The brilliant Twilight Sparkle has found yet another spell. Once she believes she understands it well enough she gathers her friends to show it to them. But it goes very wrong. Meanwhile in another dimension four brothers are forcefully brought to Equestria. When they get there one is in dire need of medical care. Will the brothers ever get home? but when the time comes will anyone, including themselves, want to?
