When a new Gabby Gums column is released on the Equestria National Paper, most ponies don't pay much attention… until the secrets she reveals become incredibly personal, dark, and dangerous.

Determined to stop her, Shining Armour and a group of detectives will join a mysterious pony, hiding behind a false name, Spectre, in order to catch her as things heat up down in Ponyville.
