A teenage colt named: Mash Potato somehow gets involved with an otherworldly occurrence after a long day's work with the Dreamcatchers. With the Princess' blessing, Mash becomes a protector of Equestria alongside the Mane 6 through many trials and tribulations as one of the new Keyblade bearers.

Not only that, but he's going to be joining their silly and good-willed adventures as their sole protector and good friend, he will encounter sorrow, joy, anger and a bit of romance for good measure.
