The best of bad decisions

AU: After Luna had been banished to the moon, Celestia began trying to cope with the loss of her sister while upholding loyalty to her kingdom and keeping quiet about it, but what happens when word of Luna's dissappearance gets out?

Taking place after Nightmare Moon's banishment, the story will describe most of the in-between time. This will enter into headcanon territory and could become AU-territory as well depending how long I make the story go on.
