Friendship No More

Down to only 2 living friends, Twilight began to isolate herself a lot more. She's already started spiraling into her inevitable depression that soon would consume her life. Fluttershy's death was unlike any of her other friends, and was possibly the most tragic. It was just a regular day in the new and not so improved Ponyville. Fluttershy taking her daily walk in the busy town square of Ponyville.

Everything seemed alright, until a carriage carrying 3 masked ponies pulled up and stopped beside Fluttershy. She payed no attention to it until it hit her. A bullet hit her in the leg. It was a drive by. Fluttershy fell to the ground and screamed in pain until another bullet zoomed through her skull. Her head fell to the floor and her blood slowly pooled through the large hole in her head. The masked ponies drove off. The police investigated and found out Fluttershy wasn't the target.

She was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. The masked ponies,however,were never found.

Fluttershy's last wishes were to be fed to the animals she cared for. Her last two friends, Twilight and Applejack, hesitantly obliged and had her fed to her animal friends. Twilight blamed herself for her friend's death. If she hadn't asked Fluttershy to help her with groceries, she might still be alive. Twilight came back to reality. "it was my fault" She whispered to herself, fighting back tears. Twilight sat down on the ground and cried.

She cried until she couldn't cry no more. Twilight stood up, her face soaking wet from the tears that blanketed her cheeks. She began to walk slower and bad thoughts begin to circle through her mind. Twilight stopped at an old barn that had once belonged to her friend Applejack. The place is now falling apart. It's barely recognizable to her anymore. The bright red paint has now completely chipped away, showing only the old rotting wood it's made of.

The doors of both the barn and the house are falling off the hinges. It looks the the place has been looted multiple times before. Just then Twilight has a flashback to the day her friendship and innocence was ripped from her and she lost all hope.
