I lay in front of the grave of the beloved Element of Magic, Twilight Sparkle. Of all the things that could have threatened Equestria, it had to be the ruler of the Realm of the Risen, Grima. Not only had he slain the supreme defender of Equestria, he consumed the souls of all known threats to him. Meaning that I am either not a threat, or I am not known of...
More likely not known of and not a threat, at the same time. Even though I am the only Alicorn prince in Equestria, I am useless. A rain drop lands in my eye.
Great. Now it's raining. Now I can mope more. I always loved rain, so I'm not complaining. It's just... I can't see through the clouds, so I'm always afraid that Grima may come for me as a little snack. I got up, leaving a black rose on her grave. I never thought that the legendary Elements of Harmony could be defeated. I levitated a moon-shaped diamond with a sword over it out of my bag, replicating my Cutie Mark.
What could it mean? Am I an unknown Element of Harmony? What would I represent? Affection? (Yeah, right.) Courage? (When have I ever sone anything courageous?) Forget it. I'm not one. I have done NOTHING that would make me an Element of Harmony. I lay down in the protection of the train station's awning. I fall asleep...
I wake up to the nudge of a pony I didn't know.
"Come on," She said calmly. "Wake up. We have to go."
"Go?" I mumbled, confused. "Go where?"
"Just... *sighs* Come on!" The gray-maned pony jerked me to my hooves, and pulled me out into the rain.
"Hey! Let me go!" I protested, planting my hooves into the ground, making it no more difficult than it already was for her to drag me.
"*sighs* Why are you being so difficult!?" She growled. "Just PLEASE try to cooperate!"
"Cooperate in what!?"
"Defeating Grima, damnit!"
"..."
"What?"
"Did you just say... Defeating Grima?"
"Yeah. What about it?"
"... You're lying..." I didn't believe her. I couldn't believe her. Grima was, no IS invincible. Indestructible. Undefeatable...
"No, I'm NOT lying. Believe it or not, YOU are the Element of Purity." Purity? What is she talking about? What in Tartarus is the Element of Purity?
"Uhmmm... Quick question... What is the Element of Purity?"
"The Element of Purity is YOU. Your Cutie Mark represents the everlasting perfection and purity ofthe Moon's white light. This pure light is the holy power that is created by you, the Moon."
"What the hell are you talking about!?" I shouted, slightly scared of everything she was saying. "I am not pure! I am part Unicorn, Pegasi, Earth Pony, AND Dragon! I gave life and power to Nightmare Moon! I. AM. NOT. PURE! I am not the Element of Purity!

She facehoofs an sighs. "Look... I get it... You're not pure-blooded... You actions have not been good... But those actions were not of mavolent intention! Your heritage has nothing to do with it either! It's that your heart, mind, and soul are pure. If you come with me now, you WILL realize more and more, why you are the Element of Purity. If you don't come with me... Your destiny will never be fulfilled, and the fate of Equestria is doomed. Now, please choose. Will you come with me, or will you let Equestria fall?
"..." I simply could not believe how concerned she was about this... She can't be serious. It's impossible... Bit if it's impossible, then why do I have such a powerful urge to go with her? Perhaps... perhaps I SHOULD go with her... "Alright. I'll go with you."
"..."
"What?"
"..."
Without warning, the pony glomps me to the ground.
"Oof!" In an instant, she knocked all the air out of me , squeezing what last bit of oxygen I had left in me with a death-grip hug.
"Thank you! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"
"Y-you're... choking... me..."
"Oops... sorry..." She gotmup off of me and gave me a minute to get up.
"*gasping for breath* Who... who are you anyway?"
"Name's Lucy!"
"Lucy... just like my daughter..."
"Hm? Daughter?"
"Well, the daughter i wanted to have."
"O-oh... Ehehehe... Aaanywaaays... Let's ge moving!"
"She grabbed my hoof and started to drag me again. For a little Unicorn like her, she was tough with a capital T. Eventually, we ended up at the ruins of the Castle of the Two Sisters.
"Why are we here?" I queried.
"Exhaltation," she shouted. In a matter of seconds, the ruins began to waver and fluxuate, until a whole new castle appeared. We walked in, me being completely astonished. "Here we are!"
We walked into a room with four ponies, Earth, Unicorn, Pegasi, and Alicorn. They all waved at me.
"There he is! The Element of Purity! My name's Chrom. You?"
"Silver Moon..."
"Nice to meet you, Silver!" The blue-maned pony shook my hoof vigorously. Two blonde ponies a little girl and a big girl walk up to me. The little one holds outher hoof. "Nice to meet you, Silvy! I'm Lissa!"
The older pony holds out her hoof. "My name's Emmerynn. Nice to meet you, Mr. Silver Moon".
I look past them, and see a bulky Pegasi standing in the background. He looks at me and gives a simple grunt of acknowledgement.
The Alicorn, Emmyrynn, looked at him, and he merely turned away. The Unicorn, Lissa, frowned at him, and The Earth Pony, Chrom, calmly said to him, "C'mon, Fredrick, this is the Element of Purity!"
Fredrick sighs, and walks towards me. "Allow me to introducen myself. I am Fredrick, the Guardian Element."
Chrom: I am the Bravery Element.
Lissa: I am the Ressurection Element.
Emmerynn: I am the Exhaltion Element.
Lucy: Welcome, to the Elements of Tranquility, Silver Moon!
