Jaburo November 30th UC 0079

We have been routed, that impatient fool Char may have found the base but he screwed the pooch when he pressed this attack. If I see his masked face I'm going to put a bullet in it. The assault at least by my team was a success we hit our objectives the were raining hell on the feddys. Then their new suits showed up, first one or two at a time then by dozens then hundreds. We were being overrun by cheap knockoffs of our oldest suits. The next three hours was my unit running slowly getting chewed up by their beam guns as our ammo ran low.

"Captain!!!" Shouted one of my Zaku pilots right before it went up in a ball of flames. I entered with thirty suits I'm down to seven and taking shelter in some old ruins in the god-damn jungle, in enemy territory hundreds of miles south of our nearest base.

"Back to back!" I ordered. My Gouf flight type stopping with a spin in the center of an ancient plaza in the ruins. "If this is our last stand let’s take them to hell with us!" I said as drew my sword.

The Dom Tropen to my right reloaded it's twin 90mm machine guns. "May the stars take our souls and those of our fallen comrades to see all of time." Said its pilot.

The last Zaku two, a cannon type, was to my left the rookie has made a good showing for their self. The zaku two had been loaded for bear 120mm machine gun, 280mm bazooka and the Cannon on its shoulder. "It has been an honor sir, the drinks are on me in the next world."

The two amphibious, suits to the left are Z'gok E type and Hygogg they had a hard time making the the run but they made it to the end. "We are with you boss." Said Z'gok's pilot.

The Hygogg' s pilot spoke next. "We have an all expense paid trip to hell for you feddys! Come get your tickets punched!"

The last 2 are a kämpher and a Efreet.

"Captain you could still fly out you know?" Said the Kämpher's pilot

"Save it, the Cap won't leave us. He is too damn loyal. It's been good knowing you all." Said the Efreet's pilot.

The feddys encircled us. "Thank you all for your service. And see you all in the stars." I said. Then the feddys attacked.

We laid into them with everything we had the the wreckage was starting to pile up around us. They were even tossing infantry and tanks at us. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't slightly enjoying my last moments. This was how a soldier is meant to die. I just hope when the Zeon win the war they put a monument right here.

What none of us noticed was the oil and blood pouring in to grooves in the ground forming some forgotten symbol. Then feddys just stopped attacking all of sudden. They started backing away from us. I thought that maybe they lost their nerve that we won some how. Then we noticed the light a ominous red glow from the ground. Before I could give any orders there was a bright flash and everything went black.

Equestria 6 weeks after Sunset Shimmer's return from the world from the mirror world.

Sunset smiled as she finished the summoning circle. "Ok class this is the circle for a basic ether summon. The ether is the world between worlds and has many strange things floating in it. These range from writhing masses of tentacles to random junk that fell out of its world. My first summon was a deck of playing cards. But the amount of magic used will effect how big or how many objects or creatures we pull through." She explained.

In front of her were Trixie and Twilight, Trixie had come to her friend for some new spells for her show. Sunset had be staying with Twilight, offer to teach her summoning and then Twilight said she never learned it ether. Now both watched with rapt attention. Twilight raised her hand.

Sunset rolled her eyes "Yes Princess Sparkle" she said causing Twilight to blush and Trixie to laugh.

"So why did you make it so big?"Asked Twilight.

"Good question and the answer is two fold. First is the bigger the seal the more power it needs to work and the higher power the bigger the summon. Second I want to flex my horn as well as see what the three of us could summon if we gave it our all. This will also give us a gauge of all our magic." Said Sunset.

"So you want us to randomly summon the biggest or most items we can?"Asked Trixie.

"Pretty much." Said Sunset with a shrug.

"Well I guess we could do it. I mean it's not like there is anything dangerous in the ether..... right?" Said Twilight looking a little worried.

"Nothing worse than rape tentacles and they dissolve after a hour, don't ask the next question on your minds. That is unless you want mental images that three gallons of sweet Apple Acres best hard cider can't get rid of." Said Sunset causing both mares to close their mouths.

The crusaders watching nearby started laughing. Trixie shot them a glare.

"Ok we have the seal, all we have to do is charge it, and it will do the rest. This is why summoning is dangerous. The ease it is to use without much training and the wrong seal can lead to a very bad day. This is why we're using the ether seal." Sunset explained.

"Ok I'm ready." Said Twilight.

"Trixie is ready as well." Said Trixie.

"Ok then, let's light this candle and see what we get." Said Sunset as her horn lit and a beam of energy hitting the circle. Trixie and Twilight joined in a few seconds latter. The seal glowed brightly then a red light shot into the sky then 7 massive suits of armor and strange objects fell from the sky shaking the ground along with a rain of blood. This obviously sent the CMC running away screaming.

"Not like anything dangerous huh?" Said Trixie as she shook blood off her hat.

"I'll admit this is a new one. Giant armors with weapons and a rain of blood is not in the book. These must be a case of world slip items. Though where they’re from I'm not sure." Said Sunset.

"So what now we dismiss them?"Asked Twilight.

"Can't they’re world slipped they lost anchor to their home plane then re-anchored here when we summoned them." Explained Sunset.

"So we are stuck with them?"Asked Twilight her ears folded back.

"Yes.... look at it this way you got a one of a kind set of statues for your castle." Said Sunset then there was a loud hiss as the chest on one opened and a figure tried to climb out only to fall back in....

"Trixie go get nurse Red Heart. Sunset help me find how the others open we have to make sure nopony is hurt in them." Said Twilight.
