Prologue (Battle at Providence)
"ATTACK!!!" Captain William Davids yells at the top of his lungs. William Davids, Captain of the 1st Military Fleet is attacking Providence, a town that England has captured from France, so he annex it back for their faithful French Allies.
His fleet, consisting of a War Galleon (His Flag Ship), a Galleon (YES, FOR SOME REASON A GALLEON AND A WAR GALLEON ARE TWO SEPERATE THINGS!) and a Carrack are 600 strong, since they lost several men from the Ship to Fort battle, they were before that, 610 strong. The War Galleon pulls closer to the landing spot.
"Captain Davids, The men have grabbed all the weapons, every musket and sabre that was left on the ship after the fort battle, will you lead the charge on land?" Davids First Mate, Batavus Lambert, a Dutch man, asked.
"Aye, I will, I assume you will remain here to tend the sails?" William said.
"Yes captain, I will. Good luck down there." Batavus said.

William Davids runs in front of his small army, sprinting to meet the enemy head on, yelling battle cries and cheers for the Revolution along the way. The enemy gets closer. In his mind he always pictures his death, at the hand of a British Governor or a Viceroy, or even maybe a lucky soldier or Captain, or a Pirate or even his greatest fear, a shark. The enemy gets closer as both sides continue to charge at each other. Maybe it would've been better to grab a musket, 'But that's a thought for cowards' Davids thought. 'I am no coward.' Davids continued his thinking. The sides are almost close enough to clash swords, but are still a bit aways from each other, the muskets for both sides begin to discharge as both sides get closer. A Musket ball zips past Davids face, but doesn't cut or wound his skin in any way, he looks back to see one of his troopers fall dead on the ground, he continues the charge, trying to keep up his troops morale, so no one will run for their lives. Another musket ball zips over his head, this time knocking off his Colonels Hat. He slashes the first British Soldier that meets, he continues to charge into the enemy army as his army follows, cutting and slashing, chopping and stabbing. He turns to meet the butt of a musket with his face, he falls to the ground as sounds of fighting surround him. Disoriented, he tries get up only to meet a kick to the jaw, he watches as the British Musketeer loads his musket and aims it, but before he can let off a shot, a sword is plunged through the Musketeers chest, blood runs down his body as he falls to the ground dead. Regaining his vision, he looks at the savior, Batavus.
"BATAVUS? I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO STAY ON THE SHIP!" Davids says, trying to make his voice heard over the sounds of war.
"SORRY CAPTAIN, BUT IT LOOKED FUN!" Batavus retorts, helping up his captain.
Davids, who avoids a slash on the leg, yells a battle cry and rejoins the battle. Cursing as he takes a stab wound to his shoulder, but shrugging it off and continuing the assault, the enemies numbers looks smaller than before, as does his army, but not that small. He watches as some British Soldiers begin to flee. He cheers on as he continues to attack the ones still fighting, killing another Musketeer and wounding another Soldier, he turns to look at the Captain of the Town Guard, whom brutally beheads a American Revolutionist. Davids charges at him, knocking down American Revolutionists and British Soldiers alike. He brings his sabre down on the Captain, who blocks it without missing a beat. Continuing his assault, he tries to slash at the guys legs, but only to be blocked by the sabre of the enemy captain. 'He is highly skilled indeed...' Davids thought. Pulling out his flintlock, he fires it at the Captain, breaking his guard and making him vulnerable as it hits him. But a flintlock isn't enough to kill a man who is wearing armor, taking the moment of weakness, he slashes at the captains throat, killing him slowly. As he falls to the ground, his remaining soldiers flee into the jungles and forests hoping to escape the slaughter.
"VICTORY!!!" William Davids yells. His army cheers as the last of the defenders either retreat or collapse dead.
"Death toll?" Davids asks Batavus.
"We lost 150 lads, 50 are wounded and the rest are good." Batavus says after 30 minutes of looking around.
"Mannen, terugkeer naar de vloot, de franse vloot op standby zal hier komen binnenkort te dweilen onze rommel en heroveren hun stad." Batavus says in his native language. Most of the crew looks at him funny.
"He said... "Men return to the fleet, the French fleet on stand by will come here soon to mop up our mess and retake their city."" Davids says. The soldiers nod in agreement and then begin to pick up their weapons and return to their respective ships.
"I swear if I didn't learn Dutch I would've punched you in face right there Batavus. Most of lads aren't from Holland you should learn this.." Davids said. His First Mate nods and walks towards the Flag Ship.

As the salty sea breeze blows through the sails, Captain William Davids smiles, he has recovered his hat, albeit with a hole in it, he has minimal losses from the last battle and his entire crew is singing his favorite shanty.
"Early in the morning, Way hay and up she rises Way hay and up she rises Way hay and up she rises early in the morning! What do you do-" Tuning out at this point, he looks up to see something out of the ordinary.
The sky is getting brighter and brighter to the point where he has to shield his eyes.
"Put him in the bed with the captains daughter, Early in the morn....ing" The crew slows down as they too notice the skys getting brighter.
"BATAAAAVUS! WHATS GOING ON UP THERE!?" William yells at the mast.
"WE DONT KNOW, BUT SHIT IS IT BRIGHT!" Batavus yells. Davids looks back his following ships, only to see that the crew on there are looking as confused as Davids is.
All of a sudden, there is a big flash of light, and then there is nothing but screams.

Admiral Ripple, a pale purple mare with a Normal styled blue mane and a ship as a cutie mark, watches the three ships that appeared out of nowhere. Calmly, she orders the fleet that she is in command of (which consists of 15 different types of ships, including a Liner as the flag ship.) to ambush the strange striped flag bearing ships.
"Admiral Ripple. we have spotted their lookout, It seems as if we have been spotted as well, and....and the lookout isn't a pony.." Chief Petty Officer Split Second said.
The Admiral frowned at this.
"What do you mean?"
<><><>
"SHIP OFF THE PORT BOW!" Batavus yells.
With this said, the now not traumatized crew runs towards port to see what the colors were. At first it was one ship, then three, then nine, then fifth-teen. The crew had their jaws wide open. Even one crewmember said "Shit.". They all turned to Captain William Davids, knowing he wouldn't win this battle, he gave the order.
"STRIKE THE COLORS!" He orders. Within seconds, his entire fleet has raised the White Flag, that means rather than surrender, Lets talk.
<><><>
"Ma'am, they have stricken their colors, what shall we do?" Split Second reports.
"Prepare to board...I wanna meet....whoever is controlling that ape." Admiral Ripple says.
Chapter 1: Two Sides, One Enemy
Dumbfounded by what she sees, Admiral Ripple looks over as her crew storms the ships, bipedal creatures intelligent enough to build swords, and even hold weapons, she watches as the apes defensively surround one ape who seems to the leader. Wearing some kind of hat wear that has a lot of feathers glued or taped or something to the top.
<><><>
Dumbfounded by what he sees, horses....HORSES...storming his ships. His own crew defensively surrounds him. Remembering that they would die for him just so he could live. One horse in particular, who seems to be calling the shots walks over a plank and continues their advance towards him and his crew, he looks over to the Galleon to see his crew surrendering and awaiting.....whatever. Davids notices something weird... There are Unicorns and Pegasi surrounding him and his crew and the pony who seems to be calling the shots IS a Unicorn. Davids remembered the stories him mother told him when he was a wee lad. He thought that Unicorns and Pegasi were mythical, but apparently they are real as death.
"What.....are those things?" The Purple Unicorn pipes up.
"Damn, they can talk? One crewmember says in surprise.
"THEY can talk?" The unicorn retaliates.
Minutes of staring at one another pass. Davids decides he would be the one to break the awkwardness.
"Well....errr.... Ahem I am Colonel William Davids, Captain of the 1st Military Fleet, proudly serving the rebellion against England. And you are?" Davids said, trying to remain civil before his sword-loving crew goes rambo.
"I am....... Admiral Ripple of the Equestrian Navy..... Nice to uhhh....Meet you Colonel William Davids..... I assume these apes are guarding you?" The Purple Unicorn asks.
"Yes, But there is no reason we cant be civil, I will trust my men to lower their weapons if you promise to tell your horses to stand the fuck down, and release the crew on my other 3 ships." Davids negotiates.
"Horses?? Don't you mean Ponies?" One "pony" in golden armor asks.
"Uhh...Yeah.... Yeah I guess... Deal?" Davids continued.
The Unicorn nodded before giving the order.
"Lower your weapons, they want to be civil!" She, with the tone of her voice Davids guesses she is female, yells loud enough for the other ponies on the other ships to hear. One by one, Davids hears the chambering and the cluncking of sheathing Muskets and Sabers. He looks at him own men.
"You heard him lads, sheathe your weapons, they trust us to." Batavus orders. Within an instant, the crew sheathes their weapons.
"Now that that has been taken care of, what say we talk about what you are?" Admiral Ripple says.
<><><>
After a long discussion that caused a few Revolutionists to ACTUALLY chat with a few soldier ponies, Admiral Ripple has been briefed on what Humans are, and what they are doing in Equestria, although they don't know yet that they are far from home.
"So....This England Nation treated your leader unfairly and he called for a revolt?"
"Yes, I was by his side when this happened, I gladly serve under him, I have fought in many battles, but best to save that for later. Now we don't know where we are as the damnable light blinded us for so long that we have no idea were we are, if you could point in in the direction of the Caribbean, that would be great." Davids said.
"Im sorry but there is no such thing as a Caribbean. Is it a bean or?"
"No it is a place, a cluster of islands and....sharks."
"Sorry but there is no such thing, it sounds like you guys are not even your world anymore."
Davids took a double take to this, this couldn't possibly be true. He had heard about astronomy, and that other giants rocks in the sky, one that came to mind is "moon", the astronomers at the time called those rocks, planets or Worlds.
"Worlds? Like rocks in the sky? Or Planets?" Davids asked.
"No im guessing nothing like that... Well, you know what, Princess Celestia might be able to sort this out, we will escort you to our capital, it might take a few hours as we are just off the coast of New Oatleans, we will be able to stop there and march the rest of the way, but we will have to hide you some how to avoid panic by the local populace." Ripple says.
"Oatleans? Wha-" Davids is interrupted by Batavus.
"Neuken, WE GOT COMPANY SIR! A SHIP BEARING PIRATE COLORS!" Batavus, who was over at starboard, watches as a Pirate Pony ship gets closer to the cluster of ships.
"What are the signs on the flag?!" Ripple asks franticly.
"It looks like a pony stabbing a heart while holding a cup!" He replies.
"Redbeard..... Shit, prepare for battle! Davids, we wont win this fight without your combat expertise, can I trust you to help us?" Ripple asks. Remembering how Davids told her how he defeated a similar pirate in in his world named Blackbeard.
"I don't have much choice, if im not in my "World" anymore than the only way to get back there is to help the locals... Prepare for battle lads! Full sail, load the Cannons!" Davids said. Revolutionists and Ponies scrambled for their ships as "Redbeard" gets closer.
"The battle begins...." Davids mutters as the ships spread apart, one Equestrian Navy ship, one that looked like a frigate is sunk immediately as Redbeard passes.
"Verdomme..." Batavus mutters.
"FIRE BROADSIDE!!!" Admiral Ripple is overheard yelling, the deafening sound of cannons fill the sound waves as they fired.
"It didn't do a verdomme thing!" Batavus yells. Noticing how Redbeard ship isn't even damaged.
Captain William Davids realizes he is in the Redbeard range of fire as a cannonball lands near him, inflicting minor damages on the ship itself.
"Nothing damages that damn ship!" Davids calls out to Ripple.
"Fighting is the only way we will survive!"
Another cannonball zips past Davids face, barely missing him by an inch. Falling back from the sudden movement in front of his eyes, he gives the firing order.
"FIRE AT WILL!"
The cannons deafen the soundwaves as they are let off simultaneously, loaded and fired again. Barrages of cannonballs are let off between both sides, another Equestrian Navy ship is sunk, this time a Corvette. More cannons are fired off as soon as they are loaded. Every shot sounds like a song in its own way. The Carrack of the 1st Military Fleet is sunk.
"We lost a ship sir! Pull near the wreckage, we will try to rescue a few of em!" Bavatus says.
With the ship pulling towards the sinking Carrack, screams of the survivors are heard.
"FIRE THE CANNONS! FIRE STARBOARD!" Davids screams at the top of his lungs as he lowers down a ladder to water, immediately 2 Survivors start climbing it.
The Galleon pulls in front of the War Galleon as more shots are directed at the Flagship, more survivors begin climbing the ladder, blood begins to appear in the water....Sharks... Revolutionists grabs muskets and begin shooting at the water where a fin is seen, every second they see a fin. *BAM* they fire hoping to hit it, but its usually a miss. A cannon ball sails over and smashes into a cannon, sending it and the Revolutionist behind it flying, more survivors are climbing the ladder.
"This might be the last of them! Help me pull up the ladder!" Davids said as he pulled up the last survivor that wasn't already dead. The firing on the sharks end and the battle resumes. While rescuing survivors, another 3 Equestrian Ships was sunk.
"We need to get out of here!" Davids screams at Ripple, who replies with a nod.
Both ships, whom were close to each other give the order for a retreat to their last remaining ships. With heavy damage they begin to go full sail, trying to escape the death crescendo. Another Equestrian Galleon is sunk trying to turn. They watch as the 10nth ship in the Equestrian Fleet sink, but Redbeard doesn't pursue the escaping ships. Davids Looks over to see the Admiral on her ship, fear on her face.
"Redbeard....Just like Blackbeard...Brutal....Murderous....Unstoppable..." Davids said to himself as they begins to follow the Equestrian Fleet. Hopefully they know where they are going..
