Pinkie Pie walked down Sugar Cube corner happily, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon trailing behind her. Pinkie stopped, turned around, heard Diamond Tiara mumble something, and saw Diamond Tiara push Silver Spoon into her leg.
"Hiya girls!" Pinkie said excitedly.
"Diamon-" Silver Spoon started off, but Diamond Tiara kicked her.
"We, were wondering if you could throw us a party for, uh, well, will ya?"
Pinkie smiled.
"OOOOH, YAY!" Pinkie rocketed 10 feet into the air, slowly floating down like a feather. She soon sped off like lightning to the bakery.
Pinkie Pie quickly ran up to her room and grabbed as many streamers as she could. She dropped them off downstairs, tripping on them as she sillily ran down the staircase. Mrs. Cake watched as Pinkie Pie ran up and down the staircase, in confusion. She then thought to herself, Well, that's Pinkie Pie for ya. And she got back to selling cake. Pinkie sped down the stairs for the last time, out of breath. She put down the cardboard box she was carrying, and plopped onto the floor. Mr. Carrot Cake walked over to her, beginning to speak. But before he could say anything, Pinkie quickly stood up, just to kind of tell him that she was fine. Lately, The Cakes seemed to be pretty worried about Pinkie. They thought that she was working too hard, not giving herself a break. But Pinkie loved her job. And boy, was she good at it. About one hour later, Pinkie called Diamond Tiara's house. Pinkie waited impatiently for Filthy Rich to call Diamond Tiara over to the phone. Finally, Diamond Tiara picked up.
"Ugh, who is this!?"
"It's me, Pinkie Pie! You're party is totally ready and super-duper-absolutely-awesome! Rainbow Dash approved!"
"Wait- its already done? That was like-"
"One hour!"
"Yeeeahhh. But I have to like, call all of my friends!"
"I invited your whole class!"
"Okay, uh, thanks?"
"Welcome!!!"
Diamond Tiara thought for a moment.
"Wait!" She spoke into the phone, but Pinkie had already hung up.
She growled, slamming the phone down. She did NOT want Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, or Sweetie Belle at her party. Her father walked into the room with her allowance as she gasped and ran to him.
Back at Sugar Cube Corner, Pinkie and all of Cheerilee's class were all inside the bakery, drinking punch and stuffing their faces with cake. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon were wearing giant fluffy dresses, not able to really move without suffocating somepony. She two of them stood angrily in a corner, smiling whenever somepony walked by. The party guests clapped their hooves as Pinkie played a funny song with her one-mare-band. She also told the story about how she defeated the parasprites, even if she had already told them 1000 times. By the end of the party, even Diamond Tiara was laughing. Filthy Rich thanked Pinkie Pie and gave her 50 bits.
"50 Bits!? No, no, no, I can't take this!!"
"No, keep it. You did me a huge favor."
Filthy Rich then exited the bakery, leaving Pinkie with the 50 bits.
"Wow, 50 bits!!" she exclaimed.
Pinkie smiled at the money, and put it in a pink box in her room.
"For party decorations." she said, walking downstairs.
Though Pinkie was tired, she had to clean up her mess. She even accepted Ms. Cakes offer to help clean up. She was pooped.
"Oh. I think I hear the babies crying." said Ms. Cake, turning to the nursery.
"Oh that's fine! I'm fine cleaning up the rest!"
Ms. Cake nodded and began to walk to the nursery, sighing. Pinkie kept a huge smile on her face until she was sure Ms. Cake was gone. Then, she dropped the mop and plopped onto the floor. Pinkie Sighed.
"Maybe I am working too hard." she said to herself, awkwardly.
She rolled over, hitting her head on a metal bucket.
"Ouchee!"
She lightly kicked the bucket, got up, and headed to Carousel Boutique. When she got to the doors of Rarity's little shop, Rarity quickly came to the door.
"Oh hello, darling! Can I help you? Why don't you come in?"
Pinkie sighed loudly.
"Nyeeeeehhhhhhhhh. Do you wanna go to the spa?
"Oh Pinkie you know I'd love too, but I'm far too busy. Maybe next weekend?"
"Oh- That's okay! I'll just go do something with somepony else."
Rarity watched as Pinkie trotted off tiredly into Ponyville, then got back to work. Thought Pinkie was upset that Rarity couldn't spend time with her, she didn't take it personally. She new Rarity was busy, being famous and all. Pinkie slowly walked down the streets of Ponyville, looking at all the ponies that surrounded her. She saw the CMC trying to fix somepony's house shingles, and smiled at them. She saw Flitter and Cloudchaser giggling while eating hayburgers. She saw all these ponies having fun, with their friends.
"Where are my friends...?" Pinkie sighed, and stopped at Twilight's old library.
It was sad that everything burned down, and how so many memories took place there. Pinkie decided to head to Twilight's castle.

"Hiya Twilight, I- wait. Why are you all here?" Pinkie saw Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity coming up behind her.
"Whats going on?"
Twilight looked back at Applejack.
"Uh, maybe y'all should come 'n sit down."
"What's going on?" Pinkie once again asked, as she walked in.
Then Rarity began to speak.
"I came as fast as I good once I got the message..."
"What message?" asked Pinkie in confusion.
"Same, except I was probably faster." bragged Rainbow Dash.
"I don't think now is the time for that, Rainbow."
"Yeah, yeah. Now go ahead and tell Pinkie already, before I forget how to fly."
Rarity gave Rainbow Dash a you-better-stop-that-this-instant look.
"Okayy, I'm not sure how to say this..." Twilight started.
"Twi over here, is, well..." Applejack looked around the room, stalling.
"Twilight is leaving Ponyville." blurted out Rainbow Dash.
Pinkie gasped, the way she did when she first saw Twilight. Then, she fainted.

"W-whats going on?"
"Darling, you, well, fainted."
"Oh. Well! I had this really weird dream where I was walking down Sugar Cube and then Diamond Tiara shoved Silver Spoon into my leg and then Silver Spoon asked me to throw Diamond Tiara a party and then I did and then they all left and then Filthy Rich gave me 50 bits and then- WOW 50! Boy was I happy! Right- so I put the bits in my pink box in my room so I could buy more party decorations and then I had to clean up the mess and then Ms. Cake helped me but then, she heard the babies crying so I cleaned up the rest myself. Oh, by the way I hit my head on a stupid bucket- no offense, bucket!- and then I kicked the bucket and I was so tired that I wanted to go to the spa with Rarity but she was busy because she's so famous-"
Pinkie stopped. She realized something. Really, all of her friends were famous. Rarity was a famous fashion designer. Rainbow Dash was the fastest flyer in Equestria. Sweet Apple Acres was known worldwide for their apples. Fluttershy was a professional, um, pony who was good with animals or something like that. Twilight was well, a Princess! And the best at magic, like ever!
"Pinkie, darling, are you alright?"
"C'mon sugar cube, I think we should talk-"
"Wait!" Pinkie interrupted.
"Twilight is leaving??"
Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Fluttershy, and Twilight looked at each other. Applejack crossed her legs, looking at the floor. Rarity twirled her hair, looking around the room. Fluttershy hid her face with her hooves. Rainbow Dash sighed. Twilight had to come straight forward about what was going on.
"Pinkie..?"
"Yes!?"
"... I don't want you to faint."
