they are watching the movie, I can sneak out and puke!!!

Nods of agreement went around the room. So we went and chose the movie. (Pitch Perfect if you want to know)

20 minutes in the movie, I went to the bakery bathroom. Since they were upstairs, they didn't hear me, and Mr and Mrs cake were asleep. I started crying.
I felt even worse but I looked in the mirror.

Fatty, stupid, ugly and a fatty.
Who would want YOU!
I better keep going, so the other ponies like me! I thought to myself.
I kept going until there was only blood and spit.
My muzzle was bleeding and I felt like I was really stupid.
Why are you even a element of harmony? They don't like you!
I felt really dizzy.
Not like normal, like REALLY dizzy.

I fell and hit my head on the tiles next to the toilet.
I haven't cleaned up so I had puke all over me.
I faded in and out of reality.
I felt my head was sore, but I didn't realise that it was bleeding.
I finally fell out of conciseness.
Did I go to far? Was I really doing this to get skinny? Was I doing this for myself or others? Am I alive?

I go back into conciseness but only so I could hear people talking. They were calling my name.
Silly I'm right here!
I hear the bathroom door open.

~Twilight's View~
Ohhh Celestia.
"Pinkie..... What have you d-done?" I see my pink friend laying in a pool of her own blood and puke(?

"Pinkie, PINKIE!" I scream as I try to wake her up.
"W-what's wrong with her, Twilight?" Dash was obviously trying to keep cool and keep her tears back.
Pinkie Pie had a gash on her head and was passed out.
Fluttershy ran out of the room crying.

Applejack was sitting next to her, trying to wake her up.
Rarity was crying in the corner of the bathroom.

~Applejack's view~
"Are you awake sugar, WAKE UP!" I say, while crying, trying to wake her up.
"GET A AMBULANCE NOW!" I yell.
Rarity and Rainbow rush out of the bathroom to get them.
Fluttershy has come back in with a wet face, from the tears and she was now tending to Pinkies wound.

"What did she do, Twilight! WHAT DID SHE DO!" I scream.
"S-she passed out, from something, b-but I-it looks like she has made herself pass out." Twilight stuttered.
I kept shaking Pinkie, trying to wake her up.
Twilight and Fluttershy are cleaning her up.
Pinkie was covered in blood and puke. But why puke?

~Fluttershy's vision~
I could barely see, with all the tears.
"Pinkie Pie, why did you do this?" I choked out. "Is s-she alive?!"
"Y-yes, but the ambulance is coming so she will be ok." Twilight said, trying to comfort me.

Why? How? When?
I had so many questions but no answers.
I kept on cleaning.

~Rainbow Dash's vision~
Must. Save. Pinkie.
Must. Get. Doctor.
I was flying. I had left Rarity a while ago, she said that she would slow me down. She said she will get Mr and Mrs Cake and tell them what happened.
I am crying now, which is really rare.

I am almost to the hospital, when one of my wings gets caught in a tree, because I could barely see where I was going.
I started to run, thank Celestia that I could run.

I arrived at the hospital.
"Help! I need an ambulance! My friend is passed out and bleeding!" I yell at the receptionist.
She grabbed her phone and in no time, there was an ambulance waiting for me to get in to show where to go.

~Rarity's vision~
I am back at the bakery, really dirty, but I didn't care, I had to save my friend.
I run into the Cake's bedroom and wake them up.
"Pinkie Is *huff* in *huff* trouble! Come downstairs *huff* she is in the bathroom!" I say with a urgent tone.

By now the Cakes were up and getting their robes on.
"She has passed out, in a *huff* pool of her blood *huff* and puke!" I yell at them.
We run downstairs and enter the bathroom, Mrs Cake has started crying and Mr Cake has a look of fear on his face.

I step over to the toilet to see beside it a toothbrush, with chunks of regurgitated food.
"What is this?!" I yell out. Everypony looks at me, Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack and Mr and Mrs Cake were staring at me.
"Twilight you mahgt wanna see this!" Applejack says as she is looking beside the toilet.

~Twilight's vision~
I look over to see a pink toothbrush, it looked ordinary except the puke and blood all over it.

Oh no, this can't be true, she can't do this, she doesn't do this. It all made sense now, the excessive eating and the secretiveness.
"I get it." I say.
I hear a siren.
Thank goodness they are here! Pinkie was waking up.

~Rainbow Dash's vision~
"Her name is Pinkie Pie and she lives in Sugarcube Corner." I say as the paramedics faces were turning from serious to worried.
They didn't expect it.
I didn't either.
"We need to go NOW, she is bleeding and has passed out." I yell.

Thank Celestia, we are back. The Paramedics run out with a stretcher. I am holding a torch because it's night.

~Pinkie Pie's vision~
Where am I? What are those ponies doing here? Did they find out.

I feel like I had passed out and it feels like my head hurts, a lot.
"She is waking up." I hear a unfamiliar voice. It sounds like it's a colt.

I am being lifted up onto something. It's soft.
I hear ponies crying, are they my friends?
I open my eyes slowly and see blurred shapes of my friends.
What did I do?

I wake up to see a white ceiling. Stained with a single light.
I look around to see blue, ugly curtains. I lift my hoof up to my face. It had a tube stuck in it with a wristband.

I could just read it.

Oh no, am I in a hospital? Or worse, a mental institution?
I look frantically around. I am calmed by the sight of a normal hospital room.
Whew!
Did I pass out? When did I get here?
I heard a knock and a door open.
Six ponies walked in.
Twilight, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and a nurse.

"You're awake!" Twilight says, breaking the silence.
"We ar soo glad yu woke up!" Applejack says immediately.
Rarity just comes over and gives me a hug.
Fluttershy is slightly crying and Rainbow Dash was sitting on the end of my hospital bed.

"Pinkie are you ok?!" Rainbow says while hugging me.
I am sitting up, thanks to the mechanical bed.

"Pinkie, it seems you have a rare mental illness, called Bulimia Nervosa. We noticed that because of the marks on your hooves. Also what we saw in your bathroom. This is something we may have noticed if we payed a little more attention." The nurse explained.

I looked at my hooves. I forgot to cover the scars up.
"Pinkie, I am so sorry, we didn't even notice the signs! I should have stopped you when you borrowed those magazines, I am so so sorry." Twilight says while sobbing.

"I-it's ok now, I can't do it anymore-" I say in a raspy voice.
It sounds really different.
I look at my mane. It has deflated but not fully.
"What happened? Why did you do this?" Dash asks.
"I-i thought if I was fat and ugly, you guys wouldn't like me anymore. I-it started 4 years ago when Twilight came. I was so consumed in thinking that if I was perfect, just like you guys, I could feel better about myself. My voice was raspy and it broke a couple of times.

Rarity puts a blanket around me. It was pink and was really soft. I liked it.
"I wanted to make you a blanket so you could keep warm. It is kinda cold and you are really weak. I am just so sorry that I couldn't do more." Rarity says with so much sincerity.

"Thank. You" I say. I am feeling sleepy but I have one more question.
"Do you still like me?"
Instantly the rest of the Mane 6 come over and hug me.
By the time they let go. I am asleep from the medication.

See you when I wake up.
