In the mysterious place called Pony City there has been a series of hospitalized people, kidnappings, break-ins, and even murders. The citizens form a protection committee to help stop crimes before they happen. A viral song controls the people who listen to it. It even makes Fluttershy loose control behind the wheel. This makes the protection committee take matters into there own hands. When officer Chrysalis tells them to stay out of police business, it makes them more likely to think she's hiding something greater.
