The Misadventures of Rainbow Dash, Solar Flare, and Rainstorm as Portrayed in Pokemon

"Ugh! Rainstorm! Get off the dang computer!" Rainbow yelled, stuffing her face with a pillow to drown out the sound.
Rainstorm, on the other hand, was blasting music and playing Pixelmon (of course it couldn't be just Pokemon, it had to be that AND Minecraft).
"But Dash, I gotta get five badges to get the special prize to get a prize! And Twister is absolutely MAULING this Electrode! Plus, Riptide one-shooted that Dragonite! And Eclipse took DOWN that Gengar! And, this is my 5th badge! Did you know Blaze and Kali have amazing attack stats? Only, Blaze has more defense that Kali. And, Eclipse is a TANK!" Rainstorm blurted out, breathless.
Solarflare exchanged looks with Rainbow.
"Did you get any of that Dash?"
"Nope."
Rainstorm snorted. "Rookies."
"Rain, it's not even real! Why go all out if it's not going to help you? I mean, you could definitely go swimming or something...." Solarflare suggested.
"Flare, I match DASH'S speed in the air. Only, I'm in the water. I think I could totally beat any swimmer, easy. You know I swim just as fast or faster than when I'm in the air!"
Dash rolled her eyes. "It's kinda you cutie mark...."
"Hey! Flying is your cutie mark!"
Flare sighed. "Ok, that's it. Let's just go for a fly, ok?"
"Fine."
After a nice flight in the perfect weather of Ponyville thanks to yours truly, they decided to stop by Twilight's. It was always entertaining to see what the magical protege was up to.
"Hey Twi! Hope you don't mind us visiting!" Dash called.
A ragged voice replied. "Oh.... Not at all...."
With concern written all over their faces, the trio glanced at Twilight, only to recoil in horror.
Her eyes looked like they were those of a raccoon, black around the rim and saggy. You could see red veins in her eyes, straining. Her hair.... It was as if a tornado had ran through it.
"Whoa! What's gotten into you Twi!" Flare cried, shielding her eyes from the monstrosity that was before then.
"Oh, just a very complicated spell." Her left eye twitched. "And a slight malfunction."
Rainstorm walked around Twilight, inspecting the library. It was in the same condition as Twilight. Papers were strewn everywhere, a maniacal scrawl all over them. There was burnt spots everywhere, books also not spared. The only thing not messy was a small hovering circle,what looked like to be a portal.
"Where's Spike? He would be going crazy seeing this....."
"I let him go. He's probably somewhere with Rarity. Oh, is my mane ok? I have to go say bye-hi to Celestia."
Rainbow backed away slightly. "Umm.....ok. I think we will be leaving now...."
Twilight jumped. "NO! At least test the portal out....."
"But from my experience, stepping through a portal that at slightly insane Twilight made is not a good idea." Rainstorm noted.
"You have that kind of experience?" Solarflare asked, amused.
"You know what I mean!"
Before Solarflare could reply, they were pushed through the portal with the only words "goodbye bye bye!" To help them.
"Ow...."
"Where am I?"
"Why do we have clothes on? Wait... What's in- Oh! Oh!"
"Huh?" Rainbow and Flare looking in confusion at Rainstorm.
"Look! It's pokeballs! In my.... Bag thing!"
"Pokeballs?" Dash asked.
"Rookie." Flare and Rain said in unison.
"Hey!"
Indeed, there were pokeballs in Rainstorm's bag. 6, to be exact.
"Please be my pixelmon, please be Twister or Blaze or Eclipse or something useful!" Rainstorm prayed.
She threw the pokeball. A red light appeared from it, and a bug-like creature with a green body and wings came out.
Rainstorm gasped and hugged the bug-thing. "Twister! Twister! My right hand man! Flygon! Thing! Hmm..... Let's see. Then this is..... Eclipse!" A sleek-like black creature came out, nimbly landing on its feet, showing off glowing yellow rings. "All right! The teams here!" The pokeballs did indeed contain Rainstorms team. Thunder, the so called "Jolteon". Riptide, the "Vaporeon". Kali, the only girl, a "Lucario". Twister, the "Flygon". Blaze, the "Charizard". Eclipse, the"Umbreon".
It was quite the amazing sight, especially if you had just been introduced to the world of Pokemon for Dash and Flare. And certainly if they were all level 20! (It was not what Rainstorm left them off at, but she was just happy to have her Pokemon). Rainstorm was all set, that was for sure. But what about them?
"Umm..... What about us Rain?" Rainbow asked hesitating.
"Chill Dash! If this is anything like the game, we gotta go to the Professors lab to get you a Pokemon."
"Umm..... I don't know what your talking about but.... Ok!"
After scouring the land, the finally found a tiny village. It wasn't what they were looking for, but it was a start.
"Let's hope there are ponies wherever we are." Solarflare noted.
Reaching out a hoof, she knocked on the door. It swung open to reveal a pony, luckily.
A stallion, he was a old timer for sure, but he had a friendly spring to his attitude. Brown mainly, he had a blonde mane.
"Hello! Who are you?"
Rainbow stepped forward, plastering a grin on her face. "Listen, we need some directions..... "

One infuriating hour later, the sisters finally made it to the lab, in the so-called town of Newbark.
"Rain, how are we going to get these Pokemon? They probably won't allow us." Solarflare asked.
Rainstorm grinned. "Oh, you'll see."
They entered the lab, trotting up to the pony at the desk.
She smiled warmly, tucking a strand of mane behind her ear. "Hi, how can I help you?"
Rainstorm took a step forward.
"These are my younger sisters, they are ten. We are here to get them their first pokemon." Rain said smoothly, not even batting and eye.
"Oh! Ok! Well, here in Kanto, you can usually pick form Charmander, Squritle, or Bulbasaur. Unfortunately, we have none of those right now. Only a Rufflet and a Snivy.... You can take those, if you want!"
Solarflare shifted form hoof to hoof. "Um.... Snivy sounds cools, yeah! I'll take...." She glanced at the assistant.
"It's a boy. They both are." She said helpfully.
"Ok! Then that leaves me with the Rufflet! Thanks Ms....." Rainbow glanced at the mare.
She laughed. "Ms. Blossom. Have fun with those Pokemon!"
They exited the building, immediately taking to the sky.
"Younger sisters! C'mon Rain! We are older than you!" Solarflare cried when finally out of earshot.
Rain laughed. "You are ten when you get your first pokemon. It was the only way!"
Rainbow groaned. "I hate you right now."
The sun set on a warm afternoon. It was a successful day considering what transpired. But, one thing was for certain, they were going to kill Twilight when they got back.
