Lieutenant Emerald’s POV

Lieutenant Emerald’s Catch: 2

Ruby had left a red Stallion to sleep of the exertion from her adventure with him. I am sure he enjoyed it Royally, in more ways than one, here.

She had instructed me how to handle the dozing Pony, where he lay on the top of the chair, while the back still is pushed down for a more comfortable rest or sleep.

The first thing I did as I had changed into my Anthro form, now known as Lieutenant Emerald, in part for my green hooves and eyes. Although I am Chrysalis’ Lieutenant and serve her in her Anthro form as Ruby in the same fashion, is to move him from the red chair to the green one. The green chair is incidentally standing next to the red right now.

Since we don’t know how long he will be out, I take the opportunity to lie down on the rainbow sofa, just waiting for him to regain his strength. I enjoy a cup of tea, while waiting.

In my Anthro form I use my magic in an Earth style fashion, as opposed to how I do it in my regular form. I could as easily have used either fashion in magic applications, but it feels better to stay in character, as it were. Maybe this in part from how we were raised as little Changelings. If I am acting undercover, I need to stick to my character strictly at all times, or I risk blowing my cover and cause damage well beyond my own assignment. Something one commonly does exile for.

For a moment, I merely wait for the Stallion to come around and wake up. As much as he is bound to have enjoyed his treat, it did take quite a toll on him, for as long as he managed to stay up, which is why I am waiting for him.

“Raise and shine!” I interjected as I saw him open his eyes, finally.

“That certainly was good!” he exclaimed a moment later as he sat up, looking around until his eyes managed to focus on what the sounds had just come from and he soon saw me as I climb out of the sofa, where I had been lying around, while waiting for him.

“I know, Ruby sure know her work, when she set her mind to it!” I responded, placing my left hand on his shoulder and the right on his hip.

“I am just so fortunate I was allowed to live here, guess we all are. Since you have been here longer, I take it you would know. Hope I am not letting her down in any way!” he emphasised.

“Yes, you are. I have been her for several years. No, I know you will not. Besides, I will find you your home later today!” I pointed out, slipping my hand further and over the bro, thus extracting the desired item Ruby left there as she treated our new Stallion.

Like the stage Magician, I hid the red rubbery ball I had extracted out of sight, before he even noticed where I had placed the hand, or what I had been extracting.

“A home, for me? I know I will need a home, but you are going to find me one?” he inquired.

“Yes, you do need a home, which is exactly why I am to lead you there in just a moment. It isn’t all that much, but it should be better than what you are used to. Your new home should cover all your basic needs, though!” I promised him.

“Needs, like a home, a bed, food and friends? Once I have these met, would need a job, something meaning full, something I am good at doing!” he responded.

“Finding you a bed, that is clearly my department. I know one thing you certainly can and will do for us, but it isn’t my job to find your job for you. I know there are others to help you find the other things in turn!” I put forth.

“Since it is your job to find me a home, what are we waiting for? I think I am strong enough to walk now, even if the form is unaccustomed to me. Once I have my home, I can get accustomed to my new situation!” he suggested.

“If you rise to your hooves and we could see how well you have adapted? Then I will show you to your new home. I take it you can start your new journey from there!” I proposed.

“Okey, now you are speaking!” he responded, before slowly pushing himself out of the green chair.

“Since you stand up, how do you feel now? I know it is feeling strange right now, but you will get used to this soon enough. In about a year, the feelings will be completely reversed. If you come with me and we can see you to your new home!” I put forth.

“This does feel new and strange to me. You say I will get used to it? Would this be completely reversed within the time-span of as little as a year? I have problems believing it, but I can’t find it in me to doubt your words after all you have done for me!” I concluded as I take the first few steps, stumbling a few times, before I started to be more sure in my new form, getting used to how my limbs reacted on what I tried to make them do.

“You seems to have regained your strength and gathered yourself enough for me to lead you to your new home now. I know, I doubted it myself, before I learned it in the flesh. Let us get going, then!” I responded.

Once he got walking, I followed him to the door, walking him along the corridor to the exit, before I lead him to the path taking him to the section where he had been intended to live. I had not told him yet, but he is to be one of Chrysalis, also known as Ruby’s personal harem Stallions. He will be pleasing our beloved Queen with his personal services, once he got installed in his new home.

“This is my home?” he enquired as I stopped before the door with an image of his face on the door.

“Yes, this most certainly is your new home. Just place your hand on the handle and open the door. I will follow you in, today!” I instructed him.
