Trotingham Equestria

"Eeeeeeeek!" Screamed a mare as she was grabbed by the horde of undead crawling from there graves. ponies fled in fear and panic leaving the poor mare to the horde her death cries filling the night.

It has been two days since Nightmare Moons rebirth woke the DARK. In that time Trotingham and several other towns had fallen in to chaos as monsters from there nightmares attacked. Trotingham was in the mist of a undead swarm with each new victim adding to the swarm of zombies.

Several ponies had just trapped themselves in a dead end and sat huddled together in fear as the dead shambles forward. Then a swarm of burning bats slammed in to the zombie ponies making them wail in pain as they burned to dust in a blaze of magic fire.

"So your the dominant race of this new time? Then show it stand up defend your home's and loved ones! Or are you all content to be the pray of the dead?" Shouted a voice from above. The ponies looked up an saw biped creature with wings on her back and head. She strikes a pose in the air and her back wings turn in six spear tipped tentacles slashing and stabbing the horde of zombies. Spraying gore and blood all over. "Learn to fight to become stronger. I can't always be there to save you." She said be fore flying off towards Canterlot.

One pony saw a half zombie trying to crawl towards a pony who was backed against a wall. She galloped to the the zombie pony jumped up and stomped down on its head returning it to a lifeless corpse. "The bat lady is right we can't run and hope help will come! Fight back, so we can live!" She shouted and like a wave a new feeling took the ponies and the fleeing herd of panicked ponies turned about to attack the remaining undead.

Above it all flying away Morrigan smiled as she looked over her shoulder "It doesn't take much to rallying these mortals. I guess it's to be expected being from herd animals." She smiled and flew faster.

Apple Loosa

Buffalo and Pony stood together against a giant scorpion with a pony head full of sharp teeth attacked the town eating the ponies and buffalo as it pleased. Brayburn watched as his sister Fritter was grabbed by the claw. "Let her go!" He shouted only t be ignored as the monsters maw drew closer.

Then came the sound of a blade slicing through flash and bone. All watched as a giant throwing star sliced the pincer from the arm and embedded it's self in the dirt freeing the mare and showing her and others in the thick green slime of the monsters blood.

"The cute pony said let her go ugly." All even the monster turned to see a biped with sharp metal claws on long sleeves standing at the end of the street. "Anyone not wanting to get dead get out of here and leave the bug to me!" She shouted.

The monster now turned completely to face her. "How dare you interrupt my meal wench! Who do you think you are?" It shouted in rage.

"Ok cause you asked I am the one of the three sleepers. The last Darkstalkers from the time of humans. I am the Jiang-Shi, Hsien-ko (pronounced Syen-ko) and I am a hunter of the Dark!"she said striking a pose.

"What your a dark one then why do you interfere ?"asked the monster puzzled.

"Damn you dense, I just told you I'm one of the good guys!" She shouted slamming her claws to the ground causing a line of giant barbed swords lunching up from the earth spearing the giant monster.

The monster gasped and coughed up blood. "But you're like me..." It gasped out as it died.

Hsien-ko started walking towards the train station where many ponies where heading. "You and I are nothing alike bug." She said with distaste walked by the monsters body.

Brayburn walked up to her "Thank you stranger you saved my little sister right there. Wish you got here sooner but that hoping step of yours can't be vary fast I guess. Where you heading?" Said the stallion.

"I'm heading to the where the awakener is, I don't know the name, but the magic of the spell tells me that her and the other sleepers to, where to go. It also saying to that the rail will lead me there." she said.

"Well least I can do to thank you is pay for your ticket." Said Brayburn.

"Thank you, that would be a lot faster then walking." Said Hsien-ko.

Canterlot lower districts.

"Get off her." Shouted Vinyl Scratch as she blasted the crazed pony of her mare friend. "You ok Tavi?"

Octavia held her neck "He bit me... He bit me..."

"And you are delusions hoooooowl!" The stallion started to look more like a wolf by the second then it jumped a the mares again only to impaled by a pegasus with a sword.

"Are you two ok?" Asked the Pegasus as he helped Vinyl up.

"Yeah thanks to-" she was cut off as the Pegasus bit in to he neck and started sucking her blood "help..." she gasped.

The vampire pony then screamed in pain as he was lifted of Vinyl and a female voice spoke up. "Jeez and I though the evil deal ones in my time where bad. You save these two just to eat them your self.  What's wrong with you. She drops the Pegasus to the ground. She looks at the two mares. "Oh that's bad you where both bit who was bit by which?" Asked the towering cat female, Felicia.

Octavia looked up "That Pegasus bit Vinyl the other bit me now my boddy burns... "

"Ok we have to act fast or this Vinyl of yours won't make it." She grab a cup off table in the now empty cafe. Then fills it with Pegasuses blood. "Here miss unicorn drink this if you don't you will die or worse turn in to a mindless ghoul. Nether are fun."

Vinyl choked down the blood flinching at the last. "That's sick why did you make me drink his blood?" Vinyl

"To save your life. That Pegasus was a vampire those that they feed on turn in to undead monster unless they drink the blood of the one that bit them. In which case they become another vampire, the only other way to not die is if your a virgin then you become a vampire enslaved to the one that turned you until you drink blood... ether way you had to drink." said Felicia

"Wait I'm going to be a monster?"Asked Vinyl in fear.

"No your be turned in to a dark one, both of you will come next moon up. She was bit by a werewolf and she lived she will become one. But neither of you will be monster if you don't try to hurt other. I should know my last boy friend was a werewolf and he was a good guy never hurt anyone who didn't try to hurt him first." She said. Vinyl and Octavia started to feel sleepy "Don't worry I will look after you two. I won't leave you girls here."

The two mares pass out Felicia warped the wounds with cloth from a curtain. Then picked them up one in each arm. "I hope the guard's at the castle lessen before they attack..."

Canterlot Castle throne room

Things had gotten strange. Why? Because when Daring and brought Nightmare Moon to them her reaction was well, it was not what any one was expecting...

Nightmare squealed like a school girl then ran up and hugged them saying of all things. "Mother! Father!"

Celestia looked at one of the shocked guards. "Get Twilight and her friends now please." Celestia said with even tone.

That had been this morning now Twilight and her friends sat with Nightmare Moon who Luna ad told her her name. Nightmare Moon sat looking at Twilight. "So your my father's former student and my cousin?"

Twilight's friends remained quite and nervous. As she spoke, "I guess so your Celestia and Luna's daughter. Even if you where born from them both but not in the normal way. So what is with the magic pulse you released when you where reborn?" asked Twilight

"Daring said it was the sword....But regardless I only know what I was told from mom dad and aunty Daring." Said the new Nightmare Moon. Daring face hoofed where she stood next the the royal sisters.

"Luna you realize that her new view of us and her origins will only make the belief of incest between us worse don't you?" asked Celestia

"We know sister but she is right your neglect in favor of time with Star Swirl and the praise of the public of you planted the seed of sorrow in me that led to that fateful night, and she was born of my flesh." Luna pointed out.

"I just hope her calling me aunty Daring doesn't give to many ponies ideas about all the times I spoke with you in my books. The last thing I need..." said Daring as she strongly considered making this her last book and adventure.

"With all the chaos going on I think they won't care." Said a voice making every one turn to see a cat creature walk in with two mares many recognized as famous performers DJ-PON-3 and Octavia Melody. "These two where attacked by Dark Ones near by I patched there wounds and saved one from being enslaved to her attacker. But they both will wake up tomorrow night as Dark Ones themselves." She walked over and set them on some plush pillows. Oh I'm being rude. My name Is Felicia the catwoman I'm one of the three Darkstalkers from the first age of the dark. That was well, by the stuff in the museum I woke in, about 10,000 years ago. But it's not my job to tell what happened I was just one of the last standing good dark ones when the dust settled."  She said as she now helped her self to some of the tea cakes on the cart, she had sat next to.

Celestia tilted her head. "And when will the others arrive?" Celestia asked.

Felicia stoped eating her ears twitched picking up a sound then the night guard bat ponies started to do the same. A swarm of bats entered the room through the open window Felicia entered. They formed in tow a tall bat woman thing. "That would be now, I am Morrigan Aiensland, the former queen of the demon world and the default ruler of the Dark ones. Once I teach them to heal that is." She walks over and look over the two sleeping ponies. "Given what I have seen so far it will be entertaining. I look forward to the fun." She said stroking the twos manes. She looks up "The head story teller should be here soon she was cleaning up what's left in the city as I flew over she seemed to have come by train."

There was noise out side the door. "Look buddy I don't give two shits who's in there the wakener and the other sleepers are in there. So I'm going in so out of my way." There came the sound of two helmets meeting. The pushed open revealing the last of the three sleepers walking in. Behind her sat two guards on the ground, holding there heads. "Sorry about the idiots I had to get rough with on my way here they should be ok when the spinning stops. I only kill Darkstalkers. The names Hsien-ko. I guess you want to know what's going on? Well pass me son tea and bowl of rice and then get comfy." She said as she slammed the door closed on the faces of two more guard that came running.

She sat down at the table next to Nightmare as Morrigan floated on a seat of bats. As Felicia layed on her belly next to Fluttershy who looked at the cat woman curiously before scratching Felicia behind the ear. Looking around Hsien-ko started.....

Hsien-ko's tail.

It all started long ago when there where only two races humans and dark ones. With two separate worlds the human world and the demon world.

The first age of dark was started by a being named Pyron around the same time as the vampire Lord and Morrigan's now late lover Demitri Maxamof was defeated by her father and banished from demon world to the human world.

This brought the time of the dark ones day sky blocked form the suns light, nights of screaming and bloodshed. This is the world we all where born in to.

Some time a demon noble by the name of. Jedah created the Majigen, in attempt to reset both worlds. The bravest and the strongest Darkstalkers gathered to fight him each with there own goal. In the end he died and the three of us where the last ones standing along with my sister.

But then we learned we had won to late. The world's where being combined so my sister sacrificed her self to save the world from being completely destroyed. With a powerful spell she changed the design for the world and put us in enchanted sleeps. Set to brake if and when a new age of dark ones began. And with the rebirth of Nightmare Moon a new age has begun. One that will be marked with blood and darkness. So we have come to tame the dark and try to bring balance and peace to the chaos. So those of the light and dark can live in harmony.

Back in the castle.

"So most of all life died and we slept through it. But it looks like some of the human inventions seemed to have been revived. But that doesn't matter. What dose is that we here this under control before it gets out of hand." She sips her tea. "Well more then has I killed a few Darkstalkers on the way hear. Worst was in a town called applelusa, it was eating the ponies alive I saved the little sister of a stallion named Brayburn." Only wish I got there sooner."

"What my cousins? Fritter and Bryanburn where nearly eaten!"Shouted Applejack.

"Yes they got off the train at Ponyville it was the quietest place I saw on the train ride." said Hsien-ko

"That's our doing with the help of some of the braver locals and discord of all ponies." said Rainbow Dash

"Yes him and the alchemist Zacora are holding down thing while where gone." said Twilight

Celestia sighed "Everfree forest will likely be a major point for these dark ones. As it was always uncontrolled and dangerous. I ask you that in the morning you three, Nightmare Moon and those two head down to Ponyville and work to tame that area first my self, sister and of course our nice Cadence in the Crystal Empire will organised the guards to defend the ponies."

"Fair enough it's a good place to start just get us a coffin lined with dirt of the unicorn birth land and we can leave in the day oh and another for her. Unlike Felicia and I Hsien-ko can't shape shift." Said Morrigan as she glowed and took the form of a pink unicorn in a risque tights with green main and tail.

Taking the hint Felicia turned in to her cat form and jumped on Fluttershy's back getting a soft "eep" from mare as the new white and blue house cat nestled in the spot between Fluttershy's wings.

"Yeah, yeah, show offs." said a sore Hsien-ko.
