Fight of the Gods

Princess Luna sat in her royal studying chamber, her face set into one of a concentrating pony. Suddenly the sweet hum of strange magic brought the azure alicorn's attention to the shimmering scroll in front of her. For rowing her brow in confusion she grasped the falling scroll in her magical aura and opened the blue silk ribbon curling the page. The letter read:

Dear Princesses,

I prince Blue Blood has generously bought a very large continental piece of land. Since I own my own populated country and have grown to detest most ponies in Equestria, I had invited them over to try and bond. The imbeciles disrespected my country and spit in it's civilized face. I am deeply offended and therefore declare war upon your horrid country.

                                                                 Blue Blood

Luna scowled. "What a bucking Idiot." She hissed crumpling the page. "Tia! You need to hear this!"

"I honestly thought he would act better than this, though he was a conceited little freak." Growled Celestia fast walking out of her sister's chamber. Luna kept steady pace. "I think he should've been taken from his throne to be truthful." Luna said fury burning in her eyes. "Yes sister but that would be rude, yet he has been that all his life." The stark white alicorn sneered. "But Celestia, how will we tell Twilight?" The older sibling stopped in mid trot. "Just tell her to meet me in my private study chamber, do not tell her anymore." Luna nodded and teleported a scroll and quill with ink from her room.

Twilight sheepishly poked her head into her mentor's private study room and trotted in. "Hello?" She asked looking around. As caw announced philemena's arrival and the beautiful bird swooped to a golden perch. Celestia emerged from the shadows and walked up to Twilight. "Twilight do sit down." The lavender unicorn sat on a magenta pillow and curled her legs up under her. "I am sorry Twilght but Blue Blood your crush has declared war on us."
