Tripping Over The Starting Line
A young Rainbow Dash thinks she has messed up the biggest race of her young career, but gets some words of advice from her coach, whose time as a professional flyer was cut short by injury.
Rainbow goes out for her first big race, but after colliding with another racer, she's left injured and disappointed. Sitting in the team tent and nursing her broken wing, she strikes up a conversation with her coach and finds that her predicament isn't so dire after all. Sometimes a little perspective makes us realize how hopeful our future looks, even if things aren't going so well in the meantime.
Rated teen for occasional reference to bodily injury. Preread by DJ Garv and Vexy.
