I heard my dad yell my name, and came running down the stairs. "There's my little shiftling," He said as I came into view. "Where's mommy?" I asked, tilting my head. I am only 5 years old. "She should be here in a minute," My father replied. My father is Beige, with a Yellow and Green mane and tail. He owns the Rainbow Factory. He has a stage name: Glaze, but his real name is WoodenToaster. A changeling walked into the house, and when I saw her, I happily cried out, "MOMMY!" then ran up and hugged her. "Hello Shifter," She said hugging me back. She looked like a normal worker changeling, her name is Morphy. My name is Shifter, It's my real name. I am a shiftling, Half pony, Half changeling. My colors are inversed from that of a changeling. My father is a pegasus. I don't have any friends. My father can freely change into a bat-pony. I don't have any siblings, and when summer ends I'll go to school for the first time! I'll be 6 soon after I start school. I'm excited! "Ready for the upcoming school year?" My father asked. "Yep!!!" I replied. I am very open, I can and will share information about me without anyone asking for it. Although if they are bad and like killing the family of young colts and fillies, they freeze, and look at me with fear. An adult doing that means they fear me because they wanted to kill my family, those ponies get killed because I tell my father. Being with a changeling allows him to communicate with me through tell~epuh~thee. "I can't wait for school to start! I'll get some friends for the first time ever!" I said excitedly. "Yes, You'll make lots of friends, hopefully. They might reject you because you look like a changeling, but some will most likely try to get to know you," My mother said to me. After a while, It was the first day of school. After I did my morning stuff I was ready to leave for school. "Bye!" I said, as I left for school. I flew to the school, and entered. I was early. I stood next to the door in the classroom. The teacher walked in, froze, then let out a sigh of relief, and spoke, "Oh, you must be the new student, judging by your size. Am I right?" she finished with a question. "Yes, I am," I answered in my normal-pony like voice. "Disguise your form, I don't want the other students to get scared," She told me. I nodded and changed into a normal pegasus colt. Just then, the other students walked in. "We have a new student, Please Introduce yourself," The teacher said. "Hello, My name is Shifter. My mother's name is Morphy, and My father's name is WoodenToaster..." They all blinked blankly at me. "My father, WoodenToaster, Is has a stage name, that name is Glaze." At that, they all gasped, and looked at me excitedly. "I have no siblings, Love baths, Have no friends, And I am also very open to sharing things, that is all," with that, I walked to an open seat, It was right next to a young filly named, "Hello, My name is Stardust," She said. Stardust. "Hi," I said in reply. "Hey, Don't tell anyone I said this, but... I really like changelings... I thing their cute..." "Okay," I said. Wow. She likes changelings... But I still can't reveal my true Shiftling form... I hate this... I really hate this... At recess, She walked up to me, "Hi," She says. "Hello," I replied, Smiling at her. "How are you?" "I'm good, and you?" "I'm good." "Ummm... I- Uhhh..," I was trying not to blush. "Awwwww... Aren't you adorable..," she said. "Uhhh," My disguise started to fail. NOT good. "Huh? What's going on?" she asked, curious. "I- uhhmmm..." My disguise stopped, revealing my true form, And I took off like a rocket to hide. When I was out of sight, I heard something, "Well, Aren't you the most adorable thing ever! Don't worry, your secret is safe with me..." She assured me. "Thank you," I said. "You're welcome," She replied, as I changed back into my Pegasus form. We both walked back just as recess ended. We walked back into class, and Sat down to continue our First day of school. After School both me and Stardust went to my home, so I could introduce her to my parents. They were a bit dissapointed I let embarrasment ruin my form but they liked her. "So, I now have a friend!" I told my parents, after that she went home. "Congradulations," Both my parents said. "I am so excited! I can't wait for tomorrow! I wish I could fast-forward time!" I finished my statement with excitement still. I decided to end my day by killing a few ponies in the Rainbow Factory. If Stardust figured out this was a part of my life I don't know what would happen. She'd probably Cry, Asking me why I'd do such terrible horrible things... She'd probably hate me... She'd probably kill herself... Comm~it -- soo~ih~sigh~duh... Just one of those would break my heart... The last two would make me kill myself... So I'll just have to hope that she doesn't figure out this part of my life... Hopefully not...
