After a Prophecy has been fortold in the future, Sonic, Shadow and Silver must now join forces once again to keep their world along with another dimensional world protected from harms way. Will they protect all worlds, or fall into internal Darkness?

Sonic, Shadow and Silver have been brought to a new world after they discover a Prophecy that fortolds three heroes from another world to protect the Magic of Friendship and their worlds from internal Darkness. Along the way, they meet Twilight Sparkle, her comapnion Spike and her six equestiran human friends. They make new friends along the way and meet an old enemy from their world. Can Sonic, Shadow and Silver Protect their worlds, the Magic of Friendship,Twilight and her friends from their nemesis, or will everything fall into Internal Darkness forever?

This is a sequel after the events of Sonic 06 and MLP: Equestria girls.
