//-------------------------------------------------------// 'It's A Funny Game!' -by askshadowthepikachu- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Night One //-------------------------------------------------------// Night One "Pinkie! Didn't you tell me this was a cutesy game? Becuase it looks more like a horror game." "I wouldn't say that, Twilight. It's more of a.....strategy game! Yeah!" "Well if you say so......Just don't make me regret this." "Okie-Doki-Loki!" Twilight clicked on the 'New Game' option and saw a newspaper appear on screen. A picture of an odd looking bear wearing a bowtie was on the newspaper. "'Freddy Fazzbear's Pizza?' So we're working at a take away place?" "Yeah, pretty much!" An awkward silence formed between the two as Twilight's game moved onto the first screen of the game. "Wait--You're just going to drop me into this blind?! Pinkie, this is a horror ga--" "Stragety game, Twilight." "Whatever! But I need some information! It's not like I can use a searching device!" "But Twilight, there's more of a thrill without knowing anything!" "And is that how you started your game, huh?" Just as Pinkie was about to go onto her next sentence, she was cut off by Twilight. "Well.....Not really. Phone Guy will tell you stuff." "Phone Guy?" "Yeah, he tells you stuff until he......Yeah, he tells you stuff. Just go with it, and you will be at Night Five for sure!" 12:00 AM Night One The sound of a phone ringing interupted Pinkie and Twilight's argument, and Twilight swiftly turned down her volume. "Jeez, you didn't tell me it would be THIS loud! So....Where is the answering button?" Twilight violently tapped at her mouse button, only to hear a noise like Fluttershy's squee come out of the poster near her desk. Pinkie didn't reply as right after she said it, a clicking noise was heard and a voice ran across the screen. "Hello, hello? Uh, I wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night. Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay?" "So.....This is Phone Guy, I presume?" Twilight asked. "And why does he sound all shaky? Isn't this a place of joy? And what does he mean by 'overwhelming'?" Twilight's voice must have gone right over Pinkie's head, as she seemed to completly ignore her. "You should check the security cameras while he talks." "Why? Does the place get ransacked by burgulars? Is the pizza really THAT good?" "No, the animals try to get you." "What!?" "You'll know Twilight, just play it. Promise me." Twilight sighed and looked back at her computer screen. "Well, okay." Clicking the white button down the bottom, Twilight yelped as the first thing she saw were three robotic animals. "Uh, let's see, first there's an introductory greeting from the company that I'm supposed to read. Uh, it's kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, "Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life." "See? It doesn't sound that bad!" Twilight sighed as she rolled her eyes at how foolish Pinkie Pie sounded. "Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death have occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced." "Well.......Not anymore." Twilight whispered as her pupils grew smaller and smaller by every passing word. Twilight sat there for a while, switching her cameras on and off to save enegry whilst listening to Phone Guy. "I'll chat with you tomorrow. Uh, check those cameras, and remember to close the doors only if absolutely necessary. Gotta conserve power. Alright, good night." "Okay...So, Pinkie, from what I've gathered, these 'anamitronics' want to stuff me inside a costume, which will kill me, correct?" "Uh....Yeah, pretty much!" Pinkie cheered, as if the last sentence was on world happiness, and not blood-thirsty robots. "So...What's your game time?" "Well....It's 3AM according to the--" 'KKKTTZZZZ' Twilight nearly jumped out of her seat as the cameras went to static and she heard the noises of hoofsteps from the screen. When the screen flickered back into place, the blue bunny had disappeared. "Pinkie! The bunny! It left! What do I do?!" "Relax, Twi. Check a different camera." Twilight frantically flicked through all the cameras before seeing a shadowy figure in the 'Dining Room'. "You see it right, Twilight?" Pinkie said, a glance of seriousness in her voice. "Check between him and the stage. Chica will move too." "But...This night should be easier, right?" Twilight stuttered while looking at Bonnie, who was looking her dead in the eye. "Yep! In the second night, Bonnie will move before 1AM." "Oh, great." Twilight grumbled sarcastically as she switched back to the Stage Room only to see Chica missing. "TWO?!" Twilight looked down at her power and time. 5AM, and 30% power. She was all shaky and she missclicked on the 'West Hall.' Twilight instantly changed back to the office and closed the left door. "Pinkie.....I saw something coming this wa--" She was cut off by a loud banging on the other side of the door. Author's Note: Yeah, this feels a little weird putting a Author's Note right here. But some people were complaining about there not being a sentence for Twilight closing the door. Read it again. Slowly. 'Twilight instantly changed back to the office and closed the left door.' Okay, there we go. Twilight sat there in silence, before the banging stopped. She instantly checked the cameras to see two glowing eyes in the Pirate Cove section. "Was that the thing that attacked me?" "You encountered Foxy? He's so rare on the first night! You should feel lucky, Twilight!" 'Well, I don't feel lucky that he removed half my power....' Twilight thought as the screen went black. 'Is....This meant to happen?' Before she could ask Pinkie Pie, a dinging noise and children cheering innterupted her, as the screen switched from a 5AM to a 6AM. "D-Did I win?" She asked, watching as the screen went back to black. "Yep, but that was only the first night!" "Oh......" //-------------------------------------------------------// Night Two //-------------------------------------------------------// Night Two "Pinkie......" Twilight sighed, closing down the game right as the office screen came back. "I think I need a break. I'll be back in a bit.....You just.....I don't know, play the game I guess." At that instant, Twilight muted her microphone and swung out her chair, quickly dialing in one of her friend's numbers. "Umm, Hello. You've reached the home of Fluttershy, please leave a message......I-If that's okay with you." A loud beeping noise rang through Twilight's ear as she prepared to make the most awkward phonecall ever. "Uh, Hey Fluttershy. I need your help with something." Twilight sat there, staring back at her screen every now and then, as Pinkie called out each of the anamitronic's names as she played the game to herself. "You see, Pinkie told me to play this game with animals in it. and since you know a lot about animals..." Twilight cringed as the next regrettable words passed. "...I thought you might help me....Okay, try to come over later. Bye." Twilight let off as massive sigh as a huge weight lifted off her shoulders. "I can't believe I just asked Fluttershy to help me with a horror game. She'd probably drop dead in three seconds." Twilight sat at her desk, listening to Pinkie Pie's various noises as she played the game. "Foxy! Hiya pal! I'm really super sorry, but I can't let you in here. No hard feelings!" Twilight chuckled. It was almost as if Pinkie was long-lost friends with the vicious creatures. A gentle knock was heard at Twilight's door as her entire body tensed up. 'Maybe it's Foxy.' A voice in her head told her, but she knew very well that those things couldn't truly be real, right? Opening the door, Twilight saw a half excited half asleep pegasus at the door, still wearing her night cap. "Hello, Twilight. What exactly did you-" She paused to yawn. "-need me for? It's one in the morning." "Well....About that game I mentioned.....The different animals have different patterns, and I need have from you to....er....analyse them! Yeah!" Fluttershy's eyes instantly perked up. "So we're watching cute little critters to see how they act?" "Uh...You could say that...." Twilight shrugged, watching as Fluttershy raced over to the computer screen. 12: 00 Night 2 "So...Fluttershy. What exactly can you tell me about the fox animal?" "Oh, foxes? Well you see, they're naturally fast animals, so they can catch their prey," Twilight shuddered as soon as Fluttershy said the word 'prey.' The only thing she could imagine was a massive, hook-pawed fox with blood dripping from it's mouth chasing a small, purple bunny with a small horn poking out of it's head. "Now I remember why I don't play that many horror games." She shivered as she listened to the rest of Fluttershy's story, completely missing most of Phone Guy's info at the same time. "But, they're also very shy, so they hide from most ponies or other creatures higher in the food chain." 'Ponies are....higher in the food chain than a carnivorous bunny catcher? I think I'm missing something.....' Twilight sat there puzzled at what Fluttershy meant. There was a chance Fluttershy had eaten meat before, thanks to the fact that she had many meat-eating pets, but if she did, then she would probably be aware. 'Maybe I should ask Princess Celestia if there are meat eating ponies on my next letter....' "Know anything about bunnies?" Twilight asked Fluttershy as she closed her left door, only for Chika to get fed up and leave. "Oh, of course! Angel Bunny was my first pet after all. "Bunnies are one of the smartest animals in Eqeuestria and make good pets. Just be careful not to make them too mad...I've learnt from experience...." 'I guess she's talking about Angel throwing a fit...' Twilight sighed as Foxy tried making yet another run for the door, only to get stopped, reducing Twilight's power to 40%. And it was only 3AM. Fluttershy stopped talking for a bit, and Twilight was able to recollect the single lines she had heard from Phone Guy. "I-I won't talk quite as long this time since Freddy and his friends tend to become more active as the week progresses." "Freddy himself doesn't come off stage very often. I heard he becomes a lot more active in the dark though, so, hey, I guess that's one more reason not to run out of power, right?" " I guess he doesn't like being watched. I don't know." Twilight sighed. From all of that information, all of it only seemed to be getting worse and worse. More active as the week progresses. Active in the dark. Run out of power. None of it sounded like good news to her, and she was only on the second night. "Oh...Twilight?" Fluttershy's soothing voice interrupted Twilight's thoughts. "Is it okay if I go get some water?" "Sure, the freezer is over there." Twilight pointed towards her kitchen. Fluttershy nodded and walked away, leaving Twilight to herself. Twilight turned back to her computer and checked her status. 5AM and 20% power. Bonnie at the left door, and power draining fast. Chika was in the kitchen, and Foxy was nowhere to be seen. Freddy still hadn't moved. "When will you move, dammit?" Twilight cursed as she stared at Freddy from the security camera. It was almost like he was sitting there, and learning. This troubled Twilight. Before Twilight could say anything else about Freddy, her security camera instantly went down, and her doors opened. "What's happening?!" She moved her hooves away from her mouse and stared at the left door. A small jingle was heard and a face appeared in the darkness. "....Freddy?...You're the one who's more active at dark?" After staring at Twilight for a long time, his face finally disappeared and the room went pitch black. Twilight flinched and closed her eyes, preparing to get jumped. 'EEEEEEE!!' Twilight fell off her seat as soon as she heard that noise and ran away from her screen. "A-Am I dead?" Twilight slowly walked back to her screen to see the game on a black screen. Sighing, she turned back towards the kitchen to see what Fluttershy was doing. "Twilight! Oh--I'm so sorry I just slipped and--" Twilight's mouth hanged open as she saw what had happened to the pony. Fluttershy was sprawled across the floor, covered in pots and pans. It seemed that she had slipped and banged her head on the shelf, causing the pans to fall on her. "Fluttershy! Were you the one who made that noise?" Twilight asked, rushing to her side and pushing the cutlery off her back. "I-I'm sorry, did I scare you? I guess I was a little too loud..." Fluttershy said, hiding behind her mane. "Yes, yes, I'm fine. But what about you?" Twilight asked, helping Fluttershy off the floor. "Well...I think I hurt my wing, but I should be fine. I just hope I didn't wake somepony up." Fluttershy sighed whilst trying some wing exercises she learnt in Flight Camp. Back at Twilights' desk, a lone voice came from her computer. "Uh ok, I'll leave you to it. See you on the flip side."
