The Start
I am John Hawkes, and I had one of the most interesting events of my life...
I am a brony, never really had many attraction to most things, just liked the show for some reason. the fan work is amazing, but the show quality was the best for me.
I had a nice life, being 21, and just lazying around in my apartment. I never had much for fashion, so it's a little messy.  I was living off of a huge lottery ticket winner, but I knew I had to perserve it, so I just had a simple life. All my relatives are fine, so I only needed to care for myself. It was a regular night for me. I just finished my dinner, and decided to bunk earlier today, because I decided to go to a gym for a change of pace, get a little better, that's all.
I had a weird dream, it was hard to see, and it was mostly grey. Then random machine sounds....
And I opened my eyes. The sky was block by leaves and branches, and I was laying down on the green grass. I got up, and looked around. It was trees, Everfree forest trees. I jumped, and started running. I knew threats existed in this forest, and there is no point in getting my life taken away.
The trees were rustling, and then something made me trip, and my foot was grabbed.
I tried to kick whatever was grabbing me, but it just kept holding me.
Then it started to drag me, and a vine came around my neck. I tried to get it off, but it was too late. It started gagging me, then I saw the blackness...
I imagined something white... but nothing else....
And it felt to empty in my unconsciousness...
It made me afraid of what would happen if I woke up....
And my eyes opened.
