"But..." a small Bat Pony filly sat in the hospital, a docter before her and a fullgrown Bat stallion holding her hoof.
" I'm sorry. We can't save her from this terrible disease.." The black Bat Pony doctor looked away. " You can see her for the last time before we let her sleep in" and he left the family to guide them inside the room.
A purple Bat Pony mare with blue mane like her daughter lay in a hospital bed. The monitor beside her beeping. Her breath came in ragged gasps and she was crying. The small filly ran to her mothers side.
"mom.. d-don't leave me!" she cried. Her mother cried too. " don't be afraid. I'll be watching over you my little Sweet Tune." she croaked.
The father stood there with a neutral look on his face. While in his eyes the pain shone like a star on fire.His wife beckoned him "Shooting Star? Take care of our daughter." he nodded, not able to talk as his wife was fading in the depths of unconsiousness.
"NOOOOOO. " Came the high pitched scream that went straight to your heart from the room. Sweet Tune was now sobbing at her dead mothers side. Her father walked towards her and folded his wing over her. He lifted her up in his hoofs and flew out of the room with one last look to his wife " bye.. Shining Night." He whispered.

Chapter 1: Hisss
"That's not what would've mom wanted!" She yelled. Her father angrily snorting "She isn't here anymore Sweet Tune! Wake up! Your under my rules now!"
"You never spend time with me anymore! Never!" her voice cracks
"ENOUGH!' he yelled and she cowered and shiverd. "are you going to hit me again?" she whispered and her father sighed.
"stand up we are going somewhere better for you" he said briskly.
As they walked down the street she heard her father mutter "I'm sorry Shining Night.. I'm not fit as an alone standing dad".
He picked her up and flew towards a big manor. On the board was writen:

Sweet Tune gasped. And her father knocked on the door. A greyish green Bat mare with different shades of green mane walked out "Hello, I'm Ivy." she said cheerfully. She noticed the father and daughter. "I can see you want to give your daughter up. Why?" she formally said.
"how do you know he's my father?" Sweet Tune asked. The mare smiled "you have his eyes. Come in." She opened the door and revealed a big clean hallway.
Sweet Tune had played and talked with some oorphans and actualy enjoyed this better then her school. Her father came in and walked right past her. She folowed him but he didn't took notice. He flew forward and slammed the door shut, leaving Sweet behind. Tears welled up in her eyes and she landed on the floor in a sitting position.
After what seemed like hours Ivy picked her up and few her to her room and tucked her in. She eyed the small Bat Pony filly and felt sorrow. This poor filly had been trough so much that it was likely for her to not want much friends. But only time could tell.
Day 12
Days are passing and my father isn't picking me up. I think he left me. But I don't understand. He promised mom that he would take care of me.. Oh mother.. I wish you were alive
Ivy sighed at this. Sweet Tune had left her diary open under her pillow and she was cleaning the sheets. She felt guilty for reading it but now knew the real story. The father had lied! But putting up a case was no avail. Sweet Tune was here and at least not on the street. She kept on thinking when she heard singing. It was so pure. She was curious and went to look.
"I'm not afraid to cry every once in a while
Even though going on with you gone still upsets me
There are days every now and again I pretend I'm ok
But that's not what gets me

Was being so close"
Ivy knocked on the door and came in "that sure was beautiful Sweet Tune" she said softly. The filly whisped around and had a look of utter surprise op her face. There were books for her about Equestria. They were on the page: Ponies, Earth, Sky and Magic.
These pegasi, Unicorns and Earth ponies live in different cities an not in colonies. The most important city is called Canterlot. It's the main city and the princesses live there. Princes CElestia raises the sun every morning. Her younger sister, Princess Luna raises the moon and aints the night sky with stars and constalations.
"I want to go there Ivy! It's called the land of Friendship also!" she stopped as she saw the look on Ivy's face and she cocked her head. "Whats wrong?" she asked.
Ivy became restless "That's forbidden. We aren't allowed to go there, unless we are called upon by princess Luna." she explained. Sweet Tune's face became a frown and she gathered her books and trotted away.
"But Sephomora! Please!" Sweet Tune was talking to a Bat Pony with a horn. "Just enchant the glasses!" the Teen sighed and nodded. Her horn lit up in a blue aura and the glasses did the same. A small 'pop' sounded as she was finished.
Sweet Tune put on the glasses and her pupils were not sliths anymore but round. "thanks!" she chimed and put the glasses in her saddlebag.
She trotted away and looked around in the familiar town. "goodbye Batavia, I'm going to Ponyville and live an Earth pony live!" she spread hr wings and flapped. She went straight up and clumsily flew out of the town. She held her compass in her hoof and went in a north west direction to Apllelo-something. She went trough it one more time. Red was moving herself and blue was train. She had a lot of bits but feared it wouldn't be enough.
She was tired. So tired. She was still walking and flying but knew she was close to that applelooooosa. Her legs shaked with every step and she finally collapsed. She called fo help, but no avail. ' why do they even live in a desert! It's cooler in Canterlot right?' She sighd and began to feel light headed. She wasn't aware of the Sun lowering and the desert cooling.
BEEP.......BEEP
the harsh sound of a high tone woke her up. Sheopened her eyes and found herself in a bright hospital bed. 'where am I' she thought before sleeping again.
