After I saw the last episode of Kamen Rider Gaim, I looked at the collection of lock seeds I had on my shelf. I guess you could say that I was a huge fan of the show, well yes, but back to the lock seeds. I look at the locks with all the apple locks on the shelf, Gold, Silver, Darkness, and...rainbow? I never seen a lock or even remember buying this. the lock had rainbow lines at a 45 degree angle to the right, the stem representing a lightning bolt, and the letters that say 'L.S.ZAP'. I try to flip open the side with the "zap" apple but it wouldn't open. This is when I would inspect for screws and to my surprise, no screws. "what is going on here" I ask myself. Something else caught my eye.
the sengoku driver glowing but the face plate didn't disappear nor change, but the straps were gone. How I knew this was because the belt fell off the bucket I strapped the belt on to for display purposes. Some force was telling me to put the belt on so I did and the strap appeared on my waist, naturally I was confused about how the strap got there and the orange lock seed popped out of the driver.
The 'ZAP' apple lock had the pull back gimmick like the orange lock. I pulled on the tab
ZAP APPLE
as I hear the lock shout, I look up to see a zipper opening in a circle but I didn't see the armor. all I saw was a flash then everything went black.
I wake up in a room that is full of crystals, still a bit hazy after whatever hit me. "Where am I?" I ask my myself. i peek outside the crack in my door only to see more crystals and a small dragon. 'what the hell, why is there a dragon outside this room' I say in my mind not to let the little reptile hear me.
"Spike, has there been any activity from the new creature yet?" as i hear another voice I bolted to the bed I woke up in. As the door opened I pretended like I just woke up. I see that the dragon was looking at me straight in the eye.
"The creature is awake Twilight." the little dragon, or Spike, said outside my door. I hear hoof steps coming closer and closer to the room. I find myself looking at a purple pony with a violet mane with a pink stripe, violet eyes, and a purple horn to match with her coat, and a pair of wings to match.
"excuse me sir, can you me who you are?" the purple pony asks me in a concerned way.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw her talking. 'I must be crazy by now, but to humor me I guess it couldn't hurt to say my name' I say in my mind. "my name is Jayden Grey" i say to the purple pony.
Now let me stop here to describe myself. I am a Caucasian male in my teens with dark hair, grey eyes that turn blue on any emotion, ski slope nose, and a skinny waist. Now back to the story.
"Hello Jayden, my name is Twilight Sparkle, and this here is Spike" she says as she points to the purple dragon with green spikes. I nod in understanding the situation. "also if you are wondering where your items are, their safe in my lab" the purple pony says.
"wait what?" I ask in confusion. I look at my waist and see that the belt was gone.
"Yeah *chuckles nervously*, but don't worry, i haven't messed with them yet, you've only been out for I believe 30 minutes." Twilight said in a way to not make me concerned.
"it's OK, as long as you don't open the locks Twilight." I say to her in a serious tone.
"Why not?" the purple mare asks me. I tell her about the locks and how they summon monsters as well as how they interact with the belt, this conversation was till the sun was just about to set. "oh my, look at the time, I better get dinner ready" Twilight says as she bolts to the kitchen.
I get out of the room to see that the hallway was like a maze of doors. "I'll take you to the dining room" the dragon says. I follow the dragon to the dining room. Spike and I make it to the dining room only to see more ponies.
There was a minute of the other five staring at me and vice versa with utter silence. "Well, I might as well say something, my name Jayden Grey" I say to the five.
I hear the pink pony gasp for a second "Oh my gosh I've never seen anything like you before, my name is Pinkie Pie, party thrower extraordinaire. Where are you from? Whats with the belt? Is it to help you cut something because of the knife? What is your favorite flavor of cake?" the hyper Pinkie Pie said.
Honestly the only question i got was what is my favorite flavor of cake so that is the only thing I could tell her. "Hi Pinkie pie, and to answer you question about the cake question, it would have to be lemon. I didn't get anything else" I say to the hyper pony. "oki doki" the pink pony said with a smile.
"Well since we are addressing ourselves, I'm Rarity, I own a boutique here" the white unicorn with a purple mane said.
"I'm applejack" the orange pony with a yellow mane and a stetson said in a southern accent.
"Rainbow dash and this here is Fluttershy" the rainbow maned cyan pony said pointing to the butter yellow Pegasus with a pink mane.
"Well I see that you are getting along with the others pretty well" I turn around to see Twilight at the door with her horn glowing. "Anyway, dinner is ready" she says as food levitates in the same pink aura as her horn. "Okay, I guess I could eat." I say as I sit down on a chair which had me sitting on my legs, not that I had a problem with it. As I look at the food I remembered that ponies are herbivore which would mean that there weren't any meat in these dishes. "Oh yeah, your herbivores." I say with a bit of disappointment. "uh, pardon?" Applejack said in confusion. "He means that we don't eat meat" Twilight said to Applejack. "Oh" Applejack said in comprehension. I only have a salad taking out the daisies and tomatoes.
"So what are you into Jayden" Twilight asks to get a conversation started.
"Animals, music, little bit of theater, pinch of fashion, dancing, and jogging." I answered.
"you like animals as well?" I look to my left and Fluttershy is looking at me. "Yeah, I like some animals for example, cats, dogs, hamsters, and hedgehogs." I reply. I see Fluttershy smile at the animals I mentioned. 'at least I am doing something to connect with these ponies' I say to myself.
"You said you like fashion right" I turn to rarity.
"Well, just a pinch I really like to wear red and black most of the time but sometimes I would wear different shades of blue, though they were just t-shirts and jeans." I say.
"well I might get you something a little more fashionable, come by my store tomorrow and we can discuss what you can wear for while you are here." Rarity said.
"oh, sorry, I don't have any money" I tell her.
"Oh, no worries your first set will be free." Rarity says.
"Wow, that's generous of you, the exact opposite of most boutique owners I have where i am from." I say.
"what do you mean darling?" Rarity asks.
"Well where I am from most boutiques would require a huge wallet to buy a piece of the fashion wear" I reply.
She gasps "Oh my, that's terrible."
"Well that is life where I'm from, either have big cash or live in the street." I say.
After an hour of dinner I was tired, luckily I remembered where the room I was woke up in was. I closed the door and plopped right on the bed and just fast asleep.
I wake up in a white room that had that loading screen for assassin’s creed. I walk around for almost an hour, That’s when I found a pony figure in the distance.
“Hey.” I shout, but no answer. I run closer to the figure to see that the pony was an ‘Alicorn’ as Twilight told me during dinner. She was a midnight blue mare with a translucent sparkling blue with a purple outline mane, same with the tail. Her flank had a crescent moon surrounded in black. “Excuse me, but can you please tell me who you are?” I ask the mare
“Oh you must be the ‘human’ I heard of. I am Luna, princess of the night.” The mare said.
“Okay then, Luna, can you please tell me where I am?” I ask.
Luna chuckles a bit. “I thought you would figure it out yourself, it is your dream after all.” she says. I couldn't believe that this was my dream. How was this possible for some pony to be in my dreams? Who else can go into my dreams? “I am the princess of the night, it is my duty to look into people’s dreams.”
well great, guess I have to steer clear of certain dreams with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow from The Avengers movie. What, don’t tell me that you don’t have those dreams with a celebrity sometimes. Anyway, back to the topic on hand. “so, you can look into every ponies’ dream?” I ask. “even other creatures?”
“In a sense, yes.” Luna said. “but that is not why I’m here though.”
“Why are you here?” I ask
“I have to warn you about what will happen in your future. Whatever you do don-” she said as I woke up
‘Why did I waste that much time? What was she trying to warn me about?’ these thoughts and more we're going on in my head as I walk through the halls and stumble to the lab. ‘how did I get here?’ I ask as I look around I see my belt out in the open with only a single lock with an orange on the front.
