//-------------------------------------------------------// Remember me for Centuries -by Bromine- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Break's Day //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Break's Day I got off of the train from Canterlot. I was now in Ponyville, the home of the Elements of Harmony. I was a vampire, (and a unicorn) so I had come at night. The Canterlot guards had ran me out of town after I killed a minor noble, Prince Blueblood, in self-defense. It wasn't my fault that he was an annoying troll (a troll was a pony controlled by the forces of darkness) while I was a real pony. Trolls were the worst of the worst and were the sworn enemies of  real ponies like me.. It had probably been that way forever. I was now staying with Lyra. Lyra had had an opening for a roommate after her previous one turned out to be a troll. Lyra couldn't live with a troll. I was beautiful and smart, both of these came with being both real (intelligence) and a vampire (beauty tends to be associated with us for reasons beyond my comprehension).  I walked over to my new apartment. Lyra was there ready to greet me even thought it was Luna’s midnight. “Day Break! I was waiting for you, come on in!” I was glad she had invited me in like that, otherwise things would have quickly gotten awkward.  I got inside, my luxurious mane swatting in the gentle wind of the pegasi. I had never told Lyra that I was a vampony and I never planned to. It just meant that I had to be careful and avoid crosses, stakes, holy water, mirrors, garlic, and pollen. The last one was because I'm allergic to it, not because I'm a vampire. The first thing I noticed upon entering Lyra’s house was that she had a cross on the table. I used my dark telekinesis to remove it. Vamponies can't use light magic because it would burn us like the sun but worse. I hoped Lyra didn't notice me putting it away and my dark aura. Even holding it with my dark telekinesis I burned slightly. Darkness couldn't fully defeat the crosses power. Nor could my real status because Starswirl the Bearded had also been a real and imbued powerful magic into the symbol. That was also why if burned me. Being a vampony and a real was like constantly slightly burning. It was unnoticeable, but unlike all the other vamponies, I wasn't cold inside. I was warm. The warmth was beautiful, but also destructive. If I wasn't careful, it would burn me apart. "You look stressed. I know just what to do about that," Lyra suggestively whispered into my ear. This wasn't unexpected. I had known Lyra before and she had fallen in love with me. It was probably why she let me in despite me not having a job. And for this night at least I loved her too. I loved her more than she would ever know again. We went into Lyra's bedroom and she got up on her bed... when I noticed her cross bedspread. What kind of crazy religious fanatic had this formerly reasonable mare become? She noticed my weird staring at the bedspread and removed it, not even questioning. I put my horn into her vagina. I knew from experience that this hurt. It could be pleasurable if you were into that kind of thing. Most reals were. It was kind of like a stealth test. She moaned in pleasure as I did the thing where I thrusted my horn in and out of her. This was pleasurable to me too. Horns are very sensitive and extremely magically active, even when not being used. A mare's vagina was one of her most magically active regions. The magical reaction was amazing. Eventually, we were tired, so we stopped. Lyra fell asleep with me in her arms. This was the first time I had ever had sex with her, but I didn't want it to be the last, not anymore. I woke up the next day because I felt the light of day through Lyra’s window. I got up and closed it. Lyra suddenly started singing in her sleep. She did that sometimes apparently because she was a musician and a clairvoyant. I couldn't hear what she was singing, so I woke her up. Lyra was a little annoyed at being awakened so early in the morning, but that wasn't a serious problem. She got up out of bed, and kissed me, right on my lips. That was unexpected, but not unwanted. I then went into the kitchen and cooked some toast for Lyra. I didn't normally eat regular food, but I had to appear fully alive to her. If she knew I was a vampire, she would probably put a stake in me and I would die. I had had people try to stake me before, most recently the idiotic royal guard, but never anypony that I loved. Anypony else would be fine, I could hurt them without regret, but Lyra was different because I loved her. My warmth resonated with hers and that was special. It made me feel like an angel, almost like I had become a vampire with a soul. That was impossible, but that's how it felt. Lyra and I kissed again after eating the toast. "Your eyes are beautiful," she praised. "Thank you." My eyes weren't really anything special, but the thought was what counted. "You should go outside and meet the neighbors." I agreed to this, even though it was daytime. Hopefully, this way I could find out if there were any trolls in the town, other than Bonbon. It was a good idea to know who your enemies were. I had heard rumors that the evil leader of the trolls, Riley, had moved to the town. I wanted to kill him and finally end this conflict between the reals and the trolls, at least until they could get a new leader. Riley was also a vampire, but there were rumors that he was trying to become more than just a vampire. He was trying to become a god. There was no way I could allow that. If the trolls won, Equestria would be changed forever, and not for the better. Killing him wouldn't be easy. He was a relatively young vampire, replacing the former king of the trolls at the age of eighteen years old. He was also the one who turned the one who turned me. It was kind of a stretch, but I needed a reason to hate him and that connection gave me one.
