"Get it! Your missing it!" screamed Twilight. She saw a big fly just soaring across the room and she could have sworn it chuckled at her. Spike was the one who was struggling to get it and he would appreciate if Twilight helped a little more.
"AH!" Spike tripped over every book and every table that was gripping and laying against the floor struggling to get the fly. Twilight decided to help Spike by using her magic to levitate lamps to hit the fly.
"It's on the window. Let's see if we can get it." They snuck up to the window. Each of them, have a piece of rolled up paper with them. They rounded up their "weapons" and went for it....
"HI!"
Spike and Twilight dropped their paper and the fly flew away, nowhere to be seen.
"Pinkie! Aw... doesn't anypony knock anymore?" said Twilight.
"You never knock." said Spike.
"Shut up."
"Well I was just coming in to show you this!" Pinkie held up a small book titled: Anthropology by Lyra.
Twilight examined it. "What the heck is with Lyra and Anthropology?"
"I don't know but I found it on the ground outside of the bakery."
~Right now outside of the bakery
Lyra came back with a bottle of Apple Cider. She looked around for her book.
"Aw Dammit!
~
"I guess Lyra left it there for other ponies to explore." said Pinkie.
"No, you know how Lyra is with her human now. She wouldn't just leave it for anypony to take."
"But look!" Pinkie flipped through the pages and stopped at a page right in the middle. "It has speeeellllssss." Pinkie waved the book all around Twilight's face convincing Twilight to read and preform a spell. Twilight lowered the book down from her face.
"Pinkie... I think you should return it. It is property of Lyra." Twilight said as she walked across the room to find a book on the bookshelf.
"Can you just do one spell? It's in the index." Pinkie flipped through again. "Like this one... It says Modolahumglada..."
Twilight shut Pinkie's mouth before she could say anything else. "Pinkie, if you say the spell you don't know what would happen. Okay, if you want me to do a spell for you, then I'll do it but how about you come back later. Me and Spike have a lot of..."
"Okay!" Pinkie zoomed out with the book before Twilight could say anything else. Pinkie went back to SugarCube corner and found Lyra there reading another Anthropology book. This time, it's wasn't written by her. Lyra turned to Pinkie.
"Oh Hey Pinkie! Have you seen my Anthropology book?"
"Um..... NO... no, no. I-I haven't." Pinkie put the book behind her back and scooted away into the bakery. When she arrived, she saw Mrs. Cake feeding the twins but Mr. Cake was nowhere to be seen.
"Hi Mrs. Cake!"
"Oh Hi Pinkie Pie! Do you think you can babysit the twins again so I can make a quick delivery?" Mrs. Cake asked.
"Yep! Oh, look what... Lyra let me... borrow." Pinkie held up the book. "It's her Anthropology book. Twilight said she was gonna try a spell for me!"
"Oh, that's great sweetie! Well I gotta go, be back soon!"
"Okay bye!" Pinkie said. The twins looked at her and smiled. "Well... do you guys want to learn about Anthropology? I bet you do!"
For the rest of the day, Pinkie read the Anthropology book to the twins and to herself while she was taking care of the twins. She became fascinated with all the amazing facts about humans. She read every single part. Once she put the twins to bed, she continued to read Lyra's observations.
"Wow! Lyra must have learned a lot from Twilight, but where did she get these other facts from?" Pinkie continued to look through the book, skimming through sentences and observed the pics of them.
"Aw. There's even dogs there. And different types... of cupcakes... and cakes... and chocolate!? Why haven't I learned about this before!? This place is amazing. But what is this?" Pinkie looked at the Picture of a human with a pink wig and a pink outfit with Pinkie's cutiemark on the front. Below, Lyra wrote: Humans seem to worship us and enjoy us too.
"WHAT!? How do they even know who we are? This is... amazing!" Pinkie became even more fascinated with humans. She continued to read. Apparently, there was a whole section on humans worshiping ponies. Pinkie learned about places and a group of men who loved the ponies called...
Bronies
"Bronies. That's a fun word to say! Sounds like Ponies but with Bro at the front!" Pinkie said giggling.
Pinkie came upon the spells. She found a spell called the Alternate Universe spell. It is supposed to send a non human figure to the human world, but this spell was for ponies to say only. Pinkie was urging to say the spell, but she remembered what Twilight said, that if she says the spell she wouldn't know what would happen or what could happen to her. Pinkie stared at the celling, she heard someone come in at the door, it was Mrs. Cake. But she didn't pay attention to that, as long as Mrs. Cake was here, Pinkie could probably do the spell because she wouldn't want to endanger the twins. Pinkie went down to see Mrs. Cake.
"Hi Mrs. Cake I just need to run a few errands, Bye!" Pinkie zoomed out the door with the book.
"Pinkie doesn't run... ah typical Pinkie Pie."
Pinkie ran out and opened the book to the page with the Alternate universe spell. She first memorized the spell and then closed her eyes and said:
"Pony to Human, Equestria to Earth I call upon you to plant me down first, all that has come amongst human kind, let me communicate with the human mind!"
A white blank flash made Pinkie disappear out of Equestria with the book taken along with her. She wiped through a vortex taking her to a world with cars and beautiful grass with humans wondering along the road. It was peaceful until screaming happened... of course it's the human world what would you expect.
Continuing Soon...
The screaming (or yeling) was coming from Pinkie's left. She looked to her left and saw a cute medium sized dog running into an ally. There were a few boys chasing after it and then a girl with black hair but some white highlights at the bottom, running behind them.
"Hey stop!" The girl yelled. Then ran down the ally. Pinkie followed them, trying her best to run with her "sticks" these people call legs. Pinkie stopped to see the three boys surrounding the dog with a yard stick and a black collar. The girl snatched him and pulled him backwards.
"What the heck do you think you're doing!?" the girl asked.
"Punishing this dog for what he has done!" the boy said giving the dog a look.
"You can punish a dog for feeling threatened! He bit you for a reason, I saw it all happen!"
"A dog with this kind of attitude deserves "the stick"!" the other boy said. Then the boy knocked her down. She hit the ground hard and bumped her head on the concrete. "Multicolored dog." The boy teased. The girl looked at her hair and sighed.
"Hey!" Pinkie Pie stepped up with confidence. "What do you think your doing?" Pinkie stepped up to one of the boys.
"I think I'm about to punch the crap out of this multicolored freak in front of me!" he teased. "Not another one of you crazy-haired girls, always dying your hair to make you look cute. You're a bunch of ugly little ducklings, I say!" The rest of the boys laughed.
"*gasp* this is natural!" said Pinkie.
"Natural crap!"
Pinkie's hair flatted out and her skin became a little darker. The boys looked at her in a weird way and took a long step back.
"What the hell!?" one boy said.
"You dare hurt that dog or this girl, someone here is getting creamed. Now put that stick down and get out!" Pinkie yelled. The boy dropped his stick and ran out of the ally with his other friends not saying a word. She looked back at the girl on the ground. The girl got up and gave Pinkie a big hug. The dog trotted over.
"Thank you so much! They have been messing with me for a while, then when I found this dog, I guess they wanted to mess with him too!"
"No problem! What's you're name?"
"Yorkie Helvetica Anajia Nicole Clorine Pie the third! But you can just call me Yorkie!" she giggled. "And I wonder what your name should be... maybe Spike! Because you have such curly spikey fur!" said Yorkie.
"I have a friend named Spike!" said Pinkie.
"Oh yeah! What's you're name?" Yorkie asked.
"Pinkie Pie!"
"Really, I watch a show where a character's name is Pinkie Pie. Are you just cosplaying?"
"What?" said Pinkie. What is cosplay... ohhh. Umm... Yes, I am!" Pinkie said with a big grin.
"Okay!" Yorkie giggled. "Well see ya around!" Yorkie left with Spike, trotting out of the ally.
"I hope those boys don't get to scared." Pinkie giggled and she bounced out of the ally.
Pinkie took the anthropology book out and began to read it. Remembering and looking at all of the pictures of the cosplaying humans. "Hmm, well I can't cosplay forever! I can't go around telling people I'm Pinkie Pie!" Pinkie ran after Yorkie. "Hey wait!"
Yorkie turned around. "Yeppie doodles!" she said with a smile.
"Umm, do you think I can spend the night at you're house? Just for this onnnnnneeee night?" Pinkie asked.
"Sure! But... I don't live with my parents."
"Say whaaat?"
"I... ran away."
"Why?"
"Because I was feeling neglected and abused. So I moved out even though I'm only 13."
"I'm 13 too! I live in a bakery with other pon... people though."
"Weellllllll, Lets-a-go!" Yorkie and Pinkie bounced out of the ally along with Spike who was trotting along their side.
~
"Wow. This is a nice place you got here." Pinkie looked all around seeing weird but amazing things inside her house. "How did you make this house?"
"I just used my art skills, I made everything you see except for the instruments." After Yorkie said that a little Boston Terrier trotted out with a small wiener dog.
"Aww. Their so cuuuuuuuttttteeee!" Pinkie said squealing.
"That's Scruffy and Miku." Yorkie said pointing to the Boston then the wiener.
"Hi Scruffy and Miku!"
Yorkie sat down and started to play the piano. "So where are you from?"
"I'm from.......... Sacramento!" Pinkie looked in the book and then put it behind her back.
"Oh so you're from near by!"
"Huh?"
"This is Los Angeles honey. Home of the beautiful stars and amazing people... except for Justin Beiber, he just needs serious help."
"Ohhhhh! I love Los Angeles!"
"Yep, amazing place. I was born here with 4 sisters named hmm, I can't really recall it I think one of them started with a P, my memories are all a blur, that's why I don't have any pictures here."
This must be sad for her, pinkie thought. "Hey how about we get you out of those cosplay clothes and put you into some new ones!" said Yorkie.
"Okie dokey Lokie!"
