"Claw, where are we going?" a black coated Unicorn asked as she followed the Stallion in front of her. "As far away from them as possible." the red stallion that was 'Claw' said as he glanced behind him at the five ponies following. The black Unicorn that had spoken was 'Shadow'. The other four were 'Night' 'Storm' 'Blaze' and 'Silver'. Their coats were blue, grey, dark orange, and silver respectively. It was only about and hour later that the six found an old cave and hid in it. They did their best to make it more like a home as they talked about their trip and how they had managed to meet each other. Claw and Shadow had met while facing a foalhood friend of theirs who had decided to side with the evils of the world. They had run from said evils two days after that and met with the other four by accident (which resulted in a short battle out of fear). Night, Storm, Blaze, and Silver had made a group when they were young (before getting their marks) The group was called the Destiny Hunters (which was basically a predecessor to the Cutie Mark Crusaders.) After their short battle, as well as some explanation, the DH (Destiny Hunters) had teamed up with Claw and Shadow before all of them ran, fighting several different groups of evil ponies on their way before getting a long break that lead them to their current location. "I can see that your efforts weren't in vain." Claw said, referring to their group, as he looked at the four ponies and their Destiny Marks (Cutie Marks) for the first time. Night's was thousands of stars with dark purple energy connecting them. Storm's was a yellow circle with waves in it, indicating a magic aura, though it also had some electricity striking off it. Blaze's was black fire, a powerful Black Magic spell. Silver's consisted of the interlocking crescent moons with red magic dripping off each tip. Claw then glanced at his and Shadow's Destiny Marks. His was red spiked vines wrapping around a sphere of yellow magic. Shadows was a misty haze with a pony cowering in fear within the haze. "What do your Destiny Marks stand for?" Shadow asked. "Skill in magic." they all summarized. "Same for us." Shadow smiled. "Hmm, I've got an idea." Claw said. "Yes?" "We all want to end this evil that we've grown up with right?" Claw asked Everypony nodded "We're all destined to be strong magic users right?" Again, they all nodded. "Then how about we use our combined magic to create something to stop these evils?" They all cheered at the idea. The group silently approached one of the few outposts that had ponies fighting against the evils. As they came closer, several guards in worn battle armor stepped in their way. "State your business!" one of the guards yelled. "We are simply here to find a volunteer for our plans to stop the evils of this world." Claw said. "Why should I trust you?" "Weather you wish to trust us or not, we really only wish to help your cause. All six of us are powerful Unicorns and we need a pony willing to sacrifice themselves to aid us in the creation of something to defeat the evils." At that moment, a Unicorn stepped out of the boundaries of the outpost and walked up to the group. "I'll come with you." she said. "Thank you, we must head to the next outpost as we need eight different ponies to do this, not including us." Shadow said kindly. The next place they went to was a fortress that was in the clouds. The outpost had a large banner depicting a set of outspread Pegasus wings and a spear in the center. It was a Pegasus outpost. The six main Unicorns used their magic to replicate Pegasus Magic and allow all seven of them to stand on a cloud that they then levitated up to the fortress. Storm was the one to knock on the large doors that lead into the Pegasi's fortress. A blue Pegasus in metallic armor was the one to open the doors, she instantly took on a defensive stance as a stallion with a yellow coat walked up. "What brings you here Mage?" the stallion asked angrily, the different races weren't exactly friendly with each other. "We came seeking a Pegasus willing to sacrifice their life to end the evils of our world, none of us mean any harm." Storm said. "State your name." "My name is Storm, my parents wanted me to have a Pegasus name. We're planning to use our combined magic to create something to help us end these evils, but we're in need of a willing sacrifice from all the races." "How will their sacrifice earn you what you want!?" "We need something that's, umm, well there isn't any real word for it, but something the represents the opposite of evil. What better something then the combined magic of all races?" "Forget it." The stallion slammed the door, but two seconds later, the mare flew threw the wall, grabbing the cloud the Unicorns were on and flying away as fast as possible. "I'm willing to follow!" she yelled The seven Unicorns and one Pegasus were staring at a large structure of nature. The places was made of large rocks jutting from the ground with black, thick, vines acting as a defense. Night was the one to knock. "What is it!" an Earth-Pony stallion asked in anger. "My name is Night, we're here to ask if one of your ponies are willing to sacrifice their lives so that we can defeat the evils of our world. We already have volunteers from our own Unicorns and the Pegasi." Night said. Like with the others, a mare happen to over hear this and volunteered. The group then went to the Alicorns, Changelings, Dracorns (a race similar to Unicorns, but with slitted eyes, a nocturnal nature, a carnivorous diet, and a flame breath that acts as a spreading spell with the spell it's used for effecting everything it burns), Bat-Ponies, and Nightmares (A race similar to Earth-Ponies, but with dragon-like eyes, a darker shadow that moves on its own, an ability to enter the dream world, sharp teeth, and a completely different kind of innate magic.) Claw and his group sat in a circle around the eight pony races. Each race was facing a different direction and siting in-front of a symbol drawn in their blood that was the name of their race. "You're all aware that there is literally no possible way you're going to live through this correct?" Claw asked, hi horn igniting in a less stable red magic (Dark Magic) "We came here knowing we'd die." was the only response the eight gave. The other five Unicorns that were casting the spell lit up their horns in the same Dark Magic as they began weaving the complex spell, their auras slowly fading to their normal aura colors and stability. The volunteers let out small yelps as the powerful magic began swirling around and inside them. The runes on the ground glowed with a white magic that soon turned into a rainbow of bright colors and floated upward in the form of an eight pointed star. The bodies of the volunteers vanished, ;leaving behind white, semi-transparent, replicas that began to get sucked into the star. As the last wisps of the eight entered the star, a white light blinded the six that had cast the spell. The light condensed into a sphere that was semi-transparent, a figure could be seen within it. The figure looked like a Pegasus at first before a horn visibly formed and the figure grew considerably. When the figure stopped growing, it was easily six times the size of its creators (About one and a half times Celestia's size). The figure, and the sphere around it, floated to the ground with the figure placing its hoofs on the ground. The sphere faded to reveal a large light-crystal-blue Alicorn mare with a flowing white mane, golden eyes, and a white eight-pointed star Destiny Mark. The mare looked down with a strong kindness in her eyes as the six Unicorns bowed. "You may rise." she said kindly, this was followed by the group rising. "My name is Harmony, why have you created me?" the mare, revealed to be named Harmony, added. "We wish for you to end the evils of our world, as we've all suffered losses to them." Claw said. Author's Note This is the first part to this section of the Prologue. I will mention now that the blood of each pony race is a different color. The race and the color of its blood are bellow Alicorn: Rainbow Changeling: Inverted Rainbow Unicorn: Yellow Dracorn: Blue Pegasus: Gold Bat-Pony: Silver Earth-Pony: White Nightmare: Black that's really all I feel is necessary to explain in this chapter. Also don't forget to comment. Prologue: Their Origin Part 2Prologue: Their Origin Part 2 Harmony sighed as she looked down towards the six ponies that had created her. "I'm afraid I can't do that." she said. "What!" Claw yelled as his horn ignited in Dark Magic, "Why in the world can't you?" "Because, to aid you in your battle is to become like the ones I'm battling, I'm a pony of peace and tranquility, not of chaos and war." Harmony's voice had an odd motherly tone this time. Claw lost it then and fired a powerful beam of magic at Harmony, intending to reverse what he'd created. The beam, however, reflected off a rainbow colored shield that had been conjured by Harmony, her horn glowing the same color. Everypony stared in shock at the coloration of the shield, none of them had seen the colors of a rainbow short of the blood of Alicorns before, however, Alicorn blood faded from red to violet and every color in-between. The magic of the shield and Harmony's horn showed each of the seven colors of the rainbow without the blending effect, just the colors in order and one after another. Claw growled as he charged his horn for another attack, however, he stopped when he saw rainbow colored flames slowly spreading his way. The flames slowed, but they didn't stop and Claw was beginning to wonder just how kind Harmony really was. "I truly don't wish to bring anypony harm, if you accept my gift willingly then I'll help, in a way, with your own problems." Harmony said calmly. "What gift?" Shadow asked, the flames were also approaching her and the others. "True freedom, the flames around me are unique in that they will not burn you specifically, but rather the evil in your hearts, freeing you of its taint. Of course, this process will be painful should you not accept willingly, I wish it wouldn't be, but we don't always get what we ask for." Claw hissed a bit before asking why they'd have to except in the first place. "I can't help you if evil taints your heart even slightly. These fires will keep that from happening and will allow you to feel peace. So... do you accept?" five heads nodded, It was Claw that didn't nod. With that, the fire shot forward, engulfing the five and quickly burning the evil away. The five ponies shook their heads to clear the haze from the flames, leaving Claw as the only pony that didn't accept, though Harmony didn't force anything on him. Harmony closed her eyes as her horn ignited with the rainbow magic again, Claw was teleported out of the primary circle as she reached out with a small amount of Necromancy and grasped a bit of each ponies soul. "Shadow, Night, Storm, Blaze, Silver, prepare yourselves, this'll hurt a bit." with that, she pulled the bit of each ponies soul, severing the small piece from the rest of their soul and levitating five small spheres of whitish energy with their respect magic auras around each. The five cringed and cried out in pain the second Harmony had severed the soul fragments. "What'd you do?" Night asked, finding herself quite calm even though she was sure that she should have blown up in anger. Harmony said nothing as the fragments flew around her, a thin rainbow colored mist entering each before they stopped. The fragments turned into gems of five different colors Red, Pink, Orange, Purple, and Light-Blue. The gems began to radiate with magic as they were engulfed in a bright light. When the light died down, five almost identical ponies stood in place of the gems. All had golden coat; flowing manes that had designs of electricity, mist, fire, waving water, and an odd semi-transparent design with a wavering effect that distorted the area behind it when looking through it, respectively; glowing eyes of Red, Pink, Orange, Purple, and Light-Blue respectively; and Destiny Marks that were of the very gems they had been created from. All five were Unicorns. "Hello my children, would you care to state your names?" Harmony asked. "Loyalty." the one with a red mane, eyes, and gem cutie mark said. "Kindness." the pink one said. "Honesty." was the orange ones reply "Generosity." the one with purple said. "And Laughter." the Light-Blue one replied. "Umm... Harmony, could you explain?" Blaze asked. "Yes, of course. I've used some magic to take a fragment of each of your souls, these fragments were part of the primary part of your personalities. Those parts are the ones named by my children. I used these to create my children as you see." "Oh, are they going to help us?" Storm asked. "In their own way, yes. In this case, it wont be painful, but my children will bind their souls to the one of you that they came from, this'll allow you to access their power to defeat these evils of yours. Of course, I'm not allowing you easy access to them at any time, only when you're wearing the necklaces of each." "We understand." Shadow replied, she knew that, even with any evil in them having been burned away, they could still easily succumb to a hunger for power if they were always able to use the power they were about to be granted. Harmony's children began casting the binding spell then. Once the spell was cast, five golden necklaces appeared with a gem depicting the main part of the Destiny Marks of the pony that would wear each one (that or the most abundant part). Shadow got the one which depicted a red pony cowering in fear, this was the Element of Loyalty. Night's was the one depicting a Light-Blue star, the Element of Laughter. Storm got the one depicting a pink lighting bolt, the Element of Kindness. Blaze got the one depicting an orange fire, the Element of Honesty. Finely, Silver got the one depicting a purple set of three interlocking crescent moons, the Element of Generosity. The five weren't the only ones to change a bit (they had started glowing when the necklaces were on them) though. Harmony's children also changed, they changed gender, mane/tail style, and Destiny Marks. Harmony's children now looked almost like recolors of the ponies they had bound their souls to, just with Destiny Marks that were the gems embedded in the necklaces worn by their bearers. The five bearers bowed to Harmony and her children. "Thank you Harmony, we will not let you down." Night said. "You are welcome. If you ever need any help-" Harmony stopped their as her horn glowed and a large, beautiful, tree rose from the ground, "You know where to find us." with that, Harmony and her children turned around and walked up to the tree. The six pointed star design in the center of the tree opened up to reveal a large swirling white vortex that sucked Harmony and her children in before closing. It was ten minutes of walking later when Storm finely spoke up. "Hey, did any of you notice that Claw left?" he asked. "Yea, but that doesn't matter." Shadow said. "You know, we should come up with a name for these." Night motioned towards her necklace as she spoke. "Hmm, we should. How about-" Silver took a moment to come up with a name, "The Element's of Harmony?" he asked. After a pause, they all agreed. "Yea, the Elements of Harmony, those who bring harmony to their land and defeat what is evil. I like it." Blaze said happily as she jumped in the air. "Harmony?" Storm asked. "Well... yea. Like we said earlier, their isn't a word that I can think of to describe something opposite of evil, so I was thinking that Harmony's name could mean balance or something, since we all know that we can't have absolutely no evil in the world." "Okay." the rest said. Author's Note Hope you all like. So, we've got the first five Elements of Harmony and their bearers, Wonder what will cause the remaining two to be create When describing the Children of Harmony while they were giving their names, the colors mentioned were those of their manes, tails, eyes, and gem Cutie Marks. don't forget to comment on why you disliked/liked this story (That is... if you do either) Prologue: Friendship and Lightnine-thousand nine-hundred and ninety nine years before Nightmare Moon. Pink magic with a rainbow tint hit the pony whose soul was lost in hatred, sending the pony flying back. "Good shot Storm!" Shadow said excitedly as she watch the Pegasus Storm had just hit, crash into the ground and slowly rise. "It wasn't enough. Either we're getting weaker or our enemies are getting stronger." Storm said angrily. "I say they're getting stronger." Blaze said. The group nodded as Shadow sent a wave of red magic, with a rainbow tint, towards the corrupted Pegasus they were fighting. Night sent a light blue, rainbow tinted, beam the Pegasus' way as well. After recovering, the Pegasus, who went by Shade, shot forward, Black Magic leaking out of his eyes as he formed several swords all around him and prepared to slice the group apart. Shade was stopped mid-flight by a wall of solid Harmony Magic. The shield was still for a moment before expanding rapidly and once more sending Shade flying. Shade recovered and came at them again, this time stopping before he slammed into the shield again. "Stand down and I might let you live." he said angrily. "Never." the five element bearers replied as they began floating with the magic they all possessed. The group was at five points with Shadow at the top, Night and Storm were on either side of her and slightly bellow her, and Blaze and Silver were bellow the other three and positioned between the outer group and Shadow. All of their necklaces started glowing as the current symbol representing each of them appeared in-front of them, then rainbow colored tethers of fire connected each one in a pentagram formation. The magic built for less than a second before it was released in a powerful wave of energy that repaired any damaged building and nearly killed Shade, who screamed in pain as the fiery energy hit him. Shade hit the ground hard before struggling to stand. "Give up." Shadow said as she approached him. A violent shake of the head was her only response. Shadow sighed as her horn lit up in a evil purple glow. She spared only a small glance before releasing the Nightmare Magic and killing Shade. "Come on, let's get everypony healed and then let's go see if Harmony will help." Night said as her and Blaze walked up, Blaze was leaning against her and seemed to have a bit of a limp. The element bearers approached the tree that housed Harmony and her children. "So uh... do we just knock?" Shadow asked. Night didn't answer, but she did go ahead and knock on the side. After a moment, the five had to step back as the star in the center opened, revealing its swirling vortex. After another second, Harmony came out of the vortex and smiled down at the five. "What is it you needed little ones?" she asked. The bearers bowed for a moment before Shadow spoke up. "We need another element, our enemies are becoming stronger and harder to defeat, we want to avoid casualties as much as possible." she said. Harmony smiled "I knew you were going to ask, my children like to keep an eye on their bearers. Unfortunately, I don't have another bearer to use as a catalyst to another child." "Could you use our relationships?" Blaze asked. Harmony smiled and nodded before motioning for the five to follow her. They all soon entered the tree that hid the Castle of Harmony. Much like the tree it was hidden within, the castle was made of light crystal blue and white crystals with a few of the element's colors as well here and there. Harmony lead the group into a large chamber that had her children there as well. "Ready?" Loyalty asked as she smiled at Shadow. The group nodded. Harmony had her children stand at even intervals around the bearers, who all faced their respective elements, while Harmony hovered above them and centered on the area between the bearers that was completely empty. They were all instructed to clear their minds and nodded when they had done so. Harmony Magic began flowing out of the Goddess' horn and into her children; where it then flowed from their chests, connecting them to each-other and to their bearers; finely, the magic connected the bearers in the same way that the elements were connected. Harmony then instructed the bearers to turn inwards and face the center as the spell built up power. Everypony felt a calming energy begin to flow out of them. The energy collected in a magenta sphere in the center and began expanding until it was right in-front of the bearers. Slowly, the sphere dissipated, revealing an Alicorn with golden coat, magenta mane and tail that flowed in an invisible breeze and had a magic-like design, glowing magenta eyes, and a Destiny Mark of a six-pointed star. "Hello my child. What is your name?" Harmony asked as the magic connecting everypony dissipated and she landed in-front of the pony that had just been created. "Friendship." Friendship said with a friendly smile. "That's a nice name. I need you to go with the bearers of your sisters to find yourself a bearer." Friendship nodded and left with the bearers. "Friendship?" Night asked a few minutes later. "Yes?" Friendship asked. "What's your name mean? I know that your sisters are based around traits, most of which I wasn't even aware existed." "Oh, my name. Well friendship is a bound between two or more ponies, friends try to work things out with each-other and usually stick together. My sister's traits are examples of some of the things a good friendship has. True friends are loyal, kind, and honest with each other. They are generous to one another and they like to make each-other laugh. That's what true friendship is like, there are other aspects to it, but they don't matter right now." "Okay, why are you and Alicorn when your sisters are Unicorns?" "That's simple. mother, my sisters, and myself are all Harmony Spirits, we aren't any of the pony races. My sisters would have defaulted to Alicorns had their souls not already been partially bound to you and your friends (yes you can call them friends). Once I've found a bearer who's heart holds friendship within it, then my physical form will alter to better match them and my Destiny Mark will change to be similar to their's." "Why do you and your sisters change?" "Our power is specific to our forms, so we have to alter our bodies to tune the power to our bearers." "You know a lot for a pony only an hour old." "Mother gave me what knowledge was necessary when I was created." It took about two months before Friendship found a bearer. nine-thousand seven-hundred and ninety nine years before Nightmare Moon. The six mares that were the current element bearers, Swift Hurricane (Loyalty), Black Sword (Kindness), Red River (Laughter), Cool Breeze (Honesty), Silver Mist (Generosity), and Star Nexus (Friendship) hurried through the caves, trying to shake their pursuers and get to their destination. Star Nexus glanced at the pulsing black shard in her saddle bag. The shard was very important, for it was a shard of the Element of Darkness' soul. The Element of Darkness was a shadowy entity that had been created from all the evil in the world about two years prier to the present and was too strong for the element bearers to defeat alone. "Silver Mist, prepare to form some spikes around the entrance to the primary cave the second we enter!" Star yelled over the sound of the corrupted ponies chasing them. In response, Silver Mist's horn ignited in a silver glow. "You can count on me Star." The group took several more turns before coming to the chamber they had been looking for, at which point, Silver created several spikes around the entrance, blocking it. The group stopped to catch their breaths. After a long moment, they looked up to the large tree in the chamber. "This is it, this is really it. The legendary Tree of Harmony, the castle of the very beings that embody our elements and their mother, the Goddess of Harmony." Swift said as she hovered while staring at the large tree. The eight-pointed star suddenly opened, revealing a large white vortex, from which came the Goddess herself, Harmony. Harmony smiled kindly before speaking. "May I ask of you what brings you six to my castle?" "Yes of course your highness." the group said as they bowed. "We wish for you to use your power to create an element that can face the Element of Darkness." Black Sword said as she motioned towards the shard still in Star's saddle bag. "What do we have here?" Harmony asked as her horn lit up and she levitated the shard to her, easily sensing the evil within it, "Why did you bring this?" "Sorry your highness. We were hoping you could use a bit of our souls, your soul, your children's souls, and this shard of the Element of Darkness' soul to create the element we were requesting." Red River said. Instead of replying, Harmony smiled and teleported the six into a large room with an eight-pointed star design on the ground and her children siting around. Harmony motioned for her children to take up positions around her while the bearers were positioned directly around her. Harmony reached out with her magic, which had changed to an odd white color and seamed to whisper, and grasped small bits of the bearers souls. Afterwards, she did the same to her children and herself before grasping the soul shard. The different should shards created from the spell she was using combined above them and blinded them with a bright flash. A Pegasus mare with gold coat, flowing rainbow colored mane and tail, glowing rainbow eyes, and a three-pointed star Destiny Mark appeared from the blinding light and smiled while hovering above the ponies and spirits. "Hey mother, sisters, and bearers. I'm Light, you can call me Spectrum Light. Anyway, don't we have a battle to get to and no mother, I'm not going to find a bearer." Light said kindly, though there was a notable dark undertone at the mention of combat. Everypony just stared in shock and confusion. Author's Note Sorry for not getting to the battle ad rushing everything in this chapter. hope you like it. remember, comment on why you liked/disliked the story. WARNING: any and all comments on this story that don't actually pertain to the story will be deleted. Prologue: First FightLight chuckled as she descended and landed in-front of her mother. "What's wrong mother, surprised to see me?" she asked once she had landed "I'm more surprised to see the race you took on." Harmony said. "Oh, well I would love to talk, but we really should get going to face the darkness." there was an odd tone to Light's voice when she spoke about the Element of Darkness. The bearers nodded and left with Light to face the current evil of the land. Hidden in a small castle deep within a forest of dead trees and evil magic, was a Pegasus mare. Her once orange coat was as black as night, her mane and tail were now bright yellow and seemed to be made of electricity, her eyes were glowing red, and her teeth had become sharp and pointed. Dark Mist was in the center of a large black shield, a black necklace around her neck with two blood-red interlocking crescents embedded in it. The door to her base suddenly exploded as a pony walked in, her flowing mane and tail seeming extremely erratic. "And you are?" Dark Mist asked, believing she was too strong for this pony. "I am the light." the pony said. "That doesn't answer my question, oh well." Dark Mist waved her hoof dismissively and a shadowy energy exploded from her to attack the pony, the impact filled the room with smoke. Dark Mist didn't even cough at the smoke as it slowly dispelled... only to reveal the pony she had attacked to be in a shield that matched her mane and tail in color and instability. Dark Mist didn't waste time as she shot in the air and expanded her shield. this mortal can't possibly break my shields she thought as the pony seemed to prepare herself to attack. The gold-coated pony shot forward as Dark Mist caught a glimpse of the element bearers behind her. The pony hit Dark Mist's shield, and it shattered, sending both ponies spiraling. Light stood over Dark Mist with a smile that radiated almost every emotion there was. Her mane and tail had somehow calmed down by the time her and her polar-opposite had landed. The gold mare jumped off Mist as she walked over to a table and sat with an evil smile. "Now then, I believe introductions are in order. My name is Light, I'm the newest daughter of Harmony and the true Element of Light." Light said. Mist growled as she stood up. "How could you shatter my shield?" she asked angrily. "The same way you cancelled out my power when I impacted you. You are darkness and I am light. When we're touching each other, we're limited to our default magics. I can't access my Light and White magic and you can't access your Dark and Black Magic. Now come on." Light teleported her and Mist out into an open field, the element bearers were sitting on the side, also having been teleported. Light took flight as Harmony magic swirled around her wings. She was soon followed by Dark Mist, who looked rather angry. "You know Misty, none of you Dark Magic or Black Magic attacks will really effect me, that just leaves you with your natural Pegasus Magic." Light said with a grin. Mist was rather angry with the nickname and launched herself at Light, who simply waved her hoof dismissively and sent Mist flying. Mist groaned at the impact and slowly stood back up, channeling a lot more magic than necessary before sending a powerful bolt of lightning towards her opponent, who shielded it with ease. This only angered Mist more as she attacked head on and managed to slam into Light, once more sending them spiraling. Light kicked off Mist and caught herself mid-fall. The momentary distraction, however, was enough for Mist to hit her with a powerful blast of pure Pegasus Magic. Light eventually hit a building and got up, flying right back to Dark Mist. Dark Mist began sending powerful storms towards Light as the young element countered with blasts of Harmony Magic. After about three minutes of neither getting a hit, they both sent out strong waves of their respective magic. When the Dark and Light Magic contacted, they exploded. Both Light and her counterpart were sent flying, the magical explosion holding enough power to badly burn both of them. Light got up slowly, followed by Mist, who was grinning madly. Light, deciding that holding back her most powerful magics wouldn't get her anywhere, sent out a bolt of Light Magic. In response, Mist countered with a dark magic bolt before throwing up a shield. Again the two opposing magics exploded, and again Light was sent into the ground. As the young element stood, she noted how much more power had been behind the explosion. The combatants met in mid-air, stopping in a hover. Mist was charging her magic to the fullest while Light was simply hovering their calmly. Alone, she wouldn't be able to face the darkness, but she wasn't exactly alone. Closing her eyes, Light reached across the plane of magic and to her siblings, asking for their strength, which they gave. Light repeated this for her mother and then spoke to the bearers. "Do you trust me to the fullest?" she asked. "Light, we trust you with our lives." Cool Breeze said. Light reached out and tapped into the six bearer's power, then reached into herself, into her very soul. Light's soul was a pulsing white orb with black tendrils wrapped around it and several rainbow colored straps holding it in place. She used her magic and took hold of the straps, what she was about to do was something nopony with half a mind would dare to do without a good reason. Light gave a strong pull, and the straps snapped causing her soul to surge with the power it was meant to hold back. Light snapped open her eyes, her mane and tail becoming erratic and almost fire like, her pupils and irises become swirling pools of rainbow, and the Harmony magic around her wings intensifying tenfold. In short, she was terrifying. Mist finely unleashed her power, only for the shear force of Light's own to swallow the power whole. After dispelling any lingering Dark and Black Magic, Light sent a powerful wave of magical energy right at the Element of Darkness, causing her to crash into the ground. As the smoke cleared and Light landed. Dark Mist was revealed, but her original colors had returned and it seemed the Element of Darkness was badly cracked. "Mark my word Spirit of Harmony, I will return." a dark voice spoke from around the necklace before it shattered. Dark Mist had tears in her eyes as she looked up at Light. "Than you." she whispered. "What was your name?" Light asked calmly, to which Dark Mist shook her head. "I can't remember, I just remember what I used when I put that necklace on." Light nodded at that and turned to the bearers, who were all staring at here. "Gee Light, was it really that necessary to use so much magic at once?" Star Nexus asked with a smirk. "Nope, but I figured that I shouldn't hold back on my first day of existence." Light said. "Wow, you've got a lot of magic." Silver Mist said. "Not really, that was about average for anypony, I'm just the only pony willing to perform the necessary action to do it." "What would that be?" "Sever the binds around your soul that hold back most of your magic." Silver shivered at the mere concept of that. Any well learned Unicorn could tell you that doing that was eight times more dangerous than casting a black magic spell. "Hey don't worry, the binds reform after a while." Light said as she flew over and rested a hoof on silver's shoulder. The group spent the next two hours just talking and trying to calm Dark Mist down. Author's Note hope you enjoy remember, comment on you reasons for disliking or liking the story Prologue: SacrificePrologue: Sacrifice four-hundred years before Nightmare Moon's return Alicorn and Harmony Magic clashed in the center of the barren wasteland that served as a battle field. Light shielded herself from the explosion that the two magics caused. An Alicorn with black coat, electrically charged yellow mane, and blood red eyes was across from her, wearing the Element of Darkness, the only difference was the shape of the gem in its center, though that was to be expected. Nova Star growled as she dropped the shield that she had raised to protect from the blast. "It'll take more than that!" she yelled. Light just playfully stuck her tongue out. over the centuries, she had become extremely reckless and rather playful, even in battle. Rainbow colored magic, in the form of visible swirling winds (active Pegasus Magic), lit up around her wings as rainbow colored clouds formed above her and began striking with rainbow colored lightning. Caught off guard at the sight of magic rarely even practiced anymore, Nova was struck with the bolts and sent soaring into a nearby hill. She growled as she flew out of the hill and began charging a Black Magic spell in her horn. Nova soon fired off her spell, which was a group of eight sharp black crystals. Light dodged to the left and the magic around her wings changed to what looked like Unicorn magic, only with a calm air to it (Harmony Magic). Several spears of harmonic energy formed around her as a sword of the same energy formed in her mouth. Nova followed this example with some Black Magic spears and swords. The two came at each other after that, clashing in the center, where Light avoided physical contact with the Black Magic swords. Light giggled like a filly as she saw the struggle of her enemy. "What's wrong Novy, you look strained?" she asked with another giggle. Nova growled as she put more force into her spell. Light decided that she had been playing around, and been so close to Black Magic, for too long (Twelve hours too long) and forced Nova off her. The Harmony spirit then put extreme force into a Pegasus spell, the Pegasus Magic igniting around her wings, as she caused a hurricane (something any trained Pegasus could do) and sent it at Nova. The Element of Darkness was barely able to dodge in time. Nova countered with a blast of pure Alicorn Magic, which hit and sent Light flying into the ground. As the smoke from the blast cleared, Light floated into the air, she had several deep gashes and the membrane of one of her bat wings (As her last bearer, though rare as it was for her to have a bearer, had been a bat pony with a lunar eclipse cutie mark) was torn badly. It was clear from her heavy breathing that she wouldn't be able to handle a lot of her own power. Light closed her eyes as she repeated what she had done in her first battle, but this time, she let loose the tendrils of darkness around her soul, which quickly began thrashing around. Light's mane and tail became pure Harmony Magic that flowed erratically; Her iris and pupils became pools of rainbow energy; Harmony Magic around her wings became so dense that her wings weren't visible; a copy of her last Element necklace formed around her neck, then tinged black; black mist began flowing around the edges of her entire body with black tendrils flowing at different points. Light had died before, she had been close to death before and would always come out in one way or another. She had reappeared in the castle on her first death and most deaths after that, but when she first tapped into the dark fragment of her soul, she was reborn in the form of a true birth (one that would last for varying lengths of time depending on how much of the power she would use). Now however, she was unleashing the full power of her soul, both darkness and harmony, while in a weakened state... and she wasn't sure how long she'd have to wait Light charged her spell, a spell she created on her first day of life. 'Light of shadows'. The spell exploded out of her, violently ripping apart the Element of Darkness while leaving Nova Star unharmed. The spell had taken all her magical reserve and because of that, she began to fall. Light's form became completely rainbow colored as she fell. A small flash of light signaled her families arrival. Light's body was blown away by wind as if made of dust seconds after her family arrived. "Goodbye Light." Friendship said as she shed a tear, watching the ashes of Light be blown into nothingness. "We'll all miss you." Laughter said with a sad tone, though she didn't shed a tear. "Come my children, we should return to the castle. Light used more magic than I've ever seen her use and I doubt she'll return soon." Harmony said with a kind smile. Her children nodded as they all teleported back to their castle, all except Friendship. Friendship walked up to Nova Star's prone body and nudged the, now yellow coated and green maned, Alicorn awake. Nova slowly opened her light-blue eyes before jumping several feet in the air at the sight of Friendship. "Come on Nova, I can't have you dying out in the middle of nowhere." Friendship said as she motioned for Nova to follow. Nova landed and followed fearfully. "Y-you're n-not going to kill m-me for killing her r-right?" she asked. "No, Light killed herself. She knew she couldn't handle practically unleashing every ounce of the magic within herself while in that state, but she did it because she wanted you to have your life back." "R-really, after what I d-did?" "Light is forgiving of everypony except the entity that is the true Element of Darkness. She's willing to die a thousand times to save a pony from that thing." Friendship shed a second tear at that. "You don't seem very sad about it." "I am, she's died almost fifteen times for ponies, but it's always painful for me." "And your siblings?" "They feel the sadness a bit, but not a lot. Mother feels only positive emotions; my older siblings feel positive and some neutral emotions (though the neutral emotions aren't as strong); I feel positive, neutral, and some negative emotions (but the last two aren't as strong); Light can feel every emotion a normal pony can, at full force. My siblings are literally as sad as they can be. It's more of a curse than a blessing though." "Oh." twenty years before Nightmare Moon's return Harmony chuckled as her children jumped around her excitedly. They're like fillies... wait. Harmony double checked, sure enough, her children had used Changeling Magic to disguise themselves as fillies. The goddess chuckled again as she walked towards the gates to her castle, followed by her children. "Mother, where's she going to be reborn at?" Friendship asked as she stayed in a hover next to her mother, who smiled. "I've decided on Cloudsdale, she usually stays as a Pegasus or bat-pony so I want her to see the city devoted and built for the two." Harmony said as she went up in green flames. When the Changeling Magic died down, Harmony was in the form of an average, pregnant, Pegasus mare with a pair of crossed lightning bolts for a cutie mark. Her children took on Pegasus forms as well, all without cutie marks and still as fillies. Harmony smiled at her children once more before taking flight with them and leaving for Cloudsdale hospital. Cloudsdale hospital was made out of the same ancient metal as the rest of the non-cloud parts of the city. Nurse Calm Wind was at the receptionist desk, looking over the list of appointments scheduled for the afternoon. Among the list were Fire Fly, a skilled flyer and great weather pony, who was pregnant. Storm Brewer, who was just in for a check-up. Fluttershy and her parents, also for a check-up. Harmonic breeze and her six children, with a seventh on the way. Nurse Calm Wind stopped at that name, she wasn't familiar with it in the slightest and didn't even remember talking with a pony by that name. The hospital doors opened to reveal a light-crystal-blue coated Pegasus and six fillies of about the same age. The mare walked up to the counter before speaking. "I'm Harmonic Breeze, I have an appointment with a very specific doctor." Harmony said calmly. "Oh, um... who?" the nurse asked with a bit of shock. "Her name's doctor Silver Nova." The nurse nodded and led them into Doctor Nova's room before departing. Silver Nova smiled when she saw Harmony. "I like the Pegasus look Harmony and your daughters are just so cute as Pegasus fillies." she commented, causing the children in question to blush. Silver was a Pegasus as well and a descendant of Nova Star who had offered to help with Light's rebirth. "You know why I'm here." Harmony said. About an hour later, Harmony walked out with Light, in the form of a new born foal, tucked under her wing. "Mother, can we go see Fire Fly, she's here you know." Loyalty asked as she rode on her mothers back. "Sure." Harmony said as they headed to the room where Fire Fly was, since she had gotten their a few minute after them. Fire Fly was smiling down at the foal in her arms when they came in. "Hello, you're Fire Fly right." Harmony said. "Yes, I am." Fire Fly said. "My child, Lightning Lance, overheard one of the nurses talking about you and she wanted to meet your new daughter." "She may." Loyalty flew over to the child in question and looked her over. Fire Fly's daughter was a Pegasus filly with cyan coat and a, rainbow colored mane and tail, this shocked the spirit of Loyalty. "Her mane's a rainbow." Loyalty said with shock. "Yes, it's strange, but cute. Her name's Rainbow Dash." "My foal has a similar mane and tail." Harmony said kindly as she brought Light out from under her wing. "Aww... she's so cute!" "Indeed she is, as is your's." "I hope our daughters can hang out sometime. Rainbow's sure to be picked on, and it would be nice for her to have a friend to play with and to help her not feel like a freak." "I'm sorry Fire Fly, we were merely here for a short visit and we'll be leaving soon, but I'll try to bring Spectrum over one day. I can't promise it'll be soon though, but you can tell your daughter all about this little visit if you want." Harmony left after that. "Did you gather how that was possible?" Harmony asked Loyalty as they were walking away. Loyalty used some magic to form a screen in-front of her, which showed the results of a Soul Scan Spell she had cast while looking at Rainbow Dash. The screen showed a white sphere with blue bounds (the same color as Fire Fly's mane and tail.) wrapped around it, a tether of the energy and a red energy (Loyalty's innate magic) were wrapped around and seemed to connect the two, there was a second tether though, the second tether was two rainbow tethers connecting Light and Rainbow. "Light, were you aware this happened?" Loyalty asked as she looked at her little sister. Light shook her head as her wings lit up in rainbow colored magic and similarly colored words formed in the air in-front of her. Sorry, I'm not sure how that could have happened. I did feel something like a stronger version of our 'Soul's Bound' Spell. I think my natural connection with you intertwined with your connection to RD while I was reestablishing our own connection, it could explain RD's mane and tail, though this is assuming me and her were born at the same time. "It sounds likely, but we'll deal with that problem later. How would you prefer to grow up this time Light. I know you shift between us treating you like you and us treating you like a foal." Harmony said. I'll take foalhood this time. Harmony nodded and they flew off to their castle. Author's Note Hope you enjoy. all text in red are actually rainbow colored in the story's universe, I just didn't want to go alternating between seven different colors for every letter as it would take a lot of time. so you know, Nova Star wasn't immortal. remember to comment on your reasons when you dislike/like this story. Twins at HeartLight examined herself in a mirror within the Castle of Harmony. Her golden coat no longer shined; her eyes were a natural blue; her mane and tail were no longer flowing, but still looked like longer versions of Rainbow Dash's; and her eyes weren't glowing. She looked like a normal pony with a golden coat and rainbow mane. "Goodbye Light, make sure to come back often." Light's mother, Harmony, said from her throne room. "I will." with that, Light jumped through the castle entrance. Light, going by her common alias, Spectrum Light, started into the Everfree Forest once she was out of the castle. The creatures of the forest left her alone as they recognized her as one of the ponies responsible for their home. Spectrum hummed an odd tune as she walked, any Pegasus that had studied their history would recognize it as an ancient war tune hummed while flying in formation long before the union of the tribes. Spectrum looked around the forest as she walked. The trees were taller and more menacing, the unnatural darkness was far stronger than when she had last seen the forest just hours before the battle that ended in her most recent sacrifice, all-in-all it was the perfect cover for the castle. After-all, who in their right mind would look for a tree glowing with pure harmony within a forest of darkness. Spectrum soon entered Ponyville, where she was greeted by non-other than the crazed Element of Laughter herself. Pinkie Pie literally popped out of nowhere and started ranting about how she needed to give Spectrum a party before popping out of existence and leaving Spectrum stunned. She's so much like Laughter, breaking reality like that. Spectrum thought as she shook her head and flew off to the only cloud house in the area. Rainbow's cloud house reminded Spectrum greatly of Cloudsdale on a smaller scale. This was something that made Spectrum happy, she always preferred cloud houses (though that was likely caused by the three years she and her siblings spent undercover to gain information on the current Element of Darkness' whereabouts, which had been shortly before the union of the tribes.) Spectrum landed quietly at the front door and knocked. "I'm coming!" a mare's voice yelled from the other side and a few moments later, Rainbow Dash opened the door, "This better be important, it's my day off." Dash looked up after that, noticed Spectrum, and shot through the roof in shock. Spectrum looked up at the, now hovering, Pegasus. "Usually, when ponies see me, they either run in fear or try attacking because of my mane." Spectrum said casually as she ran a hoof through her mane. "But... mom said I was the only pony with a rainbow mane in all of Cloudsdale." Rainbow Dash landed. "In all of Cloudsdale, but I'm not from Cloudsdale... Well, I wasn't raised in Cloudsdale, I was born there, but we were just visiting and left shortly after." "Wait... your the foal mom saw the day I was born." "Yea, sorry it took so long. My sisters and my mom are very busy mares and never really had time to bring us together to talk." Rainbow nodded and motioned for Spectrum to follow her in, where they soon were siting down at the kitchen table, each with a glass of water. "Mom never gave me your name." "Oh. I'm Spectrum Light." "Nice! I'm Rai-" Spectrum cut Rainbow Dash off then. "Rainbow Dash, I know. It's hard not to know the only pony in seven hundred years who has performed a Sonic Rainboom." "You've heard of me." Rainbow was suddenly right in-front of her. "Rainbow Dash, you're an Element of Harmony, best-friends with four princesses, the only pony in centuries to perform the Sonic Rainboom, a Pegasus with a mane and tail color that hasn't been seen before, the daughter of one of the fastest Pegasi in history, and the current holder of most of the Wonderbolts academy records. It's next to impossible for anypony not to have heard of you at some point in their life." Light smiled after that and her wings ignited in rainbow colored Unicorn magic, her glass of water was encased in the same magic as she levitated the glass to her and began drinking. Naturally, Rainbow was shocked at the sight of a Pegasus using magic. "Are you performing magic?!" Rainbow asked in shock. "Any Pegasus who's good with active Pegasus Magic can do it." Spectrum said. "Active Pegasus Magic?" "Pegasus Magic is centered around the air, similar to how Terra (Earth Pony) Magic is centered around the ground. It's in two forms, active and passive. Passive Pegasus Magic is what allows Pegasi to fly, stand on and move clouds, and generally manipulate the weather. Long ago, before the tribes came together, Pegasi were taught how to use active Air (Pegasus) Magic, this was stopped by the Unicorns when the tribes first came together and has since lost popularity among Pegasi. Active Pegasus Magic is, like most magics, unlimited in color, but limited in form. Active Pegasus Magic, which is commonly referred to by its general name of Air Magic, takes the form of visible air currents flowing around the focus point (the point where the pony using magic channels it) like this." After setting her drink down, Spectrum changed to Air Magic, the rainbow colored air currents flowing calmly around her wings, "Learning Air Magic is as hard as Unicorns learning their magic. It takes a lot of practice, but when you can do it while flying at high speeds and being chased by your enemies, then you can begin learning other magics." "So what does active Pegasus Magic do?" "Air Magic allows for control over different aspects of weather. It allows the formation of Magic Clouds under the full control of their creator, the forming of powerful tornados, the altering of the temperature in a limited radius (Which can be increased through training), and the increase in ones natural speed (this would also increase the power of your Sonic Rainboom). Unfortunately, one can't use it to control the weather entirely, that still requires the current tactics." "That... is... awesome!!!" for the second time that day, Rainbow shot through her own roof. Spectrum shrugged and started looking around the house. The kitchen she was in had cloud walls with the tables, chairs, shelves, and appliances being made of an odd blue crystal (Cloud Quarts, which was the only known crystal able to be on clouds without assistance). posters for the Wonderbolts hung all over the walls, mixing with posters of Daring Do. The rainbow streams flowed in and out of careful veins that allowed them to flow in the floor and walls. In short, the place was stunning. "Hey Spectrum, where'd you go?" Rainbow asked from another room, Spectrum calmly followed the voice until she was in a clear room with Rainbow in the center. "You're ready to learn Air Magic I take it." Spectrum said, to which Rainbow nodded. Author's Note I'm having some small writers block so sorry I ended up returning to my old habit of using large amounts of conversation. hope you enjoy. don't forget to comment about why you liked/disliked this story. Ancient Magic"So let me see if I understand. Magic flows in all pony races. Unicorn Magic is naturally active, but has a passive form. Pegasus Magic is the same and naturally flows through the magica nerves within the wings, hoofs, and eyes. Like with a Unicorn's horn, if a Pegasus looses their wings, they could still perform magic through the hoofs and eyes. The downside to those is that, for a Pegasus, it requires extreme concentration for the hoofs, while it is harder to control and a little painful when using the eyes. Anypony of any race can perform the magics of any other race as well as their own at will, but only after a short term magic stasis can the body safely perform the magic of other pony races, this stasis is the adaption period as the passive effects of the magic take root within the bodies natural magic systems. Examples of passive magic are things such as a Changeling's ability to walk on walls and ceilings, a Nightmare's shadow being separate from them, a Unicorn's ability to sense the strength of the magic around them, and a Pegasus' ability to walk on clouds." Rainbow, who was currently resting on a cloud that glowed and was the same color as her mother's mane, said. Red and blue clouds were floating around her and wind currents, the same color as the cloud she was on, flowed around her wings (there were some red currents as well, but they only appeared every now and then). "Correct Rainbow. Now what is the indicator of the aura color?" Spectrum asked, she had been teaching Dash the basics on Air Magic for the past few hours, though that alone required some teaching of basic magic theory. "Our soul cage, the unseen straps of magic around our souls that prevents us from being destroyed by our own power, are the indicators. Nopony knows what chooses the colors of our soul cage, but scientists believe that it may be genetic." "Very good! Now explain those." Spectrum motioned to the red clouds. "Under certain circumstances, a pony's soul can be bound to another's, this causes a tether between them to form. The tether is made up of a part of each pony involved's soul cage, alternating colors like these are created from this bound when the two souls have different aura colors. When this occurs, the pony's natural aura stay's dominate, but the aura of the other, when being drawn on (intentionally or not) will sometimes show itself, resulting in a different aura that flashes through the existing aura occasionally. You're aura is different though, it's a rare coloring that hasn't been seen in thousands of years." "You're right!" Spectrum hovered in the air happily, from what she had learned about Rainbow Dash, the Pegasus wasn't the kind that usually listened well. A few hours later Rainbow looked around at the multiple miniature tornadoes she had created with the air flow spell. There were six tornadoes, all under her full control and all with wisps of her aura around them. "You're a quick learner, you sure your talent isn't in Pegasus Magic and not flying?" Spectrum asked playfully as she rested on a rainbow cloud that she had created. "Technically they are the same thing." Rainbow said playfully, then remembered something. Rainbow shot in the air with a bit of panic as she saw the time. "We need to hurry, your party will start soon!" Rainbow yelled, Spectrum quickly took flight and they left for Sugar Cube Corner. The two managed to get to the party just in time. "SURPRISE!!!" Pinkie yelled as she jumped out from somewhere. The party was huge, most of Ponyville was there. Rainbow brought Spectrum over to meet her friends. As Spectrum walked to meet Rainbow's friends, she used her Unicorn magic to take hold of a drink and levitate it to herself. This caused Twilight to stare in shock. "What, you thought Unicorns were the only ponies able to perform Unicorn Magic, that wouldn't be very harmonic now would it? Really though I would have expected Princess Celestia's personal student to know the nature of all pony magic." Spectrum smirked a little at that. "But... how?" Twilight asked. "Rainbow?" Rainbow nodded before explaining. "All ponies of all pony races have at least two points on their body where the Magica nerves are, the eyes and the hoofs. If a Pegasus trains in the active Pegasus Magic (Air Magic) then they will usually use the magica nerves in their wings. Once a Pegasus masters Air Magic, then they can perform a small ceremony to allow them to access Unicorn Magic, this requires a three week long adaption period where their bodies adjust to the passive effects of Unicorn Magic. After that though, they can learn any spell a Unicorn could. That is a tuned down version of Starswirl's theory of magical distribution and adaption." Rainbow said. Twilight stared at her with shock. "Since when did you care about magic?" she asked. Rainbow giggled. As Air Magic wrapped around her wings and she jumped onto a blue cloud that had appeared, she smiled. Small tornadoes formed around her as a small lightning storm began from the cloud. "Since Spectrum Light here showed her own magic while visiting. We're not related so you know, she's just the only other Pegasus in hundreds of years that has a rainbow mane." A few hours later, Light was resting in a cloud house she had built over the Everfree forest. A knock suddenly sounded at her door and she opened it with her magic. "Hey Light, how are you?" Loyalty asked as she walked in and laid down next to her little sister. "pretty good. Rainbow showed me around town and I taught her some Air Magic." Light said happily. "Light! You know mother wants you to keep from revealing yourself." "Hey, I had a cover story. I've been doing things like this for thousands of years remember." The giggle that left Light's lips ruined that false anger she had had. The two sisters shared a few more laughs before Loyalty left and Twilight came. "Hey Twilight, what brings you here?" Spectrum asked. "Rainbow Dash decided that we should each visit you for a bit, one-at-a-time." Twilight said. "Oh." "So, I was going to ask you a few questions about yourself, if that's alright." "Shoot." "Okay. How'd you learn that magic Rainbow was using at the party?" "Knowledge of Air Magic has been passed down my family for generations, it use to be a common thing for Pegasi to learn. When the tribes merged and before the princesses, Unicorns ruled. They forbid the use of Terra and Air Magics and so the practice of Air Magic became something only done in secret. Now though, only a few families practice Air Magic and only in secret. I think there are a few Earth Pony families that still practice Terra Magic as well." "Oh, what about other magics? What else do you know?" "I know Unicorn Magic, though being able to sense the strength and power within the magic all around me is a little annoying. I know Light and White Magic, of course that means I can't safely learn Black and Dark Magic. I also know a little bit of Dream/Nightmare Magic. Other than that though, I haven't tried to learn any others." this, of course, was partially a lie. The truth was that Light knew almost all magics, except Dark, Black, and Chaos Magic. "So, Rainbow said that anypony can learn any form of pony magic. Would Chaos Magic count?" "Yes, Chaos and Harmony Magic are both pony magics. Though, if you were thinking about learning Chaos Magic, then you should know that you can't since you're an Element of Harmony." "How come?" "Just like Black Magic is with White Magic, if you were to so much as cast a simple levitation spell with Chaos Magic, it would fight your natural Harmony Magic. This would end with a rather painful magica backlash from the Chaos Magic as your Harmony Magic has been within you for far longer." "Oh... wait, I'm not in danger for using Black Magic am I?" "What? No, if you don't attempt any White Magic then you'll be fine, of course, that means you'll have to learn healing spells that don't rely on White Magic should you ever find you're in need of them." Twilight nodded and asked about the unnaturally strong magic signature that came from Spectrum. Spectrum thought about what to say for a while before smiling in a playful way. "Where's the fun in giving you all the answers Sparkle?" Spectrum hopped off her couch then and headed for the door, "If you want the answers, then you have to find them yourself. I'll be going over to Sweet Apple Acres now, I wouldn't want to burden you with having to cast a cloud walking spell. See you around Element of Friendship." with that, Spectrum flew off. Author's Note sorry it's not that good, I'm suffering from some writers block. CANCELLED CANCELLED I'm sorry to say that I've lost interest in this story and must cancel it. My interest wasn't lost from negativity, but rather from a more interesting and slightly random story that has mostly taken over my mind. HOWEVER, don't think I'm never returning to this, while it's unlikely that I will, I might return at some point. Author's Note Now to wait for the inevitable thank yous from all the flamers and laugh (Completely random and barely serious comment
Prologue: Their Origin Part 1Ten thousand years before Nightmare Moon Six Unicorns ran through the darkness that was their world.
So, we've got the first five Elements of Harmony and their bearers, Wonder what will cause the remaining two to be create When describing the Children of Harmony while they were giving their names, the colors mentioned were those of their manes, tails, eyes, and gem Cutie Marks. don't forget to comment on why you disliked/liked this story (That is... if you do either)
Prologue: Friendship and Lightnine-thousand nine-hundred and ninety nine years before Nightmare Moon. Prologue: SacrificePrologue: Sacrifice four-hundred years before Nightmare Moon's return Alicorn and Harmony Magic clashed in the center of the barren wasteland that served as a battle field.
