Message of a Lifetime

(This is set before season 3 and after season 2, so not long after the savior of the Crystal Empire.)

Frostbite, our dear unicorn, sat in her home in Snowville (which is just above the Crystal Empire, for your knowledge and I will write a quick story about the history of Frostbite and a basis of where she lives.) thinking to herself whilst she read her book on the pony world.

"So if the Equestrian princess, Celestia was the one who most likely rescued the Crystal Empire and helped us go back to our so called "normal" lifestyle? Hmm, I wonder if i could find out more if I spoke to her... She is a princess so, would she really have time for a silly young pony like me? *sigh* I guess it's worth a try."

It was already late  at night, around 21:43 in human time, and was far too late to start a letter now, thus our Frostbite went to bed.

Frostbite woke up suddenly smiling. "I've got a letter to write!"

Frostbite levitated her ink, quill and paper to write to princess Celestia. The letter reads:

"Dear Princess Celestia,

I believe to say that you are the one responsible for the recovery of the Crystal Empire from Sombra. If this is true I would love to talk and tell you about how thankful we here in Snowville are. I would also like to ask many questions about the recovery. Please reply a soon as you can. I would love to study about all the things that must be going on in your kingdom right down to the last detail. Hopefully we can even talk about other things, like how are things in Equestria, I believe you live in Canterlot and there its a town not far from you called Ponyville, right? I'd love to get in touch with you over the upcoming weeks.

Your Snow-zone Friend,

Frostbite."

By the end of writing this letter, Frostbite had lost her enthusiasm and was demoted as she knew that she was sending this to a princess. A princess obviously has a lot to do as you know, so Frostbite lost her morale and said:

"Oh it's no use! Why would a princess have time to deal with me anyway? I just hope she gets it safely, whatever she does, I hope it reaches her."

Frostbite walked out of her home into what was now the free town of Snowville. Here she saw, well, snow. "Gah! Snow here, snow there! I wish we could just have a bit of color, everything here is just white or blue or gray!"

Just then, Snowblossom (One of the best friends of Frostbite again, I will write after this.) came around the corner.

"What's wrong, Frostbite?" she asked. Frostbite looked up at her,

"It's just, I wanna continue my studies about the savior of the Crystal Empire but, what is a princess to have time for me. I asked the princess because she'd know everything about it, but it just seems pointless. A princess wouldn't have time for me, would she?"

Snowblossom looked at Frostbite and smiled,

"Well, Frostbite, that's a hard question but, who you are, I know you'll be spotted."

Frostbite smiled and completely forgot about her frustration and just smiled.

Frostbite yawned as she got up, she had a rough night and couldn't get to sleep.

"*moan* Guess I should get up and do what I normally do, oh wait, nothing!"

She got up and went to the window, "Cloudy. Of course." She then noticed her mailbox. It had a letter in it! "Gah, what's this? Probably just another friendly "what I'm doing" from somepony who left for their visit to the Crystal Empire." She opened up the letter that was inside. ""Dear Frostbite," hm, nopony ever greets me like that. "I would love to have you come down here and study," so are they inviting me to come? "I know just the pony who would love to help you, and yes, I do live in Canterlot." wait, Canterlot? But I thought... "She lives in Ponyville and is now known for helping with the savior of your beloved Crystal Empire oh yes and bring maybe a friend of yours, she would love to meet them. I'll have a carriage come for you at, I believe Snowville? It will be there at around 12:00 o'pony. (around 2:15 GMT+0:00)" Wha-wha-WHAT! NO WAY! But I thought huh. Guess Snowblossom was right, again. Ha ha! I'm going to Canterlot then to that place called Ponyville? Hm, sounds like fun!" Frostbite smiled. At that moment, Snowblossom came in,

"What's all this racket?"

Frostbite looked at her, giddy (almost alike Pinkie Pie, but Frostbite doesn't know her...yet),

"Wellll, I don't know, maybe I just got a letter from a certain princess saying she would love me and somepony else. Hmmm, I wonder who to bring."

Snowblossom burst alive,

"What did you just say? Oh-hehe. Thanks, Frosty"

Frostbite smiled, eyes closed,

"No problem!"

The carriage came after the two best friends had packed their bags. "Hello, gentlecolts, thank you for this very much."

Frostbite nodded to the stallions. The stallion neighed in pride. Same with Snowblossom.
