                   Prologue: Where Am I?

Prologue: Where Am I?
The sky blew past his hair as he fell from the sky like a meteor, but soon his eyes open and found himself getting closer to the ground. His mind needed a few to catch a hold of what is happening as it wasn't a dream. His eyes go wide as he starts to yell loudly as the clouds flew past him and he started to flail and fall through the morning sky. He tries to think about what was going on, why this was happening as only a few things came back. Him being fired, him getting drunk, and finally him finding a bridge to jump off of. Before he reached it though, a burning yet warm glow came over him as he soon found himself blinded and now falling. Back to modern time, the man keeps falling as before he knew it, he made contact with the ground.
The odd thing was, he felt no pain. Not a bruise, a broken bone, or even a scratch. All he had was dirt around him as he left a decent crater in the ground as he stands up, wobbling. At the time, he was surprised to be alive and would question why he didn't die, but that thought was cut short by a roar of a creature nearby. He looks over as he shudders and sees the creature come closer into the sun. It had the body and head of a lion, yet wings of a bat and tail of a scorpion as his mind races through the records of creatures from his world as his mind stops on one creature, Manticore. Instinctively, he ran away from the creature as he zigzags around the trees to avoid the creature giving chase. As he ran, he felt the claws barely graze his jacket as he runs from it, the trees all blending into one another as he runs, but not for long.
His shoes skid to a stop as he is near a cliff as he pants and looks down. It was a long fall to the ground as he turns around and sees the Manticore now slowly striding towards him, wanting to toy with it's prey as he gets ready to pounce. Before the creature could pounce, a large bang is heard as the creature is sent flying, but the bang shocked the man as he falls over the edge and screams. He screams more as he falls, but soon closes his eyes, not wanting to see the ground coming as he does feel the impact, but the feeling of flying. As he opens his eyes, he sees he is flying low to the ground as he pants and soon feels his feet land on the ground and a soft chuckle behind him. He falls to his hands and knees as the figure is before him.
The figure was females with light blue color body which was weird for him. She had a rainbow colored hair and a tail and wings as her pink eyes met his light brown eyes. He carefully stands as he is standing at her height as he is five foot six. He sees her in a tanktop and cutoff jeans as she grins "Your pretty fast pal, but uh... I never seen a creature like you before. You some kind of pony?" she asks. He just shakes his head as he soon falls on his back as he looks up at her worried look "Whoa buddy! Ah okay just... just wait here!" she says as she flies off before darkness takes him.
As his mind goes dark, he starts to see images, pictures of a war going on. Fire, bodies and a dark voice speaks that says "Free.... us...." as the images of more destruction clouded his mind. Before long, a face appeared more demon then man as it roared and he wakes up. His eyes shoot around to see the white tile ceiling of a hospital as he feels instruments in his body. As he tries to sit up, he feels a wing on his body softly push him back down "Please rest.... whatever happened is over now" the kind voice says. He looks over to see a purple figure, but his mind was so out of it he could only hear and not see clearly. As he listened, the figure spoke again "My name is Twilight Sparkle. I must say, you are quite a hard creature to fix up. Your anatomy is quite unique as well in some aspects and the exhaustion your body went through took a bit to fix up despite the anatomy" she says.
He reaches over as his hand falls onto a book as he breathes softly as the figure shakes her head "I'm sorry for my blabbing, it's just.... your such a unique creature it's just-"
"Human"
"Pardon?"
"You call me creature. I am called human" he says in a raspy voice as he looks at the ceiling. He hears the familiar sound of pen to paper as she stands "I have a question I would like to ask you before I leave you to rest.... what's your name human?" she asks.
He blinks his eyes as the name shifted through fog and came up "Daniel. Daniel Gladesfield...." was all he said as the figure leans forward and softly pats his chest with her hand.
"Rest up Mister Gladesfield.... we will have much to speak of. I hope you get better" she says as she leaves. His mind, more weary then his body, goes as he falls asleep on the bed, the machine beeping the only thing to lull him to sleep.
The next day came, as Daniel was up and moving. His recovery rate surprised the faculty workers as he was already fully recovered. He had already changed as he looked himself over in a mirror of his appearance. He was wearing a charcoal grey jacket that went to his calves and opened in the front to show his suit. It was black color from pants to vest along with a pair of black shoes. Under the vest was a white shirt with a folded over collar and beige necktie that held it closed. His face was adorned with a pair of glasses that had rounded lenses on it in a grey frame. His skin was a Caucasian color, yet slightly paler then normal, but complimented his black shaggy hair quiet nicely.
In appearance overall, he looked just like a man of business or a teacher of some sort as he straightened out his outfit as he hears the door open. He recognizes the color as the woman walked in and had a inch over him as she smiled. To say her outfit was casual was a bit in the ballpark as she had on a loose button up top and a regular black skirt. On her head was some kind of golden tiara that adorned her head as she looks at me with her purple eyes. Her hair was two tone purple with a strand of pink as he smiles. He never met such a woman and yet here she was as he says "Twilight Sparkle? I recognize you from the color, even if I didn't get a good look before" he says. The odd thing that got to his mind was that she had a tail, hell many of the staff members had them.
She nods "Good to see you up and moving mister Gladesfield" she says.
He raises a hand "Please, call me Daniel. Mister Gladesfield is my father" he says. She pulls out a clipboard with questions as he walks over "Why don't we walk and talk? You know, to help me move around and get my bearings?" he asks as he feels another question sneak up on him "Um.... where exactly are we?" he asks.
Twilight smiles a bit "Why your in Ponyville General, a hospital in Ponyville" she says.
He raises a eyebrow "Ponyville? Where or what exactly is Ponyville?" he asks.
She looks at him in confusion "It's a small town in Equestria" she says.
All that did was make his face look more confused "Okay..... this will need a lot of explaining..... and some headache medicine" he says as he rubs his head. He feels the song wing pat his back as he sees her motion to follow for a walk and talk as he requested. This was going to be a long talk.

              Chapter 1: The Nightmare Begins

Chapter 1: The Nightmare Begins
All he could see was darkness. That was how it always started in these endless dreams. Darkness, followed by fire, followed by screaming and people running. All it did was make him convulse as soon he saw the face again. The face of a demon, eyes orange and radiated demonic power. Throughout the nightmare, none of it made sense as each image screamed out 'Free us!' as if they were asking to be freed. Yet, as soon as that demonic face appeared and yelled 'Free us!' was when he woke up in a cold sweat.
It had been exactly one week since Daniel was somehow transported from his world to this one, a world called Equestria, where all the residents were mystical creatures from his world, but living. The little town he took residence in was called Ponyville, a town made up of only three races, all of which kinda surprised him, but that passed shortly. What did surprise him was the being with horn and wings, the proper term being alicorn as he was told from his gracious host, Twilight Sparkle. To say the first visit to town was weird, would be  vast understatement. As he walked through town with Twilight, all the ponies spoke in hushed whispers about the new creature. As if that was the weird part, for some reason a mint green unicorn wanted to quote unquote 'Lick his hands', which was quickly met with a hard thwack on her head by a blue and pink haired lady. As the tour she gave continued, Daniel had gotten a small meeting time with each mare who made up what the residents called The Mane 6.
The first meetings were.... unfortunate to say the least. A meeting with the mare called Applejack, who looked a little too much like Daisy Dukes from his world, ended up with him nearly getting a broken hand from her strength. As a sign of forgiveness, she did give him the best apple pie he ever had, yet Daniel was always one to forgive and forget accidents like this. Not even long after that, he had the wind knocked out of him by some crazy pink haired mare who jumped on him and knocked the air out of him. He could make out only every third word from her fast talking mouth as luckily Twilight stopped her from speaking to get off of him. As he got back up, he shakes her head and luckily was not in agony from the grip. Her name was Pinkie Pie and looked to be wearing a shirt that was a size too small and what she called shorts, he call a bikini from the design.
Luckily the next two weren't so bad as the door opened to some rainbow haired pegasi who claimed to be the fastest in Equestria. She had a ego and looked like a tomboy, yet she was fiercely loyal from what he could tell in her eyes. The part that really got him grinning was when Pinkie glomped Rainbow and started to nuzzle her as if they were friends who hadn't seen eachother in forever. Pushing him out the door was Twilight as she seemed to want to avoid such a fate as they walked outside of town to visit another friend, yet he just.... stopped. He sat down on the grass and just looked at the sky as one word left his mouth "Remarkable" as he looks at the clouds. Twilight had walked over and joined him as her head tilted in confusion, just for him to shake his head "I... can explain more during the Q&A as you called it" he explains. As they made their way to the small cottage, something unexplained happened. All the animals, from bunnies to bears, all ran away in fear from him, even Angel, as he stopped.
The sounds were all it took to bring out a pegasi who seemed quite worried for them as Daniel simply sat on a hill, watching the two exchange pleasantries. As he watched them, he felt something lull his eyes shut as if wanting him to sleep as he did so for a good minute as he felt someone shake him awake. His eyes opened to the alicorn and pegasi as he sits up. A brief meeting was all it was as the pegasi was quite shy, hiding behind Twilight as all she had was a long pink skirt and a green sweater. To try and make it less... fear feeling, Daniel rubbed the back of his neck and turned as he stuttered in his meeting, acting shy so she would not feel like the only one. It was a kind thing to do and felt right as Twilight just smirked and rolled her eyes, yet that seemed to help Flutters calm down a little. The final stop though was at a boutique where the pleasantries were all but pleasant. As he walked in, he met the fashion mare who wore a simple button up shirt and red frame glasses, who seemed to offer 'helpful' advice on his clothing as he retorts of her own clothing. All that did was span into a argument of style that spanned a good two hours before dissolving into a calm sit down for tea. Twilight was a bit confused as the mare who called herself Rarity said "Darling, we may disagree on fashion statements, yet that doesn't mean we can't be friends" she says.
All Daniel did was nod "Plus, she looked absolutely bored, so a bit of arguing to help take her mind off of things was felt needed" he says as he drinks his tea. After some more pleasant talking, the mare started to take measurements, as Daniel could swear she was lingering a bit too much near his crotch as he whistles and that seemed to snap her out of it. Out of curiosity, Twilight wanted to find what was interesting as he respectfully declined. It was bad enough for one woman and now two would be too much. As the tour came to a end, Twilight showed him to the large castle of hers and to his room, which was styled after all the others. A queen sized bed with purple sheets, a small bookshelf, a table and other such animosities of a room, even a private facility.
All that happened in the span of a week as today was time for questions and answers about him. As he got up, took a quick shower and looked at himself in the mirror, all he saw was the look of a man who had trouble sleeping. As he leaned down and splashed his face with water, his face came back up to see the demon in the mirror as it roared and recoiled as soon as it appeared, it was gone. He dries his face and got dressed in the clothes he had on the first time he came here as he exited the room. Just as he opened the door, he was met with the small kid like assistant of Sparkle, a dragon named Spike, who was about to knock. The dragon had quickly walked Daniel to a large meeting table where the others were, all six of them as he sits down. He was about to speak as Twilight stopped him.
She looks up as each member had a parchment as she explains "In order to better understand you. I have come up with a way to figure out more about you and of humans from these questions. Each member will ask you five questions and you are to answer truthfully. It's to understand you more" she explains. All Daniel did was chuckle as if  it was a joke, yet she had a serious look on her face as he leans over.
He looks at them "Tell me then. How do you know all humans are like me if I am speaking the truth?" he asks. That just made her smile. It was a smile as if she trusted someone fully as he just sighs and waves his hand "Alright... bring the questions" he says. The first few questions were simple like what is his name, what is his age, where did he come from as all he answered was "Daniel Gladesfield. Twenty-three. Barclay, Maryland on a planet called Earth" was all he gave. The questions kept coming of basic stuff. Profession, years working, birth date, till it got to more personal stuff.
Family, friends, all that as he leans back as his eyes found the floor interesting. Each question was answered with a simple answer. No. Daniel had no family to speak of because they kicked him out and wrote him out of all wills because he wanted to be a historian instead of a mortician. He had no friends because he was the quiet guy who passed through like a ghost. Put it simply, he was a loner with no connection. The next question hit him a bit hard as it was asked by Applejack "What were ya'll doin before being brought here?" she asks.
All Daniel did was look at them as he says "Looking for a bridge to throw myself off of" as he leans back. He was honest, he answered the questions truthfully, yet one question was all it took for him to stand "I think we are done here" he says. He ignores their voices as he walks out of the chamber and closes the door. As he walks down the halls, he felt something following him as he turns and finds nothing as he continued to walk, unaware of what is watching from another castle far in the distance.
Standing on a balcony, a mare whose body was graced with horn and wings on a body of navy blue fur. Her attire, a dress of regal design and a small black crown on her head as she looked at herself in the mirror, her mane and tail a starry sight for any to see. She should not be awake at this time, for she awoke at night, yet.... something troubled her. As she looked in the mirror one question came to her mind "Why... why could we not enter that one nightmare?" she asks herself. She had spoken of the night before where all the nightmares suddenly vanished in her hallway of her dreamwalk. One star though, black as night, was still in a nightmare yet try as she might she could not enter, as if something was keeping her out, but also getting stronger. It slightly intrigued her, but frightened her and the more frightened she was, the stronger she felt it grow. She would have to try again tonight to enter.... hopefully with better results.

               Chapter 2: Important Meeting

Chapter 2: Important Meeting
Another night to come, another dream to be made, but... something was off. No screaming. No voices. Just darkness. As Daniel made a motion to move, he did with his shoes making a loud echo with each footstep as before long he felt something warm. He looks down and finds that each step he took left a fiery footstep as he yells in terror at his feet on fire. He recoils and tries to put the fire out as he stops and looks at his feet that are not burning at all. He stands up as he smiles a bit at a wicked idea involving his fiery footsteps. He walks over and takes a step as he laughs a bit and starts to run around the place.
As he stops and admires his work as he smirks a bit. Using the fiery footsteps he made out a phrase as he grins at it. Walking around, he takes out small misprints as he thinks about this being a dream as he floats up a bit and laughs at his message. In large fiery footsteps, five words are read through the fire as it reads:
TWILIGHT HAS A LARGE FLANK!!!!!
That got him laughing hard as he enjoys the small amount of pleasure in this as he sees the flames scatter "Does thou think it a joke to make fun of one's flank?" a female voice says. He looks around and sees somepony appear as he is looks at them. They were a tall dark blue mare with horn and wings like Twilight, but.... taller. He looks at her as he sees her fly down "So... you are the dream we cannot enter before" she says as she seems.... displeased.
Daniel looks at her as he chuckles nervously "Okay.... yeah, why not just leave my dream crazy dream alicorn?" he asks.
Luna looks at him "Thee thinks we be a dream?"
"Well this is MY dream and your in MY head so yeah. Now get your wide flank out of my head." he says as he closes his eyes and this to think her away. As he opens them, he sees she is still there as he is confused "What the?" he says as he tries again. He opens his eyes and sees she is closer now "Okay.... so your not a figment of my dream"
"Nay. We are the mare of dreams and of the moon. We are-" she stops as the world starts to shake and a familiar pain seems to return to Daniel as he holds his head. The pain as the voices return, but they seem to be pushing her out. She can't believe the power that is coming as the sky starts to break and turn orange as the voices return. Soon smoke starts to rise as a loud roar comes out and forces the two to wake at the same time.
Daniel rubs his face as he sits in his bed "The hell?" he thinks as he stands up. He walks up and opens the curtains as he gets hit by sunlight before closing the curtains. He hated mornings, but then again he figures it be another Q&A with them, but before he could even throw on a shirt and pants, the door slams open to show Spike. He runs in as he stops and pants as Daniel gets dressed.
As soon as he finishes Spike says "Daniel... Princesses... Coming... More questions" he says as he passes out. Daniel simply puts the young one in his bed and walks out as he knows he is right about the question part, but what was this about princesses? And who was that weird pony that was in his head. He just shakes his head as he walks down the hall hearing the sound of talking as he opens the door "Terribly sorry about yesterday everyone. It was a touchy-" he stops as he looks up and is surprised to see two more alicorns there. One was taller then any other pony in that room, a good eight feet even with a gold and white attire with a golden crown on her head. SHe had white skin and a weird rainbow like main, but nothing like Dash's mane. As Daniel's head turns, his color leaves him as he sees Luna and gasps when she does "You!" they say in unison.
Daniel looks at her "Ever heard of privacy?! It is very rude to just enter anyone's-"
"Anypony's" Pinkie says interrupting him.
"Right, anypony's dream without warning" Daniel says. Luna just looks at him as she was about to say something till a white wing stopped her. As the two looked, they saw the white alicorn smile as she steps forward.
She speaks "A greeting to you being of another world. I am to assume you are this Daniel Gladesfield that my student talks about so much? I will say you are quite different" she says. Her voice sounded motherly, but the annoying glare of Luna didn't do much to help the situation.
Twilight smiles as she holds out some questions "Let's continue from last time she says" Daniel simply sighs as he takes his seat as of course another session. As he looks around, he can tell they all feel uncomfortable about what question to ask because of his.... reaction last time, but as he looks at the two new princesses, he can tell that the one called Luna is greatly unhappy about something.
Luna raises a hand to speak first as Twilight nods. She looks over "We simply must ask thee. Why was it that we could not even enter your dreams the last few days?" she asks. That caught a gasp from everypony and a concerned look from the white alicorn named Celestia and of course Twilight. Luna seems suspicious as Daniel leans back uncomfortably as he looks up.
He sighs a bit "I don't know. Guess because I am from a different world? Look I'm just a human historian not a oneirologist" he says.
Twilight raises a eyebrow "Oneirologist?"
"It means someone who studies dreams Twilight" Daniel says. He looks over "Maybe it just took a bit to get used to something different then a pony?" he asks. Luna just nods as she seems... skeptical still. As that bought him some time, more questions came of stuff like hobbies, education, and of course plans. When he hears of plans he shrugs "Honestly a main plan and a backup plan. The main plan is getting home to my world... granted it sucks compared to this place, it's my home still. If I can't get back, then I'll settle down here and teach the Equestrians, if that's the right term, history of my world and our knowledge of mythical beings" he says. So far that got some smirks and smiles.
Before any more questions are asked, Daniel gets knocked out of his seat by a blast of confetti as he slides and groans "Whoops. Sorry!" he hears as he knows it's Pinkie. He just waves his hand like it's no problem as she bounces over "I wanted us to do a party to say 'Welcome to being the first human in Ponyville' party and to say 'Welcome to Ponyville' AT THE SAME TIME!" she says as that was possibly the only thing he understood before her worlds start to go on a endless, breathless run on. He simply sits up as he is surprised in a few seconds she got a whole party set up as he chuckles and before he could react music started to blare from a music player as the party started.
As he stood up, he had inadvertently been flung around the room, dancing with each pony in some manner. It was mainly a blur though he could tell who was who simply by the dance. As he got spun and into Luna she simply danced slowly and gracefully like it was a ballroom waltz, but with her leading. Her eyes look into his "We will know the truth Mister Gladesfield"
"Please call me Daniel. Mister Gladesfield is my father" he says. She shakes her head as he sees in her eyes that determination as for some reason, he wants her to find out since he didn't know what was happening either in him. As he got spun to dance with Celestia, he tries to keep eye contact, but the height difference was a bit of a problem "Your sister is quite persistent in finding some kind of truth. In all honesty, I hope she finds it. I am saying this so the others may not worry, but I do not know what is going on either in my head" he says as all she does is nod.
After a few good hours it was time for bed as he helps clean up. After the clean up, he helps show everyone except Twilight out of the castle. As he does so, he feels something thwack his rear as he turns around and sees it was Luna's tail as he sees her walk away. He closes the door as he looks down at Spike "Did Luna just smack your rear with her tail?" he asks. Daniel just shrugs as it was night time as he gets to his room for a quick shower. He goes and gets some sleep as he sees nothing, getting a dreamless sleep, the best kind for him.
The bad part was, as he slept, another had a dreamfilled sleep. Nothing but screams, terror and destruction as this creature roared loudly, sending waves of fire to the town torching it down. This being watched onward as the Elements did nothing to the creature as it roared and turned them to ash. Before long the monster looked at the being. The monster was taller then anything the world had faced before, taller then Tirek himself and more menacing. As it looked at the being who is dreaming this, the monster roared with eyes of flame orange and armor black as the night as it turned to face the being. Before any action could be taken, the monster raised almighty claw and brought it down onto the dreaming being. Within the reflection of it's claw, the being saw her face, contorted in terror as she saw her face. As the claw came down, the woman screams in fear as in the real world a guard opens the door. He looks in, dressed in gold as he asks "Princess Celestia! Are you alright?" he asks worried. All the princess did was shake her head and motion him out. She knew the last time such a dream happened, it was when Tirek returned, yet now a new creature was coming. One they never faced before.

                Chapter 3: A Magic Meeting

Chapter 3: A Magic Meeting
As the next day came and Daniel was met with sunshine, he groaned as he knows today he have to help out the Mane 6, simply because he is their friend. As he got up, he did the one thing a lot of humans did and stubbed his toe into the corner of a dresser as his mind quickly reels to a curse "Oh buck!" he says. It's something he didn't normally say, but since this is a world of ponies, he felt his dictionary needed a tune up. As he got in a quick shower and clothing, he looked in the mirror, yet something didn't happen.
He didn't see that weird face like last time. Come to think of it, he didn't have any nightmare or dream either. Must of been the universe giving him a break from all the craziness. As he got himself clothed, he walked out of the room and down the hall, he found himself meeting Twilight who seems to be going over a list of sorts. As he looks around, it seems to be of them just taking inventory and reshelving the books again as he thinks back to how many times this has happened. It was becoming apparent it must of happened at least once a week or something from how often Twilight had done it. As she set down a list and picked up a new one, Daniel looked over at it as he sees they are missing a few things, problem from all the questioning the ponies put him through.
He clears his throat to make his presence known as she turns and smiles "Oh Daniel. I didn't know you were up" she says. She looks back at the checklist and library as she laughs nervously "Well... seems we're going to have to put the questions on hold for a while. Apparently we went through a lot of parchment and I may of gotten a tiny bit out of hand with it" she says with a small smile and flush of embarrassment.
Daniel just shakes his head "It's alright. Honestly if the situation was reversed I feel the same way as well. Still, perhaps I can go and get the supplies? Just as a way of saying thanks for letting me stay here and of course not trying to experiment on me" he says with a small smile. Twilight simply nods and hands him some bits, even though he had a few himself from odd jobs around the town like helping move a crate of quills into Quills and Sofas in town. Still, didn't hurt to have a few extra bits in hand, especially if it's getting enough quills and parchment for a eccentric mare like Twilight.
As he walked through town, he met many of the familiar or seen many of the familiar mares he had been introduced to over the week. All he did was say hello and wave, as he really just wanted to help out one pony today and nothing more. However, the universe decided to toss something in his path as before he knew it, a large group of residents came walking and all murmuring of a magician coming to town. In the time of interest and intrigue, Daniel followed the crowd as a reasonable sized group came and saw a travelling wagon with a sign on it. The sign read, in purple and blue 'The Great and Powerful Trixie' as if that was the whole selling point.
As he stood and watched, he saw a firework display and before a puff of smoke a mare appeared, a unicorn specifically. As she stood there, she was a good five foot six inches with definitely some kind of wizard ensemble from his point of view, complete with pointy hat and cloak. She was a blue mare with white hair, yet didn't look a day over twenty-three. She had purple eyes, yet her ensemble kinda... confused him. It was purple, but with mix of yellow and teal stars. As he watched, the mare says "The Great and Powerful Trixie will now start her show! First, a volunteer must come up!" she calls out.
As first, no pony raised a hand to volunteer as Daniel rolls his eye before a blue aura goes around him and levitates him "Thank you for volunteering for the Great and Powerful Trixie!" she calls out as he levitates him to the stage.
He gets out of it as he looks at her "I volunteered for nothing" he says, but it fell on deaf ears.
She looks at the crowd "And now, The Great and Powerful Trixie will make him disappear!"
"You just love hearing yourself talk don't you?"
"Witness as I make it vanish before everypony!"
"I'm a male you narcissistic street performer" was all Daniel said as some magic bolt hits him, leaving a cloud of blue smoke. The cloud dissipates as he is still on stage, but she is gone as he rolls his eyes and feels his pockets. He pats around as he looks at the crowd "Where is she? Where is that unicorn?" he asks as they all shrug, not knowing. Daniel sighs as he rubs his temples and walks back to the castle. As he got back, before Twilight even said a word he stops her "No I didn't get he quills and parchment, got forced on stage by some third person referencing unicorn who tried to make me vanish, yet robbed me of my bits" he says as he closes his door to his room.
He heads over to a desk as he takes out a piece of parchment and writes down Trixie's name as a small reminder for him to get payback on that unicorn at a later date. For now, he needed to be alone in order to let his anger quell itself before he loses it on some pony by accident. As his eyes closed, his mind went to something else as he tries to relax.
In his mind, he is sitting on a throne, made of black stone and radiated evil as two weird shades floated in with Trixie in chains. Here she sat, on her knees before him, begging for forgiveness and what did he do? He did a hand motion and before his eyes a pillar of fire shot out and burned her to nothing but a scorched corpse as he shoots awake as he groans. He always hated people who use him or others, yet that dream was... it was nothing like he normally dreamed of as 'comeuppance' for ponies like her. He just lays back down as he tries to relax. As his eyes are about to close, they open to a loud cawing sound as a bird flies into his room with a envelope in talons. As it lands on the footboard, it looks at Daniel as it drops the letter before going and landing on his shoulder.
Daniel picks up the envelope as he tears the seal and reads it
Dear Daniel Gladesfield,
It has come to my attention that your knowledge of the human world may come of use to us to help in certain situations. A matter I am keeping private from my little ponies is the talk of war on the horizon with the Griffin Kingdom and need your knowledge of treaties and of war tactics, the later as a back up plan only!. We wish for this to be resolved without conflict, but that is for another time. For now, I wish for your help in supervising the Grand Galloping Gala. I believe it is similar to a 'ball' from your world. You are to help the Mane 6 in this endeavor.

Daniel put the letter down as he looks at the crow "I figure your her eyes on me?" he asks. It just started to preen it's feathers as it sits on his shoulder. He sighs "Oh well... always wanted a crow" he says. He reaches up as it's head leans into his hand, letting him pet it. He points over to a hat rack as the sun was starting to set. As it did, the crow sits on the hat rack as he simply lays down for sleep.

Chapter 4: Awakening and A Surprise
The morning after came as fast as the night had left. As Daniel's eyes opened up to a new day, he was greeted to something light on his chest as he barely moved his head and looked down. On his chest, he found the crow from last night on his chest, yet also of the letter on the nightstand of what Celestia had asked of him as he sits up slowly. As he does so, the crow takes off and lands on his shoulder as if not going to leave as he stands and heads to the bathroom for a quick wash. As he started the bath, he found the soap nearly gone as the bird brought him another one as he looks at it "Are you like my assistant or something?" he asks it. As expected, all it did was caw as he rolls his eyes and takes the quick bath.
As he gets out, dried and dressed, he looks in the mirror to find himself looking back, but... weirder. Instead of his usual light brown eyes, they were a piercing orange and the reflection showed a bathroom, but like something out of a post-apocalyptic place instead of the clean and pristine place he was in. As he looked closer, it roars as he falls back and the reflection turns to normal as he rubs his head. He stands up as he pants "I need to see a doctor.... or a shrink" he mutters. As he goes outside the bathroom, he starts to feels a sharp pain in his head as if sharp blades were digging into his head as his vision starts to blur. As he holds his head, he starts to hear the voices, but now it was one voice.
It was ruff and sounded of pure evil as only two words echoed in his head "Free.... me" as Daniel grabs the edge of a table and breathes slowly as he rubs his temple. He normally would of told someone, yet in this world it's possibly just a side effect of so much time dealing with history, occult stuff, and of course mythological stuff with a added mix of weird other-worldly transportation and he was sure anyone would end up like him.
As he got back up to his feet and steadied himself, the crow got back onto his shoulder as he looks at it "Well if your stuck with me I might as well give you a name..... how about Aleister?" he asks. The crow simply caws as he smiles a bit "Aleister it is" Daniel says. He walks over as he quickly takes the letter and puts it in his inside coat pocket. He figure it be best to keep it close by incase of Twilight or Spike doing room checks at some point. As he exits to the hall, he can hear the echoes of talking coming from down the hall, from the large meeting room that Twilight has for her and her friends. As he enters the room, he felt the air leave his lungs as Pinkie jumped on him all happy like as she smiles at him
She giggles and snorts "Oh! Oh! Daniel! Guess what!" she asks as she happily bounces on him.
"Your trying to crush my ribs with bouncing on me?"
"No silly! We get to plan and decorate the GRAND GALLOPING GALA!!!" she yells out loud as she bounces around happily. Daniel slowly gets up as he groans and holds his chest a bit. Despite her not being a strong mare like Applejack, she still had her own kind of strength. As he steadies himself and sits at a guest chair at the table, he feels two mares staring and looks over to see RD and Fluttershy staring at his shoulder.
RD looks at him as she speaks first "What's with the crow Dan? Is it Zapapple season?" she asks.
"Shouldn't be RD. Zapapple season ain't for another four months" the farm pony says as she leans back.
"It just came to me with some junk mail and hasn't left me. It's like I have my own assistant" he says as he pets his crow. As he looks at Pinkie still hoping around, a door soon opens and the table is graced with Twilight's presence as she sits at the head of the table with a smile on her face. Spike followed a bit after with parchment of plans supposedly from the whole planning idea.
As Twilight sits down, she has Pinkie stop as she looks around "Alright girls, I planned for this exact event given our skills. Rarity and Pinkie Pie, you both can help decorate the party, banners, and so forth. Fluttershy, I believe the birds can help in music accompaniment along with making romantic moments for couples. Rainbow, Pinkie and Rarity can help in party planning, decorations, and set up. Applejack can handle food, I can supervise and help, yet we have a wild stallion" she says. She looks up looking at Daniel "You can help when somepony needs it since your knowledge of parties can help" she says with a smile.
All Daniel did was shrug as Twilight and the others get up and start to leave. He follows as the crow flies overhead with him bringing up the rear. As they left the castle, the mares started talking of plans for the gala as Daniel's mind wandered of his life so far. It had been about a week since he had arrived in this world as a falling meteor of sorts. He remembered falling from the sky, hitting the ground without a scratch, chased by a manticore, saved by ponies, living with a princess, and having weird nightmares and hearing voices. Yeah... a average day. As he was still daydreaming, he got pulled out from a soft elbow to the arm by Applejack as he looks over "I'm sorry what?"
"I said, do ya'll know how to make apple fritters?" Applejack asks.
Daniel shakes his head as he looks over at Applejack "All I know how to make is breakfast stuff. Never even heard of a apple fritter" he says honestly. Before the conversation could of continued, they had all reached the train station as Twilight paid for the tickets since Daniel's bits got stolen by a side-show pony calling herself Trixie. As they all shuffled onto the train, he looks at the color coated train as he shakes his head. In his world, trains had a bit more organization to color, yet he had to remember he was in another world so it wouldn't make sense to him. As he got on, he found his own seat to sit in, away from the mares who were busy talking about how to organize and set up the Gala. His eyes wander down to his crow as he rubs the bird's head as it rested on his lap. He was a bit glad to have a crow with him since he never saw a lot of them and to him made it a rare bird to really find, but more importantly of their symbolic meaning in some circles.
As the train kept rolling, Daniel got knocked out of his own little world by a turn the train took, making him slide into a wall and groan. He forgot he was on a train for a minute as he rubs his head and sits up to find the girls still talking. He just sighs and rolls his eyes as they were still a good hour from the station in Canterlot. He keeps his thoughts to himself as the train stops. He gets up and leaves with them as he looks around Canterlot as if it was some kind of ponified version of Beverly Hills with all the snobs and nobles. It didn't take long to find the castle, just find the golden armored guards and follow the purple leader. As the doors spread and showed the palace, everypony worked to make the gala as spectacular as ever before, but with a human's help of parties they added a bit of human flare to it.
At the end of the whole decorating and preparation stage, he collapses into a chair as he looks around "Marvelous..... simply marvelous" he says of the design as he smiles. He looks at the girls smiling as they all come towards him and hug him "Thanks for the help Daniel"
"Yeah, your a pretty awesome human!"
"Oh this gala will be the most superriffic, splendiferous, super spectalour gala ever!"
"T-Thank you for your um... help"
"Your pretty handy there partner"
"Simply marvelous darling"
Daniel just chuckles and blushes "Well... I may not be able to reach high places or easily move stuff by myself, but... well I try" he says. He smiles as he sees them simply beam with happiness. He looks around as the place was definitely worthy of the term of Gala. He stands up as he looks at his attire "So... when is the gala?" he asks.
Twilight simply smiles "Tomorrow! Oh I am so excited!" she says as she bounces around just like Pinkie normally does. All Daniel did was shake his head as he feels exhausted and leans back in the chair, feeling his eyes get heavy. He didn't do much in helping except offer some help of how a human arranges the decoration, which isn't all that different from when they did it, but it also felt like something was calling him to sleep. As he closes his eyes to snooze, the girls all let him rest thinking he is resting to get a lot of energy for his first Gala. In all honesty, he was just tired as in his head all he saw was darkness.
As he wandered around the darkness, he started to feel.... warm, like someone just lit a fire under his chair. As he stops, he sees the walls start to crack and crumble to show a town on fire, a human town at that. All around him were demons and creatures of another world, killing people or taking them away to some kind of red portal. As he walked around, he found one of the humans fighting back, a shirtless man who is cleaving through the armies with a large sword, but also of steel armor. It hit him that this was a place of a lot earlier era, middle ages perhaps, judging from the buildings and the creatures.
As he watched the man slice through demons, the man is soon overwhelmed by sheer numbers as the whole image dissipates before him. Daniel looks around to see another town, but this time it was of Canterlot, yet so..... different. The town itself was in burning ruins, blood splatters on the walls as not a single pony is seen. As he wanders around, he hears something crack as he looks down to find him stepping on the frame of a pair of purple shades. As he picks them up, he hears loud explosions and parts of the castle flying off as he runs to it, curious and worried about what the hell happened. As he enters, what he saw shocked him beyond all reason.
Around the castle, three ponies in gold and blue clothing, the Wonderbolts he believe they are called by Rainbow Dash, lay on the ground beaten and bruised. He looked over at another wall for the Mane 6 to be in worse shape, but Twilight had it the worst. Her wings were ripped off and horn broken in half as a bright light blinds him and brings him over to find Luna and Celestia bearing down every ounce of magical power on a sole being. A evil laugh is heard as he turns and sees a dark coated being, simply blocking the magic with a hand "You thought you would defeat me? How foolish of two princesses to think this" he says. His voice sounded demonic, but also dark as he forces his hand forward and knocks the power back and them to the ground.
The being walks forward as Daniel sees it's him, but... different. Orange eyes, black spikes with black and orange armor and a weird plated tail. His skin was pale, pale as ash as he radiated evil. He walks over as he grabs both of the Princesses by their necks and lifts them up. As he does so, he grins "I shall let you live, just so you both may watch as I destroy your kingdom and leave nothing, but my laughter" he says. As he does so, he lets out a loud monstrous roar that shatters the glass windows and soon consumes the room in flames, eradicating all but those three. As the flames race to the door, Daniel flinches making him get consumed in flames.
In the real world, Daniel is forced awake by the nightmare as he falls out of his chair and rubs his head as he looks around. He was the only one in the room as he stands and pushes the chair in. He catches his breath as he relaxs a bit, pushing another nightmare from his mind all before the girls return to get him home to the castle. At this point though, he has called the castle his home since he figures Celestia will send a note of any updates to the whole 'cross world traveling' situation.
The rest of the day went without any sort of problem, save the usual contest between RD and Applejack. This time of 'Who can capture the human the fastest'. Suffice to say, they had not taken into account of his reaction time and of course his running speed when being chased. He found a way to outrun and hide from them by hiding out in the library till they had to get some sleep for the gala tomorrow. After they had left, Daniel decided to do a bit of research into demons and monsters of Equestria to try and see what could cause such destruction in his dreams. So far in the books only creatures called Demons could do this, but whatever it was he saw felt something more horrible then a demon, like a super demon. He rubs his temples as he moves the book and lays his head down to catch up on his sleep.
As the day came yet again, all he heard were squeels and screams of happiness as that woke him up worse then any alarm clock as he got up. He looks around to find himself in the library as he walks over to the door and leaves, but to find quite the sight. Before him were six mares, all in beautiful dresses as they see him in the same clothes as yesterday. He shakes his head "Sorry, didn't mean to stare. Just... wow" he says as that brought a giggle from Rarity. As he went back to his room to get ready, he finds his crow waiting yet again and a suit that screams 'Rarity design'. It was a baby blue with gems all over it. With it were a pair of regular blue pants and white shoes. In all honesty, he was not a fan of blue, but put up with it to not seem ungrateful.
As he sighs and goes to put it on, his crow flies over and lands on the outfit. Daniel sighs "Move Aleister, I can't play games" he says. All it did was caw as it started to preen it's feathers. He rolls his eyes and tries to move the bird, yet it doesn't move. As he looks at it, the suit seems to start to change before his eyes. Instead of a gem studded, baby blue outfit, it was now a black silk made jacket over a crimson red shirt and black neck tie. The pants also turned to black and the shoes turned black as well. It looked like something he would normally wear as Aleister flies to a bedpost. Daniel smirks as he changes clothing and looks himself over in the mirror. If he didn't know better, he say he was someone else since the clothes were a bit too rich for someone on a teacher's salary.
As he walked out of the room, he got looks of interest from the Mane 6 as he looks over. Rarity though thought she should ask "What happened to the suit I left you?"
"This is the suit just... got changed" Daniel responds as he rubs Aleister's head. She seemed a bit down, but smiled nonetheless "It's still your design, just a bit more modernized for my world" Daniel explains as he walked over and hugged Rarity. She seemed confused "Call it thanks for making me a suit" he says. He then goes and hugs the others "For giving me a roof over my head, for being good friends, for... hell everything to make this a comfortable stay. I don't know if I can return to my world, but if I don't, I at least know I got friends who can help me through this when I need it" he says. That got everypony smiling except Pinkie who just giggle-snorts as she bounces into Daniel's arm for another hug.
After a few minutes, the group all got up and left for the train station as Daniel is repressing a chuckle at looking at the small 'penguin' next to him. Seems Rarity thought it be cute for Spike to be in a tux and honestly the dragon looks more like a penguin then a dragon. The ride seemed to of taken a lot less time then before, but then again they are going to a fancy party as they arrive to see many ponies filing into the castle for the gala. He was actually quite stricken with how many showed up for this and weren't nobles, though the disgusted looks he got from them was a bit uncalled for. As he walked through the front doors, there they stood at the top of the stairs, Princesses Luna and Celestia, in regal attire as they bow to the guests arriving.
As the group made it to the stairs and bows were exchanged, all the mares went their separate ways, even Spike, as Daniel was left all alone. As he simply did what he wanted to and wander around till he found the bar. He got a simple shot of Griffonian Vodka as it was like real vodka, but with a larger spicy kick to it. After paying for it, Daniel walked around till he ran into somepony. He ran into a white unicorn with combed blonde hair and a all white suit. He scoffs "How date you run into me you cur! I demand a apology and a kiss on my royal hand!" he says.
Now Daniel was a man of a modest upbringing and he knows of nobles from history. He looks over at him as he shakes his head "Kiss your own hand"
"Ugh! How dare you, you insolent commoner! Do you know who I am? I am Prince Blueblood of -"
"Sorry, Prince Blueballs?"
"Blueblood!"
"Blueballs?"
"Blueblood!"
"Alright Blueballs" Daniel says as he is really just trolling him at this point for being a snob.
Blueblood has a noticeable vein pop on his head "I demand respect you creature of filth! I am the nephew of the Princesses!"
Daniel looks at him "Okay two things. One.... Respect is earned, not demanded you prick" he says putting his drink down. He pokes Blueblood in the chest "Also I am not going to apologize to some damn unicorn who thinks he is 'holier-than-thou' and whom, I am sure, runs and whines to his aunts when something bad happens or doesn't go his way" he says. He picks his drink up "How about this. I'll apologize once you learn to grow a pair and quit being a bitch" he says as he walks around and past Blueblood, leaving him to fume.
As Daniel reaches the main entrance he hears somepony yell "Creature!" as he turns around. He sees Blueblood, angry as hell, as he blasts Daniel was a blast of white magic. As it connected, Daniel got blasted out the front doors as he fell down the stairs. As he fell, he could feel his joints hit the steps and a sharp pain go through him as he soon reached the last step. At that step, the back of his head hit it as his world went black. Ponies rushed out to check on him as Blueblood stands smugly up at the top of the steps, unaware of the eight mares and dragon glaring at him.
Within his head, Daniel is surrounded in blackness as he stands up and walks around. He calls out for anyone as all he hears is the echo as he sighs and sits down. As time passes and his boredom rises, soon the world shakes violently around him as slips of orange light start to appear soon five large bladed pillars come up as to him, a single pillar stood a good eight feet tall. As he feels himself get lifted, he looks over and sees a large monster rise from the ground as the room crumbled to leave a entire world of fire around them. Daniel gulps "W-What are you?" he asks. The creature was taller then any mountain with a body of black armor, a few orange bits and flesh of red. It's head was adorned with four horns and it's body with four arms, two of which had blades on them. Lower down, the creature sported a large tail and two arched legs.
As the creature looks down at him, it's voice echoed like a earthquake, sent a chill like a reaper coming, and radiated of pure evil "I am Al'Diabalos. Your new master" it says. As it brings him higher, Daniel can see that it held now eyes, but two pits of orange flame pools. The creature hisses a bit "Your soul is mine. Your body is mine. Your mind is mine" he says as he is about to eat Daniel.
Daniel panicks as he gasps "Wait! If you eat me then they will kill you!" he yells as the creature stops. Daniel looks at him "T-Think about it my lord. Your powerful, your strong, but you had just awoken and are not at full power." he says. The creature looks at him and seems to contemplate this. He spreads his other claw as a large pillar of fire pops out as it vanishes fast.
It looks at him "Very well. You have bought yourself time mortal, but be warned. Once my power returns, I will take over and you will vanish. To be sure you keep true to your word, I shall leave you with a gift along with other gifts. It will protect you, since you are my host and still useful. Be warned, should you tell anyone of my being before I take over.... I will consume you ahead of time. For now, rest and relax, for you need it mortal" he says as all Daniel did was nod.
His hand turns as he drops Daniel, who shoots up awake, but in his bed. He looks around as he sees large dents in the walls, broken glass, torn clothing and of course a torn green dress as he groans like he is hung over. As he moves, he finds that on his chest was a small crater scar from where Blueblood blasted him as he groans from stiffness. He goes to roll over as he hears a soft moan and looks over. Next to him was a black skinned woman with teal hair, a black horn that looks twisted and gnarl a bit. As she rolls over, her cute yawn shows to small fangs, but her eyes soon flutter open as they are a toxic green color to him. She smiles as she wraps her soft arms around him as she speaks. Her voice sounds like two speaking as one "Good morning... love" she says as Daniel's face goes pale.
She had just said love and he doesn't remember a thing as she curls up closer to him "Oh you were quite the animal and filled me with more love then any stallion" she says. She was a good eight feet tall, same as Celestia and chest size to match as he hears the door open. Luckily, the covers covered both of them as he looks over to see the Mane 6. They seem shocked as Daniel gulps.
He looks between them and this lady "This isn't what it looks like" he says. Soon her covers fall to show her voluptuous, naked form as he chuckles nervously "Now... it is exactly what it looks like" he says. They seem to sigh as he sees them look at him like he is someone else as he turns to the naked mare next to him "Um.... can anyone explain what happened last night?" he asks.
He looks over as Twilight nods "We can... after you get dressed" she says as he gets a shiver from the mare next to him nuzzling his neck. As they left, Daniel looks over "Um... who are you?" he asks being nice.
She looks up as she licks her lips "My name is Queen Chrysalis, but you may call me Chrysalis love" she says. Already, after a few words, Daniel felt like today was going to be one hell of a day of trying to remember what the hell happened last night.

          Chapter 5: Demon On The Prowl (Mature)

Chapter 5: Demon On The Prowl (Mature)
Vegas. That is the only word he can think of to describe this situation. One moment he is drinking, having a relatively good time, then gets attacked by somepony he pisses off, makes a deal with a demon, and awakens in a bed with some insect/pony hybrid who is a queen and calling him lover. Yeah, Vegas.
As Daniel gets out of bed, he groans as he feels something wrong with his back as he sits up and tries to stand. He stops "Fuck I hurt" he says as he goes and stands up now, but feeling... different. When he stands, he feels something surge through him, like getting hit with a taser, but without the convulsions or the paralysis. As he goes over to the mirror, he can see a tail swaying, bedroom eye Chrysalis looking at him. Whatever the hell happened last night must of been done right. As he turns around, he goes wide eye to see his back covered in scratches, his neck with small fang marks and some large black image on his back. It was a demonic like head with two large horns on his head and two tusk like horns near the mouth. Around the head were two large demonic wings as he facepalms. All he hears is giggling as he turns around to see Chrysalis smiling "Seems you found my love marks... then again, you did some yourself" she says. She stands as she shows her neck of love bites causing him to facepalm yet again.
As he moves around more, he feels something cold at his foot as he looks down. When he does, he sees what looks like a tail, but with a sharp blade at the end of it. The rest of it was what looked to be made out of black metal as it moves a bit when he turns. He feels the tail up the metal and to his tail bone as he sighs "At this point.... I am not surprised. Reason? Magic" he says to no one in particular.
He looks at his clothing as he shakes his head. He goes to his drawers as he pulls out his usual ensemble as he goes to take a quick shower. As he does so, he feels somepony follow him as he turns around and sees Chrysalis. Now he can see her in all her tallness as she towered over him, yet pulls him into a firm, yet not so tight hug "Oh? Share a shower to get it over with?" she asks. Normally, he would of denied that since he just met the woman, but seeing as how he really wants to find out what happened last night he simply nods. As they got in the shower, he sees a green flame as he turns around to see a smaller Chrysalis, his height now as he backs away. She seems a bit confused "I told you before I can change myself" she says. She reaches up after getting some shampoo and runs her hands through his hair as she scratches and massages his scalp.
To just make conversation Daniel looks up at Chrysalis "So... exactly what kind of pony are you Chrysalis?"
"I am not a pony or a Equestrian like the others. I am a Changeling" she says as Daniel turns around to look at her.
"A Changeling? Like a creature that feeds on love by replacing children or other loved ones?" he asks. She looks at him as her ears fold down as he simply smiles "It's mere folklore in my world, but I wonder how interesting it be to meet one. I'm surprised my first meeting is with the queen" he says. He gets his own shampoo and starts to help massage her head as well as she seems to coo at the feeling.
After the shower, he gets dressed and hands Chrysalis a large coat since he didn't have anything else for her, the two made their way to the large room as it had more then the simple Mane 6 in there. As he walks in, his tail drags along behind him as it moves up and wraps around his waist like a belt as the mares don't seem surprised, maybe they already seen it? As he looked around, he also found Celestia who seemed a bit.... displeased and cake flying around the room. Wait what? Daniel does a double take as he looks at the cake, just for a laugh to come out and one of the mirrors move "So this is the being I must thank for so much chaos last night? Such a good show human, very good show!" the voice says. As the mirror folds in on itself, a bright light comes out as the voice appears. Daniel looks him over and thinks of him as similar to a chimera, yet without the extra heads. This creature had a deer antler on the right, a blue goat horn on the left, one long fang, different-sized pupils, a snake tongue, a goat beard, and white bushy eyebrows. He has the right arm of a lion, the left claw of an eagle, the right leg of a lizard, and the left leg of a goat. In addition, he has a bat's right wing, a Pegasus' left wing, a horse's mane, and a dragon-like snake's tail with a white tail tuft. Basically he looked something a toddler thrown together.
As the creature keeps laughing, Daniel whistles to get his attention "I believe a introduction is in order?" he asks.
Discord laughs a bit "Oh but of course human. I am Discord, Spirit of Chaos and a draconequus" he says. Daniel sits down in his chair as Chrysalis takes a seat next to him. Discord smirks a bit "Well... this certainly adds to the long list of chaos you caused" he says as he magically makes a scroll appear as it extends to outside the castle doors of Twilight's castle. Daniel just leans back and runs a hand through his hair as he shakes his head.
Twilight now clears her throat as Discord makes the scroll smaller to simple parchment. as she looks over "Daniel. You say you don't remember anything that happened?"
"No, I don't remember a damn thing. The last thing I do remember is Princey blasting me down Canterlot's steps" he says. They all seem to grimace as if something bad happened as he leans back.
Discord now laughs "I got photos if you want to see them, but then again Princess Bookworm has a better idea" he says with a roll of his eyes to the glare Twilight shot.
The alicorn walks over to Daniel as her horn glows "I am going to show you memories of what happened" she says as a large orb appears over the table as Daniel's mind pieces it together. RD trying to find the rest of the Wonderbolts, Fluttershy speaking with the animals in the garden, Twilight and Celestia talking about something,  Pinkie being Pinkie, and finally Rarity speaking with some noble about clothing. Luna simply nods "Indeed. We do enjoy the more open air to these closed roof parties. Still you mister Daniel complex us" she says as he looks over. She has a calm expression "Thee has dreams and nightmares that we cannot enter. Thee shows no greeting of us as Princess, yet simply Luna. Diabalos turns and looks at her "What about you? What do you think of me?"

As he scans the room, his eyes stop towards a tall mare in the corner, away from others as it was Chrysalis.
Chrysalis smiles and hugs Daniel "The first time we met"
