Chapter 1 Big caves small ponies.
“I can’t believe it! We’re Cadence’s bridesmaids! We’re very lucky.” Twinkle said.
“I agree Twinkle.” Colgate replied. They followed Cadence up some stairs.
“Okay girls wait here while I write a few private invitations.” She trotted inside.
“Oh! We’re going to be part of the wedding!!” Lyra giggled excitedly. A crash and bang could be heard inside.
“Is everything okay Princess?” Colgate asked.
“Aha… don’t worry I just dropped a few books.” She narrowed her eyes at her and trotted down the stairs.
“You heard her. Come on. Lets follow.” Twinkle said running after the princess.  They headed to the bakery.
“Smells good! How bout you princess?” Lyra asked. “Please don’t call me princess.” She trotted inside the others following.
“Wait here.” She snapped.
“But princess?” The princess who glared at her cut off Lyra who was very  annoyed.
“Howdy princess!” Applejack said happily.
“Call me Princess Miamora Cadenza please.” She said back slamming the door with her hind hoof.
“Gee she could have closed the door a bit better without slamming it couldn’t she?” Twinkle snorted.
“Oh please she’s stressed out okay?” Colgate replied.
“You sure about that?” Lyra glared.
“Aha are you ok? Is it to important for my royal wedding?” Cadence looked down at the three.
“Oh very sorry your majesty.” They said synchronised.
“Thank you. At least someponies are smart around here.” She mumbled.
“Princess should we go check the dresses?” Colgate asked. She nodded uninterested.
“You think she’s even listening?” Lyra stared at her with wide eyes.
“I guess so.” They headed over to the dress-making suite.
“Hello your majesty! I have finished your dress and I’m sure you’ll love it!!” Rarity pointed to the dresses.
“Hmm I was hoping for a longer train line and more beading.” She fussed.
“Oh um of course yes!” a sound of sadness was in her tone. She looked over to the bridesmaid’s dresses
“Make them a different colour.”
“I love it.” Twinkle said.
“Me to.” Colgate agreed. Cadence looked over to them and ignored.
“Make them a different colour.”
“Oh um yes!” Rarity fussed.
“Maybe her name should be princess demandypants.” Colgate heard Twilight behind her. She turned and nodded.
“COLGATE!” Lyra called. They followed her to her room in the castle.
“Girls I would like to say something.” Cadence announced.
“See you after the wedding.” A cage trapped them.
“HEY LET US OUT!! Your not Cadence!” Lyra raged.
“Oh really? I’m the bride after all.” She cackled.
“HEY LET US OUT!!” Colgate screeched. It was to late. She trotted out of the room.
“No!!!” Twinkle cried.
“Oww… what happened? My head oww…” Colgate whined.
“Why am I on top of Twinkle?” Lyra asked.
“Who cares! Where are we?” They looked around.
“Blue cave? Hard floor? Seems like the crystal caves under Canterlot. Perfect place for hiding weak background ponies.” Lyra said.
“And how do you know everything?” Twinkle sneered.  Colgate looked over at the two that was quarrelling.
“Girls… we need to get moving. We want to be at that wedding quick.” They started trotting along.
“Do you think somepony is going to come after us?” Lyra asked.
“Maybe but don’t rely on them. They might not even notice!” Colgate reminded her of the time they fell in the a ditch at one of Berry’s parties and couldn’t get out until it was over which was at least a good 7 hours.
“Oh yeah… Well…” Lyra started but got cut off by Twinkle.
“NO DON’T RELY ON ANYONE!! Because you know why? WE’RE JUST BACKGROUND PONIES!! They don’t care! They don’t even remember our names! Oh who’s that is that Fluttershy? Applejack? Twilight Sparkle? Oh wait that’s that generic background pony!” She wailed.
“Yeah Twinkle  is right. We should rely on them but not to much. Lets head off to find the exit.” Lyra said. They nodded. “Hey Colgate what’s with the green ball of fire above your head?” Lyra pointed to a massive ball of fire.
“Um I actually don’t know. Hold on let me put out my horn.” With that she licked her hoof and put out her horn. But it still glowed. “Get it off! Lyra Twinkle help!!” She waved her hooves around. “LYRA TWINKLE YOUR HORNS!!!” She screamed.
They looked up and saw 2 more balls of fire above their heads. “Help! Cadence! Celestia? Luna! Anyone!! Help!!”
A sudden appearance of Cadence appeared. “Its no use girls. These caves do nothing except echo all you voices. So it was worth a shot but you go nowhere. Now I have some important business to attend to!” She cackled.
“What?! Let us go! We’ll find a way out!” Lyra put her hooves up ready to fight. Cadence only laughed.
“Your doing me a special job. Your not going to let anypony out of these measly little caves. Now tata I must go.” The image disappeared.
“Wait no! AHA IT HURTS COLGATE LYRA HELP!!!” Twinkle fell down punching the floor with her hooves. Lyra lunged at the fire ball but she just went through it. “QUICKLY!!” The fire ball started sinking through the small mares head. “THE PAIN AHH!!!” Twinkle suddenly collapsed shaking her eyes open turning green.
The others started feeling the pain to. “AHH AHH!!!!!!!!” Lyra screamed. “IT… IT HURTS!!” They collapsed. They woke up to find themselves looking at Twilight and a really bad-looking-fuzzy-scratched-and-bruised-bad-hair-day Cadence.
“Your not going anywhere…” They said synchronised.
“What are we going to do? We can’t escape!” Cadence said worriedly.
“Well.. I don’t know but we’ll find a way!” Twilight responded fending off a massive Lyra.
“Hey look!” Cadence levitated a bunch of flowers. The three mares instantly stopped and stared at the floating bouquet of flowers. Cadence threw it deep into a hole of the cave
“I WANT IT!!” They cried. Colgate blinked.
“What… What happened?” She looked up and remembered everything. “Oh no… no… no no no!” She shook the others wildly. “WE MISSED OUR ONLY CHANCE TO ESCAPE!!!” she cried. The others looked up.
“Darn. We’ll have to hoof it then.”
They started climbing the cave wall but instead of climbing they were sliding down. “No use!” Twinkle slammed herself against the hard stonewall. The cream pony sat down crying.
“Don’t worry Twinkle. We’ll find a way out together. We just need to try.” They started up a small hill of rocks. Growling was heard underneath them.
“What was that?”  Twinkle shook.
“It was your imagination probably.” Lyra looked down at the rocks.
“If you heard it I’m pretty sure it wasn’t.” Twinkle replied. The growling started again.
“I’m having a bad feeling about this…” Colgate looked down.
“Hey look bits! I’ll just go grab them.” Twinkle ran over to the 3 small coins.
“LEAVE MY BITSSSSS ALONE!!!” A massive green cobra with red eyes appeared out of rocks.
“Oh no.. Its Raklet. The cobra who killed millions in Equestria. Slayed by Nightmare moon when she wanted to take over. I guess we’ll be fighting him.” Lyra said.
“Where do you find out this information Lyra?” Colgate asked.
“I snoop around in Twilights library sometimes.” Lyra put her hooves up ready to fight. Colgate had her toothbrush/sword ready and Twinkle she just stood looking at the 50 feet tall monster.
“Twinkle run!” Colgate called out to her.
“I… I can’t…” She just stood there hypnotised by the massive snake. “Oh no you don’t!” Twinkle snapped out of her faking and shot the snake in the eye with a pink laser beam.
“YEAH TWINKLE!!” Lyra cheered pumping her hooves in the air.
“Come on Lyra lets help her out!” Colgate charged at the snake smacking him on the back with her toothbrush part of the sword.
“SSSTOP IT NOW!!!” the snake wacked both ponies off him like they were just toys.
“No!” Lyra kicked him in the jaw with her hind hooves. “Not today!!” She summoned a green glowing hand and picked up the snake. “Bon-Bon would be so proud…” She mumbled. With that the lime green pony threw the snake down deep into the cavern with a loud thud. “
Yay Lyra!!” Twinkle cheered.
“Aww thanks but I guess we’re gonna fight more bad guys like that dude.” She laughed.
“Lyra… what’s a dude.” Colgate asked. Lyra rolled her eyes and walked off.

Chap 2 The Memory Bank
“Hmm lets see what else is around here…” Colgate wondered.
“I really want to know what’s happening up in Equestria.” Lyra said staring sadly at the roof of the cave.
“Cheer up! We’ll find a way out… somehow…” Colgate replied hoping to find a faint smile on her face. No such luck.
“Roll up Roll up!! Come find some lost memories here!” Said a voice.
“Memories? Come on girls lets find out what it is.” Colgate started running to the mysterious noise.
“One day curiosity will kill the pony.” Lyra shook her head and followed after the light blue pony.
“Hello there young pretty mare. Welcome to the bank of BlackMare. How may I serve you? Colgate Minty Fresh?” The black stallion said.
“How do… you know my name?” Colgate asked. “What is BlackMare? What does this bank store? Bits?” She asked so many questions the black stallion put his hoof to her mouth.
“Call me Black Horn. I may be an earth pony not a unicorn but I was born with the name. Now this is a bank that stores all your memories. Of course I know you. Celestia made a bank for everyone! All of Equestria. I guess. To much work I got to retire to Stallwai. The sunny weather and coconuts make it sound relaxing! It’s a shame the princesses keep me down here until I’m 98. Which is just 2 months away! Ha.” Black Horn clapped his hooves happily.
“Well Black Horn I must say that is all very interesting gibberish but if your name is Black Horn don’t you have magic? Since you have horn in your name.” Black horn looked disgusted.
“Well. You have officially offended the earth ponies but it’ll be okay because I’m nice and generous and I forgive thee but saying Stallwai and Blackmare is gibberish you probably offended a whole country. Two whole countries actually.” Black Horn grinned.
“Is this some mythical place because it isn’t in the Equestria map.” Colgate replied.
Black horn just shook his head. “Look.” He rolled out a map. “Listen closely. Here is Equestria. Yes that small part over there.” He circled a small island on the paper coloured purple. “Now I come from Starcrowl.” He put his hoof over a yellow island not big nor small but just a bit bigger then Equestria. “Blackmare is over here the place I work for.” He circled over a grey island. “And here is Stallwai.” Pointing to a green island on the map. “There is millions of others like Miklanka and Filelpha but I’ll explain later. Now you here for business or what?” He lit a cigarette.
“That’s a cigar right? Extremely rare in Equestria only found in a certain amount of shops. No one buys them. mainly because they kill. They are in the museum right now!” Lyra’s voice came behind them.
“Oh hey Lyra and Twinkle.” Colgate waved for them to come to the counter.
“You got friends Blacky?” Said a voice behind a door from the door in the bank.
“Yup come on in CrystalShine.” A pink pegasus strolled in.
“Well its Colgate, Lyra and Twinkle.” She smiled warmly.
“How’d you know our names??” Twinkle asked. Colgate explained everything to them.
“I wonder what else Celestia isn’t letting Equestria know about outside worlds…” Lyra said.
“Yes. Down here at the mines we don’t get much.” Crystal said.
“So what do you do here?” Twinkle started touching a bottle. “Come in the dream room.” They followed the Pink and Black ponies to a butter yellow room.
“So… Hey! Look.” Lyra pointed to a bubble. It had a faint picture of Twilight becoming an Alicorn.
“Here is all the dreams we keep. Lyra Harmony Heartstrings here is you studying anthropology. Twinkle Blooming Shine here is you doing a fashion show.” He handed them small pink bubbles. “And Colgate. This is the day you became a dentist!” A bubble floated over to her.
“Well look at that its me helping Berry Punch.” She laughed.
“So you going to buy a memory or what? Doesn’t matter whose memory it is just buy something.” Black horn said.
“So I can buy Celestia’s memory?” Lyra said amazed.
“Yes indeed.” He replied smoking his cigar.
“Oh… Wow! Hmm let us look around.” Twinkle started looking at the princess’s memories. She found a green bubble floating.
“Well what is this?” She peered into the bubble. Two alicorn’s one blue and the other a mud brown colour. Celestia was shaking in a corner while Luna hid behind her. Twinkle put her ear closer to the bubble.
“You know why we threw you into this locked room? Because Equestria will never take over our lands.” The blue one said.
“Sister please… Arona? What about you Sirenia? Please don’t rebel against our share of land. Mother and father shared equally and said my share will take over and grow stronger with you to.” Celestia was crying very hard.
“Ugh! Wildberry and StarSpark  said that because you were young!” The mud brown one (Arona.) said.
“Yeah Tia! I can’t believe you and Eve believe them!” Shouted the blue one (Sirenia.) Twinkle thought for a second then listen again.
“Enough!” Celestia stood up. “I may be younger then you! But you have no right to say this to your sisters face! begone!!” She rose with her sister into the air. Using magic they banished the alicorns out of the iron room. The picture faded away.
“You found Celestia’s memory didn’t you?” Crystal said.
“Oh um. I didn’t mean to snoop I just….” Her voice trailed off.
“Listen I know your future and why you’re here. Take the memory you’ll definitely need it.” The pony put the memory in a jar and into a small pouch. “Give it to Celestia. Tell your friends. Be careful memories are like art. If you break it. It may never be found again.” She smiled. Twinkle just stared at the pouch.
“Your so…. Generous.” She hugged her. “We’ll never forget any of you.” She then stopped and thought. “Hey Crystal do you know a pony called Rarity?” Twinkle randomly asked.
“Yeah my cousin why’d you ask?” She responded confused.
“Oh nothing… thanks for the memory!”  Twinkle hurried to the others told them everything and showed them the memory.
“It looks like we’ve got two things to do now.” Lyra said. Crystal winked and trotted off into the store.
“Good luck my little ponies!” Dark horn said and followed Crystal.
“Come on girls that way.” Colgate pointed to a narrow passage. They didn’t know what awaited them.
