The Finale Party

Rocking back and forth on the heel of Pinkie's hooves she stares at the tape player, wondering, she doesn't want the kiddies to think they can make her do what they want.. but her curiosity got the better of her and she jumped up, closed the curtains acting sneakish like a spy but slower than she used to be. She then grabbed the tape player, held down the play button and listened intently.....

"uuhh, is this thing working?? Yep, ok! " She could hear Scootaloo fiddling with a recorder. "Hey Pinkie, We've decided to make this for you as we know it's your birthday in a week... It's US singing YOUR songs! Hopefully to remind you of all the parties and fun you had in your days !" "1, 2, a 1, 2, 3, 4 GO!" "When I was a little filly and the sun was going doooowwwwnnn, the darkness and the shadows they would always make me froowwwnn, I'd hide under my pillow from what I thought I'd saw but Granny Pie said that's not the way to deal with fears at all she said PINKIIEEE!" Sweetie Belle sand this part of the song and you could hear the enjoyment in her sweet delicate voice. Apple Bloom then joined in with "HIP HIP HORAAY! The grand galloping gala is the best place for me, for me ! for PINKIE!!!" Scootaloo laughed as she sang "It's just a...... hop, skip and a jump! hop, skip, jump, hop, skip, jump, hop, skip, jump! hehehehe" There was a slight pause and a rustling of paper... Then all three came in strong with "SHE'S AN EVIL ENTRANTRESS AND SHE DOES EVIL DANCES! IF YOU LOOK IN HER EYES! SHE WILL PUT YOU IN TRANCES! SO.... WATCH OUT!!!" There were a few giggles as they all did a deep voice for the final part but the show must go on as Apple Bloom announced. "Cupcakes, so sweet and tasty, Cupcakes, don't be so hasty, Cupcake, Cupcakes, cupcakes, CUPCAKES!!!!" "COME ON EVERY PONY SMILE SMILE SMILE! Fill My heart up with SUNSHINE SUNSHINE! " "I may have changed this one a little Pinkie... Hope you don't mind ! This is your singing telegram I hope it finds you well! You're invited to help host our party for a pony who's quite swell, Pinkie it's your birthday so come and celebrate, We'll make a cake delicious and the festivities be 1st rate! We have no other gift, You being there will be enough, This party is so you'll have fun with friends and feel all of our love, It won't go ahead without you so I hope that you say yes, So please oh please RSVP and come and be our guest!" Sweetie Belle then, being tired from singing said her finale goodbyes to the tape and it stopped.
