I woke up and the first thing I noticed was that I was in a god damn forest. I looked over and saw my friend Kyle was with me. I ran over to him worryingly.

"Kyle, dude you alright?" I asked worried as hell.

"Yeah I'm ok. I'm just wondering were we are." He told me. I let a chuckle and said

"Me too, buddy. Me too."

"How much do you remember?" He asked me. I told him I remember that I was playing with my brother and sister then nothing.

"Its night we should find somewere to stay." I told him. He nodded in agreement. I noticed a town in the distance and started walking with Kyle in tow.

"Dude why the hell is the the town deserted?" He asked. I thought that he probably didn't see town hall.

"Dude it isn't everybody's at city hall." I told him while pointing at city hall.

"Oh." He said and laughed sheepishly. We walked up and went inside. We were shocked to see not just regular ponies, but unicorns and Pegasus also, and a mix bread on a balcony. Me and Kyle had a look on our faces like "what the Fuck." while the ponies ,atleast from what we could tell, were in fear from the one on the balcony. Now here's the part that surprised us.

The mix breed talked. Yes, talked. It said "THE NIGHT SHALL LAST FOREVER HAHAHAHA!!!!!" It then disappeared. We were so surprised that we didn't realize that we were caught.

"HEY!!!" A lavender unicorn yelled snapping us back tho reality.

"What?" I asked it. Judging by its voice it was a girl.

"Who and what are you?" It asked us. I was about to speak but I had forgotten Kyle's rule when we meet new people, or ponies in this case. Before I could start Kyle butt in and said

"Were not telling you nothing until you earn our trust. Got me?" I Just went with it cause he is the one who has trust problems.

"You might as well tell me because I can read your mind." It said. That was my breaking point and I just blurted out

"Try me I fucking dare you." I said, seriously pissed. It did try, only to earn a boot to her face. "Now we just wanted to get home. You had no right to threaten us or tell us what to do." I said.

"I'm just trying to protect Equestria." It said.

"Well next time ask. Don't boss us or threaten us and just tell us why ok?" I said while helping it up.

"Ok." It said.

"My name is Jacob but my friends call me Jake. This is Kyle and you have to earn his trust to get help from him or if you need to know something. As for what we are, our species is known as human." I told it. "And sorry about the kick. I kinda have a bad temper sometimes and it ussualy never ends well." I added.

"Well I'm Twilight Sparkle. A unicorn and personal protege of Princess Celestia. But I need to go we have a crises on our hoofs and we need to stop it." Twilight said.

"Maybe we could help. What was that anyway?" I asked.

"I'll explain it on the way." Twilight said. She lead us to a library while telling us of the royal pony sisters and the birth of Nightmare Moon and that she believed that the elements of harmony were the key to saving Princess Luna. When we arrived at the library, she went strait to looking for a book.

"Oh, where is it. I need to find out where to find the elements of harmony." Twilight said.

"Oh yeah, and what's so important about the elements of harmony, and how did you know about Nightmare Moon?" A cyan rainbow maned pegasus asked acussingly. She then turned to me and Kyle and got in my face. "And what the hay are you?" She asked acussingly to me. I grabbed her tale and pulled her out of my face.

"Shut the Fuck up, would ya? All Twilight is trying to do is save Equestria if I remember correctly. And what gives you the right to barge in her in the first place, huh?" I said, seriously pissed.

"Yeah Rainbow, ya don't need ta come rushin in like that." Said a regular pony coming in followed by 3 others. Ther was a regular one with a pink coat and mane, a pegasus with a yellow coat and pink mane, and a unicorn with a white coat and purple mane. "But Twilight does seem to know what is going on, don't ya sugarcube." The yellow one said.

"The elements of harmony are what Princess Celestia used to banish Nightmare Moon to the moon for a thousand years. Only seven are known, loyalty, honesty, kindness, genorousity, laughter, courage, and strength. The eaghth is a complete mystery. And I intend to find it so I can send her back." Twilight finished reading. I was Impressed and surprised, cause these things seem to be more powerful then I thought.

"So hang on. The Princess used 7, not 8, 7 of these things to banish this nightmare moon to the moon." I said and the only one who didn't look at me like I was crazy was Kyle.

"Yeah we know. Twilight just read it" said Rainbow.

"I mean there were only 7 and the total is 8. If she used them to send nightmare to the moon with one missing then that should mean that if we can get the last one, instead of sending nightmare moon back to the moon, we could use them to free Luna." I said. They all looked at me in realization and were catching on.

"Yep. So where are these things at anyway?" Kyle asked

"They're in the.....
