Chapter 1 : Venom gray's story
My name Venom Gray. I'm just your regular pony. I was born and raised in ponyville , with decent parents and a proper upbringing. My father was in the military. He was of the special forces unit. He often encouraged me to join equestia's armed forces.
And so, here I am. I've been in the armed forces for about 7 months now. I haven't had any action yet, but I have a feeling I'm gonna get some soon. We've been training for the last five months. We've been through hell for these five months, jumping, running, climbing and various other strenuous activities and exercises. The worst part was being scolded by the drill pony. One small mistake, and he really let it rip. Anyways, those days are in the past.
Then the day came. Our commanding officer notified us that, in two days we would be facing the CPF, which was the communist pony federation. We were all eager to get into combat so everypony got all their gear and weapons ready for what was coming. The enemy that we would face had strength, numbers and alot of armour. We were a little less with the amount of troops but we bad good tactical advisors and great training, so we would at least be prepared to what the enemies were gonna come at is with. So, the day has finally arrived. We were woken up loudly and rowdy by the drill sergeant. We shot up, hooves clapping on the cold concrete floor. Ponies running around , getting their gear together. I also did so myself.
Once everybody was ready, we were to report to the the briefing room for our mission, objectives and strategies. Once we were done, we moved to the LZ and we were split up into multiple squads and regiments. I was part of bravo company, and we would be part of the ponies who would be going to fight on the front lines. I was excited that this was my first mission, but nervous that we would be the tip of the spear in our fight against the communists.
We were gonna be engaging with the armour units, to give support to Charlie company. Seemed easy enough but trust me,it wasn't. With us being with the armour, we would be targets for the enemy tanks and anti armour squads. I was scared, just like many of the other ponies around me. But we were soldiers, and we were classed as some the toughest around. This gave me comfort and I gained some confidence.
We were travelling in a convoy of about 10 vehicles. More specifically travelling inside an antrac which was a amphibious and land use vehicle. They were big and slow, and often armed to the teeth with grenade launchers and light machine guns. We felt safe inside but then suddenly, the whole vehicle shuddered. We road over a mine that was obviously placed by the communist ponies. We piled out. My hooves hit the muddy sand. We scurried to cover. We could hear ponies shouting all around. Mortar shells pounded the ground around us. I moved out in the open to get a shot. I saw an enemy pony. I shot at him, and he fell to the ground. We all pushed forward until we overwhelmed the enemy force. They retreated when they saw that we had out armour rolling in.
The big guns had arrived. We also had air support on standby from the Pegasus of the air force. We sat down. I hurt my foreleg when I tumbled out the antrac, but the medic took a look at it and got me patched up. We had pushed back the enemies for now and there wouldn't be a big advance for quiet a while.

chapter 3 : talbot thunder's story
My name is Talbot, but my friends call me "thunder". I probably got the name for my role in the armoured division. Well tanks, more specifically. I'm no rookie in the military. I've been here for 2 years. I've gotten quite used to the heat of combat. Well driving a hunk a metal with a 120mm cannon on is not easy but it sure is fun. Anyways we heard Tha some commi's were gonna come and try to engage us. We also heard that the enemy were bringing armour.
I spent most of my time fixing my tank. My hooves were full of grease afterwards. Getting a little work done doesn't harm anybody. We were going to be motorized tomorrow. Me and my fellow pony crew loaded up some rounds and other ammunition into the tank.
The next day we were up early, fuelling up our machines or war. The rest of the armed convoy moved up the road while we spread out into the fields beside the road. Suddenly one of the antracs leading the convoy, was hit by a mine. I loaded up a HE shell. I saw some ponies running across the field, and I gunned them down with my lmg. The communists looked like they were retreating and we all backed down. My hooves left the throttle as i leaned back into my seat, looking out of my sights. The combat died down and we moved back to base.

chapter 2 : ace dash's story
My name is Ace Dash. I'm a Pegasus. I graduated from flight school 6 months ago. I was one of the top flyers, exceeding my pass limit with flying colors. I'm currently in the equestrian air force. I am the leader of Lightning squad. We specialize in gun runs and other strike missions. We got word the other day that the communist pony federation would be making an advance and we were on standby just incase they did.
I wanted to make sure that I was ready, so I gathered up my squad and we prepared for the "catshot". We lined up on the run way. I fluttered my wings and got ready to launch. I was first in the air,and my sqaud fell in behind me. We practised some basic manoeuvres as well as combat training. We complete our practise and flew back down to the tarmac
. The next day our sergeant informed us that the communists, had began there attack. So we strapped up with P314 miniguns. Once again, we lined up on the tarmac. Once we were in the air, the sun was shining in our direction. This caused me to look down, and then I saw something. It looked like some enemy ponies laying mines on the ground. I informed my squad that I would fly down and strafe the enemy ponies. I swooped down and I lit up the ground beneath my hooves. I ascended back up to to rejoin my squad mates.
The communists were gathering there armor and heading towards the ground ponies. I saw a vehicle cross the path of the mines and they exploded, damaging the vehicle enough for ponies to start tumbling out. We were in enemy airspace so we returned to base and grounded our selves, after all there wasn't much we could do. We later got reports that the communists were retreating and that we might need to go back into the air if enemy air was spotted
