With a groan Luna woke from her long peaceful sleep and looked around her, she was looking up at her bed. Luna sat up and noticed she must have rolled off her bed in the day, well that's great she thought my back is probably going to be sore all day. With an almighty stretch, she heard a loud *crack*, "ah much better" she said to herself. Now that she was fully awake she took a closer look at her room, to notice that it was quite messy from the clothes that covered almost all of her floor to the snacks that were littered on her bed. Luna wrinkled her nose in disgust, she decided to call a night maid later that night to clean this mess for her, as she looked out towards her balcony she saw that the sun was beginning to set. "whoops" she said and dashed to her sister's room. Well this is great, first a sore back and now I'm late to rise the moon she thought while quickly running, she mentally slapped herself for her carelessness.
When Luna reached her sisters room she knocked on the door, it opened for her with a golden glow, what lay behind the door was an annoyed looking Celestia. "Slept in a little Lulu?" she said with a smirk, "oh ha ha sister very funny, lets just get this over with" grumbled Luna. They both walked out onto Celestia's balcony, with a massive burst of light that was a mix of blue and gold the sun began to sink into the horizon while the moon slowly began to rise into the night sky. With that over Celestia bid goodnight to her sister and went to sleep, Luna walked back to her room but then remembered she had to do night court I really don't want to do that tonight, I'll reschedule for tomorrow night she thought with a smile.
She then proceeded to open her door and sit on the bed but thought against it when suddenly she felt a powerful spike in magic, it was so powerful that she nearly fell over. "Celestia's beard what was that?!" she yelled, she was shaking her head to get rid of a buzzing noise when suddenly she looked towards her balcony and saw something extraordinary. It was unlike anything she's ever seen before: It looked like a swirling vortex with a mix of purple and white energy on the outsides of it but she couldn't see what was in the center, it was to far away for her to see into it. In the pit of her stomach she felt excitement for she knew nothing of this...thing and she always loved mysterious things and this was nothing below mysterious. Luna inched a bit closer to this new phenomenon only to see something in it's dark pits, so being the way she is stepped closer and closer towards it until she saw something that made her jaw drop and her eye's bulge, Luna saw a great assortment of stars but there wasn't just a sky full no there were galaxies beyond the eye could see.
"This...This is amazing" she whispered to herself, minuets passed by maybe even hours until she felt this tugging sensation in her chest and looked down to see her hooves sliding closer and closer the the abyss, she tried to move but it felt like she had became a statue. She gritted her teeth and tried to pull away with all her might but alas she was still stuck, Luna looked up into the abyss and in the first time in months she felt true fear and with one strong jerk she was yanked into the portal and everything went pitch black...
Celestia's Point of View
With a scream Celestia woke from a horrible nightmare, she dreamed that Luna had been taken by...something but that's ridicules after all what could have possibly- her thoughts were interrupted by a thundering knocks on her door. She quickly opened up her door with a golden glow and a guard walked in with a urgent look on his face "your highness somethings wrong" said the guard with a grim face, "wrong, wrong how?" asked Celestia "your sister, she's vanished!" the guard exclaimed.
Luna's Point of View
Luna felt like she was put into a blender on high speed and shot into a bucket full of water, when she opened her eyes with a groan and looked at her surroundings, she was in a barren landscape with a few thin trees and shrubs but what really caught here eye was all the metal carriages that looked to be so old that they were a yellow/brown colour. Well I'm defiantly not in Equestria anymore she thought with wide eyes, when she turned around to look behind her she saw a beaten down building, most of the windows were broken leaving an eerie look to it.
Luna was about to look into one of the metal carriages when suddenly she heard a loud ear piercing screech "uh oh that can't be good" said Luna with a look behind her shoulder, she couldn't see anything but she knew something was there she thought she saw something shimmer but then it was gone in a split second. Thinking it wasn't a good idea to stick around she decided to follow the path into the old abandoned building, when she got in there all you could see was the pipes above her and pitch blackness, "I must be underground" she said her voice echoing among the big room. She lit up her horn to shine a bright light onto the pipes above her. Luna could have sworn she saw something crawl on the pipes above her but it was to fast to see clearly, Luna was really feeling really creeped out now first the screech then a thing crawling above her head "how could this get any worse" she sighed.
Luna decided to get a bigger picture of this giant room so she charged her horn and let out a bright flash that illuminated the entire room well except the bottom of course. What she saw made her pupils shrink to pinpricks, she saw thing the same size as her but bipedal and caring great big knives and long metal things but there wasn't just one no there was many so many that she couldn't even count them but she knew one thing they were all coming...for her.

All Luna could do was gawk at what was in front of her and fear made her stay rooted to the spot, she started to exasperate her chest rising and falling abnormally fast. Until she heard something come on get out of here, go quickly! this voice in her head was not her own, but she did know it had the right idea so with all her might she backed up, slowly at first, she then took a glance behind her and saw a narrow, short hallway. When she reached the entrance of the hallway she noticed a big metal cube but that wasn't drawing her attention, what was drawing her was the long black, metal...thing see that black thing? that will get us out of here alive quickly grab it we don't have much time said this mysterious voice in her head.
When she picked up this metal object she was thoroughly confused of how to even wield this weapon here let me upload information to your mind so we can skip the lecture said the voice, who are you and why are you in my head? thought Luna no time right now, ill make you a deal we get out of here alive and I'll sow you what I look like deal? deal smirked Luna. Now I only uploaded how to use this I didn't tell you the name of the weapon said the voice well tell me then thought Luna This weapon is called a gun, the type of weapon is more commonly known as an auto rifle, what it does is shoot out metal bullets really fast, most likely killing your enemy with a few bullets. It looks pretty beaten up though. With the explanation over Luna quickly looked down it scope to see that it was cracked, with that over she started running down the hallway to see a staircase leading down towards the darkness.
After a flight of stairs she reached a room, the room had a low ceiling and many large pipes were coming up from the ground and into the ceiling leading to who knows where, there were still pipes on the ceiling but they looked like normal size pipes. When she was admiring the room she heard something so she walked ever so slowly to the doorway a few feet in front of her with her gun at the ready, when suddenly a creature dropped down from the ceiling with a battle cry, it quickly drew it's knife to attack her but as soon as Luna got over the shock she jumped backwards and pulled the trigger on her gun. Flashes of fire came from the end of her gun at a incredible speed at instantly killed whatever attacked her, when she got a closer look she noticed it wore a light pads of leather and a battered scarf also she noticed it wore a red helmet with four glowing blue eyes. When she knelt down closer she noticed it used to have four arms but now it only had two like her, do you know what this creature is? Luna asked the voice the're called the Fallen a bunch of alien thieves that have taken a liking to this place, this creature is called a Dreg they are the lowest of all the fallen replied the voice. With that over Luna got up and continued through the door way her gun at the ready in case more Fallen decide to attack.
She eventually came to a enormous room with a giant fan, she saw an opening in the bottom left corner of it and stepped through to find a doorway with a light coming out from behind a corner, Luna started running towards this light till she was met with the outside world again she was looking at a field with many broken down buildings she could even see another large building like the one she entered a few leagues away well at least there are more building here, not like before were it was just a deserted plain thought Luna with a smile you see that large building over there? questioned the Voice I detect a ship in there that can get us of this forsaken place we just have to make it there that's not so hard I cant see any Fallen anywhere thought Luna well lets still be careful- look out!.
With a blast that could shatter the eardrum of a dragon a giant metal thing came out of the sky without any warning Fallen ships this close to the surface, quickly we have to get to the ship now! exclaimed the voice "already ahead of you" muttered Luna while jumping down and began running straight for the building. As Luna looked up towards the Fallen ship she noticed it opened up at the bottom dropping a bunch of Fallen, Dregs and another Fallen she didn't quite know yet but she figured she would soon very soon, stay clear of the ship if you get to close it will fire energy blasts at you said the Voice "got it, also what are those other Fallen that got dropped?" panted Luna as she was dodging a bunch of energy blasts that seemed to follow her. The're called Vandals, they are more heavily armored then the dregs and have all four of their arms there weapons shoot balls of energy that follow you around for a short period of time
"Thanks" breathed Luna as she jumped over a rock while shooting at the new Fallen called vandals, when she reached the building there were a few vandals and dregs waiting for them but Luna defeated them easily and ran through a few doorways until she felt this choking sensation all around her it seemed the darkness was coming for her. She shook her head and the choking subsided, when she reached a room she peered through a giant doorway to see a bunch of Fallen mostly consisting of dregs with a few vandals here and there. They don't know I'm here she thought I can surprise them Luna darted into the room and got rid of the vandals first since they would giver her the most trouble she then hid behind a container to reload her gun, when she turned around a dreg was right in her face she did what any pony would do she pushed out with her hand to find the dreg being pushed back so violently that it died mid flight. Luna shook her head and dispatched the rest of the dregs with ease.
Luna looked up to see a small ship enough for one pony, I'll try and get this ship working it's a miracle that the Fallen hasn't picked it clean said the Voice something then materialized in front of her, it was a small floating metal...thing with a blue light for an eye "It'll just take a moment" it said all the while it's blue eye flashing whenever it spoke it then flew to the ship and began to...scan it. "It doesn't have a warp drive but it'll at least get us to the tower, now about getting you in here" it said it was then that Luna heard the same screech bone chilling she heard in the fields she looked behind her to see a giant Fallen with who knows how many eyes holding the biggest gun she's ever seen, it was accompanied by two vandals she started backing up slowly when she felt her body being whisked away. When Luna opened her eyes she found that she was in a chair with a bunch of blinking lights in front of her, she suddenly got this feeling of wanting to push them all but her better judgement said no, off we go said the mysterious Voice oh and by the way you can call me Ghost
